My phone's data is running very slow while Jio Tower is in the range of 200 meters If I do not accept my request, then I will get my jio sim port, please solve my problem .

    Hi,

    We have recharged the number [protected] via paytm and the recharge is successful but when we attempt to call we get a voice message says no active plans, we don't find any ways to choose one. Please help

      We would like to lodge complaint against reliance jio infocomm limited for not taking any steps to get the mobile tower remove and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.

      Our complaint is specific that, reliance jio infocomm limited entered into an agreement with ms. Sudha sharma in relation to the taking on lease the roof top of the property for installation of mobile tower (Telecommunication equipment/radio trans-receiver tower) in midst of residential area at roof of h. No.584/c village bhatta, barlowganj road near temple mussoorie, dehradun india.

      As per the rules, it is necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents which has not been given and the neighbours has objection to this installation in their area.

      When mussoorie dehradun regulatory authority came to know about this fact, they immediately objected the said installation and also the above referred tower had been sealed by the mussoorie dehradun development authority which is due to reliance jio willful default and negligence.

      In spite of this, the reliance jio infocomm limited refused to pay the balance rent any not taking any positive step to resolve the issues with the mussoorie dehradun development authority and get the tower remove from the above mentioned address.

      We therefore request you to kindly look into the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above house in order to prevent further damage to the property and health of innocent people of that area.

        Reliance jio infocomm ltd refuses to give credit in my account

        Recharged on 03rd april 2017 for rs 99
        Recharged on 03rd april 2017 for rs 303
        Recharged on 15th april 2017 for rs 309
        Recharged on 19th april 2017 for rs 608
        Reliance jio infocomm ltd refuses to credit my number for the amount given for recharges inspite of emails company did not respond after 3 years reliance jio infocomm ltd the company says i have not got any money from me. I would like the company to pay me compensation of rs 1 lac. As the company has delayed giving me credit all the transaction were made through online banking. The company refuses to give me account statement for the period 01st april 2017 to 30 th april 2017

          my jio phone no:[protected]. this is to infirm you i have jio phone recharge Dt:23.04.2020 Rs.75 and dt:25.04.2020 Rs.75 but not active in my phone again i Rechage Dt:25.04.2020 Rs.75/- so active my phone so please two time i had payment Rs.150/- in your jio

                I am a jio 4g subscriber form mumbai, due to the covid lockdown the jio store in bandra is closed. Hence i am unable to recharge my phone as i have always been paying cash rather than credit card. I visited the store on sunday and did not find any notice pasted on the store. I need to use my phone in order to contact my dad is a senior citizen and other people when i go out. Please ask jio whether thay will open the stores by! St may.

                        मेरे मोबाइल में पहले से ही 555 का रिचार्ज करा हुआ है जिसकी वैधता 16 मई है तथा इसमें 1.5 जीबी डाटा मुझे रोजाना दिया जाता है जियो द्वारा लेकिन मेरे द्वारा रिचार्ज किया गया वर्क फ्रॉम होम का 251 रूपीस का रिचार्ज जिसमें 2GB डाटा प्रतिदिन दिया जाना चाहिए जिसे मिला कर मेरा कुल डाटा होता है 3.5gb लेकिन मुझे अभी प्रतिदिन सिर्फ 2GB डाटा ही दिया जा रहा है कृपया मेरी समस्या का निराकरण करें mobile no.                         मेरे पास एक नंबर से कॉल आया था जिसमें वह व्यक्ति बड़ी बदतमीजी से बात कर रहा था और अपने आपको जिओ कंपनी का एंप्लॉय बता रहा था नंबर है +917029749058 बहुत बदतमीज बात कर रहा था और कहां रहा था यह तुम्हारी प्रॉब्लम है तुम खुद ही सुधारो कंपनी से मेरा निवेदन है इस नंबर की जांच की जाए धन्यवाद

                          I complaint several times but issue is still didn't resolve and every time they said to follow steps i already did it many time too but issue not resolved yet.

                          Another thing is that they said in your area have too much traffic that is causing to slow internet speed we are working on it they said this sentences before

                          I also noticed that if i turn off and turn on it again and working good for while

                          Behind of this logic if we disconnect and connect again isp assign a new ip user and after some time they reduced the speed for this ip

                          Seems like all isp are scamming with user

                              Hello sir,

                              I have recharged a wrong number [protected] in spite of my correct number [protected] through bank of india card vide reference no. Br0004ishs8o transaction id[protected] on 20/04/2020 at 03:48 pm for rs. 599/- plan. The amount has been deducted from the bank of india bank account paid by debit card.

                              Please help me by transfer of the recharged amount of rs. 599/- to my correct number or refund the amount to bank of india account paid through a debit card.

                                I ve accidentally recharged for the jio phone plan during recharging my smartphone. I failed to realise that it d work only on jio phones.
                                Please get me a refund, i do not have a jio phone and the plan would be a waste for me. The transaction details are attached below. Please look into it

                                  I have 4 reliance jio sims which usually have poorest network in andheri west throughout the year. Despite of several complaints no one is bothered and why should any seller be bothered in india after recieving the payment. This point should be noticed by everyone which is very common in india.
                                  Since lockdown from 22 march internet isnt working on all my 4 sims for which i have mailed at the mail ids and i get a computated message...

                                  I am getting annoying calls from this number : +91-[protected] even though i tried blocking i have got nearly 26 calls today (19th april, 2020). No one replies from the other end when i try talking to them. I am not sure if this is a bank scam or some kind of scam. The number gets displayed as from uttar pradesh. Please block this number or raise a complaint against them.

Please block this number or raise a complaint against them.

                                    As per trai due to lockdown validity was extended to all prepaid subscriber upto 20th april but jio service provider did not follow the guidelines and my recharge was due for mobile on 10th april and they sent me 10 to 15 sms and mails for recharge before due date and finally i have to recharge on the due date. Their customer service is not replying and jio app also not replying. How to contact them? Trai must take action against all service providers jio, airtel and bsnl.

                                      I recently had recharged my phone with credit card and each and every time by jio it shows that the payment is done i tried about 3 4 times but it's said back that only... After sometime jio message came that the jio plan had been completed and plans had been done 5 times... There is some jio error because now it has credited money almost about... Rs.2352... I request you to deactivate those plans which was done wrongly be wise jio network said payment is not done at that time but after all payments came in quick..
