On march4 i payed in reliance smart using google pay, , it lost the money, , but they said they doesn, t get money, so i payed again, till now i doesnt get that money and once again i lost money by paying in paytm, , , that too i doesnt get back...

During the lock down we should appreciate the service provide by store. But i had a very worst experience on this saturday 25th of april 2020. The staff, executives and managers should have to learn how to treat the customers, how to behave with cstomer and also very important how to talk to a customer. Local kirana shop is far better than this. I have been to many stores malls in hyd bangalore chennai this is the first store which i saw...

In this critical situation of lockdown reliance is doing great job by deliver product online but they are not deliver allover surat. Reliance udhna surat branch is only 5 km far from my home but they refused to deliver and they communicate very rudely with me.
I request you to please look forward on my complain and try to deliver 395010 on this pincode....

Sir near my residential house a new r mart open soon at chakkinaka, near amey hospital kalyan east, sir here i visited yesterday (14/03/2020) for essential grocery at 11.20 pm but staff said that some issued and people not maintained social distancing so near police close the mart soon at please note that here mart timing is morning 7 am to 1 pm again i visited...

In this time of lockdown, I thank and appreciate that Reliance grocery stores are operational and supplying essentials to the customers. I am also glad to see that they are following good measures to maintain social distancing. Each one in the queue is at least 3 feet apart and they are sending only 2 members from the queue at a time and also checking their temperatures.

It's been 2 months since i gave my suitcase for repair and came back on saturday (14/3/2020) to take it back.
