My order[protected] for grocery online from Reliance Mart, Bhimavaram arraived at 20.00 hrs today. On verification in presence of delivery boy, it is observed one item missing. The staffs of reliance mart are very non cooperative. They are not ready to help and listen to a customer. I asked for help to a girl who is a staff but she just denied and told me search by yourself. And the security guard is a nonsense one. He makes me stand more than 15 mins only to check 3 things. He rubbed my bill in his hand . And touched my things in the bag and started taking my things from the bag, I mean how nonsense he is . Its...

I am at Dumka Reliance Smart, but the sales man misbehaved and not dealt with us properly. My mobile no is [protected]...

While login I can't get into my profile.
I put all my details and they send me and OTP.
On putting my OTP the system says its invalid.

I have raised the complaint many times to Reliance mart but they didn't resolve.

Due to to this I can't even buy household groceries for my house.

This product was 796 rupees in the offer, but has received 995 in the receipt. I told the manager and the receipt counter boy but them does not solve my problem.
Please solve my query, I have proof for this product....

The behaviour of employees is worst.
They are not at all caring about customers .
Response is very bad.They are no baskets and trolleys.Worst experience ever.I will never visit the store again....

The consumer giant is cheating customers by giving advertisements during this festival season by making false advertisements.

It shows Minimum 50% discount and how it could be?

Somebody with authority should stop these type of advertisements....

Please note that i have done transaction rs.5350.27 on 19/aug/2020 through sbi credit card at reliance smart ratlam m. P. There is offer shows 10% discount /cash back if payment by sbi card but till now i did not receipt the same kindly do the needful and confirm.

I have ordered a product from jio mart on 5th august and they have given me less quantity but they have charged fully. I got 5kg rice but they have charged for 7kg.
