Sub: Recharge of Rs 150 on 8 Sep 2014 not available in my Cell Phone ([protected]) The cell phone was Recharged for Rs 150 by Aditya Times & TeleComm, 4T Blk, Jayanagar, Bangalore560011 on 8 Sep 2014. It was successful on the Cell phone of the Shop (Cell No: [protected]). The SMS was shown to me in the shop. However, it was NOT available for me when I checked the amount. Complaint sent to Ms Amita Shetty Appellate Authority RCL, Subramanya Arcade, No 12/2, Tower B, 1st Floor Banerghatta Road, Bangalore 560029 It was sent to RCL on 7th Oct 2014. No reply. Reminder on 2 Jan 2015. Still NO Reply.
Complaint marked as Resolved 
RCL recarged my cell phone for Rs 150. i am now makingus e of the recharge amount of Rs 150 witout any difficulty. Hence it is resolved. Thanks

    Dear Sir, I have disconnected my broadband connection from Reliance on 31st Jan 15. Subscriber ID is[protected] and cancellation request ID is[protected]. But reliance have not responded for it and still they are sending me the bill. I have communicated several times via mail and also contacted the customer care. But nothing has happened. Kindly help me to come out from this issue. I have maid the payment for the above mentioned subscriber ID till 10th Feb 2015 and requested for disconnection of the said connection on 31st Jan 15. Please Help me Bahubali Amatur

      TO, I am customer of reliance GSM my mob. no- is [protected] i recharged my phone rs. 200 for full talk time on 16.01.015 and a recharge on 24.01.15 of rs 255 (1.5 GB) internet data for 30 day's validity. but on 23.02.2015 my phone account balance of internate data as well as main balance was cut by the reliance. when i complaint at reliance customer care they accepted that the main balance was wrongly deducted and given on assurance of refunding the main balance with in six hours. my compliant Id was[protected]. but later they emailed me says that the deduction was right and no refund will be given. when i asked for called details they did not replied my mail. The reliance GSM is cheating the customers saying that the main balanced is used in access of internet. so i request you to look into matter and make me refund of my main balance.         I received a Lok Adalat litigation notice, for a dispute in bill payment. I have asked the customer care to close my account long back, but they haven't done it and charged for two months or so. Its not my fault. If you see my account, I have been using it for more than 3 years and have paid all through the tenure promptly, not even a single late payment. I have no reason to do this kind of cheap fault of non payment. Worse part is I have been harassed by many people claiming they are from Reliance, police, agents and etc and in all channels email and phone I am really frustrated with Reliance Communications.

          Dear Sir, My reliance no is [protected], Name-Abhijit Das, I closed their service that no. on[protected], I portability that no into Airtel, But my security deposit Amount of Rs. 300/- not refund to me till now. I cleared all bill amount as per your bill statement .Reliance service is very bad, when I closed your connection before 6 month I don't have received any Bill hard copy, thats why I close your connection. Customer care said that I received all bill with signature, but I didn't received any bill or any signature. Please inform them my security deposit refund me as per their calculation.

            why reliance is solving problem in a temporary basis again no netwrh has start. every day hours we face no netwrk. its better to takes away your tower from the city

              Hello Sir/Ma'am, I am Majeet Singh from Lucknow and was using Reliance Netconnect Service from 10/10/2014. i have taken 3 Months ARP (Advance rental plan). After completion of my 3 months they haven't given any intimation and sent me Rs.431/- amount of Bill on extra uses after completion of my period of plan.. OK But now they are charging me Rs.1133.13 of amount and saying this is because my plan have been changed to Rs.625 Plan... and all this happening without any prior notice or message... and this is when i am not using their service. In this way these guys making lot of money from so many people like me.. This auto switching system is totally illegal in my aspect.. And this is nothing but harassment from this BIG company.. My Reliance Netconnect No is [protected].

                  Hi, I made disconnection on date Oct/2012 and made payment at that time of around 300 something. This procedure occur in Reliance Aundh branch. Now after almost two year i am getting this legal notice and also for past two month call to pay the amount. Please check details from reliance and correct this mistake. I am wondering has reliance number to somebody else and accounting bill on my name since i don't have the SIM for past two year. If that is the case i have to file police complaint about the same.                     Respected sir, I am Shahnavaz Aahmed I recharged 797 rupees recharge in my reliance net connect+ modem( MDN no.-[protected]) for one month validity but I am unable to connect my internet to my modem in my system, and if connect it is not giving proper 3G speed. I made many times complain regarding this problem but they are not taking any serious action to our complain. And when our validity got over they will asked regarding the problem at that times we don’t have any option to tell any things. voice-[protected]

                      This was the mail sent to [protected]@relianceada.com netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com on 2-mar-15 Dear sir, My data card no is [protected] I am using this for more than 4 years. My data card not worked for 13/01/2015 I called customer care for regarding this and I asked for upgrade of PRO 3 1st they told to visit my nearest outlet Velachery outlet they will upgrade this no with PRO 3 it will charge 1599 for wifi device and Rs 100 will be waiver per month for 1 year as per your instruction I visited Velachery outlet but they say we are not having the empty device all device available with us are with new number so not possible here you can visit some other outlet like that they says. After that I have called customer care and says regarding this then your representative told me to visit adambakkam outlet I asked then to give contact no so that I will call and confirm whether they having PRO 3 empty device or not but your representative told that we don’t have contact no then I have visited adambakkam outlet also there also same thing they says we don’t have empty device. I also visited t-nagar outlet they also says we are not having empty device, After that I again called customer care they says you visit to authorized service center in Nugambakkam they can help you I told that your authorized service center will available till 6 pm for me it’s not possible to go there before 6 pm for that they said nugambakkam service center will open till 8 pm so I visited nugambakkam service center by 6/02/15 at 6:50 pm but it was closed at 6 pm itself on the spot I have called customer care but he says yes sir it will be closed by 6 pm then I asked why yesterday one lady from your side says it will be open till 8 pm I have cancelled some important work and came there but no use I asked your customer care to close my account actually I paid Rs 1370 on 08/12/2014 for 3 month advance rental plan it’s valid form 10/12/2014 to 9/03/2015 so your refund my money from 14/01/2015 to 9/03/2015 which I have paid but your representative told that refund option not available I told that if I have not pay even for Rs 10 also your will not accept to close without that money but why I have to give my money to you I told then he told me to wait he will transfer the call to retention department after few minutes he told that all are busy he told me to call tomorrow. Then 7/02/2015 I called at 12:30 pm to your customer care and call got transferred to retention department Mr.Rishi who speaked with me he told that you can upgrade to PRO 3 I said that I am tried to covert but not possible in any of your outlet they saying empty device not available then Mr.Rishi told that there is an option available to change without empty device I have argued about I have visited 3 outlet all are says not possible but you saying it can be done I am not willing to waste time after this please close my account but he told that wait if you not believe me I will transfer this call to my senior executive she will explain it can be done without empty device then he transferred the call one lady talk to me I do no her name but she told that with any of PRO 3 device which is already loaded with no also option there to load your no you visit to outlet which you already visited if that person says not able to do this you call to customer care from there and give the phone to us we will explain how it can be done then I ask to give so complaint no with all this history so that I need to explain all this while I call from there then she told Mr. Rishi will give the Sr.NO regarding this and she transferred the call to Mr.Rishi then he told now you believe that it can be done right I told yes he given the SR. NO :[protected] then I have visited Velachery outlet again on the same day at 4 pm he told not possible then I called customer care Miss. Beaula attended the call and I told the SR.no and told now I am in Velachery outlet they says not possible she told wait I will transfer the call to retention department after some time she told all are busy at the moment you give your phone to someone who is in the outlet I will tell them I have given to one person he told that it’s not possible without empty device I already told this to customer but again he comes here for same issue saying that customer care told it can be done and he given back to me then Miss. Beaula told that here device not there u visit to some other store I asked her to connect the call to Mr. Rishi but she told all are busy I told I will wait connect the call but nearly after 45 minutes my call connected to retention department I asked Mr.Rishi not there he told he was not available right now then I explained the same he again ask me to give phone to outlet member same thing told with the anger in his voice. Then he told to visit some other outlet then I asked what said by Mr.Rishi is wrong it not possible without empty device right but he cut my call but I gain called customer care and he transferred my call to retention department I asked to close my account and give my money back which I paid for advance rental. 1st he also told not possible for refund option after that if I arrange for PRO 3 upgrade can you continue the service I said yes but anymore I will not spent time to visit some other outlet if you agree to provide me at door step he told door step not available I told I can pay for that then he put my call on hold for around 10 min then he told that now the empty PRO 3 device is not available anywhere in Chennai so you can service this device and use after may be by 2 months it will be available may be that time you can upgrade it he told but I told I am not interested to go for service already 8 to 10 month before only I have serviced with charge of Rs 800 so not interested instead of paying again Rs 800 for service I will go for new connection for Rs 1299 so after that he told ok for termination of connection I asked regarding my amount which I paid advance rental he told that it will be checked by billing department and same will be credited to your same account which you have made payment and he given the termination SR. NO :[protected] time taken for this convention is more than 2 hrs. But what happens is bill generated on 11/02/15 it show that I need to pay Rs 715 then again I called customer care regarding this she told that your advance rental plan is not activated I told that I paid Rs 1370 on 8/12/2014 as per your representative tells and also Service request raised for advance rental plan and I also received the message after 2 days that your Service request is solved. Then she told that your account is terminated so we can’t able to process anything from our side your will receive a call from billing department before closing you tell this to them they will solve it, after few days I received from a person I told all thing regarding this he told I will check and call back but I haven’t received any call after that then I received a message that your account is terminated as per your request and pay amount of Rs 715 to avoid legal action. I again called to customer care they says yes you need to pay I explained all this and also I told to explain me how I need to pay she told that you have paid Rs 1370 on 9/12/2015 bill generated for amount Rs 673 so we reduced 673 from 1370 which you have paid so only your advance rental plan not activated she told I explained that I paid amount of Rs 2003 on 25/08/2014 which amount is for one month plan charge of Rs 653 for billing period of 10/08/2014 to 09/09/2014 then Rs 1350 for advance rental plan for billing period of 10/09/2014 to 09/12/2014 then why bill generated for month of 10/11/2014 to 09/12/2014 which I have already paid I asked she told wait in line for few minutes I will check and come back after few minutes she told that some mistake happens you no need to pay any amount then I asked then where is my money which I have paid advance rental you need to pay amount of Rs.900 for me which I have paid advance. She told it’s not possible now your account is terminated we can’t able to do anything from our side you can mail this to our customer care they will solve it she told. This is what happens I need my money back kindly check and revert my money to avoid legal action I am having the all evidence of your customer care speech. Then I am always your customer now also I have ordered prepaid reliance pro 3 via snapdeal on 28/02/2015 I have ordered prepaid do to this kind of fraud happens to me in postpaid to avoid such issue. reply came to me on 3-mar-15 [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][pr...                         still i face network issue at my place.
                        before i purchased reliance dongle continuously each and every day
                        follow up taken by reliance to purchase it. but after purchased no any
                        single visit done at my place to check kind of problem.

                          Hi i got Reliance gsm sim im facing a problem with net recharge with my sim i can, t make any recharge for net i tried many time with 248 of 2g unlimited recharge or any other net recharge but unable to make recharge and i tried to call Customer care many time they just dont have any solution and other side they are not registering my complaint, so pls its request for Reliance Communications to resolve my problem as soon as possible here my reliance mobile no [protected] need to solve this problem as soon as posible or i have to port my sim to other mobile service providers

                              After many follow up But no serious response from reliance care I fed up and decide to cancel the broadband connection.

                              From the date till now no once come to close the connection and refund the money.

                              Now company it self close my previous ticket and open new ticket for the same.

                              I have suffering from internet issues for a week time. After making several calls and follow up, I got the connection back yesterday. But the name sake it is connected. It is dame slow and I have complaint the same to the technician and the one who contact me. They offered me that it will get completed within End of the Day. But from Evening onwards again the connection gone and it is almost half a day same condition is continuing. I dont know what I made for this. I have again call the waste customer care service and they had raise another ticket for it :(

                              Our Customer no. is[protected]. Since mid of March'15 we are facing issues with connection. We have lodged complaints many times. The customer care says complaint would be resolved in 24 hours but the complaint is shut down as solved without any solution. We also asked the customer care centres to check the log records of connection and asked for rebate in bill for the number of days internet was not working. The issue was resolved somewhere in April'15 after about 20 days. But the problem still persists. We have sent email in this regard to [protected]@relianceada.com also as calling customer care numbers takes away almost half an hour to get reply.
                              My internet connection with sub id[protected] is not working from a week. Everytime I call the customer care all they say is the complaint is in processing state. I am fed up of calling them day and night. They even give me a silly reason that they wont have field engineers on sunday and that is the reason for the delay. Just making fool of the bill payers.

I have applied for mobile port and got the UPC code and submitted the application form with all the necessary documents on 3rd march 2015. It is valid upto 17 the march 2015 Till today they have not obliged to my request saying, that the number is within the guaranteed period which is not at all correct.Even after repeated request to their customer care, no proper reply is forthcoming.Though the new network has taken repeated efforts, reliance is repeatedly saying that they have not received any request from them.                                   Hi I was using a Reliance net connect broadband connection [protected] since 4 years.I had terminated the connection in September 2014 clearing all bills since I had moved to UK. But since then I have been facing immensely uncomfortable situations. I get blank bills every month online and they charge me an outstanding amount. Lately they have filed a defaulter case against me with the legal authority. And now every other day I get harassment and threatening calls from the legal authority. Two days back a lady calls me up and says me I have an outstanding amount of Rs.20, 000. She also threatened me that she would write a letter to my company where I work for and had harrassed me immensely. Earlier I got a call from a guy saying he is from legal dept. and asked me to visit the court and harrased me for several days disturbing me during my working hours. This is outrageous customer service. I am an NRI and I will definitely get into the route of this insensible service from Reliance and will see an end to it.

                                  Now this is really frustrating service from reliance. In one hand they say my issue has been resolved and also send me mail confirmation on the same. While on the other hand I still am getting harassment calls from the civil court department asking me to attend the court. Why is so much leniency in service ? Why cant the company stop the harassment calls? This is the worst service I expected from Reliance. Totally disgusted.

I am continuously receiving harassment calls regarding the same from civil court. This is outrageous. I am extremely disappointed with such poor and fake commitments from Reliance customer care.

                                  Its true that as per our telephonic conversation the amount has been settled that was wrongly due on my behalf. You have logged a legal complaint accusing me as a defaulter at the civil court .In respect to that I am regularly being harrassed by threatening calls and asked to attend at the court.
                                  If the issue has been resolved then why my case has not been withdrawn by Reliance from the civil court?
                                  Why am I still receiving harassment calls?
                                  Why is Reliance communications so lenient about this matter?

On 9th March in my no has deducted balance 30 rs without any message or any inform when I call to customer care they said that they has activated some value added service without inform and the money can't be refundable. When I want to talk with his senior person they cut my phone without inform. So I need your feed back and I want to refundable my money. I am working on IT Tech support I know well how to support a customer, but I think reliance customer tech support person's manner are to low quality.                                         On roaming network no *333, 198, 55333(sms based balance checking ) all service's blocked And then he deducts balance on customer no and customer have no option to complain where when calling other network 30333333 after 3 min waiting call drooped and balance deduct 12-15 rs deduct from other network operator but not a single time talk to customer care. full fraud setting
