I paid rs. 24650 policy no.50988005 and rs. 25000 application no. D5271349
In reliance life insurance company till last date 20/12/2014.
And now due to bad financial conditions, i am unable to pay further policies. Therefore, i want my money to be refunded to me. Hence, i contacted to customer care of reliance insurance company. They said that i cannot get my all money refunded back. Therefore, i complain that i want my money refunded back.

    I purchased reliance nippon life insurance policy[protected] before 5 years and paid 5 premium as well, at the time purchase this policy, agent told me if we surrender this policy before 5 premium paid they will deduct surrender value. But after 5 years there will be not any deduction at the time of surrender,
    Due to some financial requirement today i contacted with one of reliance executive regarding surrender value they told me i will get only 50% of total premium paid.
    I am totally upset, what to do.

      My policy completed 5 years on april 11, 2019. It’s may 16 today and i am yet to receive my full payment without deducting any tds as i am nri and on february 05, 2019 i had provided all the documentation regarding my kyc, nri status, fatca, form 10f and trc (Tax residency certificate). As per dtaa rules between usa and india, full payment should be made if trc and other information is provided. Repeated complaints via email has not helped. I called their toll free service and they just disconnected my without helping. Please help. Desperate.

                    Matrix company that handles your benefit payment will not pay my monthly long term disability payments. Due to my disability i have cancer all leukemia.. They are stating to everyone that they overpaid us or that we owe them money... This is a straight out lie.. They are stating that someday we may get additional benefits from social security. If we were to get those benefits in the future, then would owe those benefits to them and if we owe them future award money then they have the right to stop benefits now even though we have three letters from m social security saying we are not going to be getting any more benefits i'n the future. The award money he keeps saying we are going to get, this is causing great hard ship on ourr family,,, we don't have any money that belongs to matrix not have we gotten any letters saying we are going to get any money, please help

                      I may go to police for forcefully doing these things.

                      1st one girl at bigbazar, nayapalli took address telling about reliance 56th annivery function and lucky winner contest and gift.
                      Next mory 2 ladies called one by one to come at 2pm for 1hour.
                      We went there at 2pm. They talked till 4:00pm and forcefully requested to do policy.. Those ladies asked a lot personal questions and tried to brainwash and extra familiar with us. At last they convinced my wife, but i did pay online & thought if policy is not good i can cancel after getting bond.

                      Now without creating further problem resolve as quick as possible, else i will file a case against reliance fraud.

                        policy surrendered on feb 28, 2019 but money not received till march 09, 2019

                        I have surrendered my policy no. 17672117 completing all required formalities on feb 28, 2019. I was told that at max it will take five working days to get the money in account. But today 10 days have lapsed (8 working days) but still the amount to be received in my account.
                        This was a totally unexpected unprofessional working on the part of concerned department....

                          Policy No. 5019835 surrendered on 27, 2.19 @ NAV of 27 2.19. The value comes to around
                          Rs. 10, 40, 000/- the amount should have been credited to my bank by 2nd March 19. Till date money has not been transferred by RLIL. RLIL may please be asked to explain the delay. Also interest be paid on amount due till date of payment @ 18%

                            I am dr. P. T. Saleendran, working in abroad from 2013 and i had health and wealth policy for more than 15 years. By december 2017 two people (Mr. G. Samaresan and mr. Sakeer ali) introducing themselves as the branch managers of reliance nippon life insurance company limited, no.965, 2nd floor, harita center, sony world building, avinashi road, lakshmi mills, coimbatore 641 037, contacted by wife at my home and said that the policy plan - health and wealth policy is about to close and requested to change over to a new policy plan - reliance easy care fixed benefit plan – single. My wife who is less educated and innocent was carried aways by the words of the agents. Thereafter they made many calls from the branch office and contacted by wife in person bringing the documents and other procedure. They said that the amount accumulated in the health and wealth policy will be used to pay the premium new policy and requested for a singed blank cheque (As they were not aware of the exact amount), adar card copy, bank account details, photos etc. As the bank account is a joint account, my wife gave the signed cheque and all requested documents. Within few days they credited the amount in my account and they debited the whole amount.
                            Within few months, we received three document and my wife was under the notation that the documents were related to new policy reliance easy care fixed benefit plan – single. Very recently people from coimbatore branch office called though telephone and also came in person to my home asked to pay a premium of rs. 98007.64 every year for about 10 years which is not affordable by me. We were shocked and verified the documents. It was found that one of the documents were reliance fixed savings, which we were totally unaware. All the signature in the documents were fake. None of the signature in the documents were mine nor my wife’s. The agents of your company has put our signature by themselves. I have never seen the agents in person so far. I never expected this type of act from a reliance office. All these happened when i was not in india. I left india by 20th september 2016 and i arrived india only after january 20, 2017. (Herewith enclosing the dates in my passport as a proof). All these had happened during these time. I contacted the local reliance branch of coimbatore and explained in details about this cheating. I have given a complaints to them and they requested me file a complaint in the customer care office. I humbly request you to action against those involved in this deceitful act and to cancel the reliance fixed savings policy and to return my money at an earliest. I have not given any police complaint as this may spoil your organizations reputation.
                            I have already submitted a complaint at coimbatore branch in person. Herewith enclosing the copy of it.

                              This is regarding policy number[protected]

                              I have been initially contacted by reliance insurance branch regarding a special offer that if i subscribe for money back policy then medical and educational policy will be offer free.

                              Because of this i got interested in the policy and went to the branch of reliance in kharkhana secundrabad and registered for the policy.

                              Regarding policy documents they told that ill receive by courier. But till now (1.5 years) i have only received the main policy documents that is money back policy and when i contacted the main branch they told that im eligible for only 1 policy as i have only 1 document.

                              Now the branch where i have applied the policy was also removed and the policy agent number given in document is not working.

                              This is simply unacceptable and hardcore cheating for a company like reliance and just mere cancelling a policy wont solve my problem because i have invested time also into this company.

                              I can attach the policy document if you require. Im using my registered email id for your verification.

                              Please do justice and see that in future no one else suffers like me.

                                  Have a serious complaint against the reliance life insurance company engaged in unethical business practices. Reliance life insurance company has appointed fraud insurance agents in various branches of their outlets, from where their insurance agents gives false and misleading information about reliance life insurance products. They trap people by luring them to take reliance life insurance policy to a bigger amount in the motto of earning high incentives and when people get aware of that they are being cheated and ask refund of their policy premium, reliance life insurance company executives make fool to people since their 15 days period is over leaped now they have to continue paying the premium. Similar case is with me i have already paid a premium of rs.50, 000/= (Rupees fifty thousand) to this company and for last three years i have been in continues followup with this company to return my policy dues as i have been given false, misleading information about their reliance insurance products.

                                  But they deliberately ignoring my emails and giving one excuse that since my 15 days time is over, i need to continue paying the policy premium. I have learned from many other people as well that reliance life insurance is engaged in such unethical practices for long has no mercy it only see how it can generate more and more revenue by looting public.

                                  Being india's no.1 news channel i request your goodself to help me in getting my policy refund of rs.50, 000/= returned back from reliance life insurance company at the very earliest.

                                  I have made you several emails and communication but you always taken my emails and communication as dumb ears. It is not expected from Reliance Life Insurance a leading company in India to adopt such bad unethical practice of looting consumers money by appointing Fraud Insurance Agents. If you and your organisation will do it what example you will set for others and path you show to other Insurance companies to follow.

                                  You should be more responsible towards the society and should adopt all good business ethical practices. Your moto should not be earning your profits and looting your customers through your appointed Fraud Insurance Agents.
                                  I have paid the renewal premium online portal for my policy # 19884225 few days ago and still not the received the receipt thru email. I was not able to download the receipt also thru my login and Moreover, it shows Premium not yet paid and as it's till due.

                                    It is a FRAUD company. Please DON'T INVEST A SINGLE PENNY in any of their policies. Please read very carefully.

                                    Their agents are blatant liars. They will come to your home and lie on your face in the broad daylight. Looks like Reliance has invested huge sums in their training on how to lie to the customer with such great confidence.

                                    Customer service is a joke. They keep sending you the same email. Their customer service representative doesn't know anything about their policies.

                                    All in all, this is a sham business. They will tell you a very attractive plan, take your money, send you a very confusing document in the name of policy where nothing is mentioned clearly. They have managed to word their policies so well that it looks like whatever the agent told you is just about right but it isn't. Nowhere in the policy, you will be able to figure out what exactly you will receive at the end of policy or when you surrender the policy after 3 years lock-in period. You will have to trust the agent.

                                    If you call customer service in the first 15 days they will tell you the same benefits as the agent told you. This 15 day is free lookup period as per the policy post this you can't do anything.

                                    So you will then forget everything and move on until a couple of years passes. Later, you will probably want your money back to invest it somewhere else or anything else. Now the real story starts.

                                    When you call the customer care, now they will tell you a different story, and when you hear that it will make your blood boil with rage. They will tell you that if you surrender the policy you will get a meager amount back.

                                    When you take the policy their agent will tell you that you will get money after 3 years according to this formula.

                                    Total Money = Sum Assured * No of Premiums paid / No. of Total Premiums + Guaranteed Bonus Add on + Surrender Value.

                                    This is a very good amount but the trick is you will never ever get it. You won't even get half. Not even a quarter of this amount. This is the reality.

                                    For example, if I consider my case, My EMI is 60k pa and total no of premiums are 10. And I was told that if I surrender after 3 years then according to the calculation table in my policy I should be getting

                                    528, 840 * 3/10 + 31730 + 86747 = 277129/-

                                    But in reality, the formula was

                                    1st premium gone + 30% of 2 premiums = 36, 000.

                                    Can you see the difference? It is 20% of the amount you have already paid them (forget about any interest).

                                    So you paid them close to 1.8 lacs and you get back 36, 000. Isn't that a joke?

                                    BUT IT ISN'T. IT IS TRUTH.

                                    SO IT'S A HUMBLE REQUEST TO EVERYONE, THAT PLEASE DON'T INVEST A SINGLE PENNY IN RELIANCE ADA GROUP. THEY ARE GOING TO SUCK ALL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

                                      I submit almost 6 to 5 forms in parasia branch regarding my maturity..in 3 forms branch person says tick on surrender your amount.. Then i call customer care he tell me this comment generate fill two form more. Now branch comment two more form to fill... What i mistake.. I buy policy this was my mistake.. Or 2018 april was my maturity date... How much more form i have to fill please inform me...
