Dear Sir we are facing worst internet speed, and last 2 days my JIO net is completely stops . We can not expect it by Reliance, so please salve these problem as soon as possible other wise a lot of customers are want to PORT JIO to ANOTHER operator.

I call to Jio consumer care between 9:25 to 9:30 about poor internet about last 45days.while talking with the consumer care she(Sri) rejectedy call during talking.so I want to takeaction on her
I had taken jio sim, i am using 4G first time .
But I am not able to browse single web page... Please resolve internet issue.
According to me, my last 2g network is better than jio. Now I only saw buffering. If I dont get 4g network which is browsing simple YouTube video that 3g network also does. I will switch to other operator
