Hi myself thanoj my number is [protected] and i taken ported to jio from the day one i am facing internet issue and i had called to customer care their is no proper response from them so kindly take necessary action to resolve my problem.

For your reference i am attaching images.

The internet speed is very low and 3g speed itself better but it's 4g speed worst speed not even 1mbps speed.

Kindly take necessary action and resolve the issue if resolved means many users will get benefit.

    Today few of my girl friends received a call from [protected] & started with bad words continuously even they ignored. He forced everyone to speak. While checking truecaller for his name we found funny name as "pombala porikki naya" with 29 people marked as spam.

    So, please mark this number in your mobile as spam (In truecaller too) & block it. This will help us to save more people from these type of spam calls.

    My sister has recieved obscene call from a guy and want to report this number and request jio to find this culprit and take necessary action. the call was recieved from [protected] on 5th October 2020. Attaching call origin and service provider information

      On October 21st, I had gifted a Diwali Gift JioPhone by paying Rs 808. I got the confirmation message with the transaction ID: FV000006JI0Z from Jio saying that the payment is successful. But the voucher was not credited. When I visited JioStore with my friend they said that we can redeem the offer only with the voucher. When I called the Jio Customer Care and had a talk with the Supervisor, they told that the amount is not credited into their account and suggested me to buy the phone in offline store by saying that the amount will be refunded within 10 days. It's been more than a month now and still I didn't receive the refund. I even checked with my source bank and they provided the confirmation that the amount is credited into destination's account and also they gave the last 4 digits of the account number, IFSC Code and account holder name of the account for which the amount is credited. The customer care people from Jio not responding properly, whenever I call them they just raise an SR and ask me to wait until it get resolved. They made it twice and those SR's also got resolved but without providing any solution to my problem. When I ask them to transfer my call to the manager, they just disconnect the call. At any cost, I need refund for this as I bought a phone in offline store as per the supervisor suggestion. I'm ready to take this issue forward until and unless I get my money back. I have attached all the screenshots that I have towards this. Please verify and provide me the solution.

        I have recharged my jio number ([protected]) through Pay tm for Rs 100 on Aug 20, 2019 at the time 05:34 pm .But the recharge plan is not activated in my mobile . But the amount is deducted in my bank account.Requesting To activate the Plan For the Above Number as soon as possible.

          My name is nitish kumar. Yesterday i order a jio phone gift online at jio.com for gifting to friend mobile no [protected]. A message has sent by jio to our friend that you can collect jio phone at any jio point. My friend has went a jio point at daltonganj market. There jio point men has not gift your jio phone. They said that you only reedem jio phone by gift card. But company has not send any card. Friend has paid 808 ruppees already for this. Please help us.in these we collect our phone.           I have only a transaction Id of Jio phone gift Order. And not sent a desital voucher. I have gone to Jio point and saw their but they were demanding a disital gift voucher.               I recharged my phone number [protected] from Paytm of Rs 444 which was successful from their end.

              Date of recharge[protected]

              But I am not able to make any calls from my phone or consume any recharge benefits. I haven't got any message from them for successful recharge and when asked from Paytm's customer care, they are saying that the recharge was successful but no communication from JIO. Also, the JIO customer helpline 198 is the most hateful service I have ever witnessed.There is no option to talk to any of their representatives. Please help.

                Last one year I have faced the slow Internet network. I have complained so many times but not solved. They are all ways said our team working. But no improvement in the Internet network. So please check the issue. This is not my problem. The problem is everyone. Even my friends family and also our neighbors.                   Dear Sir/Madam,
                  i have recharged my Jio line recently, but the outgoing calls to other networks not connecting, when i inquired about this issue it was said that only limited mins allowed to other networks and additional charges need to pay for calling other networks, but they are saying instead of that will provide free internet.

                  It's purely cheating a customer., why it was not told to customers clearly. After paying 399 begging Jio for call connecting..

                  i hate JIO service, it's better change to BSNL.. always government service provider is best.

                    Pothireddypally, Sangareddy - 502295: We had full Jio network with all services active till 13Oct2019.

                    Since 14Oct2019, the tower on Road.3, Vidyanagar colony has been inactive and all the area is facing 'No Network' issue. Only out on the road, we are able to make or receive calls/services.

                    I have raised a complaint on 21Oct2019 (SR00000Z5UMU) with Jio customer care (199) from mobile number [protected] and have followed up with them over 20 times till date (19Nov2019). Yet, the issue is not resolved and the Jio customer care is not proving an estimated date of resolution.

                    I have also contact the Jio Apellate team ([protected]), but they also do not have any resolution detail.

                    It is the same issue with my mother's mobile number [protected]. I would like to request for an immediate resolution of the network issue providing all details of the issue and the action being taken, else at least provide us the refund of the prepaid amount of 1 year (Rs. 1699/-) for mobile number ([protected]) at least on a pro-rata basis.

                      I have been using jio connection since it was launched because of its internet speed but now it has become humiliating to use jio internet because of its irritating slow speed. I did a recharge of rupee 500 for three months validity with 2 gb data daily but since the recharge is done i am unable to use half of it because of its # up speed. I got so irritated that at the end i did a recharge on my airtel connection. If it is possiblle please refund my not whole but atleast some money because the recharge that i have done is of no use to me. I have used jio in various places in uttarakhand like rishikesh, dehradun, mussoorie, dev prayag, almora, pithoragarh, rudraprayag but the experience is the same not bad but worst.â

                      I was recharge Rs.444 plan to my jio number.
                      But it is wrong plan subscription to me.
                      If any chances to cancel the recharged plans nd recharge another plan.
                      I want to recharge another plan.
                      Actually that recharge process done by another person.
                      Please give solution to this problem.
                      On 12th September 2019, recharge plan for 84 days (Rs. 399 for net +Rs. 10 for voice calls) was purchased successfully through debit card. There has been no recharge even after 24 hours.

                          I am a jio customer, i have been using jio serives from 2017, from the day one i am not getting good 4g speed net. Its a worst network i ever had in my life. I had written so many emails to jiocare regarding 4g net speed slow. They not resolve it still. When i am try to use 4g net is very bad speed. I am getting kb speed 4g in my area.

                            I have recharged my jio number with a valid plan sky ₹107 (97+10uic pack) on 14 november 12:22, but after recharge i was not able to use benifit. I was not able to access internet, not able to call on non jio numbers and not able to send sms. Whenever i swith on data connection there was a notice shown by andraoid system showing 'sign into jio network.'after opening that notification it took me to jio website, a message ' you are not connected to internet, please recharge now.' was shown. Plan validity was of 28 days. I registered a compalin after 7 days of recharge through email to telecom costumer support on [protected]@gmail.com but they replies - 'your concern is under process.'
                            I have waited for a long but they did not credit benifit. Plan validity is over now. They just took my money and did not give benifit. Please resolve this issue. I have scrrenshot, recharge transaction id. Please resolve it. I just want benifit be credited or get money back as well as compensation of inconvenience made by reliance jio infocom. I had to recharge again after waiting15 days. I was in trouble due to this. I request you to pleaese resolve it as soon as possible.

                              Jio workers came to dig for their own work.in this process, they have made a mess in front of our house. Water pipes have been disrupted. There has been no water in our house for past two day which has made our lives hell. Also in the process of their digging, they have caused damage to property as they broken the tiles. Please look into the matter as they are still working here and thus some action can be taken now

                                  I am very angry with jio network bcz last one month they giving poor quality of 4 g network in our town. We have been complaining this problem to the jio customer service since 15 days but they are not taking any necessary steps to provide better 4g network in our town. If they don't give a proper 4g network in our town then they should close their service in our town. We are not consume their service in free. I mentioning our address where we are getting trouble is - town-sarthebari, dist-barpeta, ward no-2, pin -781307, state-assam. I have a small request to jio if you don't give proper 4g network in our town then you should close ur service in our town don't harrassment ur customers.

                                    No network in wagholi pune region. No data speed. Internet not working. Call drops. When contacted to customer care un clear and nonsatisfactory information given. They take our money now and without providing service they asked us to wait till they resolve the issue. And the issue resolution time is unlimited. Nobody cares just cheating with customers stealing our money. The most third class 4g network here is jio now a days. Bsnl 3g works better than jio 4g. Stealing our money and irritating with low speed data and call drops.

                                        I have recharged with sum 448 rupee from my jio app but jionet is not up to mark where other operators are providing speed in mbs jio is failing to maintain it's in kbs.
                                        I am unable to do my daily routine work, important messages online.
                                        Jio care executives are saying they can't help in such. What a consumer can do. Totally frustrated and exhausted. I cant port to other networks.
                                        I recharged jio sim recntly and its expires on 1jan.2020.
                                        Please help and take action against jio telecom company.
