I had Purchased a Queen Size Storage Box Bed From Reliance Mart, Pune.
I had Purchased it in 7000/-.
First of all, very false comittment of Delivery.
After that, the Bed which i had sawn there, they had not supplied me the same material.
There is Defect in the Storage of the Bed.
As there is 6 partition in the bed for the Storage, 5 Piece they had given me equal and 1 part of the center they had given me the Ply sheet.
It had found very uncomfortable for this product.I had called 10 times to the furniture Manager .Mr. Ram in the reliance mart he had told that it would get replace but no response from them till yet.
A Suggestion to all my friends and people, that those who are planning to buy furniture from reliance Mart, Please change your plan....This company is giving a faulty product to the Customers and the people are just wasting there money.....nthng else.

    Hi,

    I purchased a Samsung fridge and Whirlpool washing machine from the Reliance Mart , Sec -29 , Gurgaon on 14th of August and they said that a expert will visit your home to give the demo of fridge and washing on next day . Its going to be more than 3 days none of them visited to give the demo.
    I keep calling their mall manager but he didn't replied .
    Reliance people who delivered the things at my home said they can't open the items they are delivering because the person who will come for demo will make a report and open the box. Its going to be more then 3 days my fridge and washing machine is lying unused . I feel got cheated by Reliance Mart people.

    These Reliance mart people are very irresponsible they just make fool of peoples. Friends never trust on Reliance Mart.

      Dear Sir,

      I was there at Reliance Mart, Sector 35, Faridabad for shopping on 7th Aug’11. We did some shopping from about 1610hrs to 1650 hrs from the mart.

      We were waiting at the cash counter and we had just two customers ahead o[censored]s there. The member on the cash counter was really having several issues in billing and he took over 45 mins to resolve billing for two customers. That too with several issues in both of the customers. Fortunately, there was a survey person standing observing all things and when we had a word with him, he mentioned that he is observing all issues and will take this up with management.

      While our items were closed and we told him to bill our stuff, this person on cash counter was totally lost and continued billing for goods of other customers. While we continued telling him, he said that he has saved our bill and since they have less goods, he will quickly close them in cash billing.

      While observing our bill, we noticed he never closed our billing. However he continued to bill on our bill for goods of other customer (behind us). While I realized it, we told him to correct it and he was a bit reluctant. Guess he was in FRADULENT activity. While we made some noise and called for survey person, he told us that he would reverse the same.

      Not sure what he did and he started correcting the bill. While I asked him to reconcile, he said it was too crowded now and we can come later if we need to have this reconciled. It was really VERY RUDE behavior of his. We also told him to highlight the same for which he did the reversals. We logged it with the person who was conducting survey. In interested of time for others, we decided not to make noise at that time.

      While we came back home, we reconciled with calculator and that there is a billing dispute of Rs. 75/- in this. He did not correctly reverse the things on our bill. After checking it twice, I called the Reliance Mart phone number mentioned on the bill i.e[protected], however it was a voice mail. I went forward to record the message but not sure if this would be working for us.

      Request you to please investigate and have this sorted out.

      Action requested:
      • Reversal of Rs. 75/- (appox) due to wrong billing of your staff member
      • Apology letter from “staff” for his RUDE behaviour
      • Investigation report that was this staff member into some FRADULENT activity. Hope he is not been doing so with others. Most customers would not even check due to heavy crowd and when security guards tell customers to come back again.
      • We do not have much time to come back. It will be unnecessary time and cost involved if we come back to Reliance Mart.

      Looking forward to your action.

        i am one of the regular costumer of reliance,i purchased a white leggin in reliance mart Vijayawada along with that i purchased vegetables few other things which no need to give back.in same way i thought of pant also but it had a hole on that,being regular costumer of trendy i had not kept the bill but i had a 500rs gift ocher on that day,on that my bill number is there so i think they can exchange my pant.if it a problem in my purchase means so not exchanging means OK it is a problem in Ur product.and the way Ur staff answered is very very bad,not etching is OK respecting a customer is very important.

          The services from Reliance Mart are very very pathetic, they just want to sell their products and never respond back to complaints.
          I had purchased a Window A/C of Carrier Brand from reliance mart, sector-29, Near Bianerwala, Gurgaon on 11th May 2011. A/C was delivered and requested for demo on the same day. After installation it started creating so much of noise and I called the Reliance Mart and reported them the problem and also requested for the demo. They assured me that the call has been logged. After 3 days when I didn’t get any call and none visited my place I checked the status with Carrier helpline and to my surprise, it was told to me that no complaint was logged. I again called the RM but to no help.

          Then I logged a complaint with carrier on 15th May. It was committed to me that the issue will be resolved within 48 hours.
          But I am sorry to say that till 30.05.2011 no one turned up for the demo/checking the working condition. On 31.05.2011 I again called Carrier Customer Care to know the status of the complaint and to my utmost surprise Mr. Michael told me to call Reliance Mart for follow up as the request has been forwarded by Carrier to RM. So it again put me in the circle after 20 days as already on 11th May a I called the RM for the solution but they didn’t bothered.

          It clearly shows that Carrier doesn’t want to take responsibility of the problems faced by the customers and RM doesn’t care once the goods are sold. So, ultimately the customer suffers. Today I realize that I have committed the biggest mistake by going with RM & Carrier.

          I do not know if this complaint will go anywhere but one thing is certain, I am never going back to reliance mart again to purchase and no where seen like this worst services.The staff of RM is also untrained and unfriendly.

            I have purchased a Kelvinator refridgerator from Reliance Mart, tolichowki, hyderabad, Andhra pradesh.

            I have been told that home delivery will be provided free of cost, and officials at the mart has noted down my address, as well as two mobile numbers

            The delivery date was given as 14-march2011, after 7:00 PM.
            I had called today at 8:00PM to enquire the status of the delivery, for which I was told that they will revert back to me withing 15 minutes with the status.
            No call came from the mart.

            I called up at 9:00 PM again, only to hear the scurity speaking that mart has been closed at no delivery is possible.
            I asked for the concerned managers number to know the exact cause of delay, but he cut of the phone line, and then cut of the phone line.
            I tried again and again, but response: phone is switched off

            being such a part of prestigious group like reliance, this is totally unethical to behave like this with the customers.
            I should have been told, if there exist a problem in delivery.

            I am a salaried employee, ususally having late night working hours, and have came early only to take the delivery of my purchased good.
            I have to take leave again tomorrow if they deliver me the product tommorow.

            seeing this behaviour, i am in a doubt that I can continue my relationship with reliance mart, for such cases.

            the officials can call me back for any genuine reason for not delivering product on time.

            I hope this forum will help people to know about the status of stores in hyderabad.

              Today I have purchased FARRELL PURE OIL from Reliance MArt at Pokhran Road NO 1, Thane.The Bar Code sticker is a paper sticker which shows Mfg Date-01/2010. On removing the sticker, the actual product Mfg date was written as 03/09 with same Batch No-L0403.

              I found lot of package of similar packed.
              Please advice for the same & do the needful

                Pathetic Quality of Furniture and Expteremely Bad Customer Care

                I bought a shelf based almira from Reliance Mart in Sector 29, Gurgaon. Within a few days, I kept a few books on the shelf and found that the shelves have sacked. I complained about the product at the store and they send someone at home. He took photographs of the almira and told me that he will either replace the whole almira or the shelves within 2-3 days. Since that day, I am just waiting. I have spoken, met and even written at the Reliance Mart's customer care at website but there is no one who is willing to do anything about it.

                Their Furniture is of a very pathetic quality and I will recommend that you DO NOT buy that at all, even if they give you for huge discount as it will break in no time and you will end up wasting your time and money.

                Even we purchased a double bed, side tables and a dressing table set from reliance living ambience mall gurgaon and there is so much of a wear and tear in all that it looks shabby kept in the room. And shockingly this happened within 4 months of the date of purchase. Nobody esponded or took any action despite regular follow ups.

                Please don not buy reliance furniture. It is expensive and of a very very very poor quality. To top it all the wworst customer service.

                  I visited Reliance Hypermart Ltd,Plot No.- 19-23 , U&I Mall, City Center,Sec-29, Gurgaon (Haryana) today , I choose to buy TV Stand , the staff (Subhash) started preparing Sales Order for the product , he needed my residence address , I asked will you deliver it to my home , I was not aware that they do not have stock at shop for fresh pices m I said you hand it over to me , I can carry in my vehicle , I made the payment , then he asked me we can pack the display item only as they don't have any fresh stock , I asked to refund my money , so that I can go somewhere else and purchanse same, but they refused to provide me refund, after almost 1 hour of argument with staff/manager I could not get my money back. I have the Sales order invoice and Payment Receipt with me , please help me in getting my money back.

                    Their Ad in Hindustan Time published on 03 Nov 2010 says:
                    Pepsi/Miranda Orange/7 UP MRP Rs. 60/-. Buy two at Rs. 94/- from Reliance Mart.
                    I have visited Reliance Mart, Jhandewan, Delhi on 04 Nov 2010 at 1500 hrs. I was informed that the scheme has been exhausted.

                    I wanted to know that the Ad in the National News Paper was given just to make fool of the consumer. As the Ad does't say the rate only for today.

                          I Have purchased a Dressing Table on August 31st at Reliance Mart in 4699/- Rs. And they delivered Dressing Table to me at 03/09/2010 after calling and many followups. The delivery boy say to me tomorrow some one will come for fitting the Dressing Table, they never came as usual i called many times finaly came the fitter when they open the goods Dressing Table glass has been removed from the Dressing Table set, so fitter said they take this glass and send it you new one.

                          When i call them there response is not good, each time some new person is lifting phone i have explain everthing to them, Jaleel is the supervisor and Imran is sales boy for handling this. I have retun in remarks in delivery papers as well.

                          How can i go in this issue. Please suggest.

                            I wanted to buy VIMAL fabric from Reliance Mart, Fatima Nagar, Pune. This was 2 weeks back where I wanted to buy VIMAL fabric worth Rs 7788/-

                            I was about to buy this in the offer - buy any fabric worth Rs 1947/- & get any fabric worth Rs 1947/-

                            I had finalized 17 sets of VIMAL fabric, but to my dismay Reliance Mart billing system wasn't able to read the bar-code on the VIMAL fabric boxes.

                            Sales person assured me that this would be resolved in the evening the same day & they would call me to update.

                            2 weeks have passed, nobody bothered to call me; instead I called thrice & went to the store twice to seek the confirmation.

                            After visiting the store today, the sales person is again assuring me of getting the system problem resolved by today evening.
                            And the worst part of it, the fabric which I wanted to buy is no more availble in the earlier discount offer!!!

                            The service is quite inadequate for the last 1 year!...Not enough sale persons and not really efficient...Not enough Trolleys, Baskets and Bags - I walked away many times due to non-availability of aforementioned items!!..Some body has to look into these issues...

                              I have purchased a SAMSUNG make Microwave from Reliance mart in MICO layout Bangalore. They have promised to send person for installation within 48 hours. Even after 5 days also no body has turned up. From 3rd day of my purchase I am contacting both reliance mart & reliance customer care. They promise to send a person next day & not keeping up the promise. They are not bothered to call also. I feel like making a big mistake by purhcasing item at reliance.

                                I had purchased 15 Nos. of CFL bulbs (20 Watts) from Reliance Mart at Kharadi, Pune Maharashtra in June 2009. All of these are a product of Reliance, offering a assured warranty on the package of the product for one year. However nearly 4/5 of these stopped working since Nov 2009. Till May 2010 Reliance Mart has been incapable to make a provision of any replacement taking into consideration the product expiry before warranty. The reason most reperesentatives are stating that they are out of stock. How can a branded company which runs a shopping mart with its brand name be so unreliable?

                                Sir I belong to middle class large family. Sir I visited Reliance Market, North country mall Mohali near about on 5 September for grocery shopping. But i was very disappointed by Unavailability of stock some major and important grocery item that was unavailable like (Rath dalda 1 litter and 5 litter, 5 litter Mashal oil, Wheel surf 1 kg, loose Channa dal, Masoor Malka, and some more item). Its happening with me from last 3 month. because i am regularly shopping grocery from Reliance Market, North country mall Mohali after its opening. So i am requesting you kindly insure this important item in store.

                                  The services from Reliance Mart is very very bad, they just want to sale their products and never respond to complaints.
                                  I had purchased a Window A/C from reliance mart, sector-29, Near Bianerwala, Gurgaon on 14th Nov-2009. A/C was delivered and they fixed also but power had gone after fixing the AC, So they could not give the demo & check the AC working condition. So they decided and informed me, will come tomorrow for checking the AC working condition. But I am sorry to say that till 18.04.2010 no one turned up for the demo/checking the working condition. I tried lots of time to contact the customer service[protected] there but no was there to help. So, I went to reliance mart on 10.04.2010 and I found that nobody logged my complaint till the time, immediately logged the compliant. They gave me the confirmation, service engineer will come on 12.04.2010 at 7.30 pm. Monday I reached my home very early and I was waiting for Service engineer but he couldn't. Again I called customer service and asked me to send the service engineer agains he given another appointment. this was again in vain, finally the service engineer came on 18.04.2010 and he(Sanjay & Mobile no. [protected]) said that there was problem in the AC but he is not rectifide the problem. Again I started to call reliance people, history repeats then I went to mart asked about their services, they sent again another service engineers who was came form SAMSUNG company and they said Steabilizer is not working properly and they suggested me replace the steablizer immediately. So again I went to Reliance mart and handed over to steablizer, till today(12.05.2010) they are not replaced stebilizer.I do not know if this complaint will go anywhere but one thing is certain, I am never going back to reliance mart again to purchase and no where seen like this worest services.The staff is untrained and unfriendly

                                    COMPLAINT AGAINST RELIANCE MART, TIRUPATI

                                    Recently I visited Tirupati with my family. I stayed in Tirupati from 23 April to 25 April 2010 at Hotel Bliss, Tirupati.

                                    During my stay I had visited the Reliance Mart showroom which was very near to our hotel and made purchases for more than Rs.6000/- . As the location of the showroom is at a very vintage point in Tirupati I could see number of customers dropping in for shopping. I bought few garments, fruits and other accessories.

                                    Me and my family had to walk from one floor to another and from one section to other for our shopping. While I was walking in the showroom, I was stuck on three occasions with sharp protruding metal hinges all across the showroom stands. Involuntarily while we are lost in choosing our products my right foot fingers got stuck very badly and injured. I had to sit for minor first aid for nearly one hour. This not only happed with me but my son and daughter too. That means out of four visitors three people are badly affected by this SHARP PROTRUDING HINGES which are literally of no use.

                                    I became further curious and found that the entire racks in the Mart which are used to store the products are having the same PROTRUDING METAL HINGES under them. I am not sure how these racks have been designed, they totally lack aesthetic sense. They prove to be dangerous to the customers visiting the Mart. Moreover Tirupati being a pilgrimage center atleast 1000 people visit in a day to this Mart. I feel definitley atleast 100 people get affected with this dangerous metal hinges which sometimes may prove fatal.

                                    I immediately tried to contact Mr.Uma Maheshwar who happens to be the store incharge of Reliance Mart, Tirupati but was not available. I then contacted the Assistant Store Manager Mr.Srinivas Rao who is least bothered about the issue. He is also the person incharge for the customer support but was behaving very rudely when I tried to explain the issue.

                                    In the interest of the public, I therefore urge upon you to ensure that the PROTRUDING METAL HINGES for all the racks in the Showroom may immediately be removed as they pose dangerous threat for people visiting the Mart.

                                    I also hereby seek a compensation for the injury and pain caused to me and my familyl for no reason, failing which I will be constrained to approach the court of law.

                                    Hi Sir/Madam,
                                    Why? You are trying to attract customers with - “FALSE OFFERS” Display @ TIRUPATI Branch

                                    My family went for shopping on 31st Aug – we purchase kids jacket with Flat 50% off. But billing is happened with full amount.
                                    I spoke with particular kids bay sales person, Customer service help desk person and Supervisor – they try to explain me in the manner “ For every one hour the online Offer will be closes” so we can’t help you.
                                    Such a worst response I get it from your sales person. I am software engineer @ Ebay – I know how the retail market will run. Just for your sales person negligence response – I had very bad experience with Reliance mart @ Tirupati branch.
                                    Entire your “Customer family ( I mean my family)” standard at billing counter around 1hr.

                                    Note: Take appropriate action sales person, Customer service help desk & Supervisor. So in future such a mistakes you can avoid.
                                    Very few customers will give feedback on negative side – as a well-wisher. Thanks for understanding 

                                    Hi I am damu from putttur. Today I brought some goods on reliance mart tirupati. It'worst experience on this mart.

                                    In fruits section green apples, kiwifruit's, red apples. Fruit's are damaged. I was asking store person about damaged fruits. But there answer was ha OK.

                                    One more complicated thing I was asked to some persons into pantene lively clean shampoo & conditioner. And body lotion. Bur no one can respond. But there all are meeting with girls. And there not helped to customers. I am asked so many times. Than after there answer was worst. It is not good.

                                    I thinking they all are not experience person's. or there negligence about customers.

                                    Please visit any one metropolitan cities. Like hyderabad, banglore, chennai. In this
                                    Saturday cities reliance, heritage &Spencer 's stores are awesome. And that people represent also awesome. Relationship with customers also good.

                                    Hi reliance mart tirupati management, Please take necessary action into that people's. Because finally

                                    CUSTOMER IS GOD. Don't be neglected.

                                      We bought a double bed and a dressing table worth Rs. 30000 from the Reliance Mart at Tolichowki Hyderabad. The bed as they said was a rubber wood bed and was one of the most expensive ones there. As we bought it withing a month and a half that too when we had opened its box for the first time, both the planks came out with loose joints and further making the pieces of wood at joints fall apart. the various showroom people have been to our place thrice for the inspection but no one is ready to say that we'll replace if not the bed at least the planks. They are insisting upon repairing which is impossible with the kind of damage for the planks. The bed seemingly is made of some board and not at all rubber wood for which they charged so much extra money from us. It is absolute cheating to sell something else in the name of some other wood. And upon our insisting upon replacement they have decided not even to repair it.

                                      Thanks for posting your experience with Reliance Mart Towlichowki . We were planning to buy a Sofa from the same shop. I'm sure we will now find some other good shop. I really don't know when the Indian retailers learn to give good customer service.

                                        1. I am posted at jodhpur.I parked my Vechile at reliance mart parking.
                                        2. Security asked me to pay 20 rupees which i paid ut when I asked for the reciept
                                        didnt give after arguying for some time he gave me a used slip in which anothers car no
                                        was written. it was 11 pmand I was with my wife so i get out of the place because guards mis behaviour continued.
                                        3 Guard was not wearing name plate when i asked name he told Securitymen Kewal ram.
                                        4. Next day I informed to the security manager but he was reluctant about this .
                                        5. Kindly tell the incident to the reliance regional manager so this kind of inconvience should not be there for a man with his family
