I purchased cealing fan at reliance smart gulbarga 30/07/2020 and warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase.
After taking to the home fan not work same will be informed to reliance smart gulbarga but they told that they have not responsible for the same.
Please kindly accept my complaint and solve as much as possible early

In this covid19 situtation we are standing in the lines for almost 45 mins for only collecting the token. The person who is issuing the token knows how many tokens are there and how many customers are standing in the line. Even after that he will wait up to 7:45am and acting like doing some other work clicking photos of the lines for promoting and so on.. After 7:45 am he start issuing tokens he issues only 100 tokens (That not sufficient for the 25% customers who are standing in the lines) and what about the reminng customers they have to wait in the line for morethan 45 minutes? He doesn't know whether the tokens are sufficient or not? He has to start issuing the token if the customer in the line reaches 100 and atleast ask the customers to leave and after that the customer who is know by him will be allowed in the store without the token. This is the worst sort of behaviour ny one of the store manager in reliance smart chunnabatti. Please take some necessary action against this.

I have ordered vegetables on 5th july, order number[protected]m amount rs 290. After waiting for 10 days i didnt get my order or refund. So i called on customer care and they assured thai it will be delivered by tomorrow. But when i opened jiomart app was shocked to see that order is showing delivered and got refund of rs 15. Instead of getting full amount only rs 15 was credited to my account. I called several times even more than 20 times to customer care but everybady assured that your complain is forwarded and some misbehaved also and its not about money. It is about customers faith which your already loosing in the market. I think after waiting for so long i am loosing my patience. I wonder how your services could be so irresponsible to frustrate customers and betray their trust. I will surely post about your pathetic and untrustworthy services on instagram so people would know the truth# boycott jiomart

I have placed the order with reliance smart on 9th july 2020. The payment made by me was for 1743.84 but when the final order processed it showed me the amount of rupees 1430.64 and the amount delivered was rupees 1269.39. I am expecting the refund of 474 rs but only 161 got refunded and customer care team is not supporting

1. This complaints is from manju sharma/lt col debashish paul, 14 a wanowrie road, pune-40.
2. I am filing a complaint in relation to my order no[protected]m. To reliance jio mart/shopping mall in fatima nagar pune
3. This order was placed on 30th jul, followed by the intimation that it will be delivered on 2nd aug 2020. (Payment done;invoice no.[protected]).
4. But somehow on 2nd aug, delivery was cancelled as we were informed that the delivery guy couldnt trace the address which is something surprising as house is at the road head and we are getting delivery of essential from other agencies too.
5. We personally contacted the reliance outlet at fatima nagar and we have been assured that we shall get a refund soon.
6. But now what we have found that instead of rs.1005/, only rs.159.70 has been credited. There must be something wrong.
7. Kindly look into it and resolve the issue.

I have not recieved the order and on 13th July 2020 the status was shown as delivered. I raise the complaint on 13thJuly 2020 and they assured me that the issue will be rectified.

Again I called the customer service and they told me that since the order was not delivered and my money will be refunded.

Till date no order is recieved neither my money is refunded in my account. They told me to wait till 15 working days it will be credited.

I called several times customer care and my second complaint was not attended and recorded by anyone and no response is recieved from Jio Mart. For any verification I request you to please check the call records from my Mobile no [protected].

Today I again called and Mr Abhishek Kumar from customer care told me that the issue will be resolved before 8 pm today.

I need the urgent intervention of any of the senior executive so that in future no customer should face such problems.

I also want to reiterate that the delivery persons and store manager who had a discussion regarding this order, really misbehave with me.

I am sorry to say that I will not order anything in future from Jio Mart as the customer services are very poor and even no response on raising the complaint.

Today i visited reliance smart store at nayapalli, bhubaneswar, odisha. I purchased 5 items and came back home. At home i found that the rates charged are higher than it was written in the counter and told by sales persons. Two items of mc cains (Potato bite and viggie finger) are billed at a discount of 10%. But it was written in the counter as 25% and the same was confirmed by the sales person. Again orange imported was told by sales people as rs.149/- per kg. But charged as rs.199/- per kg. I think there is a problem in my bill. Kindly look to this. I am attaching the bill for your reference.

We would inform you that we have not received our ordered products yet. The order was given on 18th July'20 (Order ID[protected]M) and invoice no. (T[protected]) raised on 20th July'20 but it has not been delivered.

We have registered complaints through mail and customer care on 22nd & 25 th July'20 & received the reply that the matter has been directed to concerned TEAM and our products will be delivered in 48 hours.

Really surprised about your pathetic service and don't understand how you work, it's big question mark?One more thing your Jio Mart app is showing the products has been delivered on 23rd July'20 & on WhatsApp showing on 20th July'20 but the truth is no product is delivered to us till date.

We are forced to purchase the goods from other Online retailers / Big Bazaar and are really appreciate there services to give supply within few hours.

Request you to kindly confirm and otherwise we have no option to take the matter to higher authorities even to Mr. Damodar Mall CEO (Reliance Smart & Reliance Fresh).

Reliance smart, balasore unit, odisha was seen violating covid 19 safety norms. No masks no social distancibg. When store manager was asked by me to maintain norms the store manager started misbehaving.

I had placed an order on 12th july at 5:12pm and i paid rs 744.35 for the same.

After sometime when i checked the order status i saw that the order was declined by reliancemart. There was an option which said "retry order".

Since i needed the items i had placed the order for, i clicked on that button but then this time i had to pay again rs 742.04 approx.

Till now i have not received the refund of rs 744.35.

I have been complaining to their customer service by phone and also through email but till date my money has not been refunded. I even wrote to their nodal officer, cshead, but even they have not able able to give me back my refund.

I have given them the screen # of the order that was declined by them, i have given them the screen shot of my paytm passbook and also the screenshot of the transaction id of paytm.

I also spoke to paytm regarding this but they say that the payment to reliancemart has been successful however they cannot do anything about the issue if reliancemart doesnot deliver services.

Even though the amount is very less but i dont want to get cheated by reliance.

Their attitude and behaviour have been very shameful.

I hope you can assist me in my refund.

Retail price of maida is approx 40 rs / kg.
While reliance Mart Gandhidham took 80Rs /kg.Though there was 50% discount mention in website.

I have purchased 2 kg apple all are very costly around 199/kg and when i eat it found complete in bad condition from inside.
I went again to return but their store is closed now and early morning i will left udaipur.
So i dont think its reliable.

I have ordered some grocery from reliance mart on dated 25th april during lock down. I have made online payment. Till date neither got delivery nor refund. I have generated complaints many time via mail as well as on customer care toll free no. Every time they are saying we will resolve it in 7 working days.

I have brought cauliflower but charged for green capsicum

Sir, i had purchased a water purifier of aquagaurd zenius copper+ ro from your store on 29th feb, 2020. But within 15 days it started over flowing and from 15th march it is not working... I have buy esi lloyd 1.5 ton 2.7.2020 buy time ure serive boy is esi delivery time 3.7.2020 first morning time but not delivery i have call after non ure service boy he told me passing drive number & calll the drive i told the drive not delivery buy esi why he told me ure esi delivery buy 2.30pm ok i m waiting for esi delivery buy time esii told me installed es only 24 hours but i have esi buy timings is 50 hours alredy running not installed esi &and ure service boy iss vry route talking

I have bought 3 amul dahi on 18 th june before noon time and during lunch we open the box and found so many green color thick rounds, which came to our notice when my 10 year old kid said, father something green dahi i am eating, i shock and check and found dahi in plate and in box have so many green fungal things. I first give my kid first aid, took him for vomit and observed for 15 minutes.
Then rush to store and met mr sunil and other cash counter staff and also open other boxed where same fungus and yellow water found. We took picture. Your team said our refregirator is out or order so such issue happened. Second curd or dahi box was dated 8th june manufacture however still found in store. It means since 8th june dahi boxes are lying in your store. It highlighting something fishy in sale purchase criteria, which also need to understand. I register the complain also on 18th june 2029, but till date no response from reliance.
I again visited the store and found refrigirator still not working and all milk products are shelf in hepazard manner.
I also observed many butter packets are melting but are in shelf. This is purely health and safety issue and no care and awareness towards customers and consumers.
