I would appreciate and also congratulate reliance trends for making such an accomplishment.I am a resident o[censored]jjain city. Me and my parents went for shopping at reliance trends store on 18th of July 2021 at 5:30 .We bought few clothes for my father n me also the day was his birthday so he was quite happy and in a good mood for shopping, however the staff behavior was not upto the mark.We know local employment is good but atleast they should be well trained before receiving the customer and morally be more welcoming while talking with a senior citizen. I don't like writing this but we ended up buying clothes just because we liked them and the day was pleasant except the time at the store.

I hve purchased clothes today.. The bill was of 3300 nd i hve gave him 3500rs but he took 200 rs note in his pocket nd said u hve only given 3300rs. The name of boy tht was on cash counter was sonu kumar.

I bought a kurti from reliance trends using a voucher of 500 and paid extra amount applicable, and i had to exchange it due to size issue.

The salesperson there is not ready to use the voucher amount for my exchange and i had to buy the kurti with actual MRP. I didn't even get my voucher back bcz they say voucher is already redeemed and is not applicable on exchanged products. Super disappointed

I have bought a DNMX black jeans, from my nearest trends before 3 months. It was my second purchase from there.But this time I had wash my new jeans before first use, due to corona safety measures with extreme happiness to be dressed.But after its wash it gave me soo pathetic and sad experience and my all belief in trends came to an end. My parents too scold me for losing their hard earned money for this rubbish jeans. so if possible, can you please help me to refund or exchange the product.
When I ask the stores sales employee she told me that as because of corona impact they are not exchanging or not taking back the sold product presently. Please kindly do the needful. Hope you give a positive reply.THANKK YOUU

On 7/7/2021 I purchased three pants (brown cotton-1, Black cotton-1 and Blue jean-1) for my friend, with a total bill amount of Rs.4197 from Reliance Trends, Madhavaram, Chennai.

I purchased all products on same size (size 30 for cotton pant and size 32 for blue jean), but unfortunately only black cotton pant fits. They other two pants (brown pant and blue jean) despite being similar size did not fit and i request an exchange for the same.

Note: During purchase, the brown pant did not have any price tag attached to it, it had only a security tag; on approaching a sales woman regarding this, she notified my saying that security tag is more than enough to do the billing;

But now in terms of exchange, there is no price tag in it. But i have the bill.

Your Trends store location at West Bengals Birbhum districts Rampurhat Lotus Press More trends outlets service is too much bogus, no proper employees are working there, billing time is so much embarrassing, allways only one employee on the cash counter table, & billing procedure is pathetic slow, & on garments rack no proper size of garments are arranged or lay out. No store representatives were helped at floor, carring pouches are also very bad, paper bags used, that every time torn before reaching home. Overall very very bad & worst experience from Reliance Trends Store. Not expected.

I have purchased a product and I wanted to exchange and processed the same, exchanged the products with products from offer rack but after Billing is done, they said offer is not valid to the products and pay the whole amount without explaining about offers prior billing and I don't want to pay the full amount...but they are refusing to remove the products.

I bought 2 jeans last week, now due to size issue I want to exchange it, but they denied to exchange it at this moment saying due to COVID... so my question is if due to COVID exchange is currently not available then why in COVID they are selling products.

I purchased clothes for 9000 rupees in trends phoenix mall Chennai on 24 4 2021 for my whole family I purchased 7 XXL kurtis for me I tried some and felt comfortable but only later returning to home I found 3 of models were different and was tight for me I thought all XXL will be same size but actually it vary according to pattern and company so I was miscarried away but immediately next day of my purchase 25 4 2021 they announced lock down so I couldn't exchange them. today after malls reopened I went to exchange 3 kurtis with bill with tags in all Kurtis but my bad luck the prints in bill vanished they say only for one month it will be what am I supposed to do staffs there and manager behaved rudely and they said we can't exchange I don't have bill number but I know purchase date and total bill amount with phone number can't they check my bill .tags are still in Kurtis not removed very bad behavior and response by staffs what can I do if shops are closed due to lockdown .now they say dress purchased in offers can't be exchanged it is not mentioned anywhere in shop.coupons all r just waste donot be carried away by coupons better choose some other shop.

As i bought clothes from trends [phulwari patna bihar ]and he tells me that we are providing a bajaj mixer for shopping of rupee 5000 but till now i have not got the mixer.
for this who is responsible.Please tells me.

My self Rajni Rana from una HP.maine una trends se shopping ki bt T-shirt after wash kharb ho gye..Jb maine complaint ki store jaake to he refused...He say ki bill laao ab hume kya pta tha ki wha k clothes ache nhi niklte ...So bill nhi rkha sambhal k ...Bt store ne totally mna kr diya exchange k liye ...That's not good me suggestions people's ki koi bhi yha se shopping na kre..

Purchased underwear and it was not the one i picked. The saleswoman had exchanged with another one and it was torn! I realised this only after reaching home.

Attitude of salesperson was worst and whenever i picked any cloth, the person was either laughing or saying it wasn't good for me. And at the same moment, quarrel broke out between customer and salesperson.

Very disappointed after this incident. Never went back to that shop again.

Many times i visited in trends located in saharanpur court road uttar pradesh...i always notice that no proper airconditiner atmosphere on top floor of building where mens collection is setup ...so hot nd unflavourable ...if i ask to staff they always says ki niche ka chal jaaye ac yehi bht badi baat hai ...so plz look into this nd resolve it ..maintain relaince image in society...

I bought two t shirts for my dad and those are not fit to him and can I exchange those from XL to L.. because Large fits to him. Is it possible ?

As I was trends regular customer today I come shop in ambattur trends the staff was attend me when I was in trail and came some staffs were talking about the trends all staffs should can take vaccine compulsory it's too bad they not at all interested in vaccine is nessersay but it is not compulsory should u guys think about it which staff interested in that u can if not it's too bad they can't able to me well they were sad in that pls don't campal someone I think u guys can understand

Today as on 22.4.21 We purchased from Reliance trends Nagaon Assam branch .sir we purchased Total Rs. 9132.00 and they have discounted 50% ..and we have paid Rs. 4632/- as per bill. Sir my complaint is that we wrongly pic small size of 4 articles and we have come to Reliance shop after 2 hours for exchange but the staff did not exchanged the article so we requested you sir please look after in this matter.And we are the regular Coustemr of your Mall.

I purchased 1 john players Jeans + 1 john players shirt and 1 sin denim + 1 netplay shirt but when I am scanning the barcode, there is no result found. Are these products Original or not...Please help me out this asap.

Aaj mai aur meri family reliancetrends bahadurgarh gay wha security guard ne kha entry nhi h Maine pucha kya hua, security guard vikas Sharma ne kha bol diya na entry nhi h jao yha se aur apni local language mai rough words use karna lga aur bola aa jaate h kha kha se aur muje aur meri wife ko galat language mai Bolne lag gya. This type of security guard is very fatal for every one. Plz do needfull as soon as possible
