With regard to the above, it is to attach the details of insurance policies we have in the name of family members including the policies done fraudulently in the name of refund of agent commission etc. At the time of cheating through issuing policies in the name of release of agent commissioned, the deposited/premium amount will be refunded after one yr with interest @18% and agent commission will be released well before that.

The detailed case is as follows:

It is to bring to your kind notice that the undersigned had superannuated in 2008 from a public sector company and had invested the terminal benefits in different policies through insurance agent mrs. Pinku thakur, code 20430217 in reliance life. The following officials of insurance companies informed that the agents had put such a code in policies applications which signifies that they are my relatives and they are authorized to divert from 20-40% of policy benefits in their account. We were quite unaware of this. This is to mention that the agent is in no way related to me except agent-customer relation.

I am having main policy nos.15267527/30.9.2009, 15267671/30.9.2009, 18754736/28.4.2011, 18754590 /23.3.2011 for self & wife (Narmada roy) and 18344638/31.12.2010 of my son pankaj kumar roy in reliance life insurance.

In the month of nov’13, i got a call from mr. Rohan kapoor, mob no.[protected], landline no.[protected]/[protected] from delhi head office of reliance life that about rs. 2.5 lakhs has been diverted from my above mentioned policy nos. To agent account towards their commission and i have to follow same procedure, as has been done in case of iciciprulife & birlasunlife (He informed that this information he got from net and they are also trying to help their customer for image building of our company), for release of commission amount. Accordingly, 4 nos. Were executed (Details in attached list of policies. It is also to mention that the agent had advised for not mentioning the exact reason for purchasing these policies ie for release of agent commission, during telephonic verification by co.

During discussion on 24.4.13, mr. Rohan informed & sent the transferring code and mention that confirmation calls will be received within 15 days and thereafter fund transfer letter will be sent within two weeks.

During discussion on 10.5.13, mr. Rohan informed that some problem is being raised by agent department due to which irda is not processing the case further.

After the above discussion, neither mr. Rohan is responding on phone nor sent any communication.

I have been pursuing my case regarding refund of premium amount or converting it to one time deposit with rnil directly and through irda since june 2013 but being regretted only quoting terms of policy but they never treated it as a case of fraud and cheating to a senior citizen of india.

On the advice of some insurance expert, i have made fresh request on 31/8/18. While regretting to my request vide your co's above mail, contact details of complaint redressal officer and others has been provided first time now during our communications on the issue for last 5 yrs.

It may kindly be seen from the list of policies attached, bsli had converted two bsli vision policies of amount rs. 1.0 lakh and 2.50 lakhs into 2 nos. One time deposit rainbow plan of equal amounts.

In view of the above, i would like to submit the following for kind consideration and favorable action:

I) being retired person, i had to break my fd & other savings to execute new policies and under deep financial crisis and life & death situation arose.

Ii) if refund of premium amount is not possible, it may be converted into one time deposit with minimum lock in period.

It is earnestly requested to kindly look into/intervene in the matter for favorable resolution and enable us to manage bread & butter till rest of life.

      Dear sir/madam,
      This is to inform you that my father konda nagaraju took the reliance life insurance policy in 2015. He paid premium for two times i. E., july, 2015 and feb, 2016.in last year 2017, customer care people from reliance life insurance called to my father through mobile and they said to pay the premium amount. I and my father asked them for branch address to pay the premium amount but customer care people neither told us the branch address nor to pay online. Instead we looked many places in our locality for reliance life insurance branch to pay the premium amount but we did not find the branch address. Recently on july 16, 2018 my father got expired due to accidental death. Even then i made some time to search for your branch address in our locality i. E., mahabubnagar town, telangana but we could not find your address and i tried customer care number it did not work. Finally somehow i found the branch address at dilsuknagar, hyderabad. I went to dilsukhnagar branch and asked regarding my father's insurance policy. I was shocked to hear their words. They told me that your father’s policy is lapsed and the premium amount which you paid also won’t be given back. I requested them for a longer time to help us with insured amount but they did not gave me the proper response. They told me that there is no reliance life insurance branch in your locality from last two years and they also mentioned that customer care number has changed. Then i talked to customer care people, they are not giving proper reply and the way they are talking to customers is ridiculous and they disrespect us.

      I would like to conclude by saying 30, 000 rupees is not an easy amount to our middle class people to be neglected. We as customers expect, a huge-reputed company like reliance value their customers by providing better services to people with their plans. I request you to take this issue under high priority and help your customers when they are in need of help so that they have trust in your company.

      I thought you will serve better service to customers who value your company by making insurance policies.But today you once again proved that there is no difference between you and other companies.This is how you treat your valuable customers.You just want to loot people by telling terms and conditions after completing every thing.I mentioned about every scenario what are the problmes I faced to pay premium amount but still you people blame customers(us) by telling terms and conditions and you say everything is fine from your end.You dont want customers problems, you just want how to loot people irrespective of their circumstances.You dont even care present situation o[censored]s and you simply reply us a just read terms and conditions.I thought you value your customers but its completely wrong.You just want to loot people.Finally once again I am requesting you to provide our money back so that customers value your services.

      They are sending same reply email from different representatives.They are not even caring customers information and they just neglect customers values and their concerns.Companies like Reliance life insurance making fraud to customers and they are cheating customers money in the name of terms and conditions.I believe that there is justice in India, if people are in trouble or when they got cheated. I sincerely request justice from Consumer forum to get my valuable money back.

        I have made the premium online for policy number 52734054 today ( 29/08/2018). My bank statement shows the money is paid to you.

        When I went to the web site www.reliancenipponlife.com and logged into my acciount to generate the receipt, I was not able to generate to do so for the same.
        The message displayed was "No records found".
        When I have made online payment it should reflect immediately since the payment has been done instantly.
        Please look into the matter and issue the Receipt.

          My name is vijay kumar:

          Iwhen i recieved call from executive, he told me, if i can give rs. 50000/- for three year then i can take 227000/- after three year..

          But both number are got switch off [protected] (Deepak relience), [protected] (Rohit relience)

          Dear sir they told wrong thing that can give me 227000/- after 3 year.

          I believed on soft word.

          Now i visited kirti nagar-branch, they ignore me told me you can go any where..

          I pay this money to get help of 227000/- for my sister marriage after 3-4 years as executive ensure me.

          They told if get call for verification, just tell everything is okay otherwise they policy will reject by mr. Rohit.

          Please help me., i am help less. I am in dipression
          They give me false promise. I make complaint to relience but they refuse two times. They told we sent you policy and you need to read it, but could not able to understand legal language.

                                  I purchased a policy no[protected] in the name of mrs. Sunita gupta client id[protected]. Within 15 days i requested shri shailesh gole manager at o. P road baroda for surrender of the policy. He assured me that it will surrender after 15 days after taking approval of higher authorities. On[protected] i submitted the policy and freelook cancellation request form to m. Sweta shah at o. P. Road baroda center of reliance nippon life insurance. She didn't gave receipt or acknowledgment and misguided me. On that day shri gole also misbehaved and shouted like as i am a culprit. After sometime this policy send back by courier at my home address. On inquiry through customer care i came to know that they did't received any such request. I want to surrender this policy as i requested to shri gole as per rule within 15 days. You are requested this may be done and due amount should be credited in my account. Shri shailesh gole has not being done any help, hence you are requested high level inquiry may be done in this case, otherwise we will go in legal action.

                                  As stated previously once again I am reminding that I had submitted the closure of policy form and policy at your center, branch at O.P. Road Manisha Chowkadi Road branch Baroda (Gujarat). But the lady named Miss Shweta Shah on the counter misguided me and didn't gave me the receipt/acknowledgement of the form and further told me that all the documents will be sent to Mumbai branch- Registered office and all the process will be done from there end and the policy amount will be settled from there side. But she didn't forwarded the documents to Mumbai branch and returned back the policy and the closure form at my home address. After receiving the documents, I had inquired about it on call center, from there I came to know that they didn't received any such closure request. The manager at O.P. Road branch Baroda named Mr. Shailesh Gole also miss-behaved and shouted at me, such as I was the culprit who had came to close the policy. Kindly settle this problem and close the policy asap and transfer the policy amount in my account. Now it went on high level of frustration and anger on the working procedure of this company. I faced such a bad experience with this company. I hope now this problem should get resolve quickly or else I have to go further for legal action.

                                    Puja sharma call me offer to take reliance insurance against loan provied by 4.5 % intrest rate. I paid premium
                                    15675/- than loan sanction letter received
                                    But before loan disburse paid some amts refund with loan. I was 40000/- paid but loan amts cannot disbursed. Again call to paid some amts otherwise before paid amts not refund again i was paid some amts.. Totally i was no chance to reverse i paid near about total 264410/- paid between 7/12/2017 to 21/4/2017

                                    This policy are draw without permission
                                    payment are deposited to loan against a single Policy. Reliance life agent misguided me to transfer payment for disburse loan payment .but he was use this transfer money to draw a policy.

                                      Policy matured on 21.3.18 they send maturity benefit by cheque on present address which is wrong. Not as per my policy paper address. They don't inform me by email. My registered no is closed. After call on 11.4.18 they demanded my whole profs that is id proof address proof pay out form but till 16.4.18 they couldn't resend my maturity benefit. They demanded the same document again. Which i send them on 11.3.18. And they reacted also on 11.3.18 as sending cheque again but today 16.4.18 they refused to get any attention about 11.3.18 documents. Please help me
