I recharged my friends mobile number through myjio app on 26th march.
Still he has not received the recharge, plan not activated. Recharged using upi option have receipt for it.

Reliance is cheating on usage data. They are not providing data as promised and shows that data is used completely. If same videos is watched on other sim data like bsnl (I have both sim) shows different data consumed value. They are providing wrong details of data consumption and making their consumers fool....

No speed par day like 4g connection from jiofi [protected]. Please do something....

Sir i am living in shevgaon dist-a. Nagar. As we are also paying the recharge that other people's are paying then why should just the city people are getting the high speed internet and we are just getting 50-100 kbps after doing a 4g recharge. I have recharged 399 pack with unlimited voice calls and data 1.5gb/day on 18th march at 09:44 am.

Recharge successful. But unable to call anyone. Data is working fine in that mobile. Basic internet is working but while calling theh can call only to jio numbers but cannot contact other numbers....

My previous Jio plan expired on 25th March, and I completed a recharge of Rs 599 on 21st March for a 2 GB/day plan (84 days). The amount has been deducted from my bank account, but I haven't received any confirmation of my renewal yet. I had done the payment using Google Pay (UPI). Wrong recharge can't be reverted back from the Reliance jio mobile app. I have wrongly recharged around Rs. 600 to my jio smart phone. The recharge plan was jio phone pack.

There should a possibility for the customer to revert back his recharge in this scenario....

I have noticing my data usages quite some time then observed that jio is doing robbing in the name of data usages. I have a quota of 2gb/day, today suddenly i got message that my 2gb limit exhausted while checked the usages details at phone i am surprise to that i have used 630.93mb data at 7:08am o'clock whereas i wakeup at 9:10am o'clock. Then at around 12:30 & 1:50pm its robbed all my 2gb data.

I have recharged the ₹149 pack. Kindly cancel the aforesaid recharge so that i could recharge once again the right number.

I have recharged the ₹594+20 jiophone pack at a number used in smartphone mistakenly. The recharge is in queue as i have other recharge currently.
Kindly cancel the aforesaid recharge.

My jio data balance is disappearing even without using a single mb worth of data. I just switched on my phone in the morning (I keep my phone switched off in the night), and i got a message that 50% of my data is gone. How is that possible?
