Hello i am user of jio network recently i have recharged the plan of Rs.108 in Maharashtra, no effect of balance is seen on the my jio network, however i have received message from them that the recharge us successfull but when i started browsing or made a call it says insufficient balance.. there is no network coverage in my area too the connectivity is too low such that it appears to be using a 2g sim instead of 4g..i hopee you will solve...

With due respect i beg to state, i live at adra near new allahabad bank, purulia dist (W. B), jio connection in our area is in utter condition. As per new plans of company they are providing 1000 minutes talktime to jio to other mobile companies
But when i am talking to other company mobile numbers for 5 seconds and company deducted 1 minute from balance!
I have talked to customer care and they have replied that this is as per guideline of telecom regulatory authority of india!
Is this true??

I recharged my jio number through my jio app on 5th december 2019 at 11.51pm of rs. 444.
I applied 50 rs. Discount voucher and therefore the total amount of rs. 394 was deducted from my bank account through paytm upi id.in paytm payments bank it's showing as successful transaction but the recharged has not been done neither the amount was refunded till now.

Jio declare a statement jio to non jio calls are not working in regular plans 399.. On the date of 10.12.2019 but i do the recharge on my family member 26.11.2019 rc 399, 84 days validity. On 5th December 2019 at 11.27pm i was doing a recharge of Rs. 444/- from My Jio Apps via Phonepay UPI through SBI Card. The amount debited but recharge not successful. For 3 days continuously i am trying to figure about the solution, but no one help me neither Jio nor Phonepay or SBI.

Dear sir, in my location pin 829150, the network is very poor. Internet connectivity is very pathetic. Network and connectivity issues are deteriorating day by day. Consumers in my area are very annoyed with this issue. We do not want to continue reliance jio any more if this problem persists in the coming month. I recharged it through phonepe app and it clearly shows on the app that the transaction has been successfully completed.
The money rs 394 (Rs 50 voucher) is deducted but the myjio app doesn't show any traces of it and it is very difficult to reach jio care...

Respected sir/madam,
The way recharge is shown on website, it appears that rs. 251 data voucher will give data of 102 gb for 51 days.
After the recharge it showed that it is 2gb/day.
This was no where mentioned on the website.
Kindly refund my recharge or convert it into data so that it will be useful to me as already 599 plan is active.
I hope you do accept the mistake on your website and do the needful.br...

I m using jio from long time but now a days it just gets exhausted all of a sudden earlier it used to show 50 %, 90%then100%as per the use of data but "now it directly shows used 100% of daily data without even using it, i m not getting daily 1.5 gb data as per my pack"..
