    I have not been receiving my internet connection since september 15, 2017. Furthermore, i had made several attempts at calling their customer service team. However, since my first attempt till date, i keep receiving an automatic voice response stating "due to exigency, our services are currently unavailable. Thank you for contacting reliance broadband". I had even emailed them, but have not received any response yet.
    Now i am receiving an e-bill stating my payment (Rs. 942.59) is due on october 11, 2017.
    This is very unreasonable.
    I am writing this complaint hoping something will be done.

    My reliance subscriber id is[protected].

      My board band cooection no:[protected]
      I have requested to disconnect the broad band connection in the month of 27th aug 2017. But, it has not been responded from your side and no action was initiated till date it has not been done. But, you are unnecessarily collecting charges rs.2911 for the month of from me. It gives me unnecessary mental tension and lose of money. If you fails to take necessary action after seeing this complaint, i will approach consumer court. Also, sending threntening sms to me.

        I purchased reconnect Power Bank of 20000mah from Reliance Digital Lucknow before 3 months and I am facing many problems. It is not working properly and not charging many phones and it's USB Cable stopped functioning .I am really disappointed.         My problem is didn't resolved yet and I didn't got knew one as I had still warranty.

        Recently I have visited Reliance Digital showroom in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh to buy a mobile phone to my dad. I was highly disappointed with the show room's staffs behavior there. They are not at all giving proper description to consumers about the products, they are coming like groups to consumers and trying to confuse them.
        They didn't tell me earlier that Mobile will get either power bank & memory card as free if we pay 50 rupees extra. After paying the bill when we saw in bill & asked about power bank they were telling like that 50 rupees sales man paid and bought as we didn't show any interest they took power bank it seems listening that we really felt so angry I never seen anywhere without consumer's knowledge how can a sales person can buy things like this. I thought of taking this issue to store manger. We really didn't expect this experience from such a big show room. Earlier i visited both Croma & Reliance Digital show rooms in Chennai there also i felt Croma staff are acting more decent and responsible. I hope you will think on this and we can see some decent staffs in your showroom in future.
        Also i suggest & request to maintain feedback forms on services and products.

              Iam having postpaid connection no [protected]. Services to this no has been stopped due to non payment of dues. Now i have paid all the dues 10 days back but services not resumed yet.

              I tried calling customer care, mailed to appellete authorities but nothing happened. Whenever i try calling them phone is getting disconnected again and again. I have written to authorities mail id but even they are not replying.

                Hi team,

                My self sumit kumar, using reliance communication no. [[protected]] since last 4 years. I am facing some issues in my current month bill.

                I have paid 4 month's advance rental rs. 1347 + taxes to reliance on 9th july2017. As communicated by reliance executives, what ever the service i am using now (Tariff plan name :retention_499) will continue the same in advance rental for 4 months.

                After this payment my plan was changed to tariff plan name :arp_1347 from july month.

                In september month bill, there is a charges shown in my bill rs. 309- bill no.:ka[protected]

                I am in to advance rental till november 9th, bill should not be generate with any amount. The bill should be zero for 4 months.

                Every time i am facing the issue, raising the complaints. No solution is provided.

                Please check the sr no.[protected] which i have raised for this issues. No response and resolution as of now.

                Now a days reliance service is one of the worst services i haven't seen any where.

                My outgoing calls got barred, due to wrong billing. Reliance executives calling me to pay the outstanding. When i am explaining the issue, they are disconnecting the calls.

                From last 1 month, i am not able to connect to any of the customer care no. 198, *222 and 30333333

                I am struggling a lot with reliance communication. I want solution for my issues asap.

                      Hi... I am using reliance postpaid for more than a year... Now i need to change it to prepaid. I have tried to contact the customer care but they don't even attend the call... Its really frustrating. Realized it's such a big network but don't have enough customer service. This is very annoying. If they cant have customer service atleast they have to have online services. But that too not happening here.

                      Please try to resolve the problem reliance.

                            I inform by this area that only Gujarat circle reliance sim close and port no forward all circle mamber but my sim is Delhi side so when I am going to Delhi then no any problem information by Delhi circle customer care
                            So I have no any complain

                              I am an existing reliance broadband user. Details of my connection are as follows:

                              From last 10 days internet service fot my broadband connection is not working.
                              1) i tried communicating with the dealer who provided the connection but he is not receiving my calls. Dealer name - sanjeev yadav (Pimpri area, pune, contact number - [protected])
                              2) i tried customer care numbers[protected] and[protected]. After a time taking diversions when finally the call is getting connected to representative, the call gets disconnected saying that our representatives are busy.
                              3) i contacted reliance communication stores at ajmera colony, pimpri, pune. The store representative denies to serve saying that the store is only there for bill payments.

                              In all the above ways when i tried to contact reliance communication, all i got is just disappointment in place of service.

                              I have already paid for the service and i am not getting one. Will there be any compensation from your end for my loss??

                              Till date (7th oct 2017) my query is not resolved.

                                Same was the problem during last month and a complaint was submitted after which, the data connection was got.

                                Again same problem.

                                Pl. Look into it and resolve on permanent basis so that the problem does not reoccur.

                                  My mobile connection outgoing and incoming has been disabled for three days now. I am a prepaid customer who pays bills regularly on time.

                                  Please 1) activate outgoing/incoming and 2) give me a call back to explain.

                                  As a woman who stays alone in a city, my mobile connection is critical for me. Deactivating the connection without warning, when i have been paying bills every single time, amounts to violating my safety. Moreover, i took this connection only when your agent came to my institution and made several attempts to make me buy the plan.

                                  Thank you for your time. Expecting a reply asap.

                                        I have 168 rupees balance in the mrng after 1 hour my account balance is 2.48 rupees. What is the reason of cutting my balance. I didnt use net. I have wifi in my place. When i called customer care they told that my number services are stopped for some time. I want 2 know the reason. My services are not provided till now. I want to know the complete information of my account and the reason about citting my balance. It is so unfair to cut 168 rupees of my main balance. I didnt activate any services. When i called customer care they simply told that my services are stopped due to some reasons. They not even told me about the reason. This is not at alla good
