During a jio recharge of ₹75 on my jio number #[protected] through myjio app via upi payment, the recharge fails but the respective amount has been deducted from my bank account balance immediately after the process.     Hello sir,

    My wrong phone number has been recharged in jio for ₹555 3months plan.
    Please help me recharge on the correct number as soon as possible.
    It would be preferable to transfer it to my correct mobile number else i will have to switch networks which will be very unfortunate. This is a legitimate mistake and i am not asking for refund, just transfer to correct number.
    Thank you very much. Kindly resolve the issue

      They cheated me by giving single band router.
      This router not giving 100mbps wifi speed.
      For same amount new connections getting dual band router which gives 100mbps speed.
      They are ready to change the router for me.
      Then why should I pay their full amount for 100mbps when I get only 20mbps speed.
      Very very very bad.

      I have recharged my jio number with 399 plan at 7:17 p.m. on 28th december, 2019.My services are still not activated. Please help and activate my services ASAP. I have my reference number too which is BR0003UWRDO9.

        Jio speed is too slow max speed is 150kbps only when i complain about it to customer care he/she said the problem will solved in some days but still this problem persist.There are many usres in the area. This what they say when you complain about the problem. There is an institution near my area. The network in the institution comes down to zero. While you are in the institution ypu cannot cqll anyone. Baddest experience. I will stop using it if the problem persists.

          I did my jio mobile recharge with rs.555. Today in the morning,
          But the pack has not been activated yet on my jio mobile number [protected].. The money has been deducted from my account but i did not receive any confirmation message.
          Please let me know what i can do now... O r please approve my recharge as soon as possible... I shall be greatly thankful to you..

            Sir i made wrong recharge through online. Insted of my number [protected] i mistekenly pressed wrong number amount rs.185. Immediatley i was called to jio customer care and told that i made wrong recharge through tranction id. Br0003nsexgv kindly cancel my wrong recharge and refund my amount. But supervisior said that there is no provision for refund. But all telecom operators are giving refund in this issues. But jio telecom not giving refund. Please kindly solve my problem

              I have a call for home job and this there is no fees but then he say paid 2050 rupees for registration and 2000 amount refunded and i paid 2050 rupees.
              Then he say paid 9600 rupees for insurance and say this amount totally refund in 5-10 minutes.
              In this way totally refunded amount is 11000 rupees. After pay this amount he doesn't refund and say 12500 rupees pay for ticket cancellation of flight. Then your total 23500 amount refunded.
              I didn't pay.
              Please help me for refund my amount.

                    There is no network in my village. It is very for the people living out here. For calling, using the internet etc. Whe get the network from our neighbouring village. So can u please check the network connection as the network is not strong from the other village and it can reach in some part of the village. There are 3 towers in my village but none works. So therefore can u please check the network out here. Thank you.

                        I own mobile modem, mifi, of reliance jio. I purchased and recharged a new sim card on 04-dec 2019, it started working instantly. It's internet service stopped on same day. I visited jio store again, where they helped and internet restarted on my device. It again stopped and i again visited reliance jio store. Last such visit was on 14-dec 2019 and spent 1 hour there; when executives worked on it. The internet again started and again stopped same evening. At present, internet service on my device is very erratic. I request the service to be restored, at earliest, in uninterrupted manner.

                          My welcome offer of jio fibre number [protected] was exhausted on 21 december 2019 after that i recharged my account for 2 months bronze plan of re 699 each +18 %gst is 1648 for two months i also received a mail from jio regarding this but today
                          My internet stopped working and i also i receive a mail that my plan is expired but how can my plan expire in 1 day if i have recharged it for two months i call their customer care several time but no response also i mailed them regarding this is really poor service by jio so please but no answer so please pls help me to activate my plan immediately and solve this query. Otherwise tell them to refund my money as this

                            Hi,
                            On saturday 14th december i paid 5700 rs for silver plan and i got giga fiber box but technician did not activated it. He told me by evening it will be activated but till today it not working, not activated yet. I paid full amount of money but my giga fiber not activated yet. It has been more than a week.
                            I need my full refund because it didn't work single day, not activated from your side.

                            Please help asap.

                              I don't know what to say, i mean when it launched the speed was awesome at time i felt the speed of real 4g but now sometimes it don't even open the web page.. Sometimes the speed like less than a 2g network and you are calling it 4g network great... Now i get to the fact why our country coming up under a poor country.. Day by day gdp going down &
                              You are adding extra to make it bigger.. Shame on you!

                                    I have 1.5. Gb a day data plan, and a top up of 2 gb a day plan, whole 3.5 gb data run out just watching a 45 minute show online. Usually a whole 2 hrs movie on netflix occupies 2 gb data, then how reliance using 3.5 gb in just 1 hr show. I strongly suspect either their data usage calculation system have glitch or they are trying to rip off customers money

                                      I have purchased two voucher plans through myjio app 1. Rs 399 27/11/2019 transaction id - bv000017t2ht 2. Rs 1699 transaction id-bv000017xspm both voucher are successful but both voucher are invisible from redeem feature of my vouchers feature on myjio app, both voucher till 05 december 2019 shown myjio app, after 05 december not shown sir please reflect my vouchers on myjio app or refund my money

                                      my problem was resolved. i tried to insert my sim in another VoLTE handset, then my vouchers feature in myjio app of other handset. i got both vouchers, from there i have redeemed both vouchers.

                                        I live in howrah and it's already been 3 days since internet services have been restored. However jio fails to provide internet service and keeps the internet suspended while every other operator is already providing proper internet services. Due to this i am forced to recharge my other sim cards while the data on my jio sim is being wasted. Please look into this matter and fix it asap.
