Policy matured on 21.3.18 they send maturity benefit by cheque on present address which is wrong. Not as per my policy paper address. They don't inform me by email. My registered no is closed. After call on 11.4.18 they demanded my whole profs that is id proof address proof pay out form but till 16.4.18 they couldn't resend my maturity benefit. They demanded the same document again. Which i send them on 11.3.18. And they reacted also on 11.3.18 as sending cheque again but today 16.4.18 they refused to get any attention about 11.3.18 documents. Please help me

    this is my complaint against Reliance Life Insurance Customer care employee called today 09th April from +91 [protected], offering insurance on my Airtel mobile #, which i was not interested and i asked her did i said i'm interested but she says first lesion to my offer do not interrupt me and when i said i'm not interested to lesion she started abusing me with in local language when i raised my voice she started all bad works and she cut my phone.

    i called her back and some other lady spoke to me and she said what did she said when i'm explaining to her she just dropped my call and just got one info is these girls are calling from Uppal branch and manager name akhila.

    few things to understand by call center people
    1. if they are calling to unknown people first thing they should check whether they are interested in her/his topic.
    2. should be min communications skills to talk to clients(customer)
    3. these guys are selling a product and they should have min knowledge and warm talking.
    these girls are really horrifying and doesn't even have common respect and communication to speak.

    I really feel back to reliance Life insurance company, i'm sure these girls are not from direct Reliance company maybe a 3rd party vendor.
    I request you guys plz take necessary action against on them.

      Dear sir,

      This is to keep you informed that i, mr. Manjit singh holding policy no.[protected] is really depressed with the service of reliance life insurance.

      In the month of nov 2017 i was supposed to goto out of station so i ensured that none of my emis should be pending. My policy number[protected] was supposed to be paid on 29/12/2017, so i went to the office to pay my renewal payment on 17/11/2017. I re-confirmed the agent my renewal amount which was rs.13760 as per her (Ms. Pravin kaur). I paid the entire amount in cash and it was accepted (Receiving receipt wc[protected] is attached) without any balance informed to me.

      After 4 months dated[protected] i got a courier having a note from reliance life insurance (Excess refund mail) which had cheque (Ch. No.943587) enclosed to it for rs.13782. I visited the office on the same day, and they informed me to pay the amount with extra rs.55 again, after clearing the cheque. I even requested her to accept the same cheque with rs.55 cash and clear the renewal. She denied the same as was adamant on clearance of cheque.

      Due to long weekend and bharat band on 2nd april 2018, it was bank holiday, i got the cheque cleared and re-visited the reliance life insurance office to pay my dues on 3th & 5th apr.

      I was surprised to know from ms. Pravin kaur that my policy amount has increased
      From rs.13815 to rs.14118 with fine (Rs.303 is added as fine).

      How come common people are being looted without being guided properly
      Why was this not informed to me on the same day when i was submitting my renewal policy
      Why did i get the update after 4 months. Why do i need to pay the fine
      When i paid in cash, why did the get the cheque to be submitted in my account

      Kindly look into this as i am not ready to pay the fine amount because of their mistake and carelessness. Looking forward for quick closure and helping me.

          More than 6 months correspondance, through letter, email, toll free and personal visit at br. Problem not solved. Many landline phone not attend, inspite more than 7 calls. Policy no:52740633. The fault by company, they are not setwrite annuity problems and an excess rs.5554/- adjust, without informng myself, thought i agree to repay an excess amount minus quarterly annuity of rs.1892.75.

              Coming to the point i am a policy holder of your company and the story is that the employee of your company are facing to get the salary for three months now.
              So how can the company assure the customer that we will get our money on time.
              So as the consumer of this company i would like to withdraw my insurance as you people are not worth to be trusted.
              When you cant provide any good facility to your own employee then you people wont even be able to help us

                I have taken reliance nippon life insurance from agent. Agent provided all fake information. He said that of you pay online you will receive cashback of 8000, but 1year has passed and i didn't got that cashback. The contact number provided by broker is also fake. It remains switch off.in my brochure broker name is mentioned as north india finservepvt ltd and code is 21364762. I request to the company to please take severe actions against fake brokers. So that innocent customers dont get cheated. He also provided certain wrong information regarding the policy

                    Complaint against mr pratik ka patel, city name - anand vidhyanagar. This is the man who cheat with my father while i am not here at india he come to my father and give one policy of yearly 50000payment and then after some times he come agen and convines my father for uonther policy so on the way my father ask him that my frist police install ment still going own so how come i take uonther one so mr pratik replays that i manage all don't wary. So my father take uonther policy. It's n it finished yet agen when he come for third time and agen age he convines my father for 3rd policy so we show that he trap my father in policy while he not educated to much. And now when i go to the reliance life insurances office uonther man who look after about policy payment he tell me that your policy is all ready finished you got only 1425 rs only while we pay 50000 twice just because of mr pratik swapping my father money to one policy to uonther policy we lost our money. So if your office head do some thing and atlest return our main fund which we payed to company so it's garet for us. My father is heart pacent parent and pratik is not answering his call anif answer so he place his excuses all time after 3 or 4 days i am going to police complained agent agent of your company. Hope you give me proper answer.

                        मैंने 2008 में रिलायंस इंसुरेंस के माध्यम से 20000 रुपए 3 बार जमा किए थे। जो कि 5 बार जमा करना था। लेकिन 3 बार के बाद किसी कारण मै जमा नहीं कर पाया। और मेरा इंसुरंस बाद हो गया। फिर हम अपना पैसा निकालने के लिए रिलायंस के ऑफिस गए।। वहां जाने के बाद पता चला कि करीब 69000 रुपए कुछ पैसा तो 2015 मे निकला जा चुका है।
                        मै आपसे निवेदन करता हूं कि कृपया आप हमारी सहायता करे।। Insurance विवरण नीचे लिख रहा हूं।

                            kusum sharma this side.My policy No. is 51544895.My Premium due date is 18.03.2018. I paid it in advance in February 19.02 2018.Bit till date i did'not find
                            the receipt and it is not showing any updates .Please veryfy .I paid my amount by HDFC credit card.So i have the proof.
                            Please solved my problem .

                              My ecs stands on axis bank, new panvel branch but rel. Life wrongfully raised ecs mandate on 29th dec'17 on abhyudaya coop. Bank, new panvel branch and axis bank, new panvel branch, both banks. Since my abhyudaya bank was not having sufficient balance, bank deducted rs.354=00 though my ecs stands with axis bank only and dec'17 ecs cleared by axis bank.
                              So kindly refund or adjust rs.354=00 immediately.

                                      The policy was opened in 2010 and only one premium was paid. Now the status shows its been lapsed and i can't get the first premium amount back. The amount is not small its 50k. If second premium is not paid you should cancelled the policy and refund the first premium. You can charge penalty on the amount but its not like we can't get the paid amount back. Policy number is 18246104
