      I ordered a headphones from reliance digital and the expected delivery date was on 17th sept I got msg on 14th sept that you order was unable to deliver so we will deliver tommarrow I waited for next day but didn't get my product so I waited for 17th sept now today is 26 till now I don't get my product I try to email many complaints but they didn't respond a at alla very bad experience from shopping so I recoment no body should buy from reliance because you will never get the product ..now I am trying to find a way to file a complaint

        Dear sir/madam

        It is shame to say that your own employees are behind the clearance stock wait for the lowest price and all the stock has been taken by your staff, security people or they call there relatives or friends (Specially person working at weighing machine near grocery). Find an example of this kind of thing at cold storage at 12th sep 2020 evening to 13th sep 2020 morning for nestle curd. If a customer buys it is ethical if it is going this way, why don’t you make reliance smart only for your staff, why you are opening for common public. I feel there is no discipline among staff no ethics. I feel dmart, more, star bazaar are bettter and are practising ethics.

          Worst, cheating, lying, fake and fraud reliancesmart, mumbai central

          These cheaters are selling a low-graded, stale, dirty and rotten dahi in their stores they are so shameless, ignorant, careless and botherless to the customers complaint. Even though after complaining and having my contact details but still they want my contact details.

          For their profits they are playing with the lives of the customer, they are selling low-graded, stale, dirty and rotten dairy products from punjab sind foods india pvt ltd. Even a week ago after complaining to both of them they are so shameless, ignorant, careless and botherless to the customers complaint. No calibre to resolve the complaint or reply neverever buy any of dairy products and specially from punjab sind foods india pvt ltd. Because they supply adulterated, dirty and disgusting foods to the stores.

              Please note that i have done transaction rs.5350.27 on 19/aug/2020 through sbi credit card at reliance smart ratlam m. P. There is offer shows 10% discount /cash back if payment by sbi card but till now i did not receipt the same kindly do the needful and confirm.

                I have ordered a product from jio mart on 5th august and they have given me less quantity but they have charged fully. I got 5kg rice but they have charged for 7kg. Its been more then a month i have been following up with them but they are not responding on a good note. I have sent so many email they are saying that they are working on this complaint.

                  I was purchased some groceries in reliance mart vellore, sankaranpalayam, vellore on 7th august 2020 and i parked my bikes in parking area of your shop. After purchasing i came parking area there is no bike i searched around your shop. No result after camera footqge given reliance mart executive that is not clear. Someone stolen my bike. Your shop won't take any responsibility for that if any one stole your one rupee chocolate you won't take any responsible sir... Is this your company rules.in outside only one cctv camera that is also very low resolution. You are only protect your reliance product only

                        COD Order was delivered partial but they charged full and did not even mention it is partially delivered. Immediately after opening the package, email complaint was registered to customer service on 6th Aug.

                        Since then, I have followed up multiple times. Only reply I get is they have initiated the process but no confirmation on when can I get my refund.

                        Not sure if they really intend to pay back or not, but this is really frustrating and unprofessional on part of Reliance.

                          Good morning sit
                          This is malar natarajan from vellore.
                          I was purchased reliance mart (Opp to lg mart) sankaranpalayam vellore. On 7th oct 2020 evening 3.27 i parked my bike purchased some groceries and i comeback parking area 3:57 there no bike.. And searched around that parking area on your shop. There is no result. After that i asked your shop security there is no response. After 7 o clock they showed your shop cctv that is not clear. Sir you are protecting only your products only not for customers and only one camera in outside that is also not clear.
                          And i complaint police station still not given fir. How many time i'm going there is no response police station.
                          Am not rich sir i cannot buy bike again.
                          Pls i want to request you sir install hd camera surrounding your shop

                            We have purchased some items from gaddiannaram dilsuknagar smart store and at the billing time we are having Google pay to pay the bill.I have asked for Google pay and the reply from the manager and sales girls is very rude and the way they are explaining that Google pay is not available is very unsatisfactory.They are asking that we should tell Ambani for providing Google pay.We just asked to paste a notice that Google pay is not available, their reply for that suggestion is worst.That suggestion is for customers who come with only Google pay and not any other source to pay bill.Next time they might come with cash or card.Kindly train the staff in the store how to behave with costumers.

                              My order no. [protected]a is this and i have not received complete goods and invoices are showing complete goods...

                              This is cheating, 5 kg sugar, 8 kg surf excel, 2 pack lux, nestle munch are missing...

                              And their delivery person amit gehlot (As per true caller) informed and he said i will not able to update.

                              This is my first experience and i feel cheated from them. And none of their customer care person is available on call.

                              If they are supplying short goods than how can you share invoice with complete items.

                              They sent 3 boxes and my open challenge to jiomart team is that they can show me that how they are going to pack my entire goods as mentioned in list 3 boxes...

                              Their customer support is in sleeping mode they are just sending copy paste messages and they are not calling as well inorder to check the concerns and curst is that their customer cell head is reverting on mail without reading...

                                    Greetings !!!

                                    I have made one transaction for an amount of Rs. 1709.93/- with GPay during my visit to Reliance Smart in Tadepalligudem, West Godavari (District), Andhra Pradesh, India (Pin Code: 534101) on 14th June, 2019. When it Comes to Payment Issue amount was deducted from my CBI Bank Account ( SB A/c No.: [protected] & CIF No.: [protected]) and the transaction was declined after two days. and hence i made the Payment by Cash at that time. Later when i approached Reliance Smart about the transaction made through GPay by me, Reliance Smart Official asked me to contact the Bank Customer Service Center to raise the Charge Back Request due to nor receipt of this amount by Reliance Smart. Afterwards I have raised Chargeback Request twice for the declined transaction amount of Rs. 1709.93/- and didn't get any positive reply from the Tadepalligudem Bank Authorities. In view of this I request you to kindly look into it and see that the amount is credited to my SB Account immediately, failing which I will be forced to proceed legally...

                                        In this covid19 situtation we are standing in the lines for almost 45 mins for only collecting the token. The person who is issuing the token knows how many tokens are there and how many customers are standing in the line. Even after that he will wait up to 7:45am and acting like doing some other work clicking photos of the lines for promoting and so on.. After 7:45 am he start issuing tokens he issues only 100 tokens (That not sufficient for the 25% customers who are standing in the lines) and what about the reminng customers they have to wait in the line for morethan 45 minutes? He doesn't know whether the tokens are sufficient or not? He has to start issuing the token if the customer in the line reaches 100 and atleast ask the customers to leave and after that the customer who is know by him will be allowed in the store without the token. This is the worst sort of behaviour ny one of the store manager in reliance smart chunnabatti. Please take some necessary action against this.
