Today(31.12.2020), I did shopping at Reliance Trends in Mandapeta. After reaching home, I was surprised when I check the bill, they added more quantity than the actual quantity of the products I purchased. Even at the exit, the lady (worker) checked the bill and the quantity, she didn't say anything about the difference of products in the bill. I understand that it's my mistake of not checking properly, but how can she neglect. There's a difference of 2 quantities, how can she make a mistake. Really, so disappointed. Everybody knows that Reliance is a huge company, didn't expected this kind of fraud/mistake from them.

Make sure your employees are trusted and well trained at billing.
I wish there's a possibility to get back the extra money that I paid.

I have brought a jeans pant on 21.12.2020 of rs 1499 which was totally damage using only 1 day. My mobile no [protected] and your branch is located at Nalbari, Assam

There is very big difference between medium and small size, small size is very big than medium. I took the dress for exchange and billed siyahi, then I got a doubt coz small size is very big and went in search of medium to compare and billing ppl said it will not be exchanged, this is not at all fare I need exchange for this size.

Very poor response from your Trends emp.as they don't entertain the person who comes for their replacement damaged product.I have visited multiple time at your City Mail Reliance Trend - Lucknow but they don't even see the person who request for replacement.They shared their phone no.to call them for product replacement.

I have visited 4 times but now I am helpless to write this mail against your employees(Tushar Gupta TL ) your emp. helps to purchase the product but they don't entertain for replacement even they didt talk properly with me.Now he is not picking my phone.

I am really shocked to see this attitude.

I was really sad when I was waiting(With my family) for his response for product replacement (TL Saurabh Pal taken the approval for damaged product replacement)

Please note - I am the regular customer who purchase lot of product from trends and now very much disappointed.However, my product is still not exchanged.

I am sure you will definitely look into the matter and update me in this regards.

I reached 24th december 2020 at trends edapilly . There is a lady in front counter stopped us and told us only 2 from family allowed and it was also in a rude manner . I told we are six and we are buying for all o[censored]s and we need to individually and we are ready to wait . But they said it wont be possible even we wait . Then i shouted and they allow 4 o[censored]s to enter . And i have kid aged 5and they told they wont accept kids below 10 . And i found few kids inside during the time . And we didnt buy anything from there because of their attitude . When talked with the manager i asked him why so many restrictions he stating that itis because of covid . And rude attitude from staff doesnt justify anything . Also he told us because of our strict policy we didnt close like lulu mall other outlets nearby . Also i asked him about online complaint possibility he given me a book and told me that that is the only way we can complaint . Any way i am doing this for higher authorities to know what is happening there .

I bought cheppal for my kid just after purchased day went for exchange but I lost the bill, because of bill is not there they said they could not track the invoice number either with my mobile number or debit card.

reliance trends manager from vivekananda nagar branch also not co-operative.

I purchased products and paid through card but got failed transaction message after that paid through cash but later my money deducted from card. I got billed receipt from bank. I enquired trends but no response and it's very painful. I need my money back.
Even I have everything in hand proof. This is trust issue, how can I trust again trends.

Staffs gave me very bad service.i went there to buy shoes...I bought it...after 1 week I again went to the store to buy a pair of shoes...the staffs misbehaved with me and dishonoured me...they were only showing service to their rich customers and girls moreover I waited there for 30 minutes to check a pair of white shoes...they didn't show me...not even tried to ask me what I want...I called many of them 5 to 6 times...they just ignored it...I felt very bad on that...and I want a strict action and apology regarding this

I bought some products in vizag jagadhamba trends store.. following the covid rules clothes didn't allow into the suit room ... therefore I bought a big size instead of my fit size..next day I reached ti store they are not taken becoz of lack of bill..I ask pls look into phn num registered with bill and search ur bill no with staff...pls.look into my issue

Dear trends team I purchased the amount RS 8500 on 24/1120 in trends store at kukatpally, beside southindia shopping mall. I recieved number of times your message pls use 500 coupons my mobile number [protected]. But at the time not gave any coupons your store person. To day I met the your stores manager I show your message pls use your coupons. But your store person not gave any coupons at the time. He told coupons given only up to 22/11/20 only. In Miraj Reliance Trend 9n 13.12.2020 I have did shopping of Approx. 5k but BHIM UPI nor QR code payment was available ..wasted my Sunday 2 hours..

I went Trends store located at Erode District, TamilNadu. I need to get clarification regarding the coupon issued in Trends store so i approached the Manager of that store and his name is Mr. Vivek. I went near him, he was not wearing his mask and i asked him to wear mask... but he didnt. He shouted at me infront of all employee and customer that he is the manager of the shop and he will not follow any rules... his behaviour was too rude and he was not even ready to listen me. He doesn’t know how to handle a customer and worst experience from Trends... really disappointed .

On 3rd Dec, purchased products worth Rs 3461/-. In billing counter it was advised to add anything of Rs 50/- (here in this case a nail color worth Rs75/- as suggested by the billing guy) so as to b eligible to get a la opala cup saucer set at just extra cost of Rs199/- to which i agreed.
While checking the bill, found out full cost of the gift set (Rs 795/-) has been charged and next day when approached customer care desk, they saying one of the item in the list not eiligible for the offer but how come we gonna know what is eligible and what not. The billing guy misguided us with wrong offer plus charged more and help desk people asking us to give the product back to get the refund.this is not expected from a reputed co. like yours.

On 4th December, 2020. When we entered the shopping area of Trends. We saw big big banners of Rs. 3000 worth coupon on shopping of Rs. 2999. But they denied to give us coupons saying that they don't have coupons. If they didn't wanted to give they must have removed banners from everywhere.

Your staff most at clothing section they behave so rudely;that many people/me my family, many times leave shopping due to their behavior, they dosen't let us check clothes as if it's free so many times .its same wether it's at Gangtok or vavra, please tech them(disciplineless staff )some manner, rather than using mobile..
Other wise no long features...

I have purchased a dress from trendz on 08/11/2020 from trendz, diamond plaza, kolkata. I didn’t get any e-bill. My purse was stolen after somedays. Therefore i dont have the physical bill. I wanted to change an item on 2nd December, 2020. But the people from trendz told me that they dont have any database and i Don't get any ebill. In this covid situation everybody sends ebill. They didn’t allow me to talk to the manager. Please look into this matter. Otherwise i will go to consumer forum.

Reliance Trends Bettiah Store timing is mentioned between 10AM and 10PM.

I visited the store at 9PM and incharge asked me to come tomorrow because I have to ecmxchange the product. He mentioned exchange is not allowed post 9PM. All staff were inside the store and few customers were inside store at billing counter but he did not allow me inside store though store was open and I visited during working hours of Store.

I am very much disappointed with he behaviour of the store incharge. For 5-10 minute work he is making customer revisit the store next day. He does not respect the customer time. Now I am in a situation to rethink to visit and recommend the store next time.

मैंने दिनांक 30 नवंबर 2020 को दो कूपन के आधार पर 55 सो रुपए का सामान लिया जिसमें 3000 रुपए मैंने पेमेंट किया उसमें से दो स्वेटर छोटे हो गए ।परंतु अब वापस करने से मना कर रहे हैं मैंने तुरंत एक्सचेंज करने के लिए अप्रोच किया लेकिन उन्होंने मना कर दिया कृपया मेरा स्वेटर एक्सचेंज करके उससे बड़ा देने की कृपा करें

Reliance trends women's ware at GULBARGA doesn't have sufficient ladies staff, only male staff follow to ladies customers which feels not good... Where ever ladies go male staff are follows so not comfort to ladies to buy...
