I am biswa ranjan.
I did my advance jio recharge on[protected]pm but i didn't got any sms from jio but upi money is successful.in my recharge history also not showing my recharge. And customer care also not responding my call. I have tried a lot to contact with customer service. Please resolve this issue immediately. Kindly solve it or refund my money back.

    I just have recharged my number [protected] with amount 444 with a discount voucher of 50rs on 5th dec, 9:10 pm. After complete and successful payment, i was redirected to jio app where the screen appeared "recharge successful" but thereafter it has not been reflected to the recharge history.
    The transaction was done through phone pay.

      Hello,
      I just have recharged my number [protected] with amount 444 with a data voucher of 50rs on 5th dec, 9:00 pm. The amount was deducted from the bank and then a message appeared in jio app that the transaction is successful even though it's not showing in recharge history or in my plans.
      The transaction was done through google pay

        I have done my recharge before expiry of current plan of rs. 399 + 10 talk time. But on the app it is not updated & even i haven't receive any message regarding recharge.
        The bank account is debited with the account. Please check the matter & update the plan. Details are as follows.
        Plan: ₹ 399+ 10 talk time
        359 through google pay app
        50 through jio voucher.

        Date of recharge 5th dec 2019.

        Please solve it as soon as possible

          I have recharged my jio account with 1799rs plan for 336days. I recharged through My Jio app on 5th Dec, 2019 around 8:50p.m. Amount was deducted and received message from SBI bank. 1749rs. paid through google pay. One 50rs voucher consumed. But didnt received a message from Jio. In app, in all possible ways it is not showing the recharge details. No internet data and no outgoing calls. 1799rs plan.. not even a single notification.. everything is telling your current plan is expired. but what about the new one ? what is the status ?

            I recharged my jio number [protected] with an amount of rs-1766/- ( 444*4 plan) in my jio app through Google pay on 5th December 2019 time- 20:16 pm, amount is deducted from my account but in my jio app there are no ACTIVE plans and when I called to customer care they are telling me there are no ACTIVE plans on my account .
            Please kindly solve my problem .

              I bought your jio connection because the other network was not good. But after couple of months your service is becoming very bad. There is no network connection in jpnagar 1stbphase bengaluru which prime residential area. But your service is going bad from day to day. Please check the problem immediately before you lose connections. Regarding your hand set the letters on the screen is very small and we can't even adjust the size of the letters. My phone is 2 years old and if i want a replacement will i get that without paying money or what is the amount i have to pay and where should i go go to to get the replacement if you give..

                I recharged jio using my jio using Google pay the Page took me through ccavenues and pay was successful, money debited but recharge is not successful, due to offer time limited I recharged again and the old money dint refunded so plz any one help me out of it and refund my money

                This is the first time the payment is going through ccavenues and I did recharge in official site

                    I have recharged my Jio number +[protected] for Rs 349 plan for 70 days. Money got deducted but I got no confirmation of the recharge either in MyJio app or via any SMS. Customer care executives does not connect at all. Everytime I try the call gets disconnect itself. In live chat even, there is no one to answer to my complaints. This is not acceptable from a service provider. Please assist me immediately on this issue.

                    I paid through GPay and the UPI transaction id is[protected] and Google Transaction ID is CICAgKD2przfEQ.

                    Please either complete my recharge or refund my money.

                          [protected] number is recharged 2 times after the expiry date. I believe jio company in satisfying customers that stand them in top company of telecommunications. So please change one recharge date after the other recharge expires or return back money. I will be overwhelmed to use jio services more and more if the problem gets solved. Thqnk you so much for me writing the issue.

                            Send network team to identify the root cause of network coverage and tell them to resolve in urgent basis plz i m begging for the network coverage

                            I m requesting to àppellate department resolve this issue on high priority basis of network coverage and give us the complaint number

                                I using reliance jio. The Internet is too slow.. I complain many times to jio care.. But no body listen. And told me so many user using jio at your area.. We always try to slove the problem same dialogue every time about 1.5year...interest speed always below 0.5mbps...always buffering. Jio claim fastest Internet in India about 21mbps...

                                      This is regarding the concern of not refunding security deposit by jio fibre wi-fi team in noida.
                                      2. I started using jio wifi services in jan 2018 with a refundable security deposit of 4500 of router.
                                      3.in december 2018, i relocated and raised requests fro cancellation and disconnect.
                                      4. Today its december 2019 and i am still chasing the jio fibre team for pick up of my router and getting my security deposit back.
                                      5. I have raised dozens of service request and numeorus emails, but to my disappointment it never got resolved.
                                      6. Fibre team will write the highly decorated emails that they are resolving the issue or they will get back at the earliert, but no actio yet.

                                        data gets completed exhausted without using that much

                                        My internet data got exhausted without using that much.. It’s 2gb data and got exhausted just like that without using. This is happening for the 4th-5th time. And when i call jio customer care, all they do is talk about a video about how to manage data, which not at all solves the problem. I keep calling them and everyone of them say the same thing. They also tell to see the statement as to check where was the data used, but when i check...
