I own mobile modem, mifi, of reliance jio. I purchased and recharged a new sim card on 04-dec 2019, it started working instantly. It's internet service stopped on same day. I visited jio store again, where they helped and internet restarted on my device. It again stopped and i again visited reliance jio store. Last such visit was on 14-dec 2019 and spent 1 hour there; when executives worked on it. The internet again started and again stopped same evening. At present, internet service on my device is very erratic. I request the service to be restored, at earliest, in uninterrupted manner.
