Reliance Netconnect — Switching my plan without any intimation and forcing bill. | |||
Hello Sir/Ma'am, I am Majeet Singh from Lucknow and was using Reliance Netconnect Service from 10/10/2014. i have taken 3 Months ARP (Advance rental plan). After completion of my 3 months they haven't given any intimation and sent me Rs.431/- amount of Bill on extra uses after completion of my period of plan.. OK But now they are charging me Rs.1133.13 of amount and saying this is because my plan have been changed to Rs.625 Plan... and all this happening without any prior notice or message... and this is when i am not using their service. In this way these guys making lot of money from so many people like me.. This auto switching system is totally illegal in my aspect.. And this is nothing but harassment from this BIG company..
