This is Angshuman Das, willing to place a complaint against incorrect Mobile Bill & overcharging (even after discontinuing the services) through the consumer Forum.
I was using Reliance postpaid connection for last 2 years, but because of poor service and network availability, decided to discontinue the service recently. Accordingly the connection had been barred from both outgoing & incoming calls [outgoing was barred from 12/06/2015, & incoming was barred from 12/11/2015], yet monthly bills are constantly coming up. I am also getting charged for incorrect roaming services, which is unexpected and improper for the Tariff Plan /service I was using.
After repeated requests to Reliance Customer Care and all different authorities, neither the issue got resolved, nor I have got any response from their end, Instead, I got an incorrect amount of Rs 1441 to pay.
Recently I am getting unexpected threat calls and emails [from solitairesdelhi.[protected]@gmail.com] causing much harassment and other threat. [Even though these calls ond emails does not seem to be genuinely from Reliance but they are taking Reliances's name!! ]
All the important information and references of my earlier emails sent to Reliance are mentioned here-

Tariff was : freedom 350 (1000 local & STD calls, Unlimited data, & 200 SMS)
Reference of emails I sent to Reliance so far, asking to send the correct bill and resolve the issue

Please forward this complaint to Reliance Communication authorities or help me in getting the overcharge issue resolved and settlement happen.
