    My name is sairam i brought a postpaid datacard with number [protected] in november as a backup.After a month usage, i wanted to change it to prepaid, called customer care repeatedly without providing me a resolution, they disconnected my connection and asked me to pay 2 months bill.I payed the money and asked to terminate my connection when there are no bills pending.Then Mr.Raja ([protected]) from reliance called me and persuaded me to retain connection and promised to change my plan to lower amount but now i got bill amounting very higher than the promised amount.He also promised to change connection to pre paid in march month and now he never answer my call and im getting remainders from reliance threatening to issue legal notice kindly look in to it.

      My name is Manoj Kumar Patwa. i have been using reliance
      mobile no-[protected] for 2 years.
      Yesterday without my acknowledgement there was 3rs deduction from my main
      account. i called at the night to reliance customer care, but now one has responded.
      Today in the morning i have changed my SIM from nokia to micromax. after changing
      my sim to Micromax, again there was 42rs deduction. for this deduction i called up many times to customer care but no one was responding my call. after attempting 10 to 12 times finally call get connects to the CC. i asked your executive to refund my amount which you were deducted from my account, without my acknowledgement. But she refused to return my balance. and told me to talk with senior executive. The same happened here, i waited for 15 to 20 minute and no one has responded.

      Sir i want to ask you some thing :
      1. Why you deducted my 42rs balance.?
      2. if you deducted then why didn't you inform me for the same by a message.?
      3. If i didn't recharge my sim with data balance then why you deduct it from my balance?
      4. Why your customer care executive reply rudely?
      5. Why you guys deduct any amount without any information to the customer?

      Please return my balance as soon as possible. Otherwise i will quit from reliance .
      I will throw my reliance sim and data card also .

        I had a purchased reliance 3 net dongle, last 20-25 days network in and out a single day 50-60 frequently disconnected we are several times contact customer care but not satisfactory answer every time they told your problem with max to max 72 hrs and minimum 24 hrs resolved but situation as it is my problem till date i.e. 21/03/2016 not yet solve or resolved at reliance customer care end.

In this plan is unlimited voice STD & Local calls, unlimited sms, unlimited 2g data. After 2 month later my number is barred with any excuse & inform and company to pressurize to me changing the plan.

                  Hello Sir/ Madam,

                  This is Angshuman Das, willing to place a complaint against incorrect Mobile Bill & overcharging (even after discontinuing the services) through the consumer Forum.

                  I was using Reliance postpaid connection for last 2 years, but because of poor service and network availability, decided to discontinue the service recently. Accordingly the connection had been barred from both outgoing & incoming calls [outgoing was barred from 12/06/2015, & incoming was barred from 12/11/2015], yet monthly bills are constantly coming up. I am also getting charged for incorrect roaming services, which is unexpected and improper for the Tariff Plan /service I was using.

                  After repeated requests to Reliance Customer Care and all different authorities, neither the issue got resolved, nor I have got any response from their end, Instead, I got an incorrect amount of Rs 1441 to pay.

                  Recently I am getting unexpected threat calls and emails [from solitairesdelhi.[protected]@gmail.com] causing much harassment and other threat. [Even though these calls ond emails does not seem to be genuinely from Reliance but they are taking Reliances's name!! ]

                  All the important information and references of my earlier emails sent to Reliance are mentioned here-

                  Tariff was : freedom 350 (1000 local & STD calls, Unlimited data, & 200 SMS)

                  Reference of emails I sent to Reliance so far, asking to send the correct bill and resolve the issue

                    Hi team i port the SIM Vodafone to reliance and already it port too late which is hampered my work.
                    As earlier in Vodafone service it was very good weather it is in network or voice quality. But before ported to reliance it got very worst and bad services no voice clear(echo) no network or etc…
                    Well when I brought the SIM that time reliance employee said (No. from where I got the call for SIM porting [protected], [protected].), sir there is no voice clarity or network issue in reliance on my home address and office address hence it couldn’t be hamper your work. But that is all fake agreement like.
                    Therefore according to my statement am not interested to continue with reliance services due to your services issue. I just want my port money which was I paid 300 rupee. It is really very bad experience and fake statement services.
                    Am expecting any action asap from your side and effortlessly as well because I don’t have time to give your service anymore. If I didn’t get any resolution within 2-3 days therefore same I can forward to TRAI and consumer court as well.

                      Bill inspite of safe custody and no disconnection
                      I have received a bill of 1065 for a device with reliance no. [protected] for period of
                      18-Feb-2016 to 17-Mar-2016

                      On 22 Nov 2015 I had called to your customer care and asked for discontinuing of services totally as I had takeen another connection.
                      Your customer care agent had said that I need to keep in safe custody which will be 3 months and after 3 months if I dont activate the services will be discontinued permanently.

                      Now how can you send me this bill. How can you activate without my permission and send me a bill. Is this a scam to cheat people of their money. Is it that you dont want to close the connection and keep minting money from me.

                      In that case I will not be paying a single penny and if you do not resolve this scam method of sending bills to discontinued connections then I will have to take up the matter with DoT and consumer court.

                      I hope that you stop harassing customers for saving your business unethically

                        Have you been eating rice or grace? I have been using reliance gsm no [protected] for the past 5 years. You are reducing 3 rs/ per 3 or 4 alternative days for vas ussd charges for the past 1 year. what is the vas ussd charges at all. please stop and refund my money how much you have been reduced for the past 1 year other wise i will put a case in court according to consumer act. I am in frustration. You are cheating people with vas ussd charges, You will have to lost customers if you pay charges like this. please refund my money other wise i will convert my network immediately and will tell about this issue to all my friends and neighbours so they all will change to another network. Please do what you want do, I know what i have to do. This problem should be solve within one day and refund my money by 21st monday evening otherwise i will put a case on court on tuesday. You people are worst, not responsible. i completed here in 4 times, you stopped the service when i complete the issue and started again. what is this funny game all . You are losing valuable customers and you are wasting there time with this type of funny things.

                            I undersigned Ramchandra Chitale 150, JDA Colony Bajna Math Jabalpur M.P. wants to bring to your knowledge about the autocratic ways of telecommunication companies they employ to recover their raised bills with no consideration to legality of bills.
                            I was using a reliance sim no [protected] for my deta card for last many years and have never defaulted in paying of dues. Lately due to easy availability of wi-fi facility at residence and at office I decided to return this sim and accordingly I returned this sim on 22/6/2015 to the franchise of reliance telecommunication near Shastri Bridge Jabalpur along with an application for immediate termination of this number. I requested at franchise to calculate my total dues till date and requested for submission of the amount by credit card which was denied and I was asked to submit the amount in cash. I deposited this amount around Rs. 1100/- on 22/6/2015 and received the receipt. The franchise has however refused to give any receipt of the returned sim. They have also informed that one more bill for rent will be received which will be around Rs. 100/-. I received the bill in first week of July 15 for an amount of Rs. 61/- after completion of my bill cycle which is 25-24 and I paid this bill also.
                            After about a month in the first week of August 15 I received a bill for the period from 25/6/15 to 24/7/15 for Rs. 600+. I immediately contacted the said franchise and they assured me that such things happens once a while and in due course the bill will be reversed and I need not to worry. I however contacted the helpline of Reliance and after spending a lot of time and punching numerous buttons I finally got hold of one executive. He patiently listened to me and again assured that such errors happen once in a while and will be corrected in due course.
                            Then in December 2015 I received a call from certain Miss Sharma mobile no[protected] claiming to be speaking from Tis hazari court Delhi. She informed me that there is a case against me in the court for not payment of Rs. 761 to Reliance. She also informed me that she will not precede it if I deposit the amount within 24 hours. I was little doubtful and asked her whether she belonged to the court, upon which I received a curt reply that she did not need to verify her identities and the call is purely to save me from hassles of court case. I got curious and called the same number[protected] from another phone and found out that the number and caller did not belonged to the court but it was from legal cell of Reliance. (See the blatant use of courts name for recovery)
                            I tried to contact someone from Reliance at Jabalpur and got hold of Mr. Ankush Tivari mobile no. [protected]. I explained him the whole thing and he replied that he will investigate the case and will reply. After three days when contacted again he replied that he has gone through the case and verified that the said sim (no [protected]) had not been used since 22/6/2015 and therefore there is substance in my matter and he will take action to rectify any error. I thought that is the end of matter as Mr. Ankush Tivari is very senior officer of Reliance in Jabalpur.
                            Suddenly on 15/02/2016 my wife Mrs Medha Chitale mobile no [protected] received a SMS stating that if she does not deposit Rs. 761/- due against mobile no [protected] which belonged to me, then her number would be deactivated. I again tried to contact Mr. Ankush Tivari who assured that such an action could not be taken. However on 16/02/2016 my wife’s phone was blocked even though there were no outstanding dues against her name. The phone was blocked when she was travelling and could not contact me or anyone else. After reaching the destination she informed me of the incident and then I again tried to contact Mr Ankush Tivari but even after several attempts he did not respond. He did not even lift his phone even after numerous calls.
                            I again went to the franchise (near Shastri Bridge) who in turn asked me to contact the service head of Reliance at Jabalpur who is Mr. Rahul Singh Mobile no [protected]. He even arranged for my meeting with Mr. Rahul Singh at his franchise. Mr. Rahul Singh listened to my arguments and requested me to accompany him to his office. I stayed in his office for more than one hour in which he tried to find out solution to this problem. On failure he demanded some more time and took almost one week. Unfortunately after one week he stopped responding to my calls. I tried to contact him by visiting his office but he was not available.
                            Mean while a new franchise has opened near Medical College Jabalpur which is nearer to my residence. When my wife came back from her tour on 2/2/2016 (till such time her phone was blocked) I went to the nearer franchise to get her sim deactivated. While the request was under process a senior executive of Reliance (Puja mobile no [protected]) from somewhere (I do not know from which place) asked me the reason. I narrated the whole story and after taking quite some time on her computer console she informed that though my application for termination of my deta card sim ([protected]) was initiated by me on 22/6/2015, it was actually deactivated on 10/08/2015 and therefore the bill for the month from 25/6/15 to 24/7/15 and further was generated. On my insistence that I have submitted the sim on 22/6/15 and have not used the sim since then I am not responsible for this delay in deactivation. She informed me that if I do not deposit the money and fight legally the poor girl at the franchise who received my application will have to bear the brunt and in addition she will also lose her job as well. She suggested an alternative that if I deposited an amount of Rs. 300/- against sim no [protected] she will see to it that the balance amount will be waved off and the poor girl from franchise will also not lose her job. I acceded to her request as I do not want to take away the livelihood of any person just for few rupees even though I do not owe them. I deposited the amount of Rs. 300/- vide receipt no [protected] dt 3/3/16. On the same day I got my wife’s phone [protected] converted to pre paid from post paid. I deposited and amount of Rs. 200 for charging it.
                            I thought that now the matter ends finally but I was wrong. The recharge amount of Rs. 200/- was exhausted on hardly four calls for very short duration.
                            On 19/03/2016 I received a call from one Advocate Shrivastava from Raipur Chattisgarh that unless I deposit an amount of Rs. 761 within one hour he is going to submit the case of fraud and what not to court.

                            you can see that in spite of my all efforts the excess bill raised against me is not reversed by Reliance. The concerned officers neither cooperated nor even responded and even cajoled me for paying (Miss puja) an amount not due from me on the pretence of saving someone’s job and still threatening me with court case.

                              Kindly refer below mail which I have forwarded to your customer care but till date not received any response from your side.
                              And yesterday again your company has deducted Rs. 3.00 towards USSD VAS.
                              Kindly go through below mail dated 6th Mar 2016.

                              I have not requested for any VAS service, then why your company has deducted Rs.3.00 on 27 Feb 2016 and 5 Mar 2016 towards VAS USSD from my balance.
                              I request you to kindly re credit Rs.6.00 (Rs.3.00 x 2) to my account.

                              In past also your company has deducted Rs.3.00 towards VAS, and every time I had given call to your call center to reverse the same. And calling your call center means wastage of 20-30 minutes on waiting or hold.

                              Why your company is deducting Rs.3.00 in the name of VAS, why company is charging for the service which we had never utilized or requested.

                              Today, when I sent SMS 'STOP' to 155223, I received reply - Dear Customer, You are not Subscribed to any VAS Packs. To know about top VAS packs SMS START to 121.

                              If no VAS packs is on my account, then for what your company has deducted Rs. 3.00 on 27 Feb 2016 and 5 Mar 2016.

                              And kindly make sure that in future also do not debit any charges in the name of VAS.

                              So, now I request you to kindly refund Rs. 15.00 which your company has wrongly deducted towards USSD VAS during last 1 month.

                                Hi team i port the SIM Vodafone to reliance and already it port too late which is hampered my work.
                                As earlier in Vodafone service it was very good weather it is in network or voice quality. But before ported to reliance it got very worst and bad services no voice clear(echo) no network or etc…
                                Well when I brought the SIM that time reliance employee said (No. from where I got the call for SIM porting [protected], [protected].), sir there is no voice clarity or network issue in reliance on my home address and office address hence it couldn’t be hamper your work. But that is all fake agreement like.
                                Therefore according to my statement am not interested to continue with reliance services due to your services issue. I just want my port money which was I paid 300 rupee. It is really very bad experience and fake statement services.
                                Am expecting any action asap from your side and effortlessly as well because I don’t have time to give your service anymore. If I didn’t get any resolution within 2-3 days therefore same I can forward to TRAI and consumer court as well.

                                  I had activate the internet service and I got message you internet pack is recharge with *** amount and your internet service will activate shortly. And about 10 minutes I started my internet in mobile and I used 2 to 3 websites and I deactivated internet next morning I check my internet balance it was 0 so after . I again activated data service from mobile. And I use data service after half an hour I got message your internet service is activated then I check my internet balance it was including yesterdays and today data.


                                  My complaint is services are very slow and then don't do their promises.

                                    I done a recharge of 9rs (100mb 3G for 1 day) at 12:20 am, then my data finished, then i recharged for 2G internet of 219rs (unlimited for 28 days) on same day at 10:20am, then i was fairly using my data till 11pm, suddenly my data was stopped, next day i called to customer care, so they told me that 'your 2G data validity converted into 3G data validity' so your 2G data validity finished in only 1 day, , and they didn't help me, so WHAT IS THIS,
                                    I used my 219rs only for 1 day????
                                    I wants my money back, , what is the process of company, , i wants my money back..contact me on [protected], , and resolve my problem..
