This is regarding policy no 19932253. With false information insurance issued and not cancelled. Contact company couple of time but nothing happened till yet. I am attaching a screenshot where i handover this letter with details with reliance life insurance company. Amount i paid is 46935/- please help

      My policy number is 19251803, in which i had told too many times by calling customer care to close this policy and return my amount back, thats why till that time i had not paid any amount after my first installment, because when i was going to purchase this cash flow plan, then your executive told me that they are going to gave me a 32" LED TV and then after 1 year i came to know they all are doing the fraud with me, thts why i had not paid my second installment to them and called customer care so many times that kindly close this and return my amount to me, and everytime they told me that right now our servers are updating and we are not able to get any information just call us after 4 hours i got this response from customer care everytime...so hereby i am requesting you, kindly close this and i don't need any life insurance from reliance and return my amount to me...I had paid 30000 to Reliance Life insurance via cheque .

      I am attaching the all proofs regarding my policy, which inludes policy document in which the number mentioned by reliance is of agent that is [protected], ( switched off now), even i had not recieve any verification call from reliance, and any update from reliance, because agent does nt mention my contact number in the policy document and I am also attaching the applications and letters written by me to reliance but there is no reply from any where, and one file is separate in which i am attaching the sheets which were showed by agent at the time of policy, So here by i am requesting you to kindly help me in this sir, and help me to get my money back...I am very thankful to you for this.

                I have raised a request for cancellation of my New policy with in 15 days from date of purchase of policy to customer care of Reliance Nippon Life insurance co. On 27th March 20

                Unfortunately I have not received any response from customer care of co. But premium amount deducted from my account.

                      1. Promise me to said my policy with bharti axa policy due amount including interest is rs. 275000/- will be adjusted in reliance nippon life insurance said by mr ganesh his mobile no. Is [protected]. And said same will be mentioned on policy but same is not there nor he is picking up the phone.
                      2. He said 5% cash back or emi interest of one year will be paid by company
                      3. He said on verification the same question will be asked to you but give the negative answer as india info line is outside agency.
                      4. I asked give me writing, he said sir promised you this will come to on policy document no need to give in witting.
                      5. He said if you don't received you have option to close the policy and total amount including you loss on payment of credit card plus interest and other loss every thing will be refunded.
                      6. Policy issued on 29th february 2020, document i received today i./e. 03/07/2020
                      7. Policy document number will be provided.
                      Kindly resolve my this and i also want to claim to recover my other cost as many time so many trouble given to me to take said policy.
                      8. Also request you kindly take pone record of all the discussion from 11th february 2020 to till 29th february.

                        I was working as ardm with employee id 70608433 in sopore rnlic branch. I was forced by branch manager to submit my resignation to adjust blue eyed person. My travel bills of rs 9500 approx. Are still pending with the agency. I hired 10 insurance managers in my first 10 days after joining and all of them were pressurised by bm they all left job without resignation. Please settle my claim and send me reliving order by settling my fnf and oblige. Hope for early revert and redressal of my claim

                                reliance super invest assurance plan

                                As per telephone call i was told by someone that i have invested rs30000 10 years back. Now the value of that fund is rs59765. But to receive that fund i have to deposit rs 30000 more for a locking period of 2 years with guaranteed 8.5% interest. Rs 59765 would be deposited within 60 days after i transfer rs 30000. I think these terms do not follow irda norms.

                                My policy number 19347545, for which i have made the payment through phone pay on 15th sept'19, but reliance says they have not received the amount. My bank has confirmed the amount has been already released and received by merchant, regarding this i have been following up with the customer care since then. Also as requested by reliance i have already forwarded the bank statement still no update till date.
                                Now my bank is asking in written from reliance that they have not received the amount, then only the money will be refunded back to bank.
                                I am little worried about my money. Can someone try and help me out with this please.

                                  I already dropped an email for the same on oct 3, 2019 and have not received any response yet from your team. Also, called you customer care multiple times and they all say it’s a work in progress and do not have any further update to share with me.

                                  Here is the issue:- i took reliance nippon life insurance guaranteed money back plan from one of your policy agent. Based on benefits explained to me by them i bought a policy# 53570456 for myself - jaspreet singh chawla which has a premium paying term of 10 years and policy term 15 years. I opted for 1 lac yearly premium and paid 1, 04, 500 online (Including gst) around sep 25, 2019. Then i received policy document online, checked all benefits and payments in it and to my big-big surprise it is only near 13 lacs that i would be paid in total by 15th year whereas while taking policy i was told i would get total 26.5 lacs by 15th year end. Also, i was told no tds or tax would be deducted whatsoever.

                                  I then checked with your customer care executive named ishwari over call why only 13 lacs payout is shown in policy document. She confirmed payout will be only 13 lacs. Also, tds of 1% would be deducted every time any payment is made to me.

                                  I am deeply saddened that i trusted your team/agents and took the policy. I will never trust reliance, it becomes so so difficult and impossible for me to trust you and your brand because of your team who sold me this policy based on false promises and using unfair means.

                                  However, i wish to cancel the policy and get the complete refund amount of 1, 04, 500 into payment source asap.

                                  I already dropped an email on oct 3, 2019 for cancelation stating above reasons and i have not received any response yet. It’s been 10 days.

                                  Do the needful asap to get me my full refund asap.
