    I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 555 rs plan
    On 10/04/2020. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately.

        On the morning of 10/08/2020, [protected] from an unknown name got a call on this number and it was said that your SIM is being discontinued. Thus I understood that this is a case of cheating, then I refused to give OTP to that person, then that person started abusing me.

          I did recharge of international roaming as i was leaving for canada on 4th april 2020. But as all the flights are cancelled i am not able to go to canada anymore and please refund my money as my plan is not yet activated as it will activate if i reach canada.
          I am not leaving to canada anymore i request you to please refund my money.
          My plan is of rs 1100.
          It still shows it is my upcoming plan and not yet used. It is of my no use. I request you to process my refund.

                My Jio Fiber Plan was expiring on 14th April 2020. On 6th April 2020 i had recharged since my data was exhausted. I have got SMS of plan activation but the same is not updated in My Jio app and net is also not working properly.

                    Pl update the recharge done on date 2nd april 2020 for rs 555 for mobile no. [protected] via bhim application and the transaction id is[protected].
                    This recharge is not reflecting in plans on same mobile no.
                    Since this was not reflecting and the mobile plan was expired, another recharge of rs 149 was made which was successfully updated.

                    The issue of rs 555 where money is deducted from account and recharge plan is not updated, pl credit into jio account with same plan and update it.

                    I already wrote e mails to "care", "[protected]@jiomoney.com"; but no reply and resolution heard.
                    I hope to get it resolved here.

                      I have done a wrong recharge and the reacharge amount's benefits will reflect in my account after 14th april, 2020 only. I am requesting jio customer care to cancel it before but they are not agreeing to cancel it, pls do the needfull to get my recharge amount of 599.

                          My jio fiber router has picked up by an engineer on jan 8, 2020. Engineer has taken the working condition router. Initially they told that i will get the refund after 15 working days. After so may follow ups, they told that i will get the refund after 45 working days. But now (After 3 months) they are saying that the router is not in working condition and they will not give the refund. They are trying to cheat me. Please help me to get the refund.

                            I have been facing this problem for a year and jio has never bothered to fix it. I have contacted customer care multiple times but their fixed excuse is "the problem occurs when multiple users use internet simultaneously and they always promise to fix it within 3-4hours of complaint but never fixed it.
                            I hope that the india's most disgusting and liar network will fix it.

                                  I recharged my jio number ([protected]) for data rs.543 plan and it was successful. But after that, i couldn't use that number because of the number not even showing the signal itself. Almost 1 week over i couldn't connect customer-care also. Whenever i trying to connect the customer-care line goes up to the executive level ivr and disconnected.

                                  Now i don't want that recharge and that number. So i request to refund my money back to my account.

                                    I had disconnected jio fibre on 1 march and have returned the jio device which was is new condition. While collecting the device i also provided my bank details for refund. It’s been more than a month but i haven’t received my refund yet. Kindly provide my complete refund at the earliest.

                                    Also let me know if anything is pending from my end that i need to provide.

                                      I made recharge on 03/04/2020 of 399rs plan through by google pay by mobile number [protected] but it shows recharge done on google pay successful but plan not activated or updated in my jio app. Please look into this issue or refund my money back. Please solve it as my jio plan was expiring tomorrow on 04/04/2020 so plaese kindly look into issue and recharge it or refund my money back to my account.

                                        wrong transaction refund

                                        Hello,

                                        I have done a wrong transaction by putting a last digit wrong. Please cancel the transaction. The number i wanted to recharge was [protected]. But by mistake i entered the number 4.

                                        Please help. I am informing you as soon as possible. I did this recharge from payzapp so i contacted them but they told the amount was forwarded to the merchant so i am finally contacting you.
