Hi,
On saturday 14th december i paid 5700 rs for silver plan and i got giga fiber box but technician did not activated it. He told me by evening it will be activated but till today it not working, not activated yet. I paid full amount of money but my giga fiber not activated yet. It has been more than a week.
I need my full refund because it didn't work single day, not activated from your side.

Please help asap.

    I don't know what to say, i mean when it launched the speed was awesome at time i felt the speed of real 4g but now sometimes it don't even open the web page.. Sometimes the speed like less than a 2g network and you are calling it 4g network great... Now i get to the fact why our country coming up under a poor country.. Day by day gdp going down &
    You are adding extra to make it bigger.. Shame on you!

          I have 1.5. Gb a day data plan, and a top up of 2 gb a day plan, whole 3.5 gb data run out just watching a 45 minute show online. Usually a whole 2 hrs movie on netflix occupies 2 gb data, then how reliance using 3.5 gb in just 1 hr show. I strongly suspect either their data usage calculation system have glitch or they are trying to rip off customers money

            I have purchased two voucher plans through myjio app 1. Rs 399 27/11/2019 transaction id - bv000017t2ht 2. Rs 1699 transaction id-bv000017xspm both voucher are successful but both voucher are invisible from redeem feature of my vouchers feature on myjio app, both voucher till 05 december 2019 shown myjio app, after 05 december not shown sir please reflect my vouchers on myjio app or refund my money

            my problem was resolved. i tried to insert my sim in another VoLTE handset, then my vouchers feature in myjio app of other handset. i got both vouchers, from there i have redeemed both vouchers.

              I live in howrah and it's already been 3 days since internet services have been restored. However jio fails to provide internet service and keeps the internet suspended while every other operator is already providing proper internet services. Due to this i am forced to recharge my other sim cards while the data on my jio sim is being wasted. Please look into this matter and fix it asap.

                Respected sir,
                I had bought a jio phone of rs.1499 [protected]. I received many calls in the night, later i took new sim card and submitted my adhar card cphotocopy but it did not get activated at daman branch, later my administrative assistant went to vapi office personally after a week it was not activated, then my clerk went to vapi office but it was not activated, then my assistant went to daman office, it was not activated. Later it got started fter amonth.
                How to file a case of mental harrassmnt and negligence?
                Ex director, bal bhavan, daman.

                  This is to complaint against the jio services. My no. Is [protected]. I ordered jiofi m2 black last month and it was delievered to me on 28th nov. The details of the purchased product is attached below. I paid rs.2098. I went to jio digital store on sat 30th november they processed to activate my coupons 3gb per day free for 4 months but as they were doing it the session got expired and after it started showing on their device that coupon is already redeemed. So they asked me to comeback on monday which was 2 dec. So i went on 2nd dec but they were facing the same problem again. So they asked me to go to jio service centre so i went to jio service centre and met mr. Sanjeev. He emailed my issue to support team with all the details and asked me to wait for 24 to 48 hours so i waited and went again to the jio sevice centre after 72 hours but they told me it is still under process so i called the jiofi help line no. That ends with 3399 and talked to jyoti. She said that jio service centre will not help you and asked me to go back to the jio digital store. So i went and called the no. Again and then i talked to rahul. He asked to put store manager on the call and rahul said that this is either customer mistake or yours and asked the store manger to email to [protected]@jio.com with the issue. So he did and aksed me to wait for another 48 hours and promised my issue would be resloved. So i went again after 48 hours but still there was no reply from the support team. So i called again on 3399 and talked to akshay he asked me to give him a last chance and he will help me he also said that i will recieve a call back from which i did not. So i went again to jio digital store and they said they it is still under process and then i went to sanjeev and he said it is still under process. So i called the 3399 no. Again and talked to anuj this time and i had to explain the whole issue again and then he asked me to go to the store again as he wanted to talked to store manager. And i told that u people have already talked to the store people number of times but he insisted on me going to store so i went again and after talking to store people and blaming the whole issue on the store and me as customer and he also said they the jio digital that i went is unauthorised and it was my mistake and denied any sort of help and said the store people will help you now we can not do anything. So it has been more than 20 days is still have a device which is not activated and i am still facing the same issue but have received no help for anyone. No body is even telling me what i have to do. I am sending this email for the 3rd time still not got any response

                    I recharged my Jio number from MY JIO application, and did my payment from a third party payment gateway application. At that time another plan was active on my number so my current plan got in cue. Now my previous plan is over but the new plan isn't getting activated. I tried to contact JIO customer care, but couldn't find any solutions. My day-to-day media consumptions are getting interrupted heavily.
                    N. B:- My plan was bought for one year, so I'm worried a bit if it doesn't get activated. I hope I'll get solutions regarding this issue quickly. Thank you.

                      I recharged my jio number through my jio app on 5th december 2019 at 11.30pm of rs. 399.
                      I applied Rs. 50 discount voucher and therefore the total amount of Rs. 349 was deducted from my bank account through paytm upi id.
                      In paytm payments bank it's showing as successful transaction.
                      In my jio app, the recharge is shown as successful.
                      But the plan benifits has not been reflected in my plans.
                      I contacted jio customer care and they are denying that the recharge is successful (even though my jio app has shown that the recharge is successful and gave the transaction ID) and are telling that the bank will return the money as the transaction has failed.
                      I contacted paytm customer care and they are telling that the transaction is successful and jio has already received the money.

                      Kindly return the amount asap.
                      I just want my money back.. Please help me..

                        Hi am not able to send sms to 1900 whereas i am able to send sms to every other number.

                        I have 199 plan activated on my number and also have 30 rs talk time balance as the customer care executive told me to have the balance.

                        I am facing worst internet connectivity service, so i wanted to port out of jio. But jio has made this next to impossible to port out as sms to 1900 is not getting sent.

                        I had already tried :
                        1. Sending sms to 1900 multiple times.

                        2. Talked and chat with jio customer service — they are telling me to seek help from the service provided to which you want to port to. Faced the worst response from jio customer care. The guy was talking so aggressively when i told him to help me to get ported.

                        3. I had tried to take help from a retail store also. But no chance as sms is only getting sent to 1900.

                        Kindly help as i want my number to be active.

                        If ot, i will be just left with one option to throw the jio sim at dustbin and buy a new one.

                            third class services and customer care

                            They are fooling customer by selling 4g services at 2g speed 0.2 mbps to 0.3 mbps is what I am getting on name of 4g where TRAI has set minimum 1 mbps for 4g and their customer care and even appellate denied to register the complaint of poor data speed despite several communications jio seems simply waste of money and time...

                              Hello i am user of jio network recently i have recharged the plan of Rs.108 in Maharashtra, no effect of balance is seen on the my jio network, however i have received message from them that the recharge us successfull but when i started browsing or made a call it says insufficient balance.. there is no network coverage in my area too the connectivity is too low such that it appears to be using a 2g sim instead of 4g..i hopee you will solve my problem

                                Sir,
                                With due respect i beg to state, i live at adra near new allahabad bank, purulia dist (W. B), jio connection in our area is in utter condition. Too much network fluctuation, most of the times only 2 tower coverage of the network we face. Sir, i have 5 jio numbers and all of them are facing the same issue. I use jio on 2nd floor but same coverage of network. Me and my friends are complaining the problem from last 8 months but jio customer care representatives only assure us and tell to watch for 48 hours but no improvement at all. Can't open even 5 kb websites and call disconnectivity most of the times. Nowadays when jio's price of plans are not cheap and everyone can't afford that too but then also no good service at all.
                                So. My humble request to you please take necessary action.

                                  नेटवर्क नही मिलता घर, ct मे भी नही मिळता, बस परेशान होगा हु मे जिओ के सर्व्हिस से ।। जितना पैसा लेते हो उतना तो नेटवर्क देदो भाई ।।। कमलेन्ट भी कैसे करे समज नही आ रहा ।।। मे रेहता हु अहमदनगर सिटी से 4 किलोमीटर दूर दरेवाडी गाव मे ।।। घर के बाहर जाना पडता हे फोन पे बोलने के लिये क्या ये नेटवर्क सही तरीके से नही मिल सकता क्या मुझे ।।। मुझे 4g नेटवर्क नही मिळत 2g नेटवर्क मिलता हे फिलहाल ।।।

                                    This is to inform you that we are the residents of kadapara, shiv krishna daw lane, p. S-phoolbagan, kankurgachi, kolkata-700054. One of our neighbor, mrs manju shaw of 14/1, shiv krishna daw lane has given permission to jio company for installation of mobile tower on her one storeyed newly built house which is situated at the center of highly populated slum area with out maintaining trai guidelines and safe distance from the adjacent houses.
                                    We have already made complaint to local police station, councillor and the concern authority. But the owner of the house is not paying any heed and completing the said work secretly.
                                    We have been passing our days in fear that the hazardous radio waves would bring ill effects to our children and generation to come.
                                    We all know that article 21 of our indian constitution has guaranteed us the right to live healthy and pollution free life.
                                    So it is our humble request to you please look after the matter and help us.

                                      As per new plans of company they are providing 1000 minutes talktime to jio to other mobile companies
                                      But when i am talking to other company mobile numbers for 5 seconds and company deducted 1 minute from balance!
                                      I have talked to customer care and they have replied that this is as per guideline of telecom regulatory authority of india!
                                      Is this true??
