I did 251rs recharge to my jiofi number today through the website jio.com. I signed in to their website by entering my jiofi number and then proceeded to recharge for 251rs. Once the recharge is successfully done there was a shocker. Recharge was done to my wife's number.
I communicated to customer care and asked either to refund my money or swap the recharge done to the incorrect number. But they said that i'm lying and i did recharge...

Well i got a new jiofi with sim at jio office and they recharged the sim for 3 months but there nothing about the recharge on my jio app about recharge and its services aren't working. When we again went to the jio office they told me that the can't do anything about the problem and told to contact customer support and they also ain't picking any calls....

There is a jio center in silvassa town which is supposed to be the sole official place where complaints or issued related to products or services are supposed to be handled.
I went to this office today on 21/10/2019 at around 01:30 pm to get my jiofi battery replaced. This battery is not available in the open market and is sold only by this said outlet in the town.
The concerned staff came to say that he is going for lunch...

My 1gb data is exhausting very fast even though i don't use it often. Why is it so? Do company wants people to change their number to some other stuff? We trusted company blindly. Either you stop doing this to your customers or we don't have another option than changing our sim to some other sim. I hope you'll look after this....

I have made a recharge of 299 on 15 October 2019 at rechargecube.in which showed up when I typed jio recharge on Google
They have told to re credit it in 48 hours but still i haven't recieved anything.

My speed was fine until yesterday, around 5 to 15 mbps. Then today my net speed came down to 80kbps when I still had 700 mb data left on my number.

I'm vishal, resident of jaipur who applied for jio gigafibre connection for my home 4 months back. Despite knowing that my home doesn't fall under rfs area the jio executive accepted my connection request and did all formalities (Documents, adv. Deposit of rs.2500/- etc) and assured me of getting services within a week. After 1.5 months, making 1000s of calls here n there i was finally asked by the same executive to initiate refund process...

I used to get 6 mbps + speed for several weeks. now the speed is reduced to 190kbps which is not acceptable. I had complaint this to 1800 before 1 week and there is no improvement.

I disconnected BSNL broad band and took JIO 4G connection. Now it seems BSNL 512k was better.

I will go aggressive on social media if JIO do not perform. Your actions recently seems to disappoint your customers and tend to cheating...

Purchased jio recharge voucher
Money deducted, received confirmation mesaage but not received recharge voucher till now which is more then 24 hours. I have tried consumer care, spoken to senior reps, everyone is acknowledging complaint which is some technical fault from componies end only but they are unable to resolve, they are not ready to give any complaint number, more over they dont even have any clue how long it will take to...
