My previous Jio plan expired on 25th March, and I completed a recharge of Rs 599 on 21st March for a 2 GB/day plan (84 days). The amount has been deducted from my bank account, but I haven't received any confirmation of my renewal yet. I had done the payment using Google Pay (UPI). I have attached a screenshot of the transaction for your reference. Kindly look into this matter.
