I have done transaction through My Jio app and it redirected me to Phonepe app and money was deducted from bank but it is Saying that transaction done in Reliance Jio Infocom and my mobile was not recharged. Please Solve this problem, I am attracting Transaction ID and Proof below.

    Respected sir/madam,

    My previous Jio plan expired on 25th March, and I completed a recharge of Rs 599 on 21st March for a 2 GB/day plan (84 days). The amount has been deducted from my bank account, but I haven't received any confirmation of my renewal yet. I had done the payment using Google Pay (UPI). I have attached a screenshot of the transaction for your reference. Kindly look into this matter.

      Wrong recharge can't be reverted back from the Reliance jio mobile app. I have wrongly recharged around Rs. 600 to my jio smart phone. The recharge plan was jio phone pack.

      There should a possibility for the customer to revert back his recharge in this scenario.

        I have noticing my data usages quite some time then observed that jio is doing robbing in the name of data usages. I have a quota of 2gb/day, today suddenly i got message that my 2gb limit exhausted while checked the usages details at phone i am surprise to that i have used 630.93mb data at 7:08am o'clock whereas i wakeup at 9:10am o'clock. Then at around 12:30 & 1:50pm its robbed all my 2gb data.

        It's not a matter of today, its happening since long. Called customer service number but they never heed to this concern.

        It is a day light robbing where mukesh ambani is doing in the name of jio data usages under govt same umbrella.

          Today i recharged my account with 555 on amazon pay upi and money deducted but not reflected in my account but i contacted amazon pay the amount is credited to jio but due to server error recharge not done please share the bank reference number with the jio they will solve the problem but i am unble to connect with jio due to executive not available due to covid 19 lockdown

            Hello,

            I have recharged a wrong number [protected] instead of the right number via upi transaction id number is [[protected]]

            I have recharged the ₹149 pack. Kindly cancel the aforesaid recharge so that i could recharge once again the right number.
            Alternatively, if you could just transfer the benefits of recharge to my number [protected] as well, i will be highly obliged.

              Reliance jio — cancellation of recharge
              Hello,

              I have recharged a my jio number ([protected]) with a pack applicable to jiophone only via jio app.

              I have recharged the ₹594+20 jiophone pack at a number used in smartphone mistakenly. The recharge is in queue as i have other recharge currently.
              Kindly cancel the aforesaid recharge.
              Please do help.

                My jio data balance is disappearing even without using a single mb worth of data. I just switched on my phone in the morning (I keep my phone switched off in the night), and i got a message that 50% of my data is gone. How is that possible?

                And please do not respond by advising about background data and all that crap. Background apps do not consume so much data that it will finish off the data balance for a day. If that is the case it would have happened with other service providers also. But that is not the case.

                Jio data balance is disappearing even without using a single mb of data. Something is clearly wrong.

                  I've recharged my jio number yesterday from jio website but it has not been recharged yet and my amount rs 149 has been taken from my account. So i need either the amount to be refunded or my number to be recharged. I can provide you the necessary proof if needed please reply me asap.. I didn't expect this from jio. The response is extremely the worst. I've tried contacting your agent but it's all in vain. This not at all fair. I am going change the network if the same continues to happen. I need a solution for my problem.

                    My name is sanjay srivastava. I have postpaid jio number [protected]. I recharged it with ₹249 jio pre-on-post service at 19:30 on
                    23/05/2020 through myjio app using paytm upi. It showed payment successful and money was deducted from my account. I received a message that my request was received with transaction id : br0004d699mm but even after 1.5 hours no recharge has reflected in my account.
                    I have been having problems like this since past two monthd.
                    What should i do next? Please resolve.

                        Hello, iam here today to make a complaint about no network coverage in my area.
                        Here im lamahatta dist. Darjeeling there is not even a single tower installed and due to this there is no service of jio due to which internet connection is very worst.
                        I personally prefer jio but if i continue to face this problem then i would like to switch to vodafone because as compared to jio vodafone provides better service in my area.

                            Jio is making fool of their customers by sending the the sms stated that "as per government instructions internet services have been stopped in your area till further notice. Reginf"
                            While in actual data services are not affected in my region.
                            When i talked to jio care they said a lot of jio users are in your area. Same reply again and again.
                            Same problem occurs before 12-15 days.

                              I have been using jio from past three years i have complained many times but the customer care always says that they will solve in issue in 80days while in 70 days my data pack gets exhausted they never solve the network issue and the highest data speed i get if i am lucky is 110kbps in a so called 4g network i have to stay up all night to use my daily data after everybody use it and go to sleep than i get to use it how many days can i stay up all night to use my daily data did i recharged a night pack i do not think so throughout the day i can't even load google page so i decided to stop using jio services but after three months i started having same issues with my vodafone no so i again ported it to jio and made a huge mistake now the jio is even slower than vodafone and i am facing the same issue which i faced with my previous jio no i can't even load google now i am stuck with jio and the customer care says the same thing problem will be solved in 80 days while my data pack is of one month what should i do i can't even port back to vodafone which i want to but i have to wait till 90 days my no is [protected]

                                We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of palam colony near pakora park street no - 42a, new delhi - 110045 and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.

                                What is the processes to remove unuthorized mobile in local area, as they didn't taken any permission from local public.

                                Also confirm you that, sdmc as issued letter to remove that tower but after some time that engineer is transfer from there job and new engineers has issued new letter to owner/jio for installation tower at there premises..

                                I just want to you that there tower is not harmful for local public as this is residence area

                                  I have complaint against jio services. Due to mnp regulations, jio disconnected all my phone services from mobile number [protected] and suspended all my plans completely. I have 2-month recharge done already on my mobile number [protected]. There is confirmation from jio, that my sim will be reactivated once the payment is cleared for the previous pending airtel service. My payment is cleared 2 days ago, yet none of my services are reactivated. I have been told that i will have to again buy a new sim for the same number [protected] and fill the monthly plan again. Why this was not communicated to me over email that i have to reissue new sim and fill the plan again. Isn't this cheating to customer? There is no pre-notification from jio, that my sim will be terminated. After termination, there was reactivation message confirmation and now after full payment and clearing my due at the other network, they are not reactivating my sim. I am getting revert that i will have to buy a new sim by paying rs 99 and fill the monthly. How much cheating they will do.

                                    I want inform to all, i got message from quicker jobs regarding job for reliance jio. Then i call the given number they i talk with megha: 977_3844_302
                                    Regarding job she said, job for store incharge post please share your details. (Please check attached image screenshot). After that she is demanding 750 rupees for call letter i pay 750 rupees.

Then i pay 1500/- then after pay she send the letter and then there again mention pay extra more 2500+ 4500 for next process. I dont trust this job i demand please refund my amount she not giving... So this is a fake job i realize now i want my total

                                      I have concern regarding reliance jio number has been disconnected having more than 1600 /- balance without any information sent before disconnected!

                                      I have already contacted care received reply as send an email to get solution but email also no response from jio network!

                                      As per trai a number having more balance can't be disconnected but this is different happened without information!

                                      Immediately initiate necessary action on reliance jio network & reactivate my number with balance of rs. 2000 /- or 1 year pack activated on that number!
