Dear sir/madam,
On 26/06/2016, with my relatives I had been to Reliance market, Shivaji nagar, Sangli, Maharashtra. We 4 finished our shopping in 40 mins. I took a T-shirt from the stand stating "Rs. 149/-". At the billing time I was shocked, as its cost was Rs. 400/-. After asking worker he said to talk with customer desk people. As we were interested to buy that T-shirt at Rs.149/- or our money should be returned in cash.They took 1 hour to solve this thing.
When we asked, we want to meet the manager/head, those people said they only are the people who takes care of feedback, complaints and all. So I thought there is nothing going to happen by talking with these people.Because at the beginning they gave very funny reasons like-"some customers might have kept this product in wrong stand", "buy any thing worth Rs.400/- as we can not return money." After rising the voice they started giving response.

There was a booklet which has entries of returned amount, I just checked some previous returns, all reasons were such that they are indicating the mistake/problem is from customer side, like-"customer not satisfied", "size problem." For my case they had written "size problem". When I asked about this wrong information, they told me to just sign to get money, and I should not worry about these all.(with attitude and bad expression)!!!

One more thing is, please update or modify your billing system. Billing contains only tag price, discount/offer price, that's it!!! If a person buys some 20 things, I think at billing he should be with calculator. And instruct your workers to be friendly with customers and give respect to elders.

Dear sir,

With due respect i want to admit that my name is varun gupta and i had visited the reliance market of shahibaug ahmedabad gujarat on[protected] but i found the behaviour of the staff as well as of manger totally unsupportive.

Sir, i wanted to buy some plastic chairs but the manager did not give support in tying with a simple rope also. Also when we asked that can we take one chair outside to look that is it moving into a car or not he refused.

Also i had bought some note books on which our price was mentioned 34/- only while the billing was done of rs 204/-. Sir, it is clear cut cheating and this is not accepted. This is a clear case of malfunctioning with malafide intention. When i asked the manager that why you have not mentioned the price of rs 204/- instead of rs 34 than he told you must take the slip out of the packet and then see. Is it relevant sir, this is something which is wrong going on. When i asked that give me your complaint book he refused.

Dear Sir,

We went to Reliance Bazar On[protected], Sir, we had to purchase Britania Ghee which had the Marked price on 410/- in reliance market while on the Product the price was 390/-. And 20% was to be given as discount. When we went to purchase the product the selling person told us that they will give this product at the Reliance market Price. Sir, when the dispute arose he told that this is the procedural Requirement that they cannot overcome. Sir, This is wrong practice which your Ajmer Reliance Bazar is practising in Ajmer.

Sir, why should a customer suffer due to your mistake, . When I asked the person why did not he check it previously. Why did he wasted our time.

Sir, please take serious action against the management.

This matter is also reported to the Consumer Affairs also and soon we are going to launch a complaint in Consumer Forum.

The product are kept for sales and not for the exhibition. Why not the concern person suffer who has done the mistake. Why should a Customer suffer.

Hope you are soon going to take the action.

Sir i am resident of kolkata baguhati chawalpatty . Bl name-krishna vihar . Here illegal construction is going on in front of our house. Which hampers our security . We have complain about this matter to our counciller . She told they will not get permission to do this . But no action taken and they did illegal construction . Sir this is simply matter of there muscle power and money power. This is corruption which bengal govt allows to do. Please take action against this.

I think you will take neceesary action and help us. We are common people . We are only required at the time of voting . Thw upper case and support of bengal govt towards corruption proves it.

I purchased a fridge, tv, washing machine, microwave and a split ac costing about 2.5 lakh. I purchased it on 18 may from your outlet near itpl outlet, whitefield, bangalore.

I purchased from your shop, thinking that being a big shop, service will be good.

But i am sorry to say that service is deplorable. Split ac installer has done the worst ever job. About one meter of cable is inside room. He has put stabilizer somewhere on the top, even after my request. Worst job ever seen. I wish, i got it installed from a small shopkeeper

Tv has not been installed so far in 7 days. What do you want me to do? Your service center people are not able to give me any reply

Myself Rashmi. i had been to reliance mart kharadi, Pune on 18th may 2016. purchased some items and gone for billing. billing is done through my debit card. amount of Rs 1965 was deducted. den the billing person said billing reversal has happened so u need to pay the amount once again. initially i didn't agree. later he came with 2 more persons and convinced me to pay once again and the he said first transaction will be credited back to ur account within 48hrs if not come and collect cash from here. after 72hrs i went reliance mart again to enquire. but he said lik there is no update about that in his system.
what is this?????. its just cheating the customers. now 5 days over but there is no news about refund.and the person who spoke with me is also nt receiving my call.
i need my money back. i hav the sale reversal slip and bank statement.

We purchased the dry fruits from Reliance Mart from Himalaya Mall in Bhavnagar, to our surprise we found the cashew nuts in powdered form, the arrangement in the airtight packet was made as such to keep the good looking cashew nuts at the top and stuff the below level with the broken and powdered cashew nuts. This brings a serious discontent to the customers.

In reliance chittoor we have purchased ac, but they ave delivered the wrong product, not as per out requirement we choosed.
When we asked to take it back and asked to give the product we choosed, they didn't replace the correct one
Very bad staff, when selling will walk around us, but once we purchased they dont care

Please dont go anyone to reliance mart expecially chittoor. Better go to local shops, they will respond, if we have any issues they will replace.

I bought 1.5 ton AC Panasonic which got delivered at 5 PM. For fitting of AC I'm not able to contact the concerned person. The no. Is busy for an hour and then it's switched off. My EAN no. Is[protected].
I was calling the given mobile from nearly 3 hrs. Theres no response. This is very weird and reliance people have said by Monday they will fit at any cost as I paid the bill in Thursday itself.
This is very worse behaviour as they are wasting a lot of time of the customer.
I need a fast and accurate response

Sir i along with my family went to reliance mart when there was about to pay bill they told us some offer if we buy for more than 6000 rupees we will get a dinner set so our bill was included with my moms freind so total bill came like nearly 8000 and there was another offer for 3500 rupees a cup set so we requested the manager to cut the bill separate for us so he behaved very rudely by saying that we cannot do that then we told talk softly then he raised his voice and talked rudely he argued with us, sir i wanna say that it is necessary to talk softly to the customers so that we can enjoy shopping

i am from papanasam and i purchased cardiac oil 1 litre pkts of 2 nos on 27/01/2016 time 13:14:57, invoice no [protected] which came with free fresh box worth of rs 40
at the free section i was given sandal colour box, and when i asked for pink colour box as printed in the oil pouch the person in the free section talked rudely and arrogantly though pink colour box was available
i asked to cancel the oil pouch and he refused and talked rudely
in other super markets they give the free offers as per our desire if stock exists
so i kindly request you to give necessary instructions to the employees to behave kind and soft to the regular customers coming from outstations to purchase at reliance as the price are cheap, best and quality.

Hi, I have visited Reliance Mart aundh Pune & shopped for Rs. 2084 on 13-dec-15. When verfied bill at counter came to know many decrepancy as below: 1. Budhani Salty Waffers MRP- 50 was billed as Rs 58 2. Cleaning combo Reliance offer price was Rs. 189 & billed as Rs. 230 3. Pasta Offer was Buy 2 get one free but billed for all 3. So I went Customer care & claimed refund & got it back Rs. 75. Myseld & my friends observed this issue several time in the past. I guess this is billing strategy of Reliance to loot customer who don't verify their bills. So guys please beware & verify your bills to save your hard earned money at Fraud Reliance stores. I bought lotto shoes worth Rs.2399 on 27/11/2015. i used those for 3 days and it teared. so i went to shop for change. but manager was not present so their employees took the shoes saying they will show it to manager and will call me. they didn't call for week so i decided to go. i met manager then he said he will do all possible things and will call me. obviously he didn't called so i again went. then he says he cant replace the shoes. well my issue is if that shoe is tearing in 3 days o[censored]se and i am giving them it in 7 days of time within purchase date they should replace it as its a fake product quality.

I regularly use to purchase goods from Reliance Mart in Nellore. Initially a card was issued to me and the credits were getting accumulated to this card. I could check the same via msg. I lost the card and the shop has issued me a new card stating that the accumulated credit will be transferred to new card on contacting the Toll Free no. printed on the Card. Despite my trying hundreds of time every time the Toll Free no. throws a message "All our customer care executives are busy at the moment" and transfers the call to voice mail box with a promise that " please read your name and mobile number. I customer care executive will call back shortly." The call back never happens and I am unable to report this issue to the customer care even. A very lousy service indeed.

Hi, I have visited the reliance mart store, kharadi, pune 411014 this morning (30th Sep 2015) and had a worst experience that I want to complain about. 1. I had billed all my items and was leaving the store when the exit door beep triggered. 2. The security person verified that all my items were billed and there were no tags. I even took out everything from my pockets but still the beep was triggering. 3. After all this, when I raised a concern that your machine may be at fault, but they did not agree and finally asked me to take off my pants and checked my undergarments. 4. But even after all this checking, they found no tags/unbilled items. When I questioned them that if they did not find anything, why was I harassed, they said that there might me some problem with there machine. 5. I want to ask one question, If your machine is at fault, who gave you the right to harass customer and check their undergarments ? and if customer were a lady, would your store check her undergarments as well ? 6. This is a serious case of humiliation and harassment and strict action must be taken against the store officials. You can call me at [protected] in case you want more details.

I shopped in the Reliance Mart, Cantonment, Trichy yesterday. I found a stainless steel vessel set for Rs. 180 in the display and I went to bill all the available stock of 65 sets to the cashier and there the price came as Rs. 189. The incharge of the store tells that the lesser price was only on the previous day and today it Rs. 189 only. It is the staff's or incharge's fault of not changing in the display. You should provide customer satisfaction by giving it in the price of Rs. 180. This is almost overruling the customers and not being fair. Displaying one price and invoicing another price is not fair at all.

I have purchased a shirt. bar code no.[protected] as on bill.[protected] as on shirt .from Reliance market at VKIA, Road no.12, Sikar road, Jaipur.on date. 08.07.2015.customer card no.[protected].Today 09.07.2015 they are not changing the shirt. Mr.Alok manager told that .shirt can not change as receptionist told me. I have purcharged two shirt same size 39 cm I had trial one shirt and other trial at home I see that one is much more larger than other. So please help me for changing the shirt.

I have purchased a karbon mobile phone on[protected] reliance mart vannarpettai tirunelveli-3, tamilnadu.mobile is not working more than one month and also complianed to the mart .no response from the mart more than one month .i also directly approched to the manager named ramesh and venkatesh (one of the staff).kindly reply the same for further thanking you s.muthumalai

We bought the buy one get one free potato wedges and whene we opened both packets we found fungus stuck to it. We wanted too make the wedges 'cause we like them and we were trying reliance break bites for the first time and first impression is the last impression and it was all bad experience. Isn't the food quality check going on? How can you expect too find your favorite frozen product covered with fungu. We'll never buy that product again. Don't have the photo proof because we threw it in the bin that moment

Hi, I have purchased an AC from Reliance Mart Kharadi around 3-4 days back . It was a horrible experience. The technician from Reliance in the name of extra pipe charged us Rs 1000 and when requested by my to put at little higher side so that it will remain safe the person stopped work and went away saying I am not habituated of doing this much work . Surprised . After sometime the same person sent a 3rd party to my house and the 3rd party has first of all discarded the complete work of the first person and gave an estimate of 5000 for fresh installation where as this was not at all required. My wife was alone at home that time she asked him to go as there was no provision of money (the installation is free) The person started asking for visiting charge - Surprised . By chance I reached home that time and asked the person to leave immediately else I was to call police. Now we have decided to hire some other person for this work . I have purchased many items from Reliance and we are the regular visitor of Reliance Fresh .. I have decided to completely stop any further purchase from Reliance in the future. Sorry but this was an experience that we can not forget.
