Sir, at your retail outlet, whenever any scheme comes for any product, the local shopkeeper rushing to pick up all the quantity of the product and same product is not available for retail customer. Si many times i noticed the same. Recently i noticed in the product of tresmie shampoo. These shopkeeper grabing whole stock from reliance mart and selling the product on mrp. So to restrict this you please make the provision so that shopkeeper should not take product in mass and customer should get the product. This complaint is related to your gandhidhm kutch dist.     I am regular customer of Reliance Mart. Today I had a very bad experience that 15 days back I had purchased 500 gm Lion Arabian Dates from Reliance Mart Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh. today When I have opened the packet of dates I was shocked and furious to find insect inside the dates. The product manufacturing date 01.11.2017. Kindly advice.

      I have been dedicated customer of reliance smart (Across from the refinery) for the last 4 1/2 years. On average, i spend around 5, 000 rupees/ week at this location. Today (11/17)- i visited the store to purchase my weekly groceries in which i was told by the teller/ mgr that i needed to apply/ have reliance card in order to make purchases. I asked kindly, "please let me purchase these groceries/ items which i need"; however, i was refused service. Please provide document that states when this policy became effective due to the fact i made purchases at this location last saturday (11/11) and i was not informed of this new policy. I checked the doors of the store for posted information and the reliance website; however, i cannot find any information on this new store requirement. I left the store feeling discriminated against and feeling bad for a store loosing sales of this magnitude in a market that is currently "cold" and sales are down. Please provide.

        Dear customer relations manager/ quality control manager

        Last monday (30-oct-2017) i bought 10 eggs from your fatima nagar (Pune) outlet. All of these 10 eggs were old and not fit for human consumption. I assume all the eggs in the egg tray (From which i picked) and the tray’s around were form the same batch and were decayed. When i dropped them in water for boiling they were all floating. I am forced to believe that reliance does not track the shelf life of commodities sold. During the same visit to this particular outlet i have also noticed that the items placed in the front row of the shelf were newer (Latest date of production) than those in the back rows. This leads me to believe that neither your – shelf organizers are trained to keep the products in the shelf considering their date of production nor your shop managers have any idea about this. Most of the times the freezer temperatures are not maintained.
        Basically i went shopping with reliance because i felt you guys can be relied on to some extend and i must mention that i am forced to believe otherwise.
        Please let me know your (From the point of view of being reliance) reaction to the above customer complaint.

          3 days back i purchased from reliance mart phoenix market city kurla. I did transaction via card and first time transaction got failed then he told will get reversed den told to transaction again. But the failed transaction amount of 325 rs still not got reversed in my account. Please take action against them as soon as possible. The reliance mart is just frauding people that will get cashback by card transaction but the cashier does no know to do transaction via card properly

            I purchased 2 packs of sugar in r-mart where they charged for 100 (9 per kg), when i asked for replacement, manager said as per terms and conditions it cannot be replaced after billing. I am not an r mart employee to know terms and conditions and offer is only for purchasing above 1500.. At least in counter they have to inform it cost 50 per kg when common people (Who buy below 1500 rs). Taking money from common people and giving offers to rich is very embarrassing. And mangers not knowing how to resolve issue is bad to there profession.

              I raised compliant regarding reliance reconnect 32 inch tv on 25th september 2017 but still issue not solved. Display issue. When i call customer care they told and visited our home and said panel is not working. But afterwards whenever we call they will tell. Our technicians will come today, tomorrow etc. But still not coming and solving the issue.
              When we are purchasing they informed that any problem we will solve within 2 days. But nowe 25 days completed but issue not solved. Worst support
              When we buy a product which has got something free then there must be a facility to get it just by showing bill .
              And the counter in which we get it there must be a person who has the information about which product has got what free item and we must be provided with it just by showing the bill
              and the service people must be more humble

                I have recent visited reliance market located near shantinagar bus stop. I purchased unibic greeting which is cookie in special pack in quantity of 20 units. Mrp supposed to be 190 but i got a discount and per unit cost reduced to 76. So the total bill amounted to rupees 1520 and i gave 2000 rupee note for which he has to give me change of 480. But he gave me change of 320 and i being in hurry didnt notice that. Even the bill was printed wrong. So please refund my remaining amount.

                  I visited reliance mart aashima mall bhopal today to purchase grooming product as i found it near to my home so find the best place for shopping. Unfortunately i forget membership card. The lady in billing counter said that membership card is compulsory to do shopping here. And asked me to go out if i don't have any
                  Is this true that only members can purchase products from reliance mart. If yes then don't allow any person to enter the store without membership card.

                    Today we visited reliance market at 8.10 am i. E on 14.10.17 at meerakot chowk amritsar. Purchased items worth rs 5000/- billing done at 8.56 am store id 3277 customer code [protected] and invoice no. [protected]. First of all we have to leave packed vegetables there as price list was not updated in system (But opening time is 7 am) and they were taking to long to do that. Secondly only one billing counter was open, when we requested then they started second counter lastly person standing on exit (Thin turbaned fellow) checking billed items misbehaved, took so long to check all items, no thanks or visit again rather when we complained about slow service he said don’t cum again (As if he owned this store). Is it compulsory at your store to cross check each item or it is done randomly like in other sores. We expect service from your sector aleast with a smile, is it too much to ask. This wont put your store in good light in social circle of we salaried class in amritsar.

                      Yesterday i went to park d car in d basement of reliance mall, o. P. Rd vadodara, there are no numbers at parking lot or signboards which ll show exit. So i kept on roaming in d basement to find the exit. When i said to d person incharge in d basement he misbehaved saying "pheli baar mall mein aai ho, manager se baat karo... Hum to free mein seva karte hain, aapse paise thodi lete hain, jo karna hai karo, chalti ban"
                      This are the exact words he used. I mean really no courtesy to speak to d customers.
                      I request you to train d employees.

                          I have purchased a pair of shoes, its not even more than 48 hours also. The sole got loosen and it is yet come separate from the shoe. I think the bill was given by them been lost. Paid 499 with the mobile number [protected]

                          I dont think so the mart will return my amount, but least i am hoping they can replace the product with a fresh and genuine one

                              This is to inform you that today when i was doing shopping in your store located in ludhiana near jalandhar byepass, i found that the price tag pasted in front of the yardley product was wrong & when i asked the reason to the staff member, he said the tag was not change bqz of busy schedule & also guided me wrong about its price. This mistakes i often found every time. Reason behind is lack in supervision & also lack of knowledge. Bqz of that the customer will have a bad impression about the staff, the market & more importantly the person's name used to run the business. So i[censored] get proper inspection done by your well educated supervisor so that this issue will not pop up again & will not trouble the customers & also will not spoil the owners name.

I send them all the related documents before placing the order, after that why dnt they consider???

                                  This is dr. Elamaran. E m. S., mch (Ctvs), cardio-thoracic surgeon from salem. I have been a customer of reliance in all format all round tamil nadu. I am not satisfied at the salem centre both trends and market.
                                  There service providers were not customer friendly and don't know whether due to the company name we have accept whatever done to us.
                                  I have shopped for 5000 rs twice at the market but when i pay everyone ask about the membership card but when i go to the desk they say u come before 5 pm to get the card or else shop without the card and go we cannot help
                                  I think there is a way to speak to a customer
                                  When i ask about the manager at 8.30 pm he is not available
                                  So i need a apt reply to my complaint raised

                                    It is really a very bad experience for me at reliance market, vannarpettai, tirunelveli.. I gave purched rs3200/my account also debitted. But the goods were refused to hand over to me reasoning the reliance company did not receive the amount.. Reliance company, being a corporate. Did not receive the amount, but i am a poor man strpped of my rs.3200/in my account.. That is why in tamil nadu there is lot of ill feelings against corporates.

                                      On 13th August 2017 shopping done in Reliance Mart Aashima mall and payment made first with debit card, amount was deducted from my account but bill not came out. Then I have to pay cash. The complaint was registered for the same of double payment. Reliance executive assured that will received the amount back.
                                      After few days of follow-up he told that will not get back amount and have to coordinate to bank.

                                        30aug2017 i am retailer a shopkeeper i got a kotak mahindra card from reliance market as per credit for limit rs.15000 with which we get a credit for 15 days. When we get delivery on shop we use that card but once they were not having kotak card swipe machine so they took from us and said that it would be given you back by your distributor as per the head of bathinda reliance mart said to give the card to the delivery boys.. But today another delivery came and again it happened. And the person who was having our card left and company dont know where he is if i called reliance mart head they said we cant do anything about this concern you have to return your delivery or else give cash they were not accepting cheque instead. People of reliance mart bathinda are very rude in talking to the customers. And today they are not accepting there fault. Kindly have strict action on them..
