Reliance Jio Infocomm — related to cancel or change my plan in other plans on jio

I have done recharged with wrong plan please help me in cancel plan or change my upcoming plan in other plans on jio prime. I have done this recharge 8/11/2018 and not used little bit it is in the upcoming recharge. Please resolved my problem i want to recharge my phone with 149 plan 1gb data /day. I have done recharged from amazon pay balance 99 for prime membership and 98 for recharge. Now i want to change 98 into 149 1gb per day.

I have take a 399 plan but not actived amount is not refunded so please call me and solve this issue.
