Dear sir,
It's is the incident of reliance smart jaigaon, west bengal alipurduar dist. I shop for 736 rs. And paid through axis bank atm card & amount deducted receipt printed out but bill couldn't print out. For it i had to wait for 30 minutes without supportive acknowledgement, i told them that take my number and please call me when your problem get solved.

Here i didn't got any call from anyone as my office gets over went in 5.30pm again but no one is serious about my problem and one food and beverage manager faced me since the beginning after his acknowledged not him or no one dare to solve my problem and tool initiative hopeless cashier not reported his sm or supervisor regarding this and he left duty and did settlement and it's accounted in settlement bill too.

As i went inn after duty than also no one so much interested to solve it finally they came with solutions after 1.20 hour that i have to pay double. Where i have taught them 3 solutions how work can be done but the sm was useless in decision making nor he knows the customer values nor had better experience to handle it where i was harassed from 4 hour. Finally it was raining and i had to return to family after hectic service and fight with 4 hour late hopeless service resulted pay double.

Now tell me is it the way you treat customer why you can't let me go which i billed it and i had transaction receipt and bill was showing in settlement receipt..? Hopeless service and and devastating experience.

    Sir, yesterday i had been to ur reliance mart (Bijapur, karnataka) to purchase some sauces.. I purchased tomato sauce, onion sweet sauce, family pack parle, 1 kg bournvita, some groceries, cheese, paneer all costs about 7638/- when went to billing they refused to give onion sweet sauce and said come tomorrow to purchase it again as they has to lodge complaint against that item.. Onion sweet sauce mrp is 129/- and offer price is 13/-, i asked the store manager itz not my fault as u have kept it in rack for sale until unless your company not allowed to sell then how you put it in rack to sell.. I asked them if they don't give the sweet onion sauce as per the offer then i will cancel all the products which i purchased, later i received
    Reply from the store manager that i can cancel the all products which i have purchased.. The company will bear the loss not me like this the store manager replied

      I ordered from jio mart website on 23 jun 2020 for rs 3878. But there is no update of order confirmation. When i raised a complaint in jiomart support ym, getting an automated mail saying "ticket is created" and very next day another mail "ticket is resolved" but there is no improvement. Not getting any reply from this. Total fraud website. Never had such a worst experience. Not sure about my money spent on this.

        Today i visited relience smart.. (Yash arian gf no. 11 to 18 near gurukul swami vivekanand cross road ahmedabad 380052)
        There is some products... Store staff priyanka rajput directly sale b to b client... I request her... What is the scheme on this product... She hardly answer me.. No scheme... But same product sale to other customer.. (B/b buyer) in markdown price... I request to store manager... For this... But i surprised.. He is also supported to this girl.. Store manager name is mr. Thakor... Exsetly i don't know his name.. But i have photo of store manager...
        I think they have setting with b/b buyer...
        Relience is one top brand in india.. All customer are same... But. This type of staff misbehaving with other customer... They are very roude with me...
        I need answer... Please take action again this type of staff...

          I recently went to reliance smart rani bagh, pitampura store on 13/06/2020 for purchasing groceries and asked from payment counter if payment can be made from sodexo meal card. They said yes. Then i selected my items which i required and then again i told at billing counter that i need to make the payment through sodexo meal card and what is the total bill amount when they have scanned all my items.           Order confirmed:[protected]m
          Delivered on 5th may had many items undelivered worth 840 rs worth. I following up since that day but i am not getting any reply nor i am getting refund in my account.

          When call on their cust care no[protected] its going on hold for twenty minutes and no ones coming to answer the call.

            I have prepaid ordered some stuff on 17 may 2020 and rs 927 was deducted from my savings account through phone pe on 17 may 2020.

            My order got cancelled and i claim a refund for the same. I haven't received a refund amount in my bank.

            Firstly the order was cancelled from the store itself and sent an incorrect msg that i have cancelled the order. Secondly, i was informed that the refund takes up to 10 days to process and today it’s almost 1 month and there is no trace of the refund.

              The mall is so big and the service is nottt upto mark we are here for billing by 15 mins there are so many counters butt the bills is done by two members and other are closed

                Worst experience in covid time... Staff are worst... They don't talk properly with customer... Providing only 100 coupon for a day and the coupon timing is 7 to 8... But the way of taking with customer is worst... I request the admin team to take the action on chunabhatti staff... People are suffering a lot due to mis-behave... As 100 coupon are not enough for a day it a humble request... Kindly take action on chunabhatti reliance staff

                  I many time mailed for pf transfer to my new pf account so i can withdraw some pf money due to an emergency pendamic covid 19. But no any response receiving from employer, as per instruction received from employer to share online claim so we can initiate already shared all the documents via email to :-

                  3) dayavati. [protected]@ril.com
                  Also send 3 reminder on mail, also no response on call [protected]. Kindly help me to transfer pf money to new account on topmost priority.

                    I mr anil jagtap writing this complaint about reliance smart
                    I had ordered some goods from reliance smart on 18 may 2020. On 19 may 2020 i got an sms from reliance smart about that our goods have processed and will deliver shortly. Your bill amount is rs. 6947 a partial refund on rs. 4884.49 will be initiated in couple of days. After few days i received the half goods without any return. I had mailed the company so many times but no reply even i had called their customer care but their helpline was said to be busy. Later i visited the nearby reliance smart store they gave me their supervisor number staff number. The supervisor there received my call and said ok in 14 days will resolve your problem and revert you back. After that i dint received his single call, i tried to call him so many times but he never received my call till today's date. I waited for 14 days but not a single call or not even my refund. I blame the reliance company being so careless in this pandemic and not being authentic with the customer. And just because of this i had to write its complaint here. There are so many complaints regarding this company about refund and dear consumer forum please do it as early as possible as you know in this pandemic many have lost their jobs and this company is trying to do fraud. Please i want the action to be taken as early as possible with my refund.
                    Consumer forum if you want i can provide the supervisor number but i won't display here due to privacy issues.

                      I had placed order on reliance smart website/jiomart.com on 26th may. Delivery date was promised as 28th may but order was not delivered and status for the order showed refund initiated even without cancelling the order. Since the order was not delivered even till 30th may, i had cancelled the order and was waiting for the refund of the value on my paytm account from where payment was done. It is 8th june today, there is no update on refund. Customer care no given on jiomart websote is never reachable and email id gives no response. Only a ticket no was given with resolution period given as 48 hours. Its more than 96 hours with no update and there is no response on emails. This is pathetic service. Please respond at the earliest.

                        Your cashier charged me more than mrp.

                        Mrp is 99 and bill charge 102.

                        You must aware that this is very big crime if i go for legal action.

                        Now how can you justify?

                        I cant again and again to reliance smart for refund.

                          This is regarding follower order I placed through JioMart website on 31st May:

                          Order Number:[protected]W
                          Order Date:[protected]:34:42

                          At the time of placing order, I paid Rs. 1792.05 through NetBanking. However, when I was supplied the goods, the invoice amount was only Rs. 719.60 because many items were cancelled due to unavailability. As a result, I should be refunded the amount of Rs. 1072.45 (see attached invoice).

                          Hence, I request you to refund me the pending Rs. 1072.45 through NetBanking.

                          I received the refund today, hence marking this as resolved. However, I'd like to advise Reliance Mart to speed up their refund process in general as 11 days is too much of a wait period.

                              A guy who is working as a security guard he just pop up and entered the store without any thermal screening and he dis not even santized his hands when entered. Rules are for everyone.
                              And there is a long que of customers waiting for their turn and just because of billing people are waiting because there are number of reliance workers inside the store but there is just one cash counter open. It should be more convenient if there would be two counters open

                                  I ordered groceries from reliancesmart.in (Which directs to jio mart now) of rs. 2372 on may 15, out of which i received only products worth rs. 673.7 and i am supposed to receive refund of rs. 1698.30 which is not yet initiated. Also, the customer care number is not reachable. No response on email we get. Jio mart site do not have track of our orders, only they have kept basic profile information.

                                      I placed an order with id :[protected]m

                                      The difference between the amount i paid 1626/- and the bill amount had a difference. Also some of the items were missing. And i still haven't received the refund from them
