Customer service doesn't resolve any complaints and cuts off the call.

Recently I visited reliance mart garhwa jharkhand where Store manager named santosh Sharma was behaving very Rudely with his employees and addressing like abusing and he has no dressing sense and
And another person named pravin upadhayay he has no manner to talk with customers
I thin they are not well trained
I have seen them many times
Please recruit some trained employees for managing store

This is a suggestion to improve the quality and service of Reliance we believe reliance is a pioneer in supermarket please take this suggestions as a good will.

1. The mart do not have properly maintained trolley. They should keep small trolleys and bags for small purchases. Well maintained trolley or bags help customer to buy more stuff else customer gets irritated and need to get off the mall immediately.
2. Food are not stacked properly, most of the time the biscuits are cracked due to fall and improper handling. Passages are too narrow to pass the trolley or for human traffic. You should be given more importance to material handling in the malls.
3. Staff keep blocking the way with big trolleys and ignores customer. staff should make their decorations and stacking when there is low rush this helps customer to roam around without getting disturbed.
4. Staff Courtesy not available, there should be proper trained personal to handle old age and people carrying babies/toddlers. Also staff should be more polite with customer.
recommend to start baby care at mall.(play area)
5. Complaint book not available at cash counter instead they tell you to go all around to customer care where nobody cares to go.
May be reason you don't get feedback from customer.

Please review your marts sanity and staff this might be a turning point for the Reliance business.
Next time will try to have photos and actual details for more clarity.

The complaint is regarding poor quality of packaging polythene used.Today I went to purchase daal, poha bad some other items.The packaging item is so delicate that it gets tear down easily even if you handle with utmost care.Today I lost one and half kg of daal.I wish to compensated for the loss I suffered.

I got late delivery and due to this I book losses in grocery and felt mental hersment.

I had complaint 2 time and called to customer care about 13 times but not got satisfactory answer from customer care .

Customer care simply play games like passing the ball.

I have all recordings of call with customer care and delivery issues proof

Now I am very disappointed from reliance company's trust.

In future I will not like to do any deal with reliance.

I will proceed for the legal complaint in consumer court within 2 days if not got satisfactory solution.

I with my family came to reliable mart, raghabpur more, purulia.after purchase when I was going out of the store, the manager, some officers and security guards not only harassed me before other customers, but made me go to frisking even after finding nothing, they almost made me naked to search.It is so insulting.In no other store i felt so much ashamed, harassed nd insulted.I am going to take this matter forward legally unless any action taken against the offenders.every thing is caught in cctv, and in my mobile video.

We have purchased a kinley soda the price tag was there in Rs15 but when we go to billing the price was changed Rs17.5 mean how . The irresponsible with manager who told that if you want then take others wise leave it.Was so wrong relationship with us worst service as well as

I had tried to place an order via mobile no. in account [protected] on 15 october morning 11:05 but the order was not placed but the money was deducted from my account via upi and tIll date it is not refunded to me. I cannot see this transaction in my account. I had complaint the same day but till date no action has been taken. Kindly help and return my money.

During my visit as on[protected] to reliance fresh sriganganagar billing counter staff named SUBASH behave rudely to me and refuse me to billing Lima 750 ml I request him to billing less quantity if there r some norms for billing quantity but he says me not to billing a single bottle I say him that I pick bottle from display shelves after asking supervisor staff so u may be billing but he says he is untitled to stop billing as per his wish I say him to refuse all billing without Limca he behave so rudely and say me u can do it pleasantly his behaviour was not well as per reliance's repo

Improper billing and difference between display and billing rates no response to the costumer complaint manager is not turning up imidiatly after receiving the complaint we have 30 minutes for the refund of wrong bill if don't take action for the problem you will lose many customers.

Always found and complaining but manager and staff says sorry sir we forget to change the display it’s shows the laziness and miss management by the store manager it’s not first time several times it happened the staff is not l operative at all when u entered store it’s a small place with very tight space and things lying on walkways even cannot move trolleys

There are no any price tag
There are so difference the price tag and actual prices
A huge difference between the offers and actual prices
So disappointed by reliance services

I m radhkant dash, 5 days beafore I have buy 9kg detergent from your store .but that detergent was not good. That is not for right to wash the clothes. Because that are outdated.

My order[protected] for grocery online from Reliance Mart, Bhimavaram arraived at 20.00 hrs today. On verification in presence of delivery boy, it is observed one item missing. Previously also the same thing happened, but I have not verified immediately and called Bhimavaram Mart phone number but there is no responce. Today also I tried to contact no.[protected] but my all efforts invain.Due to previous experience I ordered cash on delivery, hence I returned the entire order.Kindly take care in supplying the order, otherwise the reputation of the store spoiled.

Grocery at 20.00 hrs today.!

The staffs of reliance mart are very non cooperative. They are not ready to help and listen to a customer. I asked for help to a girl who is a staff but she just denied and told me search by yourself. And the security guard is a nonsense one. He makes me stand more than 15 mins only to check 3 things. He rubbed my bill in his hand . And touched my things in the bag and started taking my things from the bag, I mean how nonsense he is . Its not his duty. To touch customers things. He should ask politely .

I am at Dumka Reliance Smart, but the sales man misbehaved and not dealt with us properly. My mobile no is [protected]

On putting my OTP the system says its invalid.

I have raised the complaint many times to Reliance mart but they didn't resolve.

Due to to this I can't even buy household groceries for my house.
