I am facing issue in internate as i alrady paid in advance for my jio services, i asked to customer service department about mya problem every time they are saying only one line, as their are several users are using network at same time, but dear i am paing for my servicess only not for others, also those under educated and unskilled customer service giving me noncence answer, i asked about how much time required to rectify this problem but the don't have any answer,
Their tagline they repet every time, "this is the only information which i have" thank you for calling jio.
I need help on these type of answer,
If jio is not capable to give me service then they should return my money.
