My internet data got exhausted without using that much.. It’s 2gb data and got exhausted just like that without using. This is happening for the 4th-5th time. And when i call jio customer care, all they do is talk about a video about how to manage data, which not at all solves the problem. I keep calling them and everyone of them say the same thing. Sir please take appropriate action to cash refund of the deducted amount in my sbi bank account.

My no [protected] from past seven months i have been having slow speed net even slower than 2g i complained but nothing happened i was about to port to airtel but i had some large file to download like 5gb so i recharged jio again but may be i was out of my mind to think that i could download anything from jio with that 2g speed i even recharged data booster but i can even use 100mb of my daily data quato i know jio is cheaper but even spending 500 rupees i can't get to use my daily data than what's the use of even recharging i once read that ambani daughter was sick and tired of india's slow data network so she gave an idea about jio now i and maybe how many o[censored]s are getting ripped by jio and its slow data speed and on top of that i don't even have a millionaire dad by my side to give me a new data network company called hio so all i can do is curse myself for choosing jio over airtel please i[censored] can forward this to jio i know that rich man does not have time for people like me but what can i do for me even that 500 ruppes means a lot and what i have to go through to earn it.

On 25.11.2019 i had recharged through indi tab for rs 449/- for mobile no [protected]. The status shown as payment recieved by inditab payment id -[protected] order id-indrc[protected] payment rs 449/- at 8.01 a. M., 25 nov 2019.
Recharge status; recharge of reliance jio mobiles [protected] failed. The same has not been refunded. The screen shot is been attached. Please make my amount refunded.

From last one month the internet speed is very very slow, call the customer care of jio, they don't solve my problem, call many more times for same but still not my query was solve and call many more time to the call centre and call centre said its not possible to solve they directly decline my problem this not way to talk like customer, the call guys was very bad on behaviour, very very unprofessional,, iam very upset...

I was trapped by a lady saying data entry job by Jio and step by step after registration they started to grab money and it reaches 8000 Rs and their are 2 men and 1 girl and they keep exchanging their names saying as Vikas, Mukesh Rana, Sandeep Choudhary, Ajay, Mukesh Mehra, Neha, Sonali, Sonakshi and etc. Their no.s are: ‭ +[protected]‬ &. ‭+[protected]‬. So be aware from these frauds.

I have recharged with 50 rs talktime balance on 27 november, but unable to make call.

A jio mobile telephone tower has been erected just beside my house. That mobile tower is just beside a nursery school also. At the very initial stage the baidayabati municipality has issued stop notice to and did not give the permission to errect that jio mobile tower. Inspite of that stop notice that mobile tower has been made. Local people lodged complaints against that tower to the sheoraphuli police station and serampore police station several times, but they did not take any positive step to stop the construction of that illegal tower. The baidayabati municipality and the sheoraphuli police station has a bad nexus with this illegal work.
It is my cordial request to you to take a stern step to stop this mobile tower, otherwise my local people would face an irreparable loss and injury.

I have done recharge of rs. 11 on 7th november 2019 at 9.44pm from paytm app. But the sum of rs. 11 was deducted from my attach bank account as well as paytm wallet (Which is 11 +11)
The above matter was conveyed to the toll free no. & the executive told me that the amount will be refunded in next 7 working days. But still i am awaiting for the refund.

I have recharged my colleague number with rs.297/-, unfortunately it is valid for only jio phones and my colleague is not using jio phone. Hence i called to customer care and asked for refund as it is no use of him to recharge another voucher. But jio care informed there is no refund as benifit already given. We arr not able to make any calls with that voucher anyway, hence recharged for rs.543/- again. Hence i lost rs.297/- and jio is not refunding that. Please check and do needful

The amount of jio user in our locality seems more so when in working hours between 9am to 11pm approximately the network speed seems too slow as the number of active users are too much that the tower can’t provide proper internet speed to the user, almost all the jio user feel the same all my family members and friends use the same network and frequently complaint the same problem so we kindly request you to increase the data speed by the tower or put a new tower in our locality. Please take it seriously, the reputation of your network is to bad.

The number o[censored]ser in our locality is more so when working hours between 9am to 11pm the network speed turns to a very low range and we cant enjoy jio services in this time period so we kindly request to add more speed limit or add and extra tower. Calling services are excellent but data networks seems to be too ruined in this case. Every one in our locality feels the same.

I purchased a jio three month plan rs-444 on 20-november-2019 through myjio app. The payment has been preceded by sbi net banking. After i recharge, received the payment successful message from jio. The bank was deducted the same amount from my account. My plan was expired on 22-november-2019. My outgoing calls stopped on 23-november-2019. After i call the customer care jio they ask me to again recharge.

I have recharged a wrong number [+[protected]] instead of the right number [[protected]] via google pay, reference number is [cicagkc27jpang].

I have recharged the ₹444 pack. Kindly cancel the aforesaid recharge so that i could recharge once again the right number.
Alternatively, if you could just transfer the benefits of recharge to my number as well, i will be highly obliged.
