      I recharged my jio number ([protected]) for data rs.543 plan and it was successful. But after that, i couldn't use that number because of the number not even showing the signal itself. Almost 1 week over i couldn't connect customer-care also. Whenever i trying to connect the customer-care line goes up to the executive level ivr and disconnected.

      Now i don't want that recharge and that number. So i request to refund my money back to my account.

        I had disconnected jio fibre on 1 march and have returned the jio device which was is new condition. While collecting the device i also provided my bank details for refund. It’s been more than a month but i haven’t received my refund yet. Kindly provide my complete refund at the earliest.

        Also let me know if anything is pending from my end that i need to provide.

        BUT Still now my recharge is not done and the money is debited from my account.

          I made recharge on 03/04/2020 of 399rs plan through by google pay by mobile number [protected] but it shows recharge done on google pay successful but plan not activated or updated in my jio app. Please look into this issue or refund my money back. Please solve it as my jio plan was expiring tomorrow on 04/04/2020 so plaese kindly look into issue and recharge it or refund my money back to my account.

            wrong transaction refund

            Hello,

            I have done a wrong transaction by putting a last digit wrong. Please cancel the transaction. The number i wanted to recharge was [protected]. But by mistake i entered the number 4.

            Please help. I am informing you as soon as possible. I did this recharge from payzapp so i contacted them but they told the amount was forwarded to the merchant so i am finally contacting you.

            I used the airtel app (No.[protected]) to recharge a jio number i.e. [protected] with the work from home plan of rs 251.
            Airtel app shows payment successful but on the jio number i haven't received any message, i also checked in the jio app but nothing's there it shows you don't have any plan.

            Please do something.

              Hi,
              I had recharged my jio mobile number on 29-mar-2020 with the "work from home" pack costing rs. 251 inr. The amount was also deducted from the bank but the offer was not activated nor was it reflected in the "my plans" section or "recharge history".
              I didn't get the recharge success message on my phone. Please help.

                I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 599 rs plan on[protected] on the due date. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.599 is[protected]. I am unable to make any outgoing calls. Please resolve immediately.

                  I have sent many complaints still no response provided by Jio Services as I have active Plans in queue as well but no use due to worst speed !

                  Immediately respond to this situation & solve this issue on Priority & also compensate with Rs. 7, 000 /- for the inconvenience caused in this matter !

                    I recharge a jio (Jio phone) no[protected] on 25/03/2020 inr 125 as shown in plan of jio my money get debited from debit card of pnb bank on my jio app but there is no recharge done on date as it not show history as im image description is ecom 347754ptm*reliancrli/
                    Recharge not sucess and money get deducted from account i want my recharge or my refund pls i already waited for 24 hr but there is no refund and rechrge

                        I have activated my new plan on 9th march where i get 6gb data for 3months. I have stayed home from 18th march due to the covid-19 crisis and have been operating on my wifi and not using my mobile data. And on the days i was working, i don't consumer my data more as i am always busy with my patients. Yet yesterday i received a message of consumption of 90% of my data showing the usage even when i haven't been using. I am really disappointed with this and my friends too have the same issue. And this is not the first time i am facing this problem and hence thought of approaching this time.

                            Hi,
                            I recharged my friends mobile number through myjio app on 26th march.
                            Still he has not received the recharge, plan not activated. Recharged using upi option have receipt for it.

                            Recharge of rs. 599
                            Money deducted from bank 599
                            Plan not activated.

                            Money showing deducted from bank account and in my upi app.
                            Recharging through official app should not cause such kind of issues. Customer care number is always not connected. Seeking resolution for the same.

                              Reliance is cheating on usage data. They are not providing data as promised and shows that data is used completely. If same videos is watched on other sim data like bsnl (I have both sim) shows different data consumed value. They are providing wrong details of data consumption and making their consumers fool.

                                  I purchased a eol mobile sale on jio guduvancherry for 20264 rupees reliance manager told 10% cash back is available on hdfc debit card so only i bought that phone bcoz of this cash back but still i didn't get any cash back after so many months 90 days past i went and ask several times in jio guduvancherry they didn't told any solution for this issue please don't underestimate this issue kindly revert back as soon as possible

                                    Sir i am living in shevgaon dist-a. Nagar. As we are also paying the recharge that other people's are paying then why should just the city people are getting the high speed internet and we are just getting 50-100 kbps after doing a 4g recharge. So pls solve this issue in our areas too.. Also i've try to contact jio customer care for this issue and then the call automatically gets hanged up many times as i call them. Theirs system shows the unsatisfactory answers to us..

                                      I have recharged 399 pack with unlimited voice calls and data 1.5gb/day on 18th march at 09:44 am.
                                      I have recharged through phonepe.
