I have taken a postpaid connection and i provided all the documents to the agent . after 5 days my sim is activated but after 1 day it was deactivated again for the reason address verification nagative. they already come to my address for verification and verified it .but now showing verification nagative. i called 59059 they told everything is ok for my number and i call that reliance communication for verification since 8 days they are not responding to my problem .what to do now ?

    Hello Sir, , My name is Rahul Gupta a reliance netconnect+ customer with datacard number : [protected] Delhi region. Since I had done my last recharge of Rs. 999 I am continuously facing problems with my Internet connection . Since it is a 3G connection and i suppose to get speed upto 300 kbps which is definitely not happening in my case, Its been more than 20 days i am unable to use my reliance datacard due to poor or no connectivity most of the time . I have launched many complaints regarding the same at reliance customer care but didn't got resolution till date. Details of complaints are as follows : Complaint No. 1 :[protected] Dt. 10th Dec 2014 Complaint No. 2 :[protected] Dt. 15th Dec 2014 Complaint No. 3 :[protected] Dt. 18th Dec 2014 None of the above complaints got resolved and as a result i am still unable to use my internet connection. One of your customer care representative suggested that there might be major technical issue in my residence area as a result i am asking you to increase my validity by 1 month till the technical problem get solved. I also wrote email to reliance datacard support but only getting computer generated replies. These are the main concerns which is why my validity need to be increase by 1 month, 1. I have more than 10 GB of data balance in my account which is impossible to use in 10 days at 1 kbps and almost no connectivity. 2. Or you can kindly refund my money because i am facing problem since i did my last recharge of Rs. 999 and tried to inform you by launching complaints but didn't got any support. Please find the attached Screen Shots of my current internet connectivity at netconnect+ Mode, HighSpeed 1x Mode, hybrid mode Hoping for the best possible earliest solution to my problem .Some of details you might need to solve my problem..     Its been more than 20 days and I just want to ask you how many years you will take to solve this technical problem ??? What type of engineers and customer care representatives works with reliance communication who are not even capable of solving technical problems and wasting customers time and money by providing third class services.. I simply want refund of my money as soon as possible and reply with the exact date and time you will take to refund. There are many good brands available in the market which offers much better services and support to customers than Reliance's third class services.. Kindly reply with the date and time you will need to refund ASAP.

    Hello,
    Its been more than 5 days, and the problem with my reliance internet connection is getting worst day by day. Till date i didn't got any direct reply from reliance customer support regarding my problem regardless various attempts of highlighting my problem to them. Its been more than 25 days i am facing connectivity and major network issues in my prepaid reliance datacard connection. I don't understand what kind of Company does reliance communication is becoming with regard to customer support..KIndly find the latest screenshot of my reliance internet connection.

    Due to illitrate behaviour of reliance communicaton and their customer support, I lost more than 10 gb of data balance..     Due to illitrate behaviour of Reliance Customer Support team i am about to loose my 8 GB of prepaid data in my account.. After complaining about same with all the necessary proofs here i didn't got any solution to my complaint.. It feels like i wasted my month here just posting complaints and no one really cares..I really started thinking What kind of people provides this kind of services..Wasting Customers time and money...
    Hello, I do not see any proper guidance or support related to my problem.. Instead of the contract number no support and no help received from reliance.

      Dear sir i was downloading a 340 mb file first ii am using 3 g net the downloading speed was of 10 kbps and when i call the customer care the said to change the settings i have done it and speed changed so i was trying to download the same file after some tine iit stuck i have done this four to five times still same problem i want my 400 mb return.My mn is [protected]

        On 26 of november i requested for shifting my broadband connection problem till 26 of december my problem regarding shifting is not solved i have called gujrat head " prakat jaysing " he is telling to me i am not customer care call to customer care or call to ahmedabad head " sunil patel " from 9 day i am calling to him but he is taking with me in rude manner but still my problem is not solved i have paid 3 month advance rental but still i am not able to get service . I have all the conversation recording of " sunil patel ahmedabad head " he told me that cancel the line u will get refund from reliance . I told him there are 4 to 6 connection of your comany around my new location but he replied rudely and said u cancel the line i can't give u any service to you, i told to him give me the reason why it is not possible to shift the line, he is giving me silly reasons. My humble request to you please sort out my problem as soon as possible.

          Dear Sir/Madam, I am a Reliance Post paid customer my number is [protected]. Due to high network problem I want to port my number to another network. Regarding this I sent 5 time porting request on 21.11.14, 25.11.14, 9.12.14, 15.12.14 and 25.12.14 respectively. But every time reliance had rejected my porting request. When I called to their customer care @ 198 they told me your request is under process. From 21.11.14 to till date I called to their customer care so many times but all is in vain. I never didn't get any satisfactory answer from their side, they always said your request is under process. Due to network problem I am losing my customer.             Dear Sir / Madam, This is Ajay chander from Pollachi would like to register a unsatisfactory complaint against the Reliance Netconnect broadband plus for their wrong tariff plan mentioned in the rcom and also for slow speed with unfair response. I've been their customer for about 4 years with the satisfactory service. My datacard no. is [protected] and i am a High speed data card customer . Recently, on 24/12/2014 i've topped it up for 999 Rs. with the unlimited high speed offer, which was supposed to be 20 gb till last month. the moment before i topped up, i read it and then done it. i was having 27 gb with my existing pack which is totally gone now and also i am recieving very slow speed @ 144 kbps which was supposed to recieve the speed only my high speed data balance gets over. secondly, i contacted the customer care via. online to clarify my validity . they told me i'm having 27gb + unlimited offer with high speed till 22 jan 2015. from 25th dec 2015 morning, i am experiencing terrible speed, when i contacted customer care, they told me, we don't have network issues in our area and they wanted me to troubleshoot it, i did that, too. even after reinstallation i did got the same slow speed, too. when i asked them again, they told me it may be because of congestion of two plans. so they wanted me to wait till 12 a.m on the same day.. next morning, ie., on 26/12 /2014, when i checked, still i am facing the same disgusting slow connection. i even checked with the customer care, they were telling me i will be recieving speed upto 3.1 mbps . i explained them clearly that i am facing this terrible issue only after my topped up. but i wasn't facing on the same day, but from the next day, i am feeling such terriblity. Now, what i wanted to be done is either i want the present 999 rs. plan to be revoked completely by technical admin and transfer me to some other equivalent plan of 849 rs. and so or else cancel the transaction and refund the payment, i will make the fresh recharge, then. i have been in the mental agony for two days, as my busines is fully irked with online . Henceforth, please consider my complaint as legitimate and take the necessary action at your convenience ASAP to resolve my issue .               Sir, first of all I have to say that, the C.C executive were treated us not like a human being. Mr. Sandeep and Mr Jitendra both persons were consulting us with his cheap behavior. Sir, in this month 0.5gb 2g data given in place of 1gb 3g data. I have port my number([protected]) and respectively 2 months data I got without any issues. Sir Pl. give my 1gb 3g data as soon as possible bcz of its validity will expire last of this month.

                Hello, Reliance GSM service has diducted rs.247.00 without any reason. Customer care team is saying the amouont diducted through GPRS @ 3:47am on 25th December but it was not done from my end. I dont understand how 247 rs consumed in GPRS while there is no download and browsing happed till i have checked my balance. This is fraud case done from Reliance. Please resolve the issue else i'll switch this number with other service provider.

                This is not a good business practice to make a customer in trouble. It is been 5 days but you guys are still saying that we will contact you.

                This kind of service was never expected from reliance as i'm using reliance since 8-9 years and dont want to switch with other network.

                Please help me out on this ASAP

                  On 24th dec '14 i received a massage on my reliance number [protected]. The massage "Jadoo Recharge! Get upto 1 GB extra FREE on every 3G Data Recharge of Rs 177 along with normal 1 GB 3G data + Unlimited Whatsapp; Facebook & Twitter for 30 days". After the recharge of 177 I haven't received the extra 1gb benefit. On 26th dec i called the customer care but they said that as it was a 'jadoo recharge' you might or might not get it, its upto the company. Whereas on the message nothing such condition was mentioned. i think reliance comm is fooling its customers and if you want to maintain your goodwill among us(custmers) Send me the extra benefit.

                    It is really appalling to get emails from Mr.Balaji for non payment of bills despite having paid the same. To add to my woe your lines both land line as well as broadband internet services are down. I hope to receive a positive response of the lines being repaired and Internet services being resumed. I also expect an apology from your end for sending me such emails even after having paid the bills well within time even though your lines are down.

                      I recharged with 999 plan for my netconnect+ no [protected] on 24th dec after confirming twice from reliance call center that its speed will be 3.1 mbps and it will we unlimited its receipt id is AMPR65249509. After recharge i got speed of 230kbps and its speed never crossed 140 kbps. I tried every thing from changing the mode to uninstalling the software to restarting system and again installing the software its speed never crossed 140 kbps. from that time i called call center mailed their team but no reply .

                          Dear sir, i am sanjay patidar live in Bhopal .i had taken a group sim (postpaid) plan from relliance india mobile from their executive mr . vikram rathore whose mob. no. is [protected] on 1/08/14. as per their plan we have paid him 1800 rupees as security & refundable money .we got 6 no. of postpaid sim .as their oral instruction of sim activation we tried to activate that sim but no sim could be activated .so we called company excutive but no response given by their side till 15/09/14. i also called his manager mr ravindra sharma (mob.[protected]) & mr ashish (mob..[protected]) but both had taken no responsebility for my help . i also asked them for their official address but they told me that company has no any office at bhopal, they circulate me from one person to another but no one could activated my sim till 15/0914.mr . vikram rathore had told me that sim has some technical problem & you will have to submitted that sim.so finally i decided to return their sim & submitted all their (6 sim) at their mp nagar outlet office (office name- JAI MAHAKAL ENTERPRISES) & taken recieving also & also give a written application also . they have told me that your security money will be returned by checque within 3months .but no security money have been returned till now . now the company is cheating with me & their legal executive( whose no. is[protected] are trying to threating me that" you have to pay amount 1619 rupees behalf of bill of that sim which i had already submitted them. now they are threating me for legal action .3 days ago company legal excutive[protected] called me that if you have not deposite that amount within one hour then you will get arrest warrent against you from your nearest police station .now he is tourchering me that"legal action is taking against you which expenses is Rs 36000, which included court fee & penalty " company has not returned my security money till now & trying to tourchering & threating me against legal action i have already the copy of submitted sim with their recieving in hard copy also attached withit i have also total call recording of their excutive now i am getting very problem from their side & also getting mental problem now i want that you will take any legal action against company froud & provide me relaxatation from their side.

That same way I disconnect (via phone / mail ) in your 3G net connection. Why you are not accept my request. Why you are generate further bill and continuous give your Irritating call 's Please stop and don't follow up this kind of nonsense systems I already purchase at chennai, as of now am in out of station, How I disconnect my net connection.                                   Hello Sir, I visited at Reliance Customer care center @ Sagar Madhya Pradhesh. A person is sitting there is not doing his job, I submitted my documents before one month to Change my Reliance CDMA number to Reliance GSM. and that person is saying his computer is not working. What the service he is giving. he is just making me fool. and saying take new sim card.

                                    HI ALL, This is with reference to my reliance data card number [protected]. Reliance is the only one company cheating customer and Even though we are in 3 months advance rental plan they are not at all update their system correctly and sending monthly bills, No proper response to our queries, always wrong commitments and misguidance from customer support of level 1 and 2 &3. After frustration I requested them to terminate my connection during 3 months advance rental plan. They told me to continue services up to completion of 3 months period, After that we will terminate connection automatically and they have given some dummy conversation ID. When I called customer care again to know weather connection got cancelled or not they told me your 3 months advance rental plan converted to normal monthly plan of 750. I visited personally web and requested to cancel or convert my connection to prepaid they have taken request and submitted prepaid conversation form 3 months back. They told me no need to pay any money we will take care of your request it will convert to prepaid in next 10 day's. I stopped using that connection after I submit prepaid convertion, I am not sure why they have not terminate my connection or not even prepaid convertion. I used to get calls each day several times to pay pending monthly rental from varios numbers. Now total due they made it RS 1918 and forcing me to pay full amount without having any valid reason. Some person calling from dehli and he is saying himself as a laywer and asking me to pay full amount other wise he will coming with police along arrest warent and he told legal notice or cheating case notice already dispathed. I am not sure who is that fellow and his way of talking is too worst and using some non sense worlds. I registered a compliant with the customer care & even submitted form to prepaid conversion, but they din't gave me proper solution . Now after three months, they are asking me pay some huge amount stating that i have used data card, instead of addressing my problem, i am getting annoying calls and sms everyday to pay the bills. They are asking me to pay amount for their negligence. How they are eligibile to send notice to customer on thier own problem ? I am really tired of this and i want to end this.                                     The same number reachable and even one of your executive called on same number. Informed he will
                                    Escalate this case internally higher level and get it sorted out soon also told me no need to worry about bill generated and calls from collection Executive.

                                    Today got call from one of the collective agent/layer and asking me to pay bill otherwise asking me to attend court along with notice issued.
                                    Could you please look into the matter and help to get your system update with correct details.
                                    I am really tired of this and hoping to get at least proper response from concerned team ASAP.

                                      I Mihir Joshi from the day 26th October have port my loop number [protected] to reliance i am facing this problem of calls get disconnected in 30 sec or 1 min0 sec after getting connected and to connect a number i have to dial the number more then 3 times Internet is the epic i have given the 3g plan which works at the speed of 2g or i would say lower then that too and it only works for whats app if i browse any thing it shows page not found even the google page is not found in reliance 3g. I complain on 198 more then 4 times every time i was been answered ur issue will be resolved within 3 days when dose their calendar shows the 3rd day only they knows last when i called them on 21st November to ask what is the status of my complain the said it has been transferred to the national resolving center it would be solved within 48 hr our engineers are working on ur problem i want to know which engineering collage they are passed out from past 3 months they cant solve my issue
