This refrest to my order no :[protected]m. They confirmed through a email on the 11th that the order will be deolivered on the 13th. I get a call today i. E on the 13th that the product is not availabe and we dont commit any future delivery of the same.

Why then to send a confirmation of the order? Plus why to cheat people like this. We could well have not waited and picked it up from neared dmart store.

Order no[protected]W was cancelled arbitrarily putting me into difficult situation . Fourteen days have passed the prepaid money of the order mentioned above has not been refunded . No body responds to my mails.

I had ordered from reliance mart on saturday 9th may 2020. Today on 11th may i received an email stating the product is delivered and there is a refund amount.
There are no products delivered whatsoever and there is no refund as well. I have not received any delivery. I have sent an email but no reply. I called but long wait time, when i wait after 15-20 minutes the call gets disconnected from their side. There is no way to communicate...

I ordered online and paid for the items but it was never delivered. Infact the app shows that it was already delivered. I have been trying to connect to reliance customer care but i havent been able to get hold of anyone.

I have booked grocery items on 02/05/2020 20.45 hours at reliance smart website for the amount rs 4148 (Pre-paid) and order was placed with the order no.[protected]w.
But i have not received any updates also in the mobile registered. When i checked today (05/05/2020) in the website, it was found cancelled. Without any communication to my registered mobile and e-mail order was cancelled. When i contacted the reliance smart centre at iyyappathangal branch chennai, the response was very poor.
Kindly help me in crediting the amount of rs 4178 back to my account at the earliest.

I made a transaction of rs 210.66 for purchase some goods.
My transaction didn't complete at that time but my money is deducted from my account.
I paid through another payment method at that time.
They told me that money will refund in next 7 days.
But i don’t get my money back from 2 months.
When i told them about it they refuse to do anything.

Hi team,

I had ordered essentials through reliance smart.in on 2nd may, 2020 worth of 3100 rs of good. They were suppose to deliver the items by 3rd may, 2020.
However on 5th may 2020 the website show the items have been delivered to me which never happened.

I understand the current situation but i am at a lose of 3100 rs which is no small amount for me.

I have tried to reach out to them through multiple emails, no response and the no provided no one ever takes the calls.

I need help on how to get my money back or either they deliver the goods to me.

During the ongoing lock down period, the staff and manager at the reliance smart, sector 12, kharghar, navi mumbai - 410210 have been behaving very rudely with the customers. A customer gets an entry into the super market after extensive waiting. Before completion of even ten minutes of shopping, the staff start shouting at the customers to stop picking up any more items and come to the billing counter failing which the items won't be billed. They are too arrogant and rude. It needs to be mentioned that the customers minimize their trip outside their home due to threat of covid 19. Once they come out of their home, it becomes their endeavour to purchase the essential commodities to the extent feasible so that they don't have to come out of their home soon. Such restrictions by the staff will expose the customers more to covid 19. Moreover, the rude and arrogant behaviour by the staff should be avoided at any cost. The staff, in particular mr sunil singh, misbehaved with me at about 1345 hrs on 30 april 2020.

I have not got the refund of the order, which is cancelled by the reliance mart

I buy some grocery items from reliance smart store harda on 29.4.2020 and I request for home delivery to security person but they rejects my home delivery request. kindly solve my problem

On march4 i payed in reliance smart using google pay, , it lost the money, , but they said they doesn, t get money, so i payed again, till now i doesnt get that money and once again i lost money by paying in paytm, , , that too i doesnt get back

During the lock down we should appreciate the service provide by store. But i had a very worst experience on this saturday 25th of april 2020. The staff, executives and managers should have to learn how to treat the customers, how to behave with cstomer and also very important how to talk to a customer. Local kirana shop is far better than this. I have been to many stores malls in hyd bangalore chennai this is the first store which i saw such staff. I think these are all has jobs through ref, this type of stores should have minimum educated staff. Atleast do some briefing to the fellow employees on the communications skills which a retails staff must needed. Dont know whether it reaches to the corporate of reliance mart. If some one call me i will explain what happened exactly. When the staff misbehaves and using abusive language i was out of control and hold staff shoulder again controlled myself and shouted ca manager the floor manager and the store manager came and they were not in a situation to know what happened they also started shouting on me instead of knowing what happened. And this is not the correct way of treating the customer
And that fellow staff was abused me with unparlimentory language. Pathetic i never came across this type of staff in such chain stores. Worst day in my life.

In this critical situation of lockdown reliance is doing great job by deliver product online but they are not deliver allover surat. Reliance udhna surat branch is only 5 km far from my home but they refused to deliver and they communicate very rudely with me.
I request you to please look forward on my complain and try to deliver 395010 on this pincode.

Iam glad that reliance doing good job during lockdown. I am a coustomer of vellore, i have seen the offer items are not reaching coustomers properly especially the juice items and soft driks which is given in bulk to the retail shop customers buying in reliance and also inservice personels itself taking, kindly suggest to display offer items in a list in the buying area and kindly survey that it is reaching coustomers thank u

Reconnect split ac 1.5 tr.out door not running .main mcb triped.to taken load in compressor.

We have purchased an ac 22nd march, in tirupati and paid full amount. Due to lockdown delivery has not been processed. Its okay with this. But at least put my money back through online. I've called to reliance mart retailer and got very imprudent answer and behaviour. He is not at all gentle, his words are too rude. Due to lock down, my amount has been depleted,, so i'm asking my money back. Its not small amount, 40k. He is not able to deal with the customer that too in these cases. If it is the only answer that my money will be returned after lock down, i will move further to court and put complaint.
