Since a week i am facing internet speed issue. When i talk to customer care they tell it will be fixed soon and dont give proper reason. The network bar decreases when i turn on the mobile data. This is so rubbish network now.. Compared to before. Plz take action on this issue and help your customers use the service properly. They take 200rs/m. Help us.

I've done recharge of 555 through icici netbanking, yesterday evening..still got no msg of recharge done, no services are activated...but through which i made payment, it is shown that recharge is done

    My mobile no. Is [protected].
    As per their offer at the time of recharge i am entitled to get discount of rs.50/- per voucher if i recharge from my voucher of their mobile app, but after recent hike of tariff they are not giving the said discount at the time of recharge from my voucher of their mobile app but asking for redeem the voucher. Even after redeem of voucher i am not getting the said discount.

      I have cancelled my jio fiber Plan but router is not getting picked up instead of giving specific timing.

      I have cancelled my Jio Fiber plan on 25th of december 2019 today it has been more than 2 weeks time but no one has come for the router pick up as this is the next step for closure of connection followed by refund.

      I have made several complaints to their customer care team still the issue remains as it is.
      Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      My jio number [protected] i did recharge with 98rs there after 199rs through my jio app but my number not activated and i verified my mobile for any problem in my mobile but no issues in my mobile...

        Wrong SMS charges on 31st Dec 2019 attached evidence. 13 days 9 reminders by email to care . 6 replies from care but amount not revert yet.

        Please provide 100 times amount revert as I had faced problem.
        Please provide amount 3000 as issue not resolved.
        Very poor company customer care. 3 times called to customer care, 6 persons attended and revert on email but no solution no time line. please help.

              I am not getting signal strength totally from continuously. It's showing no signal and emergency calls only.in my area of h1527 global textile market near, bela mill compound, bombay market rd, sahara darwaja, umarwada, surat, gujarat 395010 only. There is a tower outside our shop but when inside the shop there are no signals and only emergency call shows. I made the phone call to jio customer care and gave me 48 hours. It also expired and no phone call yet.

                  My data got exhausted today.in my jio app it shows me to recharge the plan. After clicking the get booster option in home home its redirected to plan recharge after that i recharged for rs.1001 (Plan cost +gst). After completing my recharge still i cant able to use data its showing 0kb remaining only. My plan not yet activated. While i am speaking with customer care they are said "you are supposed to wait for 3 days for activating that plan". Then whats is the use of that recharge???

                    I received a fraud call on 9th jan 2020 around 2:15pm and said they were calling from a online shopping site and since i had applied for refund, they had called me to inform about it. They asked for me forward the texts they send to different number and once done i would get money in my google pay is what they had told. 3 times they sent the message which had alpha numerical characters. 4th time i received a google doc link and asked me to fill details i. E., name, amount to be refunded and upi id. I was unaware that they would use the upi id. Later 20000 rs was debited from my account in seconds. I sincerely request you to help me get me back my money.

                      I'm hereby using jio fiber connection from July 2018 with provided free installation and free device with security deposit of certain amount, now due to my location change i have requested my termination request of my connection which was delayed and done only after 7 working days and it was was around 23rd December 2018.
                      I was assured that device pickup will be occurring with 24 - 48 hours of time and refund will be done once bank details are informed to pick up person but its almost 15 days and no responsibility was taken from jio care or by jio team and jio care gives regardless reply daily like request is open but its really bad of forcing customer to keep device and avoiding refund by the other terms.
                      I'm currently in situation to move out of city and i was indirectly denied to get my refund.
                      Its really bad for a telecom company by making an instant installation within 4hrs of callback and now delaying 15 plus days for getting device back.
                      This above mentioned situation clearly states that the concern team is not worried of customer service and they deliberately refuse to get device back and ignore refund
                      I have hereby attached my call history to jio fiber customer care and even ready to submit the call records if necessary

                          I have recently (Last 5 days) began to experience problems in using jio services ;after a new reacharge for 399 on 31 december. The daily limit offered is 1.5 gb and this gets completed exhausted in one or two hours without even switching on data with me absolutely using zero data watching no videos and with all auto updates turned in my phone. I have complained about the same for three times in myjio app and there is no response. This is highly unprofessional and never expected from such a reputed company. I hope my issue is resolved at the earliest or i would proceed to port my sim

                              And 4g speet is very slow not according to 4g speed.

                                On 31/12/2019 I have paid Rs 2020.00 (Rupees Two thousand twenty only) from my SBI saving account no [protected] (Transaction reference[protected] 1GAHTQJL09) towards prepaid JIO recharge to One97 Communication Ltd but recharge was not successful. The amount have already been deducted from my S/B account and not yet refunded. Tried to call customer care center various times but no one picks up the phone. Also the mail sent to e-mail address indicated in the web site gets bounced.

                                May please look into the matter for refund of Rs 2020/- at the earliest.

                                    Aaj mene apne mobile no. [protected] pe 155 ka recharge phonepay upi se kiya. Or mere a/c se amount bhi cut gaya jiska mujhe msg bhi aaya hai but abhi tak mere mobile no. [protected] par recharge nahi huaa hai or na amount mere a/c me wapas aai hai. Customer care pe bat ki unhone 3 hour ka kaha tha but 8 hour se jada ho gaya hai.

                                      I received a mail from consumercomplaints that my request is forwarded to relience jio infocomm and i will receive a call from them regarding same. But, i have not received any call or response from them.

                                      My complain was regarding a failed upi transaction in which an amount of rs.505 was deducted on 31/12/2019 at 3:32 p. M and is not refunded back till now. The amount went to [protected]@citibank. But both jio & citibank are not ignoring the fact.

                                      Please refund my money back. This is very unprofessional & unauthentic way of dealing with customers.

                                        I got jio fibre installed at my home on 13th  december 2019. Initially, it was all fine and didn't notice the issue. When i noticed issue with slow speed (When i still have high-speed data available) and issue with tv set-top box (Whatever i do, it takes movies language to tamil or telugu). I am able to change the language on the phone. But it's not possible to change it on tv. I tried every possible way but no solution. Then i tried to contact customer support:
                                        1. First i tried via numbers provided for complaint:[protected], but it always goes blank. The phone get connected but no response from the other side. Although they have mentioned its 24x7 still i tried in working hours, but the same result. No connection. I tried from other numbers as well.
                                        2. Then i tried to check their website to chat with customer support, but there they have mentioned that live chat can be possible via the mobile app (My jio) only.
                                        3. I initiated live chat from app, initially chatbot suggested solutions, but with some possible ways, i found a way to connect with personal assistant. I waited for 1 hour but no one connected. This was on 23rd december 2019. I again visited their website and filled up email section on their contact us page. I wrote to them about my issue and sent emails and they mentioned anyone will get back in 24 hours. Today is 6th january 2020 and i haven't heard back on email.
                                        4.in the meantime, i tried on call and live chat but no luck. Their live chat is worst. When you initiate chat sometime there assistant comes after 2-3 hours, but you never get to know that support has replied on chat. They wait for 2 minutes and close the chat. It's not possible to be online when you don't know when they are going to connect. The same thing happened 5-6 times on chat.
