Dear sir/ madam,
I purchase a policy from reliance nippon life insurance ltd on 30000 pa premium for 15 years premium paid for ten years. At the time of policy purchase discussed that 3 lac pa mediclaim covered, 25% commission, 45000 pa money back on completion of 11, 12, 13&14 years. Manager mukesh sharma discussed me as above, and told if you found any of above fake than you van cancel your policy within 30 days i received bond on dated 22.12.2017 after the receiving of bond. I found in bond 37836\= pa money back and he is frying me yet. On dated 16.01.2016 in irda i raise i complaint to cancel my policy now insurance company saying your policy can not be cancel

    Reliance nippon life insurance agent has sold an insurance to us by undertaking unfair and unethical means, where we were said/promised that we would get a loan on buying the policy

    But, after buying the life insurance, we found that it was a big lie and now they have denied to cancel the same.

    They have cheated our hard earned money of inr 56000

    I have update my bank account in my 2 policy .My money back would be come in policy NO.51406687 Rs.34400/-,[protected]/- on date 31/12/2017 but till date I have not received my money back. my son marriage on date 05/02/2018. Service is very bed o[censored]r co.i have also call lock in your Aligarh branch on date 22/01/2018. please look in to matter.

      I went to surrender the policy at arcot branch (Tamilnadu) vellore district, ce mr aathi misbehaving with customer, and also they treating like dog. If i want to surrender the policy he ask me to take new policy (Mandate) then only he will do surrender like that they are doing. I will give compliments to irda. While collecting policy to customer the same method ur using?

        I took this policy from a friend of a friend, expecting all the details are shared correctly to me. Recently i visited reliance insurance office in bangalore, to check about the process to stop this policy and withdraw my money. That time only i came to know, i won't be able to withdraw a single penny. Even if somehow i get it, it will be only 38k, whereas i paid 2lacs as my premium. Please find below policy details.

        Policy name:- reliance's guaranteed money back
        Policy term:- 20 years
        Policy paying term:- 10 years
        Premium paid till date:- 1 (2 lacks) (Yearly)

        Due to some financial crunch, i won't be able to proceed with this policy. Can someone please suggest, what can i do to get back my own hard earned money back?

          I have received letter & cheque dated at [20/12/2017] rs:7378.57 cheque no: 303685, mention in that "your request for full surrender has been processed". I have attached the same.

          Reliance agent provide incorrect information and fraud with me (Abhay jadhav), sale incorrect way reliance policy & vacanza international pvt ltd membership as details as following, i do not surrender policy & i have requested reliance life insurance to refund rupees: 50, 000/- (Reliance guaranteed money back) and vacanza international pvt ltd rs: 74, 998/- as early as possible.

          My details as follows,

          Name of policyholder: mr. Abhay k jadhav.
          Client id of policyholder: 88580037
          Contract no: 51773566

          My booklet page no.7, not mention agency/ broker details:
          Myself abhay jadhav, requested reliance life insurance, please refund me (Abhay jadhav) rupees: 50, 000/- (Reliance guaranteed money back) and vacanza international pvt ltd rs: 74, 998/- as early as possible.

          Please refund the money with my state bank of india (Sbi) account a/c [protected]

Application no # d8113631 filled the form and a cheque no # 540418 of rupees 50, 000/- and cancel cheque no # 540419 was given to a collection boy named ashok (Mobile no: +91 [protected]). On the basis of that, amount was deducted on 13/8/2014 from bharat co-operative bank, gavanpada, mulund (East) mumbai-400 081. And after that all the documents came home through courier.

          Pankaj sharma (Mobile no: +91 [protected]) then called me and asked me to make two payments of rs 19, 999 towards vacanza international pvt ltd membership at 19, 999/- through cheaque and this amount will be refunded with the loan amount.

          On the basis of that, i, abhay jadhav wrote two cheques# 540423 & 540424 of rupees 19, 999/- (Total=39, 998/-) and a cancelled cheque no # 540422 was given to a collection girl named radha karotiya (Mobile no: +91 [protected]) & she provided me an acknowledge receipt. The cheaque got cleared on 25/9/2014 from bharat co-operative bank, gavanpada, mulund (East) mumbai-400 081.

          Pankaj sharma (Mobile no: +91 [protected]) then called up and informed me that a file code has been generated with the # vi2274. They also informed me that the cancel cheque no # 540422 was taken so that the loan amount along with the vacanza international pvt ltd membership refund amount will be deposited in this account. He also mentioned that his colleague vishal saxena will call me later and provide me further information on this.

          On the basis of that, vishal saxena (Mobile no: +91 [protected]) then called me (Abhay jadhav) and told me that vacanza international pvt ltd will be providing me a coupon. I was asked to open the vouchers which included the medical insurance certificate, health voucher, value for money product voucher and return them (Vacanza international pvt ltd.) back those vouchers (Via courier) with my signature on the back side of each voucher. I have done all that was asked.

          Vishal saxena (Mobile no: +91 [protected]) then called me and asked me to write a cheque of rupees 35, 000/- & courier him, my (Abhay jadhav) pan card, driving licence xerox. I (Abhay jadhav) couriered them the documents along with the cheque no # 540427 dated 13/10/2014 bharat co-operative bank, gavanpada, mulund (East) mumbai-400 081 rupees 35, 000/- with payee name vacanza international pvt ltd.

          Vacanza international pvt ltd office (Mobile no: +91 [protected]) called me (Abhay jadhav) for confirming that my account balance was maintained or not. An amount was deducted on 20/10/2014 from bharat co-operative bank, gavanpada, mulund (East) mumbai-400 081.

          Vishal saxena (Mobile no: +91 [protected]) then called me and told me that your fixed deposit return (Fdr) for vacanza international pvt ltd is a/c no:[protected]. The loan and vacanza international pvt ltd membership amount will be refunded in the fdr a/c no. He (Vishal saxena) also informed me that vikas kakade (Loan head) will call you & provide further information regarding this.

          Vikas kakade (Mobile no: +91 [protected]) called me and asked me to make the last payment of rupees 62, 160/- at the earliest. He also said that the loan amount will be funded in your acount and new file code generated was # d2c1126.

          On the basis of that, i mailed a photocopy of pan card, driving licence, cheque no # 540428 dated 02/11/2014 bharat co-operative bank, gavanpada, mulund (East) mumbai-400 081 for rupees 62, 160/- to be paid to vacanza international pvt ltd. Vacanza international pvt ltd office (Mobile no: +91 [protected]) called me and confirmed that account balance was maintained. Amount was deducted on 11/11/2014 from bharat co-operative bank, gavanpada, mulund (East) mumbai-400 081.

          Vishal saxena then called me and told me that vacanza international pvt ltd transferred all (Total) collected membership amount within seven working (7) days & next day the loan amount of rupees 5 lakhs would be funded in my account at bharat co-operative bank, gavanpada, mulund (East) mumbai-400 081 account. Also, i was informed by vishal saxena that he will be going to his native place for 10 days. As per the conversation, i didn't receive the membership refund amount after 7 working days. I called, vishal saxena on the seventh day evening and he (Vishal saxena) informed me that the loan amount of 5 lakhs ruppees would be funded the next day along with the collected membership amount in your account. However, i haven't got any money yet ever since then.

          I (Abhay jadhav) tried calling vishal saxena but his phone was showing out of coverage. I tried calling him again after few hours and his phone was switched off. I also tried sending him messages and but they showed up as undelivered on my phone.

          I also checked for contact details of the collection girl (Radha karotiya) in the acknowledgement receipt i received for the first membership payment. I asked her for the name and the contact number of the person (From vacanza international pvt ltd) whom i shall call regarding this issue.

          Myself abhay jadhav then contacted aasha verma, ceo of vacanza international pvt ltd (Mobile no: +91 [protected]). I called and told my whole story regarding this issue. After listening to this, she passed on the phone to another guy and he informed me that reliance life insurance and vacanza international pvt ltd have no tie ups. I also told him that i have been frauded by vacanza international pvt ltd and asked him to provide me refund from vacanza international pvt ltd. He then, told me that they will look into this issue and get back to me after 3 days. I contacted aasha verma (Mobile no: +91 [protected]) after 3 days and asked her about the refund. Aasha verma told me that your cheque no # 540428 at rupees 62, 160/- will be refunded and regarding the remaining amount, they will let me know about this.

          Next day mr. Alok kumar (Mobile no: +91 [protected]) called me and told me (Abhay jadhav) that you can use the vacanza international pvt ltd coupons provided by them. Myself abhay jadhav then strictly informed alok kumar, that i am not interested to use vacanza international pvt ltd coupons and i want full refund of my money.

          Mr. Alok kumar called me again and told me that all your money will be refunded with the deduction of service tax (12.24 %) and i agreed for the same.

          Myself abhay jadhav then contacted aasha verma and she informed me, that vacanza international pvt ltd refund of rs 62, 160/- after thirty (30) days will be given to you.

          After thirty (30) days, myself abhay jadhav then contacted aasha verma (Mobile no: +91 [protected]) and she told me that if you have an existing account available with axis bank, then the refund amount rs: 62, 160/- can be credited as early as possible.

          Myself abhay jadhav then sent a message (Sms) with the account details of my brother (Ajit jadhav, axis bank a/c no # [protected] mulund east mumbai - 400081) who has an existing account with axis bank. I then contacted asha verma about this and she told me that the refund amount will be credited within 3 hours in my brother's account. She also informed at the time that she is in the hospital with her father being hospitalised and asked me not to call her.

          The amount 62, 690/- on 03/03/2015 was credited in my brother's account (Axis bank a/c no # [protected] mulund east mumbai - 400081 account).

          My self abhay jadhav then contacted vacanza international pvt ltd office (Mobile no: +91 [protected]) and informed that,

          Cheque no # 540423 rupess: 19, 999/-
          Cheque no # 540424 rupess: 19, 999/-
          Cheque no # 540427 rupess: 35, 000/-

          Total rupess: 74, 998/-

          And asked them for the refund of the total remaining amount (Rs 74, 998/-). Vacanza international pvt ltd office representative (Girl) informed me (Abhay jadhav) that she does not have any information regarding my case and she will get back to me as soon as she has it. She also informed me that please do not call asha verma on her phone.

          Again after seven (7) days, myself abhay jadhav then contacted vacanza international pvt ltd office girl (Mobile no: +91 [protected] / 53), and no one answered the call. I searched the contact number for the vacanza international pvt ltd from their website and called on (Contact no: +91 [protected]). Still the call was unanswered.

          Myself abhay jadhav, requested vacanza international pvt ltd. Please refund me (Abhay jadhav) rupess: 74, 998/- as early as possible and informed vacanza international pvt ltd that i was frauded. Please refund the money with my bharat account a/c [protected] or state bank of india (Sbi) account a/c [protected] mulund east mumbai - 400081 accounts.

          I will once again request you to, please refund me (Abhay jadhav) my money as early as possible.

          I request you for your full co-operation and hope you will do the needful.

I want to resign from my code for professional reasons but the branch staff and manager is not taking the resignation. They are not at all helpful and I have to keep visiting there branches to meet their manager. Not at all professional behaviour from the team

The cheaque got cleared on 25/9/2014 from bharat co-operative bank, gavanpada, mulund (East) mumbai-400 081.

            Pankaj sharma (Mobile no: +91 [protected]) then called up and informed me that a file code has been generated with the # vi2274. They also informed me that the cancel cheque no # 540422 was taken so that the loan amount along with the vacanza international pvt ltd membership refund amount will be deposited in this account. He also mentioned that his colleague vishal saxena will call me later and provide me further information on this.

            On the basis of that, vishal saxena (Mobile no: +91 [protected]) then called me (Abhay jadhav) and told me that vacanza international pvt ltd will be providing me a coupon. I was asked to open the vouchers which included the medical insurance certificate, health voucher, value for money product voucher and return them (Vacanza international pvt ltd.) back those vouchers (Via courier) with my signature on the back side of each voucher. I have done all that was asked.

            Vishal saxena (Mobile no: +91 [protected]) then called me and asked me to write a cheque of rupees 35, 000/- & courier him, my (Abhay jadhav) pan card, driving licence xerox. I (Abhay jadhav) couriered them the documents along with the cheque no # 540427 dated 13/10/2014 bharat co-operative bank, gavanpada, mulund (East) mumbai-400 081 rupees 35, 000/- with payee name vacanza international pvt ltd.

            Vacanza international pvt ltd office (Mobile no: +91 [protected]) called me (Abhay jadhav) for confirming that my account balance was maintained or not. An amount was deducted on 20/10/2014 from bharat co-operative bank, gavanpada, mulund (East) mumbai-400 081.

            Vishal saxena (Mobile no: +91 [protected]) then called me and told me that your fixed deposit return (Fdr) for vacanza international pvt ltd is a/c no:[protected]. The loan and vacanza international pvt ltd membership amount will be refunded in the fdr a/c no. He (Vishal saxena) also informed me that vikas kakade (Loan head) will call you & provide further information regarding this.

            Vikas kakade (Mobile no: +91 [protected]) called me and asked me to make the last payment of rupees 62, 160/- at the earliest. He also said that the loan amount will be funded in your acount and new file code generated was # d2c1126.

            On the basis of that, i mailed a photocopy of pan card, driving licence, cheque no # 540428 dated 02/11/2014 bharat co-operative bank, gavanpada, mulund (East) mumbai-400 081 for rupees 62, 160/- to be paid to vacanza international pvt ltd. Vacanza international pvt ltd office (Mobile no: +91 [protected]) called me and confirmed that account balance was maintained. Amount was deducted on 11/11/2014 from bharat co-operative bank, gavanpada, mulund (East) mumbai-400 081.

            Vishal saxena then called me and told me that vacanza international pvt ltd transferred all (Total) collected membership amount within seven working (7) days & next day the loan amount of rupees 5 lakhs would be funded in my account at bharat co-operative bank, gavanpada, mulund (East) mumbai-400 081 account. Also, i was informed by vishal saxena that he will be going to his native place for 10 days. As per the conversation, i didn't receive the membership refund amount after 7 working days. I called, vishal saxena on the seventh day evening and he (Vishal saxena) informed me that the loan amount of 5 lakhs ruppees would be funded the next day along with the collected membership amount in your account. However, i haven't got any money yet ever since then.

            I (Abhay jadhav) tried calling vishal saxena but his phone was showing out of coverage. I tried calling him again after few hours and his phone was switched off. I also tried sending him messages and but they showed up as undelivered on my phone.

            I also checked for contact details of the collection girl (Radha karotiya) in the acknowledgement receipt i received for the first membership payment. I asked her for the name and the contact number of the person (From vacanza international pvt ltd) whom i shall call regarding this issue.

            Myself abhay jadhav then contacted aasha verma, ceo of vacanza international pvt ltd (Mobile no: +91 [protected]). I called and told my whole story regarding this issue. After listening to this, she passed on the phone to another guy and he informed me that reliance life insurance and vacanza international pvt ltd have no tie ups. I also told him that i have been frauded by vacanza international pvt ltd and asked him to provide me refund from vacanza international pvt ltd. He then, told me that they will look into this issue and get back to me after 3 days. I contacted aasha verma (Mobile no: +91 [protected]) after 3 days and asked her about the refund. Aasha verma told me that your cheque no # 540428 at rupees 62, 160/- will be refunded and regarding the remaining amount, they will let me know about this.

            Next day mr. Alok kumar (Mobile no: +91 [protected]) called me and told me (Abhay jadhav) that you can use the vacanza international pvt ltd coupons provided by them. Myself abhay jadhav then strictly informed alok kumar, that i am not interested to use vacanza international pvt ltd coupons and i want full refund of my money.

            Mr. Alok kumar called me again and told me that all your money will be refunded with the deduction of service tax (12.24 %) and i agreed for the same.

            Myself abhay jadhav then contacted aasha verma and she informed me, that vacanza international pvt ltd refund of rs 62, 160/- after thirty (30) days will be given to you.

            After thirty (30) days, myself abhay jadhav then contacted aasha verma (Mobile no: +91 [protected]) and she told me that if you have an existing account available with axis bank, then the refund amount rs: 62, 160/- can be credited as early as possible.

            Myself abhay jadhav then sent a message (Sms) with the account details of my brother (Ajit jadhav, axis bank a/c no # [protected] mulund east mumbai - 400081) who has an existing account with axis bank. I then contacted asha verma about this and she told me that the refund amount will be credited within 3 hours in my brother's account. She also informed at the time that she is in the hospital with her father being hospitalised and asked me not to call her.

            The amount 62, 690/- on 03/03/2015 was credited in my brother's account (Axis bank a/c no # [protected] mulund east mumbai - 400081 account).

            My self abhay jadhav then contacted vacanza international pvt ltd office (Mobile no: +91 [protected]) and informed that,

            Cheque no # 540423 rupess: 19, 999/-
            Cheque no # 540424 rupess: 19, 999/-
            Cheque no # 540427 rupess: 35, 000/-

            Total rupess: 74, 998/-

            And asked them for the refund of the total remaining amount (Rs 74, 998/-). Vacanza international pvt ltd office representative (Girl) informed me (Abhay jadhav) that she does not have any information regarding my case and she will get back to me as soon as she has it. She also informed me that please do not call asha verma on her phone.

            Again after seven (7) days, myself abhay jadhav then contacted vacanza international pvt ltd office girl (Mobile no: +91 [protected] / 53), and no one answered the call. I searched the contact number for the vacanza international pvt ltd from their website and called on (Contact no: +91 [protected]). Still the call was unanswered.

            Myself abhay jadhav, requested vacanza international pvt ltd. Please refund me (Abhay jadhav) rupess: 74, 998/- as early as possible and informed vacanza international pvt ltd that i was frauded. Please refund the money with my bharat account a/c [protected] or state bank of india (Sbi) account a/c [protected] mulund east mumbai - 400081 accounts.

            I will once again request you to, please refund me (Abhay jadhav) my money as early as possible.

            I request you for your full co-operation and hope you will do the needful.

As per the policy certificate, i understand the policy can be surrendered after 2 years. My policy will become two year old as on january, 2018.                       I (Akhilesh kumar bajpai), purchased policy no.[protected]Rgmb) dt. 17-1-17 from m/s reliance nippon family life scheme for 10 years, when i got th bond paper of the said policy i found that there was difference in the terms that was explained by the agent vis-a vis the actual document. Further i found that i will not able to continue the policy in future due to my financial position. Hence i requested for closing the policy well within the period indicated on the policy. The refund as suggested by the policy agent / manager (Mr. Lalit kishore, mob. No. [protected]) has been initiated but they are not providing any cancellation receipt or proof. Further while i am perusing them they are not listening and giving unnecessary reasons, false excuse. Nowadays they are not picking up me phone and not allowing me to meet them.

                                Reliance is most fraud insurance company in india first they have sell insurance policy through fraud agent and after our complaint they have not taken any action against them i have given 2years installment apx 4lakhs not they have discontinue my policy due to little delay in payment and told me that i have to forgot 4 lakhs and get new policy and they will recover that amount in new policy.

                                I am requesting to everybody do not believe in any reliance insurance policy they are cheater and fraud.

                                  My name is satyam singh and i am from harchandpur. I hav a policy of exide life insurance through reliance life insurance and its annual premium is ₹50000. I didn't want to resume so i wanted to cancel it and the manager told me that if i will pay the 2nd premium then he will surely make it happen.. But he didn't do that and untill he promising me again nd again... Now its going on from 2 years.. Please help me.
