I buy the jio sim August 24 2016 in srivilliputhur tamilnadu reliance digital express store with bar code sim no [protected]. but upto date this time sim not activation. i receive the order no. in sep 02 2016. but upto this time not activation. i speak in customer service. They said your details not upto date. but reliance store person told me your number already activation. i dont know true details.o plese help me. by GANESAMOORTHY contact- [protected]

I tried my jio application reinstall in my phone. But i saw the application "bar code reedemed" your jio sim will be activated soon." How?
