I have ordered jio mobile from your company website www.jio.com on 01.02.2020. I was visit all nearby jio digital and jio store for picup of mobile but they said we don't have mobile in stock from last 15 days also don't know when the mobile will come, when i was call jio customer care and jio ecommerce no. They giving me excuse to call another number. I'm quite disappointed from this terrible service. This is definitely not what i expected....

Despite our knowledge when to recharge, jio is harassing the customer with several messages and calls every day. This is not tolerable and we know what to do.

They are keeping on taunting customers and harassing for payment even if it is pre - paid. They are harassing for our money just like we are due to them.

Strict action is requested from your side against such companies...

I have done my jio cellphone recharge on 3rd january 2020 before my current plan expires on 2nd feb 2020.

The money is deducted from google pay but the recharge is not done in jio. Please find attached the transaction receipt as proof. When i checked the recharge details in jio app my 3rd january transaction is not visible there. Please assist with this on urgent basis.

I am using jio sim my samsung m30s handset, i am from avalpoondurai, erode district. My house located around 4 kms from avalpoondurai. There is low tower coverage and internet quality also very poor since jio launched, please check the tower quality and increase the range coverage. Because of poor coverage lot's of people moving to another networks....

Hello, i have done recharge done for the number [protected] using upi on 1st feb 2:36pm. The amount have been deducted from my bank account but the plan have yet to be activated.
The plan that i recharge for was of rs.399 for 56days, in which i have applied rs.50 voucher, so total amount deducted from my bank account is rs.349.
But still no plan have been activated....

I had purchased the jio setop box the first month is used it my experience was fine but the second month when i recharged it it stopped working the day i recharged the channel like sony jiotv+ were not working and demanding premium subscription which was earlier not demanded so i want jio to resolve this problem i had earlier approached your costumer care executive with great expectations they promised a early solution within 24 hours but...

My idea no has been changed to jio thru mnp and usage under jio upto 23-oct-19 since sep19.
The number changed to other operator by then idea mnp concurrence.
But now, while i tried to recharge, this number is not available & no records in jio database.
Jio team also conveyed that the bill amount outstanding exits with the idea operator.
But after clearing all the outstanding bills only, the mnp has been activated...

Jio telecaller she was misbehaving with customer's...

For job she ask me to send resume and photo and thousand rupees... And she said nothing about anything at that time and after paying 1000/- rupees she again asking me for 3000/- but she was not giving job clarity.. And company location and address...

I recharged a unknown jio number +[protected] instead of my number. Now i want to reverse it. I recharged it uding my google pay but my friend by mistake added the wrong number. So i request you to please cancel this recharge my transaction id would be[protected] by google pay. Please reverse it as soon as possible.

I had recharged my jio number for the 399 rs plan
(349 with 50 rs voucher) on 15th jan 2020. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.349 (399 plan - 50 voucher) is in attached doc. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately.

I have mobile No [protected] used on LYF phone under Jio Prime plan. On expiry of last plan I recharged with 101 Rs Plan valid up to 29 Jan 2020. Since I found the Data provided was insufficient I paid rs 153 for another plan on their website offering more data for 24 days. i'm regular customer of JIO services
now i complaint regrading the SIM operator issue, facing since last week

i'm getting "Network or SIM card" error for call forwarding
this happens in "JIO" Sim only

I have done recharge for prime jio user for rs. 75 (Validity 28 days) on 21/01/2020 08:53 am on mobile no. [protected] from i mobile app.

Recharge is successful and amount is also deducted from bank. However, plan is not activated, no message is received from jio operator.
