    Hello,

    I have recharged a wrong plan on the no [protected] via gpay and i have attached a copy of the bill.

    I have recharged the ₹251pack. Kindly cancel the aforesaid recharge so that i could recharge once again the right plan on my no.
    Alternatively, if you could just transfer the benefits of recharge to my number as well, i will be highly obliged.

        I have recharged mobile from My Jio App for 555 amount on 12th April
        Transaction was initiated at 12:41 and payment was made at 12:45 PM using UPI. Bank is saying they have successfully processed the money to merchant but Jio is saying they have decline the transaction.

        Transaction was made using UPI and I am pretty sure that amount was transferred to [protected]@hdfcbank but they have not refunded.

        I have tried to mail and call to Jio support but never get response from them.

        Please help..

          Hello,
          My phone: [protected]
          On 9th April, I first recharged for 349Rs (Ref no:[protected]. Then I topped up my 4G balance with a 101Rs plan[protected].
          The second plan is not coming up in my list of plans. I have lost 101Rs because of this.
          Your customer reps are not responding on live chat also. Because of this work from home I have spent 1000Rs in the past month on Jio and yet no support. Then I also emailed "[protected]@jio.com" with no proper reply.

            Jio calculates data usage wrong. I had recharged with 129 which gives 2gb of data a month. I also have broadband connection at home so i rarely use mobile data and 2gb is more than sufficient. Just after 3 days of recharge jio sends me message that you have consumed 50% of your data. The fact is that i did not even on my data on my phone. All this while i was using broadband.
            To confirm this i opened my data usage in my phone (In built feature). It says 128mb only. You can check the screen shots.
            This is clearly a very big fraud. And consumers are being cheated.

                on 13th of April 2020, I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the my jio. Please resolve immediately.

                  I had recharged my no 2 times today (april 13 2020). It said both the times that transaction is sucessful. But, both the times recharge wasn't done. I tried contacting customer care, but they had no solutions. Please do something.

                    I am suyambulingam from Bangalore, I have recharged for 555 plan through Myjio and (UPI) paytm on 13th April 2020 at 1.50pm. money has been deducted from bank and paytm showed the transaction was successful but when I called the jio customer care they said they didn't receive any request of payment from my number.

                      I have done a Jio Recharge of Rs. 444 from the My Jio app which showed that the transaction was successful and the money was deducted but my plan is not activated.
                      Again I did another top-up recharge of Rs.10 to confirm what's wrong, it showed the same exact result as the previous one. What's wrong with Jio Infocom ?

                        Today[protected], i have done a recharge transacation of rs.199 (1.5 gb/day 28 day validity) through sbi netbanking on jio.com for the number [protected] it was successful my reference no is "br0004hbbven" till now the plan has not been activated and i am unable to make call or use data its lockdown all over so i am in a real problem please help me and activate my plan it is a humble request cause i need to make call to my family, thanking you.

                            To whom it may concern.

                            I have been constantly complaining about very slow internet speeds on my phone. Having said that the speed gets back to normal at exactly 12:00 midnight. This slow slow speed oddly remains till 11:59 pm in the night and is a cause of greater concern for me. This has forced me to write to you as i feel betrayed as a loyal customer.

                            My prepaid number is [protected]

                            My region is kondapur in hyderabad, telangana.

                            I have been complaining regularly about this for the last 3-4 months and am unable to receive a satisfactory response. Please provide a valid response besides saying that a lot o[censored]sers are using the network here. Something magically does not happen restoring normal network at 12:00 midnight.

                              Sir please help me.in my area, here internet service is very bad. And also network quality is very bad.
                              Sir in this lockdown situation we can stay at home, and trying to access internet, but jio's internet service very is bad like hell.
                              I complained their consumer helpline number thousands of time.
                              But they tell me same words.
                              "sir we work at our internet service please be patients"
                              This problem is going to last 9 months, but they couldn't improved their services.
                              Please sir help me.
                              Me and my all neighbour's are very angry on this kind of bad network service.

                                Sometime it happens that without using data on jio. The message from jio comes that i have used 90 percent of data. For ecmx today it happen, i was watching a show of 20 mins on you tube at 360px.in between the message came that i have used 90 percent of the data. How is it possible?. I am not downloading anything so how is it possible that justvwatching a show for 20 mins can exhaust a 2 gb data.

                                    My jio no. Is [protected] and i am the user of jio company since last 2 years. Every time i had faced the issue is regarding net speed. I had contacted customer care and every time they told us that your issue will be resolved within 4 hours due to high users in your area. Really means if the user is high then you have to take responsibility. Because you are a growing star. I am living at jhinjhak, kanpur dehat (U. P). And my area pincode is 209302. Please sir it's my humble request to take an action this type of issue. They all are making us fool.
