I have bought 3 jeans from reliance trends on 22 March 2021. Since the size I purchased was 34 but the required size was 38. I went to the Trends on the next day of purchase so that they can replace those jeans with same design but bigger size so they refused to do so and argued so much that we just got out of the store as there was no point for fighting and they didn't replaced or exchanged the clothes they just argued with us. And now we cannot do anything accept for complaint.

I had bought 2 shirt and 1 T-shirt of 42Cm Size on[protected], i/o 44Cm .
When I went to exchange they refused to exchange the clothes stating this is against the policy and No exchange is allowed.
The Store manager and people n charge were very rude and there were requests from our end, which was denied from the Customer Service guys.

After 2 hours of time wastage and lot of arguments they decided to have the size exchanged that too with lot of restrictions.

If there is a exchange policy in place they should adhere to do . No one has to face such insults on spending their own money to buys such Normal clothes from a fine established organization like Reliance Trends.
This is to be considered as harassment.

I've bought a black jeans last month and on its first wash it lost its colour a now looks like so weird and untidy .You says that you are providing good clothes at the same time you are giving worst items .I purchased my jeans from your Adimalin Branch(Idukki -Kerala).I need either replacement or cash in return.

The offer at ongole branch said that a purchase over 3500 could get 2500 free purchase and 3000 coupon but when I went to counter they said purchase should be over 6000 rupees please give me correct info

Dear sir, due to covid I have not visited reliance store, since one year . I have a credit note of Rs 1300, which is expired on 20th Feb, when I called customer care about my credit note. Please reissue fresh credit note, because I don't know about its validity. Please sir

My name is Aslam kamal, a regular customer of relaince trends, that you can check by using my mobile number [protected].Today 14th March 2021 I visited trends store at quilandi, calicit, Kerala. I took some cloths from there and went to the billing counter.The cashier informed me that my total value of purchase is INR.5880 after all discount. So I gave my debit card to him for the swapping. I just checked reciept he gave me along with the debit card, I realised that he have taken INR 12250 from my account.This act from the cashier totaly disturbed me. While I was talking with the cashier about this issue a person suddenly entered there I introduce himself that he is the manager of this outlet and his name is MR.DHEENA DHAYAAL, his attitude and way of talking was very pathetic. Then I felt I was cheated, so I told them I don't want the material which I take from there and please return my cash, but they are not ready to return my cash and shouted at me. After seeing all this scenes my wife and children they have been with me for entire experience, they were panicked. So I approach the police station and made a complaint against the store . The police men went to the store and realised the fact and gave order to the store manager to return my cash by tomorrow. So my humble questions is, is this the correct way to approch with customer ? Shame on you trends shame on you.

I purchase 1 shoe and 2 juti from trend but they charges me 2 shoes on the bill. Why they charges me 2 shoes bill until i bought only 1 shoe

On 8th March 2021, I have done shopping at trends showroom, v3s mall, delhi of about Rs 27000.
But later I got to know that products that I have bought from your showroom are available at much cheaper price online at trends.ajio.com, SAME PRODUCTS AND SAME BRAND.
This mean you are cheating customers by selling clothes and accessories at higher price then what is available to customers online. And there is a difference of about 30-40% in price. Online same things are 30-40% cheaper than what you are offering at your stores.

I have been cheated and fooled by RELIANCE TRENDS. I will make sure that no one else has to go through same thing. I will try my best to make people aware about this.

I'm really embarrassed to file this complaint.. But if I don't do this much I might go under depression... So on 4th of March 2021 I logged on to AJIO app and saw that there was a spin to win contest.. And I won just 20rs AJIO rewards..i felt little bad and started thinking like why would AJIO offer just 20rs?so double checked on the same and I saw that a sum of 200000 was credited to my Ajio wallet... But it is AJIO.. Trends... Reliance... So I believed coz 2lacs is nothing for them and I thought I won this... And I was super excited that I didn't sleep the whole night... So the points showed says expires by 9th March but today when I checked all active points shows expired... So I though that is fine anyways I got to order so many things at least... But I after a while I started noticing that almost every confirmed orders getting canceled... I agree that I didn't loose a penny but it Clearly says that I won by spinning the wheel then how can you take back all the points... I spent whole night on the app choosing dresses for my daughter and nieces and now nothing... I normally don't fall for such offers but since it was AJIO I trusted them blindly and they proved me wrong... I need my AJIO wallet points back

Within 14 days it becomes split offf

The product is not good.

As I purchased a things of some 3000 I got 2 coupons 1 for online and one for offline shopping ...but in the terms nd conditions on reliance trends coupan they mentioned that coupon pplicable on selected brands ..but they have not mentioned which and all brands only that coupan is applicable ...but when we went shopping for coupan purpose after purchasing our regular Brnds ...later while billing they told coupon is not valid on this branded items ...we have list of our own Brnds on that only this coupan is valid ..on that day only I came to know that this is the biggest way of cheating by relince trends ...from that day on wards I don't belive on trends ...it was a worst experience ...really from that day onwards I m not at all suggesting any one to go to trends insted I suggest other good brnds...

When we purchased T shirt worth 699/_ they skipped it, and not kept in our delivery bag. Complaint given on 14/2/21 purchased on 7/2/21 at 19:56:49.

I, soma das I purchased some dresses RS-2108. 30/-and I returned after I got refund credit note RS-2108. 30/-, after few days i went to same mall (Reliance trends Axis mall, kolkata 700156 ) they have told me my credit note balance is zero... Sir, did not use this credit note anywhere how can be it's zero balance..please help me for refund my balance amount.

Yesterday I bought two slippers for my kid . Due to covid-19 restrictions, we did not had our kid while visiting to the Trends shop. We bought two with the same size number and one was not little bit small. When we asked them the next day, they were not exchanging this for us. We are extemenly disappointed due to this.

I have purchased one indigonation and three netplay crossed typed pant cost around 4K with coupon applied on pants, When i trailed 32 hip size pant in showroom and it was perfectly set for me, so i choose different colors with 32 hip size pants, that time i was confirmed with one of you staff, and he said no need to trail if it fix (Also I dont want trail more than one because we are in covid situation )so i took 3 pants with 32 hip size and purchased, when i come back to home i tried and felt its completely not fit all 3 pats, so packed again and went to showroom on same day.
I visit and ask cashier staff, she doesn't reply with polite and words are i felt very embarrassing, this is a way speaking to customer?
She simply says we cant exchange, whatever it is i just want replace with next size, this is not my issue, we are paying money if its not satisfied, you all need to have treat customer with good manner.
very very very disappointed... I wont suggest to go trends anymore at thudiyalur shop.
Note : Workers need to deploy with good and at least give human respect we are not come and buy with free.

On 22nd Feb i purchased night trouser worth Rs 990 from Reilance Trends Iscon Mall Ahmedabad...surprisingly when tried to check it found that its pockets from inside are fully torn...is this how reliance supply such products to the customers really horrible and shocking...kindly take back the product and refund the money back immediately without any lame excuses

I had purchased lower for my self but it found under size while check at home. Same day i visited to showroom for replacement but he denied to replace it. He is saying that cotton items no replacement. While on bill it is cleary mention for 30days replacement.

I purchased dresses from relience trends Calicut showroom at RP mall, Mavoor Road, Kozhikode, 2 days before ( bill amount 7000 + they took my bill), today i went for changing my product (one pant and only size change ). They don't allow me.

Hi Team,

This is really annoying that the staff was very rude and I'll mannered, fighting at the store.
I had a credit note of 2097 and done shopping of 5k but I was not issued the promotional gift of dinner set as I had used my credit note.

Credit note is also a payment method and shopping still remains same amount then why it doesn't qualify for the gift??
