I placed an order with id :[protected]m

The difference between the amount i paid 1626/- and the bill amount had a difference. Also some of the items were missing. And i still haven't received the refund from them

On 23 march 2020 my amt 1095.40 is deducted from my bank account but did not received to reliance mart so i paid cash amt at that time still this amt is not refunded in my acct.

We are been visiting this store at malad west but ur security and manager are giving false information by two day and your staff named vishaka is the person who is giving the false information and she is still not available in site and your manager of this store is also not responding properly

Got a call on name of consumer complain from[protected]. They told to provide google pay details so that money will be refunded.. After providing details they told to put a voucher to got refund.. After putting the voucher 9999 amount deducted from account.

I have ordered 20 items on[protected] having order id[protected]w and 12 items got delivered on[protected] and rest 8 items didn't deliver due to unavailability. I have paid amount 1776.50 but the bill amount was 813.6.. They told the amount will be refunded. But it's been 6 days amount not refunded yet. Toll free number not working. I have mailed the complain and 2 ticket number already created i. E im1217106 and im1214662 but the amount haven't credited to my account yet. They are not replying to mail now.

Got a call from 9871020628 saying that he is from consumer complain and then he asked google pay I'd and told to follow some procedure where I will get my refund..and told to put a voucher.. after putting that voucher 9999 amount deducted from account..

I had ordered products on 17th, done online payment. But few items were not delivered, these people haven’t refunded the amount for non-delivered products yet.
Why the hell are these people showing the products online which are not available in the store, to eat our money?
I have been chasing them since 17th, no response yet! We are not asking money from your pocket, it’s our money which we had paid and the products were not delivered!

I have placed online order on reliance smart for grocery for rs. 8866 on 11th may, order id.[protected]m but their were no update from their side in mail or sms so i have cancelled the order next day. Since then till date i have not received my refund even after writing to them so many times. Their customer care no. [protected] is busy since idefinite time and only once i received mail from them with ticket no: im1214492 on 18th saying they will revert within 48 hr but not received revert till date. If this is the level of service of indian brands then i am more happy to buy from amazon or flipkart.

This is regarding an online order that i placed in bhandup west on 9th may 2020. It was a prepaid order, but some of the items were not delivered. The amount i paid was 2747, however have received items worth rs. 1091 only. I haven't received the remaining balance amount of rs.1656 yet. I am disappointed to see that the refund wasn't initiated by reliance on time.
I have tried calling customer care multiple times and have mailed on the id mentioned below.

I have reached at sonipat reliance smart store at 3 pm there was a lot of rush the gate man said that you may come till 4:30 pm as store entry will opened till 4:30 pm.

Then again i have reached at 4:15 pm but they deny to entered in store and they said we have to go home too...

We know this is the situation for all o[censored]s. But the govt. Told the timing till 5:00 pm but they are doing their own rules also the timing of entering store is mentioned till 4:30 pm..

Very disappointing experience

It's more than 24 hours and i have not received delivery i am trying to reach the call centre but no body is picking the call or calling back. I have already made only payment of rs 1746 and need the moment back asap.

I am raising police complaint against your company and going to consumer court for the torture in last 24 hours i had to go through for your non performance of delivery of good ordered

I ordered important grocery item on 1st may 2020 (Thank you for your reliancesmart.in order[protected]w ; the order will be delivered by[protected].)
However, the incorrect few items were delivered. I have made numerous calls for the refund of the remaining amy but yet no action has been taken. How hillarious the service could be... Can't believe i hv to wait for my own money for more tha 15 days. Would u simply wait for the money, if i owed on u?

I had ordered products from online store (Pic attached). I got some different brand products and some i didn't get. I paid ₹1410. I did not get refund of the products not received and also i must have made atleast 50 calls to the customer care number but i got either no response or if i was able to speak to a representative they gave me very vague answers. If products are not available then the website should be updated. I even went to the reliance store to return the product but i did not get any help from there also. I have been really harrassed by the reliance team. Please help.
