Dear sir,
The undersigned purchase LG refrigerator Model LG-REF/GL-M472GSHMSV (420 Refrigerator) from your Reliance Mall, Nizampura, Vadodara because Reliance is genuine dealer but I were wrong that time. You have supplied me defective piece or second so that we faced lot of problems in last 07 years. Yesterday visited at your Reliance Digital and asked for Mr. Sureshbhai (who was sold me this refrigerator in 2015) but one of your reprehensive told he is busy in meeting due to Audit and don't know when he will free, Not any got response from your Reliance Digital, Vadodara also.

Date of Purchase : 09.03.2015, Demo and Installation Date : 16.03.2015
Purchased from : Reliance Digital Mall, Nizampura, Vadodara
Faced Problem : in 07 years.
a. Replaced Compressor in the year 2018.
b. Again cooling problem raised in July’2022
My complain dt. : 15.07.2022
LG Service Engg. visited on 16.07.2022 – Checked PCB, it was OK. Call continue for Compressor.
LG Service Engg. visited on 23.07.2022 – checked compressor, it was failed, your Engineer told your refrigerator is in no warranty, rusted so we can’t change. Your Area Manager, Branch Manager told it is not repairable (give in scrape) and purchase new one.
My complain continue with LG till today because compressor is in under warranty.
The undersigned also more than 50 mails to Service Head as well as CEO and so many times called at service toll free numbers as well as with Area Service Manager and Branch Manager not body given reply of mail in writing or not resolve my complaint.
LG wants to save the cost of compressor and LG only arguing and given reasons for rusting. The same is can be repair by outsider and LG why not ?
In this connection, just 3 days back the undersigned called at LG Customer care and talked with Mr. Ankit who was told that
LG Can’t resolve your complaint and you can do any thing or if require you go in consumer forum.
In view of the above, requested you to kindly give me either any solution or replacement . I will wait for 02 days otherwise I have no any option to lodge this complaint in consumer forum because I want replacement of refrigerator.
