Dear sir/madam,
On 26/06/2016, with my relatives I had been to Reliance market, Shivaji nagar, Sangli, Maharashtra. We 4 finished our shopping in 40 mins. I took a T-shirt from the stand stating "Rs. 149/-". At the billing time I was shocked, as its cost was Rs. 400/-. After asking worker he said to talk with customer desk people. As we were interested to buy that T-shirt at Rs.149/- or our money should be returned in cash.They took 1 hour to solve this thing.
When we asked, we want to meet the manager/head, those people said they only are the people who takes care of feedback, complaints and all. So I thought there is nothing going to happen by talking with these people.Because at the beginning they gave very funny reasons like-"some customers might have kept this product in wrong stand", "buy any thing worth Rs.400/- as we can not return money." After rising the voice they started giving response.
There was a booklet which has entries of returned amount, I just checked some previous returns, all reasons were such that they are indicating the mistake/problem is from customer side, like-"customer not satisfied", "size problem." For my case they had written "size problem". When I asked about this wrong information, they told me to just sign to get money, and I should not worry about these all.(with attitude and bad expression)!!!
One more thing is, please update or modify your billing system. Billing contains only tag price, discount/offer price, that's it!!! If a person buys some 20 things, I think at billing he should be with calculator. And instruct your workers to be friendly with customers and give respect to elders.
