I am not able use the coupan(Online coupan) which was provided by you during the purchase from Reliance trend lucknow Patrakarpuram store and getting error as " Coupan is expired"

I have requested showroom mgr but of no luck.Plz help.

Mr.Saurabh pal and Mr.Imran was diverting the thing as they have not issued the coupon and argumenting they even asking that this company will not redeem because of converting the same to offline.Hovever, all store is providing the same coupan to their customer.

Kindly take the action of such people and redeem my coupon.

At the time of selling ur sales people told that we will give u credit note i[censored] want to return product for september sale they told.. They also told me for exchange... Yesterday i went to ur store i asked them for exchange second time they told no only one time exchange we will do... not other time.. Its not a way u are not allowing customers to try atleast.. and if then they are exchanging.. U are behaving like that... Size issues ho rhe so wht should i do? At the time of sales ur statement is different... and after that..getting this response..

I purchased garments from gopala Patnam, visakhapatnam trendz store on 2nd October. Due to Covid19 trials are not allowed and exchange can be done they informed. On 3rd October I went for exchange of 1shirt and 2 pants, they told due to some technical problem and they are going to arrange the exchange with in one day and retained credit note and garments. Till date the task was not done. Please do the needful.

I purchased cloths by trands, south bopal branch but ultration trailer is not available there... Daily responsed mam trailor is arriving in short time... But i will wait from last 5 days... Not good services provided to customers...

Trial is not available in reliance trends, sujana forum mall, Hyd only where as the other outlets in the same mall are allowing the trial. Customer has to leave without buying anything because of this. This is the third time I m leaving without buying inspire of selecting multiple dresses. There is no point keeping huge stock when the customer is not satisfied with the outfit which is not possible without trial.

Manish Rana from mohali punjab im going to shopping VR mall mohali and shopping the clothes in reliance trends and im buy netplay cloth in 5000 now used this product they are very bad quality when i washing T-shirt of netplay the color of the tshirt are removed...the price of tshirt is 699 rs...If I am removing the color of the brand, what is the benefit of the brand, I have to return this t-shirt and get the money back, till now I have only worn a t-shirt for 5 days and this is the case, if I do not take quick action on my complaint, then I have to take action. One of my worst 😫 EXPERIENCE IN GAJUWAKA RELIANCE TRENDS.

We purchased 2 dress on 2nd Oct at gajuwaka Reliance Trends at RS.2150/-, but when I went on 4th Oct for Exchange they are telling no.of reasons (i.e go to City, after two days, systems are not working ect).

This is the last and final visit for my family.

I have to exchange track pant. As that size didn’t fit me well. I asked the sales person twice what is the procedure for it. But they didn’t replied properly. Then i got the track pant size changed and was in queue for 1hour then the billing person asked me for credit note of exchange. But the two sales person didnt explain to me or told me any such things prior. So again i have to stand in long queue for just exchange of the product. Must say it customer service was pathetic as no proper responce was given. Its wastage of time to do shopping at reliance trends.

On 19th, sept i purchased a t-shirt of brand name team spirit from reliance trend located in sambalpur.

Here in this product you have mentioned that 98% cotton, but forget about its softness in it. After wearing it over my body, i found very tiny cloth particles sticking around my body & which is causing itching in my skin.

So, are you just faking the product in the name of branding.

Tell me what should be my step against this.
Or else do i need to visit consumer court.

Cashier moumita sen employee code 60406494 has not deliver after billing. Cashier is not professional. I have visited for new retail showroom and they have forgotten to deliver product after billing, after that again i have came back from 10 km.

So i have requested that this is kind of service you are providing. Very wrost.

I see that the prices in store are way to expensive, whereas online prices are half.
I purchased some apparels on 27th sep and the prices online are half.

Today in have visited reliance trends vision 9, opp axis bank, bus stand road, surendranagar gujarat 363001. I have purchased rs 5343/-.
The service person told us for discount above amount rs 3600/-
He provide the benefits to one customer with me as he purchased 3600 rs and give him discounts additional products free and take only rs 2500/-
My bill amounts was higher so i inquired the discount policy but couldnot find satisfactory answer.
I ask for the contact no of manager there but he denied and told me that he is manager here, his name was mr parth chavada as told by him. I also ask him for contact no but he denied and said that you should go mumbai as the owner is at mumbai.
I could not understand the sales policy of reliance trend which name is sufficient for customer to buy but giving authority to such persons who is not reliable for rate and discounts to give benefit to customer to customers.
I have called customer care no [protected] he asked me the store no (Four digit number below total amount as told by customer care person) but i am unable to find this no, then he ask me area pin code no i have provided him but cannot track by this and advise me to complaint on website.

We went to trends paontasahib. One of the sales girl who was at billing counter refuses to give bill. Actually we were two friends there who were purchasing only two tops. Without our consent she was adding our items (Tops) to the bill of another customer but when we asked for bill she refuses. She said i[censored] want to purchase single top will not give u any bill else it's ur wish to buy that particular top. It's been many times we visited the showroom at another places but thing happened at trends paontasahib district sirmaur only. She also said u have to buy the things worth rs2500. Else u won't b able to buy that top.
I m very much dissatisfied with this and in future we won't visit the showroom and will give reviews to other persons also

I'm from tamilnadu dharmapuri branch,
I bought clothing from reliance trends dharmapuri branch on 20th sep20 evening around 8 o clock first i have produced card with them, they said my card is declined, but money is deducted from my account. Then the billing services team said like no it will automatically comes to ur account with in few mins already they are facing this issue for the day but still they are not rectified and getting the payment through card. Its been 2nd day still i get payment back.

I made a purchase for rs 1800 approx. The bill counter executive asked me do you want bag? After my approval of wanting a bag they charged me rs 5 for the baggage which doesn’t even have the name of the shop also.

Today on 21st sep 2020 at 6 o'clock i visited reliance trends in sillod dist. Aurangabad. After purchasing the 3 items sales person id 60478520 changed me bill of 4 items and after come to home i checked the bill so she charged other bill to me.. It's to poor behaviour of trends staff... Not cross checking before hand overing to customer it's makes sense that your staff is irresponsible for their duties.. Take it seriously and resolve my problem and train your staff about management.

The Trends showroom was displaying an offer of Rs 100 cashback but they haven't yet given the cashback although it has been a long time since i shop at their store.

I have visited reliance trends today and done purchasing. I have purchased men’s short size l. Size l is short and i return back to stores for larger size xl. Than they have made the slip and issue me mobile cn online top up. And told me to show this slip on billing counter. I have shown the slip. But the billing staff told that system error is their. It is not taking, wait for 5 min. I have waited for more than 1 hour but the staff not able to resolve the problem. Even i have talk to store manager mr manoj and requested him to resolve. But he also failed and told that we can’t help. It is not in our hands. This type of irresponsible behaviour is not acceptable. I have wasted my almost 2 hours. Request to take immediate action and resolve the issue. Pls deliver my shorts at my home along with compensation for the delay.

Purchased ifb 30frc2 on 15th august 2020 but not delivered since month. Worst store in saroor nagar, hyderabad.
Finally they agreed to return less value paid.
