Sir, I am regular customer of reliance mart Solapur My card no is [protected].Every time I face the same problem at billing counter (1) many scheme displayed but not updated in billing system that's why billing not possible & I cant get it even I am ready to pay for it. (2)in Bay 1 get 1 free scheme compalsary ask to purchase 2 items but in other markets we can get one in half price (in bay 1 get 1 free scheme) (3)staff who are working on billing counter badly behaved ( badly says lena hai to lo nahi to mat lo) I visited in your mart 2-3 times in a week but due to above problems from today i will use other markets

Geyser not installed.

Reconnect WTer heater Geyser purchaded from VIJAYANAGAR outlet on 3.6.2026 delivered on 4.6.3026 vide delivery note no. [protected] is not installed till today.

    Main mechanism for Reconnect washing machine has been failed within 24 months, and ResQ team of Reliance arer asking payment for get it right. Bearing of the washing machine is of poor quality and there is manufacturing defect in Reconnect product. Neevr ever buy reconnect product.

      I purchased Reconnect washing machine on 26-Aug-12. Just after 24 months, it has started making noise. I registered the complaint at ResQ, Ahmedabad. They informed that, main part of the machine (moving mechanism) is failed and needs to be replaced. When I was about to purchase the machine, Reconnect sale persons were telling me that, these machines are very sturdy and would work for at least five years. But it's main part, heart of the machine has failed within 24 months. There is problem in the bearing of the mechanism. Failure of bearing in such a short span is surprising and it indicates about inferior quality of bearing. Reliance has earned profit by selling inferior quality of machine, And now ResQ persons wants to make further profit by selling another moving mechanism. This is nothing but cheating. Kindly do the needful, in good gesture to the customer.

            Hi reliance Mart, I'm customer of yours for the last 2 years. My Card no is '[protected]'. On 22/01/2015, i have purchased a few things of bill value1, 418/-. And in that i have purchased 2+1 coke trays. due to some reasons i was not able to pick the stock, and ileft that at customer dusk, i was provided with a token. And i visited the store to pick the stock on 26/1/2015. And i met a person at security and informed him about the matter. I dont understand what kind of fun he found in it, he started sharing it with his colleague and both of them started laughing at me. What kind of behaviour is this, Is this the way to treat the customer. Even i work for Retail field. But never i have come across such behaviour. And the person laughed at me, took me to another guy, and he started saying that, coke is out of stock, some other customer has purchased my billed stock. How come a product can be billed for twice. I'm not bothered about the stock. But the way they treated me bothers, infront of other customers... Please take some action regarding this orelse you may lose your reputation.               Today, I went to reliance mart, tirupathi. It was the worst experience I ever had. They were announcing offers but after a long wait in que, during billing they said tthtjerr is no such offer, when we contacted the superwiser, it was irresponsible answer. It seems they dont care about the customer. When I asked for complaint book, they gave one rough notebook. Nobody cares about customer. Is this the way u serve the people?

                  The reliance Mart in tirunelveli was started before 3 months, still know the store environment was not good the out side look of the store seems good but inside Customers can't even breathe because of the air ventilation problem there is no air conditioner, fan nothing inside the store even the store layout is also to bad all the product purchased In three floors putting Bill In ground floor only, In other hand customer service too bad the sales man inside the store never answer to the customer question they just say that. That product is not available in the store

                    I had given Reliance connect induction to Reliance Mart in Aundh Pune on 1st of November for repair . It is almost 42 days today it is not being attended.                       Dear Reliance Mart Team, I am a regular customer of reliance mart from 2007. At that time they take care of customer requirement while shopping in reliance mart like water and washroom service. But now they have stopped both of facilities for costumers.This is a big problem for the children's. We can purchase the water but what about the washroom service. I request you please look into this issue otherwise customer will ignore to go in reliance mart for any shopping with their children. I think it will be a big loss for reliance mart.                         I had visited to Reliance Mart at Tirupati on 08.10.2014 with my family. I was with my family at the mall for 2hrs. It is amazing that during our total visit no body of the employees was present to help us in purchasing any product. There persons where there to help us in any manner. Moreover my daughter got hurt on her leg and when I asked for First Aid the person at the counter told me to go upstairs and when I went to Ist floor the person at 1st floor told to go at ground floor. Finally I didnt got first Aid. And finally I had to go to go to a medical shop and get her treatment done. But it is very shame full for such a big Mall where there is no courtesy by the employees, their is no First Aid. I have visited many malls in my life but Reliance Mart has given me the worst experience and I shall never visit Reliance Mart in my life. The management of this mall shall hide their face in shame. I had also made complain to the complain register but I dont think so their will be any action.

                          Hi, ​ I an a regular customer of Reliance Mart in Aundh, Pune. I shop all my groceries from this place. When the shop opened a couple of years back, the home delivery facility was started with much fanfare. The delivery used to happen thrice a day. This has all gone down drastically over the last one year. ​ ​ Now they deliver only the NEXT day... even though the sigh boards in the shop still claim the original schedule. You will be only told about the next day delivery when you hand over the bags to them. By this time, you have already decided to use the service believing the boards put up.and may have lined up things accordingly. ​ ​ ​ Also, there is no system for them to seal the bags that are to be delivered. So it remains up to the consumer to check each and every item according to the receipt. There could be a system in place to change this. ​ ​ Thanks, Vee Dee

                              Dear Sir/ Madam, This to draw your attention towards misbehaviour by Reliance Mart Staff, (Reliance Retail Limited), Lake City Mall, 1, Ashok Nagar Main Road, Udaipur, Rajsthan, 313001, on the date 7-9-14.(CIN No.001 100MH1999PLC120563). I went to the above Reliance Mart for routine shopping.As per their rule as soon as the customer make their entry within store, they have to get their purse 'locked'(using some plastic tag)by their staff(just to discourage any sort of shop lifting) and after their shopping is done, they get their 'lock' removed ( get it cut by the scissors), at payment counter, so that they can pay the money.Being a law abiding citizen I respect this gesture with utmost humility. Once the shopping was done I reached to counter, got the 'lock' cut by the lady on the counter, paid the money and started proceeding towards exit door as always. As I moved out, a reliance employee some Rita/Rekha Sood approached me and said, 'Maam, we need to check your purse'.Although I did not find any sense in this check because I had kept my purse locked till the end(till just before I paid the money), even then I readily agreed.That lady searched all the pockets of my purse.There was nothing very significant except some money, few papers and highlighter pens of three colours(which were old, used and much dry), since I am a school teacher, and I was coming straight from school. When she could not find any thing objectionable, Ms Sood retorted, 'Maam, if you are carrying such things (highlighter pens ) with you, you should get it noted by the peons, at the entrance, because we are also selling such stuff and it can be mistaken as stolen stuff. I was taken aback, because even if Ms Sood was doing her duty, where was the question of shop lifting or stealing when my purse was locked throughout? This baseless allegation was a shock and too much of humiliation for me, I argued and complained to another (probably senior) employee.He was taken aside by Ms Sood, and she murmured something to him, which I could not hear. Nothing much was done by him also in this regard. I personally consider Reliance stores as highly prestigious stores, with very well behaved, warm and cooperative staff. The way I was treated was very UNLIKELY OF RELIANCE STAFF, and was VERY VERY INSULTING AND HURTING. I hope some action will be taken in this regard against.Ms Sood. Mind it I AM A LAW ABIDING CITIZEN, I respect the law as long as it is being imposed in proper manner.                                 Hi Sir/Madam,
                                Why? You are trying to attract customers with - “FALSE OFFERS” Display @ TIRUPATI Branch

                                My family went for shopping on 31st Aug – we purchase kids jacket with Flat 50% off. But billing is happened with full amount.
                                I spoke with particular kids bay sales person, Customer service help desk person and Supervisor – they try to explain me in the manner “ For every one hour the online Offer will be closed” so we can’t help you.
                                Such a worst response I get it from your sales person. I am software engineer @ Ebay – I know how the retail market will run. Just for your sales person negligence response – I had very bad experience with Reliance mart @ Tirupati branch.
                                Entire your Customer family ( I mean my family) standard at billing counter around 1hr.

                                Note: Take appropriate action sales person, Customer service help desk & Supervisor. So in future such a mistakes you can avoid.
                                Very few customers will give feedback on negative side – as a well-wisher. Thanks for understanding 

                                  Hii, I have got Credit note from Reliance mart, ISCON mall, Ahmedabad on 15.08.2014 and manager told me that this credit note will work at any reliance mall even in Gandhinagar too. When I visited reliance mall at gandhinagar, they refuge to accept this credit note. I habe been cheated by reliance people. Please do needful.

                                      Sir, I have purchased a food processor from Reliance Mart sector -29 gurgaon, Haryana. Now that is not working & service is also not available because of shop is closed permanently. USHA customer care told me that it is tied up with reliance company & reliance will take care for any service requirement . Now there is not any shop for servicing USHA product.                                         hi! i was really disappoint with behavior of the store manager of Reliance mart at LAKE CITY MALL who was standing at customer desk. As I approached him with a query of double charged amount for BUN (once it was charged in food section and second time also was charged with cosmetic stuff). When I asked him to make me understand about the same he said it is not our fault, you have given it twice for scanning. I was very polite because I work in same mall in other brand and I was aware about him that his name is Mr. Rajeev Gupta and he is the store manager and he is too elder than me but he was really very aggressive and arrogant. I approached him with the expectations of solution for occurred problem but he was not ready to listen. He was taking undue advantage for being store manager and used harassing language i.e. (TU ISI MALL MEIN KAM KARTA HAI ISLIYE KUCH NAHI KAH RAHA, AGAR KOI NORMAL CUSTOMER HOTA TO BATATA MEIN KYA CHEEZ HOON). It is not the mater of 26 rupees but as a customer I was expecting that somebody at customer desk will treat me in good manner and with hospitality. He doesn't know how to handle customers. We all are human being and anyone can make mistake but in customer service there should be politeness, doesn't mater what designation you are carrying. I am also in customer service industry. I am really not feeling good while sending this feedback but it hurt me a lot, I respect him too and my all colleagues are regular customers of this mart.
