The advertisement made by jio tells us that jio is for poor people and it will work in all rural areas but it's not like that jio has not provided their towers in bordi. It is a big village in dahanu taluka and palghar district. Dahanu is just for 15km from bordi, but jio works in dahanu. Bordi is in maharashtra but on the borders of gujarat. Pincode for bordi is 401701. Reliance jio has passed their fibre optics cables underground in bordi, then also in bordi their are no towers. We request jio to provide towers in bordi, pincode 401701

Hi, my self amit pandey i purchase a jio sim last 1 month ago. but my sim deactivated in the time automatically when i call jio customer care they are not serious. today the 3 day when i am facing problem my jio no is [protected]

The worst network which I have never used in my life, the sim card is for 4g but the speed is not even equal to 2g I would suggest others not to use such a worst network I rather prefer airtel or aircel instead of Jio.

    Hi all,
    Reliance store in new kondli new delhi has been made useless by the staff in it. They don't attend the customer. I went to store 18, 19, 20, 22 oct to get jio sim, but could not attened me. They asked customers to stay outsider and after 2 to 3 hours they ask them to come tomorrow. A person comes out from the store and asked to pay 400 rs to get the sim on the spot. Really cheap service by that store. They were watchihg cricket on mobile and they said server is down. On the same time i got the paid sim from other shop and got activated.

    It's been one month, at first i got a good service but now the service is draining.i can't even play online mobile game, i can't browse anyhting.Worst customer care and and mobile network.

          I bought MIFI device on 21 Aug 16 @RS.2899 with preview offer valid for 3 months ( Till 19 Nov 2016). But Suddenly on 21 sep 2016 reliance Jio changed my plan to welcome offer before preview offer expiration date. Preview offer was for unlimited data and voice service but now welcome offer provide only 4GB data with FUP. At the time of MIFI device purchase I was said that preview offer will be for 90 days and can't be changed. now the changed this offer and Its against the rule.At least they should provide preview offer with unlimited access of data and no FUP for MIFI device user till 90 days. MY jio number is [protected]. It's a right of customer to get what was promised at time of buying anything. It's not fair that they migrate me welcome offer from preview offer before my preview offer expired

              I purchased a jio sim from reliance digital store located at surya treasure island mall, bhilai, chattisgarh and had a very bad experience. The sim card registration message came after 3 weeks but i didn't get even a call for verification. Infact, the reliance didn't even provided me with the jio no. To login the my jio app to update the details and today i went to that store to know about the status of the sim ahd they told me they will give me the updates regarding the sim. But just now i got a message from their side stating that the form was rejected because i didn't receive the call. But i didn't get a call from them. So please do the needful.                 I have generated code and gone for gio sim the office (deoria, Uttar Pradesh) said that no sim available but in the market many shops is giving gio sim easily with offer like you purchase any phone and a gio sim free some shops are taking money for gio sim like 3, 4 or 5 hundred and u can get sim easily. It means what gio office don't have sim, other have it from where ? I don't think that reliance don't give sim to its own office even other have it.

                  In order to get free jio SIM, as advised by Reliance, I downloaded my jio application and got bar code generated no [protected]. for this I provided my aadhar number[protected], email address, mobile number([protected]) and finger print at Reliance shop in Bangalore. However Reliance says SIM has already been issued against the above bar code although it is NOT ISSUED to me. Some one may have hatched and got the SIM designated to me by misusing my details. My worry is it may be misused. Request redressal of this issue and cancel the SIM issued.

                    I had created Two Jio Sim coupon on my Two different 4G enabled handsets, Coupon numbers are:

                    but when I reached retailers shop for getting SIM, message coming that Coupons are Redeemed.
                    I have not received any sim card against above Coupons numbers. Also i am unable to generate again fresh Coupon number from same handsets.

                      Please help me to get my jio sim against coupon no. [protected] and your otp 037152 generated on dated 12.10.2016. For collecting the sim i went to your jio store (Samsung store offering jio sim) on vip road, zirakpur, distt mohali punjab - 140603. After varification of my thumb impression and scaning of aadhar card, they informed that this coupon code has been consumed and sim cannot be issued. Please help me in getting the sim.

                      I have a coupon for jio card & when checked, it was already used.The coupon was generated on 29th sep & it is showing used now! i want to know when can i get my sim as i am asked to visit the store n number of times and every time they have some excuse to ask us to visit later.
                      I purchase the sim jio 4G approx 5 days back but still not working
                      No internet and downloading no calling
                      its just like dummy
                      I had generated barcode for getting jio sim in my phone moto g turbo edition on[protected]. But when I don't got my sim activated. I came to know through retailer that my jio sim barcode had already gotten redeemed. My bar code was [protected]. Please resolve my issue.

                          My self jitendra kumar, from h no 129, village gharoli, kumhar basti, new delhi 96. On dated 26 oct 2016 reliance jio agent is providing jio sim at the gate of mother dairy plant. I also gone to him for jio sim, he (Jio agent) taken my adhar card number and finger print and demanding rs.100 for sim. I told him that jio sim provided by company is free than why are you asking for money and i simply refuse to take sim.
                          But, the agent said sim is active now and you have to buy this now. I requested him to kindly provide the sim number so, that i can deactivate the sim through customer care but he simply denied also threatened me that he will misuse this number.
                          So, i requested you to kindly stop the sim activation request against order num:-no00000tjhlr and also take some strict action against him.

                          I only manage to take picture (Attached in mail) of him although you can also recognise him with his agent id, since the bar code is generated by him against the order number no00000tjhlr is from his mobile not mine.
                          Kindly help me before anything threatening happened and if you need any information contact me on my number [protected].

                          Complaint logged many times through reliance reseller.
                          Visited service center at Obron mall, no solution, they say it will be resolved.

                              I have purchased my joifi on 27 sept, one month has gone by, still i cannot make calls using jio4gvoice as it shows offline, i have jiofi 2 device, that could be the problem because of old firmware.                                 I bought a jio sim and it took 1month to get tele-verification message. I lost the sim before verification and i got a duplicate sim from jio calicut main office. They said it will be activated within 2 weeks. And after 2 weeks i have again visited jio store, but they couldn't even locate the status of my application. They have the copy of form submitted, they said they have forwarded the same 2 weeks ago but after 20 days still its not activated and no one can answer my question. I have registered multiple complaints and the status of complaints will change to resolve after 48 hours without activating my sim card. Really fedup with their service.

                                    I am writing this to you because I am really very disappointed with the network of Reliance Jio 4G. Its even worse than my Telenor 2G. I bought JioFi device because I thought it would give better experience of internet as the device is also of reliance not of any other company, but for my shocking note it is now 4th day and not even for a minute the network was great which i could even say satisfactory. The device always shows signal with green, the data sign keeps on blinking where ever I go. You people are spoiling the name of 4G. I used Idea sim and i have 3G recharge in it. So its a shame for Reliance GO that even after having this JioFi device I have to put on my Idea 3G data to browse files and use net. I was so excited with the launch of this Jio 4G. I made everyone among my friends and relatives to buy this Sim. And now on behalf of everyone I have to write here, if you dont improve your services like 4G. You will lose all customers soon. 2 of my friends already purchased Airtel 4G and after throwing Jio Sims as they are useless in the name of 4G. Hoping for a positive response from you.

                                      I have applied for new jio connection on 10th September 2016, still the sim is not activated. I have complained about it to your Jio Silchar, Assam Branch, and they told me to apply again. I have applied for the Sim again on 15th October but its not yet activated yet. When I called to Silchar branch the guy is informing that they will check on it. I was annoyed of your service, and when I asked how many days needed, the guy shouted on me and told me I need to wait only. Rather he threatend me that I can not comlain about it anywhere and nothing can be done by us. Very bad service of yours. For just activating the SIM you are behaving like this and when we will be your customer then how will you behave with us God knows.. Worst ever service..

                                      I could not make any call from my mobile after inserting jio SIM neither with my Cellone SIM nor with my jio Sim.
                                      My mobile number is [protected]. When I download Jio join app. Application barcode is comes to my phone. But I myself feed my adarcard number no.[protected] in app. Then now barcode is not comes to mobile. Please rectify my problem and issued Jio sim.

I have taken a JIO SIM from Reliance Digital shop in Vikrampuri area of Secuderabad, Hyd.nearly 2 months back. on 26th Sep'16 i received sms from JIONET that, televerification will be done after my JIO No.[protected] is ready. NOT ACTIVATED even today.my Cell No, [protected]. contacted no.of times to concerned at Reliancce Digital shop persons but, i received no response. pl do me needful

                                        Firstly my simply was activated and it works for 10-20 minutes after that company said your photo was not clear they take 2 weeks before and they take 2 weeks more what fool they make me [protected]
                                        I don't have network for jio.. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.
