I got jio fibre installed at my home on 13th  december 2019. Initially, it was all fine and didn't notice the issue. When i noticed issue with slow speed (When i still have high-speed data available) and issue with tv set-top box (Whatever i do, it takes movies language to tamil or telugu). I am able to change the language on the phone. But it's not possible to change it on tv. I tried every possible way but no solution. Then i tried to contact customer support:
1. First i tried via numbers provided for complaint:[protected], but it always goes blank. The phone get connected but no response from the other side. Although they have mentioned its 24x7 still i tried in working hours, but the same result. No connection. I tried from other numbers as well.
2. Then i tried to check their website to chat with customer support, but there they have mentioned that live chat can be possible via the mobile app (My jio) only.
3. I initiated live chat from app, initially chatbot suggested solutions, but with some possible ways, i found a way to connect with personal assistant. I waited for 1 hour but no one connected. This was on 23rd december 2019. I again visited their website and filled up email section on their contact us page. I wrote to them about my issue and sent emails and they mentioned anyone will get back in 24 hours. Today is 6th january 2020 and i haven't heard back on email.
4.in the meantime, i tried on call and live chat but no luck. Their live chat is worst. When you initiate chat sometime there assistant comes after 2-3 hours, but you never get to know that support has replied on chat. They wait for 2 minutes and close the chat. It's not possible to be online when you don't know when they are going to connect. The same thing happened 5-6 times on chat.
Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
