Hello sir, mene power bank liya he reconnect 10000 mah ka.. 2 mahine huie aur usme kuch problem aya he shayad se 99 % cable kharab huva he.. Mene jamnagar se liya huva he aur ab me seawood, navi mumbai me hu.. Aur me sanpada resq me gata tha unhone mujhe kaha yaha pe nahi hoga hamare systme me koi number hota he jo match nahi ho raha he.. To phir bhi mene jamnagar vale jio digital sales manager se bat karay unhone un se bat kar mujhe kaha aap apke najdiki realince jio digital ma jaie me waha bhi jakar aya unhone kaha resq me jaav... Mujhe kidhar sahi javab nahi mila phir mene costmere care me baat ki unhone ka suggests diya... Please sir mera problem solve kijiye.. Aur me jio aur aap logo ka bada supporter hu sir.. I purchased reconnect Power Bank of 20000mah from Reliance Digital Lucknow before 3 months and I am facing many problems. It is not working properly and not charging many phones and it's USB Cable stopped functioning .I am really disappointed. Please replace it with new as I had a warranty card and 6 months accessories warranty. My mobile number is [protected] /[protected]

My problem is didn't resolved yet and I didn't got knew one as I had still warranty.

Recently I have visited Reliance Digital showroom in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh to buy a mobile phone to my dad. I was highly disappointed with the show room's staffs behavior there. They are not at all giving proper description to consumers about the products, they are coming like groups to consumers and trying to confuse them.
They didn't tell me earlier that Mobile will get either power bank & memory card as free if we pay 50 rupees extra. After paying the bill when we saw in bill & asked about power bank they were telling like that 50 rupees sales man paid and bought as we didn't show any interest they took power bank it seems listening that we really felt so angry I never seen anywhere without consumer's knowledge how can a sales person can buy things like this. I thought of taking this issue to store manger. We really didn't expect this experience from such a big show room. Earlier i visited both Croma & Reliance Digital show rooms in Chennai there also i felt Croma staff are acting more decent and responsible. I hope you will think on this and we can see some decent staffs in your showroom in future.
Also i suggest & request to maintain feedback forms on services and products.
