My name is Jagdish Ghate. I have purchased from Reliance Trend, Chandraput(MH) on date 8/11/2020. As we wel aware that due to covid pandemic, trial rooms of reliance trend are not open. Hence, the customers are facing size/fitting problem of apparel. However, Reliance Trend, Chandrapur (Maharashtra) is not allowing to exchange the apperal in case of any fitting problem. I had confirmed the exchange policy before bying the apperal. That time the it was assured me to exchange the product in case of any size problem or defect. However, Relaince Trend, Chandrapur is not ready to exchange the apperal at this time

Ladies sales executive r too worst...Keep on arguing with customer, , nt even show the collection even we asked for and tailoring service s also not gud..The thing s they won't respect the customers..we purchased in chennai the service s too gud bt in kanchipuram s toooo bad service.Is soo disappointing with trends...

Staff mr. baswaraj DM and entrance security staff at sangareddy x road branch.
Both are not allowed in store at 8:30 pm
They are saying closeing time and lockdown.
OMG ur staff are making fools to everyone.

My complaint is about reliance trends north paravur outlet in Ernakulam district . The staff typed my bill along with that of another customer's bill and made me wait for a long time wasting my time

Staffs name is surya. She was rude to me when I went there. Didn't appreciate this kindf behaviour from staffs @ reliance trends.

I have visited a reliance trends store situated at Subhash Nagar, Dehradun and I have purchased total 08 items in one bill on the offer of 70% discount, if we buy 5 products. Since the number of items was 08, therefore, it should be billed on 70% discounted rates as per the offer but in the bill I have received the first 05 products was billed at the 70% discounted price but the rest three were billed at the discount of 50%. At the time of payment I did not check the complete bill in the good faith of Reliance but after arrival at home, when I checked the bill, I came to know about the fact stated above. I am not questioning the offer that I should by total 10 products to avail complete offer... It was my understanding that when I am buying more than five, I will get 70% discount on my bill. My complaint is about the knowledge/ negligence of cashier/ support staff, they should advise me to add two more products to avail maximum benefit of the offer but they didn't. Due to negligence of cashier/ support staff I lost approx Rs. 700 of my hard earned money. I also called the store after reaching home but they just said... sorry sir... we can't help in this matter. If this feedback/ complaint reach to the reliance trends authorities, I would like to suggest that kindly advise to their staff to work in the interest of customer/ company because more sale will earn more profit to the company and in this way customer can save their heard earned money by buying more. I would like to request to Reliance trends to provide another opportunity to add two more products in my previous bill to recover damage caused by the negligence of cashier/ support staff. Thanks

I have visited your store with family at kanhangad kerala but store manager denied entry as 4 o[censored]s can't go at a time
He was saying like 2 from me n two from another family who came came later will be allowed
This was unfair we felt like insulted, as we have waited for 20 minutes long as instructed by store manager
There was no covid protocol to restrict entry only 2 from a family unless overshoot maximum numbers allowed at a time fixed by local authorities

Pl provide free carry bag to customer .So they do their shopping freely.Dont ask money for carry bag.So cheap for such a big stores.U demand 7rs for carry bag. so cheap.

While replacing t shirt of same prize they are rigid for the demand of original Bill's where billed just done within an hour before. The staff and technology is worst I ever experienced in off line shopping.

pls note my credite note issued on 28th oct 2019 and due to covid issue

all shops are closed and i m unble use credit note and i m quarnitine in home for 20 days and i m unable to use the card within period of 27th oct 2020 so pls activae my card

I had lost my credit note of rupees1300 ...but they told me that they are not going to reissue ... Reliance trends is a fraudsters...

I have purchased a kurta worth 799 for my sister but it was very tight for her so I want to exchange it... But they are saying exchange is not available due to corona. But on online purchase exchanges available.. Why it was like that

I purchased multiple items from Reliance Trends Farrukhabad from that one item was not in suitable size. I wanted to replace it and went there for replacement and discussed with support team but they denied to replace it after that discussed with manager he directly denied and misbehaved me and my family.almost every month I used to shop to trend. I request you please do some neefful action.

Recently we did shopping at Reliance trends, Pragathinagar, Hyderabad,

After shopping, they given some gift box, since we did shopping for 5000 INR.

After coming home and saw the bill, surprisingly we found they have added some amount for the gift.

Just wondering and went back to them, no help, and answer to our issue?

They are simply cheating the common man with offers/gifts etc.

But adding the amount in BILL.

one more surprising here is, no common man can understand their bill format!

Ive got a coupon for using in Relaiance Foot wear,
I visited the Reliance footwear store in tumkur.
No one is really interested to care for customers.
And without checking the stock within 5 minutes they said stock not available in any brands.

I agree that my feet size is 12 inches and very difficult to find tge footwear of my size.

But atleast learn or train how to attend customers and how to behave better so that your business will improve.

Ive had a very bad experience here at tumkur store and ill never make my mind again to visit here.
Im throwing the coupons you guys gave me at Reliance trends store for shopping 3800 rs.

Waste of my time and waste of the coupons you give.

Reliance trend, I buyed two check shirts, there was some offer on 2 pieces so they deducted the amount, but by mistake I took small size instead of medium, when I went to return it they were asking me more money for the same piece, I told them I just want a bidder size I am not exchanging it with other piece... But they refused, why will i pay for the same piece...

I have bought a kurti from mall and it got shrink after wash. Now it is really tight to wear. but there in the mall they told it wont be shrink.

I am a staff in Barasat Junction Mall. Store code-8140. We are being pressurized to work for 12-14 hours once or twice in a week without any extra pay. Our week offs are being cancelled for no reason and we have to go at store for consecutive 14-15 days. And if we have any query then we are asked to leave the job. Here the Department Manager AMITABO ROY behaves rudely everytime with those who are not his favourites. Here partiality goes on as DM asks few of staffs to go home early while asks the other staff to remain there and do duty for 12-14 hours. Here partiality is also happening regarding break timing. Those who are the favourites of seniors are allowed to take break for more than 1 hour and when we take our fixed break of 45 minutes that time also we are being asked scolded that we are taking more breaks. When we pack up things to go at home after doing 12 hours job that time also the favourites of our DM says that we are going too early.
Please look into the matter and do the needful as we are being treated as slaves here.

I Rahul Ravi purchased a pant of crimsoune club company on 11 Oct 2020 at kankerbagh Patna store. Today ie 13/10/2020 I was wear this but unfortunate this product become very poor . As a result it is just torned .
Kindly look into this matter as early as possible....
