    I buy 1 shoes in reliance market shahibug last Sunday night 9:45pm.and give me bill 299 rs and discount 100 rs so final pay price 199 rs. And shoes price 499rs. So I complain to mr. Jaydeepkumar on duty incharge. What happen me give me wrong bill and I required this product price bill. So give me answer to me sir are you lucky this product is low price give you so forget this product price bill and after all shortly give this answer to me.and go to other customers handling and I last moment to I request to pls give me this product price bill. And I go to home with old bill.becouse I late to night and other go to D- mart becoz I required product not available your market strong so what heppen this incedence plz call me and help us this matter my contract number is [protected].       Worst place i had visited in my life time. There are no display products in large home appliances. When asked the showroom person, he asked for the model number which is a senseless question. We wanted to buy led tv, washing machine and a refridgerator. A person intending to buy a fridge or a washing machine will only have specification in mind and not the model number. Next we bought few household items in which offers were displayed but not reflecting in billing. We took around 50 items out of which we had to return 25 items as offers were not updated in billing. Had a nuisance shopping. Worst experience of all.

        Sales man assured that the rice shall be replaced if we are not satisfied "anytime" reliance market ariyamangalam trichy outlet. Store manager now denys stating that salesman was wrong & the return rice might be plastic rice.
        Need resolution.

        The sales manager is hostile and mocks the customer during the grievance addressal.

        The terms of return is vague in the bill and its blunt.
        Daily every morning we are receiving your advertising message regarding the sales of your product like vegetables, fruits, dresses and so on. Why should we receive this irrelevant message at our busy time.
        Please stop/unsubcribe immediately such a nuisance and unwanted messages.

            I want to told about billing timing in reliance market.
            I went to buy some food products from reliance market at barnala bipass road, bathinda on 04/06/2017 and after selection of products when i came for billing of the selected products, it takes more than 45 mins to pay bill which takes hardly 2 mins if these were purchased from normal retail market. So this is very bad experience in reliance market for mismanagement.
            please try to solve this problem faced by every that was in the store at that time and it happens normally as seems from the management of store.
            Due to frequently sending faltoo sms by ur company l hv irritated & take a decision to not purchase a product from ur store.. so if possible do that... thanks i[censored]nsubscribe...

              Ur sales person said it is last peice i asked any defects he said no but after taking emi i noticed dents in it they committed for 18819/ they took 6626 from me. when i asked for bill they said we will send tomorrow when i asked next day they said some pending is there . pls solve problem as early as possible. or else can i approach forum. they are not responding properly.

                Yeaterday at reliance mega mart kalwa branch a staff named weight checking counter Akshay as the staff mentioned his name in kalwa thane branch was very rude with his behavior evn after his mistake which he billed wrong was actually loss for the company itself
                instead of appologising for his mistake he was saying ho gaya to kya karneka complaint karige jao mera naam bolo mera as if he is a goonda and protected by the staff itself for this kind of behavior
                He even used some foul language which i dont want to mention after leaving the counter

                Hope there will be some action

                  Today i waited long at express counter of reliance mart at 150 ft. Ringroad rajkot. Gujarat for single article billing but cashier denied to bill becoz i hd not carried my reliance cardat the time. When i presented this issue at floormanager he also forced me to get new reliance card. It means i[censored] dont have reliance membership card u cant pirchase even single item from reliance mart, same this i said to floormanager then he also told me "biil nahi banega reliance card hona zaruri he...".. And finally i left that article there and returned to home...

                      Today at 13.00 hrs i went to reliance smart, located at bannerghatta main road, bilekahalli village, begur hobli, bengaluru-560076 and bought some items. One of the items was 4 nos dutchie mista ma twista - 180ml, yoghurt drink of which two were of orange falvour and the other two were of bluberry flavour. There was an offer on this item in as much as if you buy one item of the drink you get one item free of the same flavour. But to my shock and surprise that staff at the billing counter told that the offer is available only on mango flavour where as the placard kept near the item stated that the offer is available on all variants. Surprisingly the placard showed the price as rs 200 instead of rs 20. I attach the scanned copy of the placard and my bill for reference. I request the management of reliance smart to educate the staff to be fully conversant to the offers made by them in order to prevent the customer getting disappointed by the denial of the offers.in this case as the offer was denied to me i was compelled to remove the above items from billing.                         I want to book a complaint against Sony bravia led tv. We recently purchased Sony bravia led tv 55 inch one month back now we are suffering with some problems like volume not coming when playing the video through DTH and sometimes suddenly tv automatically switch oning without any remote operation . please respond to the issue as soon as possible and resolve it soon
                        You have such a huge mart. But still you lack quick service. Since half an hour i am standing in a queue and your employee is still dealing with one customer. Despite of having so many counters you keep half of them close. Really poor service. I would never suggest anyone to buy goods from reliance mart.

                          Reliance market Dehradun are unnecessary forcing customer to register For Membership however no where it's mention in the store that cash billing will only happen when Membership card is there .even when I shopped for around 6 k and waited for 45 mins in line for billing the staff refuse to bill stating that card is must . I asked where is it mentioned . I asked please provide me in writing On letter head store head pramod kumar refused and said Lena ho toh lo nahi toh Jo kar sakte ho kar lo . and I have to leave all the stuff as its was malpractice . j know this compliant will also be dumped some like 141 other complaints since gaints like reliance there is no recourse . anyways if therw is something called consumer relief pls rake it up properly .

                            People who are working in 1st shift come around morning 6:00 am and their renewal timing is 3:30 pm but here in (Reliance smart - doddabommasandra) make the 1st shift workers to work till 5:00 pm and they are not paying any extra payment and no proper weekly offand harrasment to the workers who take weekly off. The incharge - sampath and suopervisor - susheela harrasing women workers and this lady susheela harras the women workers for working extra hours and not giving them weekly off. I request the concerned official to please look into the matter as this is very dignified organisation and such inccidents happen it indirectly spoils the name of organisation.

                              But offer products are not giving .If call them product has came but it damage and not working and so on so unnecessary things they are telling so trying for so many times we went to reliance and asking but that not responding properly and unnecessary reasons.on that I decided not to buy anything in reliance mart any where and told to my frds and relatives to not buy anything .

                              Purchased fresh garlic bread -long but discovered it was completely bad and had fungus inside it.

                              It was wraped in aluminum foil and claimed to be fresh but that was not the case at all.

                                I Kapil Dua from rajapark, jaipur booked two reliance reconnect LED 32 inches TV on 26th of January 2017 from Reliance Market G-467, Vishkarma Industrial Area Sikar Road.
                                Where Mr. Bhupendra and Ravinder told me about an offer of 10% off on every purchase and they also promise to provide a voucher of 10% .

                                They said that deposite some amount and than you will get a call from us.
                                I deposited 2000 in cash and they give me a receipt against it. But they didn't call at all.

                                Later on i have called on 29th of jan than they refused to give me any offer and they also started to make me fool.

                                  I just bought a new stool for the bathroom yesterday an with some other items, totalled up a bill of 8500 rs. Just today my wife while using the stool (sitting on it) fell down in the bathroom while sitting on the stool. The stools leg broke while my wife was sitting on it. It was dangerous, to say the least. I hope someone is conducting a quality control check at this mall. Kindly take this mail seriously. This could affect the credibility of your esteemed institution. At the very least, I expect an apology from the person or concerned department head.
                                  I am purchased hair ac (date 03.02.2017) at reliance mart in kattur branch trichy 620019. After ac installation but ac not working many times compliant to reliance mart in kattur branch but your staff not responce and irritation answerable.Kindly solution the this problem repalcing hair ac.Do the needful at earliest

                                    On Jan 26th I made a grocery purchase of ₹2713.21 at reliance mart in Vijaynagar ttmc bangalore 560040 and when I made the payment through my credit card they said there was an error although I had a successful transaction notice on my cellphone. But they argued and asked me for another card and this time it was my it was my debit card and the transaction was successful and I had a debit of 2713.21 again for second time on this debit card.
                                    I lodged a complaint at the reliance mart office on the same day 26th Jan 2017 they made a note in their old style paper bound register. Almost 10 days later on Feb 4th 2017 when I go back to them they said they still have the complaint in their paper bound register but the they were not sure the complaint was even sent to authorities for verification. Their reply was very casual because it was not their problem nor their hard earned money. I want to escalate this to higher authorities may be in Mumbai because I still have faith in reliance mgmt but not with the local Bangalore authorities as Bangalore is Bangalore when it comes to such things.
                                    I do have the Same issue Similar to this in Reliance Mart Chennai Pallavaram Nagelkeni TamilNadu. This issue is very similar in almost all the reliance mart, i made a purchase on dec 11th 2016,

                                      Hi I have made a purchase in reliance market on 11/12/2016 and i have swiped my Card at the bill counter and i have entered my Pin there was no response from it, Executive said it was some network issue, I have gave another card same issue happened to my surprise money of 1762.51 got deducted from my account. Store manager said it was some network failure money will be reverted to your account nu she said, Even after one week nothing has happened so i have submitted a CDF form to bank and i have a made a complaint to Reliance mart too Complaint no[protected]/11/2016, They said like it will be resolved in 5 business days, in the mean time bank people reverted me stating that amount has been claimed by the merchant so we cant revert you this amount you need to get it from the merchant, this was the statement given by the bank. when i approached the store manager(suganya.[protected]@ril.com Ph no [protected]) she said we will look in to this nu she said after that i have made many calls to the person and i have visited many times to the store i could not meet the person. This is very bad on reliance standards. Again i have made a complaint on the same issue for my reversal complaint no 1656434, they said they close the issue at the earliest . Way the store manager is behaving is very ridiculus. Kindly teach your So called "Store manager" some basic ethics and how to treat peoples.

                                        I am very disappointed to write this to you that today[protected], i bought one traveling beg from your store address - reliance market bhavnagar, himalaya mall, opposite victoria park,, 120 feet ring road, bhavnagar, gujarat 364001

                                        So there is a christmas scheme i saw in advertisement so i bought that item.
                                        Now the problem is when i went to bill counter they charged me more than the scheme price and told me a reason that the scheme is over. Now my complaint is why there is a board of a scheme is still on that item even if the scheme is already over. So i want to know about this problem, the store supervisor told me the silly reason of that he forgot to mail you about the scheme and all that stuff. What an unprofessional answer!!

                                        And one more thing that my jio money also not worked at that time, the amount was deduct from my wallet but at store computer they didn't received amount, so had to pay cash of my billing amount. So in total i had paid around four thousand, and my invoice is 2317/-. The most worst experience i have ever had in your store, very disappointed. I have attached my printed invoice photo copy.
