I collected that sim on 30/08/2016 as I was informed that reliance preview offer will be activated on in this sim.When I sign in via My jio app on 06/09/2016 it was shown in app that Reliance jio preview offer has been activated on your number [protected] and it has validity up to 06/12/2016.But today I got a message that "Dear Customer,

I was shocked how it is possible that when my number is for preview offer then why it converted in welcome offer.
Moreover I have also complaint about its net speed which mostly shown 10 kbps to 50 kbps.I also try to make complaint through voice call on 198/199.But I am unable to talk with executive.

When I complained about delay in sim activation then got an email from reliance jio care from where you can clearly see that my number is of preview offer. I am also attaching that email.

I collected a reliance Jio sim from reliance digital store, APR, Gaya (Bihar) on 30/08/2016.I submitted my aadhar card for identity proof as well as for address proof.My aadhar card number is[protected].My Jio number is [protected].But I didn't get any confirmation message on my alternate number [protected].So kindly activate my Jio sim as soon as possible.
