I have done recharge of 1776 today but only invoice was successful later i didn’t receive any message niether the customer care services are taking calls nor the live chat the amount debited from my account but there is still no notification of success nor app show any history of rechages...

I have done 444 rs jio recharge plan from my jio app using google pay transaction and the amount has been deducted from my bank 394rs after redeeming the 50rs coupon but till now the plan not activated in my phone or my jio app what can i do
Plz refund my money back or activate the plan...

From amazon pay balance with operator reference number [protected] in the evening i would like see if any refund is possible or atleast i would like to contact jio customer service executive directly over call. I requested amazon to correct the issue, they redirected the issue to jio but they are not at all helpful in anyway...

Jio has very bad network in lado sarai, south west delhi pincode-110030 even internet speed is very slow. We are paying 399 rs for calling and 4g data but not getting even 2g speed.
Why to pay such a huge amount to them and also every time they are increasing the plan cost. Please take some action against it so that these problem gets sortout as soon as possible....

And customer care also not responding my call. I have tried a lot to contact with customer service. Please resolve this issue immediately. Kindly solve it or refund my money back....

I just have recharged my number [protected] with amount 444 with a discount voucher of 50rs on 5th dec, 9:10 pm. After complete and successful payment, i was redirected to jio app where the screen appeared "recharge successful" but thereafter it has not been reflected to the recharge history.

I have recharged my jio account with 1799rs plan for 336days. I recharged through My Jio app on 5th Dec, 2019 around 8:50p.m. Amount was deducted and received message from SBI bank. 1749rs. paid through google pay. One 50rs voucher consumed. But didnt received a message from Jio. In app, in all possible ways it is not showing the recharge details. No internet data and no outgoing calls. 1799rs plan.. not even a single notification.. everything...

I recharged my jio number [protected] with an amount of rs-1766/- ( 444*4 plan) in my jio app through Google pay on 5th December 2019 time- 20:16 pm, amount is deducted from my account but in my jio app there are no ACTIVE plans and when I called to customer care they are telling me there are no ACTIVE plans on my account .
Please kindly solve my problem ....

I bought your jio connection because the other network was not good. But after couple of months your service is becoming very bad. There is no network connection in jpnagar 1stbphase bengaluru which prime residential area. But your service is going bad from day to day. Please check the problem immediately before you lose connections. Regarding your hand set the letters on the screen is very small and we can't even adjust the size of the letters....

I recharged jio using my jio using Google pay the Page took me through ccavenues and pay was successful, money debited but recharge is not successful, due to offer time limited I recharged again and the old money dint refunded so plz any one help me out of it and refund my money

This is the first time the payment is going through ccavenues and I did recharge in official site...

During a Jio recharge of ₹399 on my Jio number through Gpay the recharge fails but the respective amount has been deducted from my account balance immediately after the process and an error message showing the displays on My Jio.Please return my money as soon as possible, its humbly requested to take action on the above mentioned content

I have recharged my Jio number +[protected] for Rs 349 plan for 70 days. Money got deducted but I got no confirmation of the recharge either in MyJio app or via any SMS. Customer care executives does not connect at all. Everytime I try the call gets disconnect itself. In live chat even, there is no one to answer to my complaints. This is not acceptable from a service provider. Please assist me immediately on this issue.

my balance deducted from bank and recharge is successful but i didn't get any confirmation message and not showing in recharge history section in MyJio App....

Done a recharge and payment was also successful yet its not activated tried reaching customer care but no use, finally got a message

[protected] number is recharged 2 times after the expiry date. I believe jio company in satisfying customers that stand them in top company of telecommunications. So please change one recharge date after the other recharge expires or return back money. I will be overwhelmed to use jio services more and more if the problem gets solved. Thqnk you so much for me writing the issue....
