Dear sir,
Today in have visited reliance trends vision 9, opp axis bank, bus stand road, surendranagar gujarat 363001. I have purchased rs 5343/-.
The service person told us for discount above amount rs 3600/-
He provide the benefits to one customer with me as he purchased 3600 rs and give him discounts additional products free and take only rs 2500/-
My bill amounts was higher so i inquired the discount policy...

Without our consent she was adding our items (Tops) to the bill of another customer but when we asked for bill she refuses. I bought clothing from reliance trends dharmapuri branch on 20th sep20 evening around 8 o clock first i have produced card with them, they said my card is declined, but money is deducted from my account. Then the billing services team said like no it will automatically comes to ur account with in few mins already they are facing this issue for the day but still they are not rectified and getting...

I made a purchase for rs 1800 approx. The bill counter executive asked me do you want bag? After my approval of wanting a bag they charged me rs 5 for the baggage which doesn’t even have the name of the shop also....

Today on 21st sep 2020 at 6 o'clock i visited reliance trends in sillod dist. Aurangabad. After purchasing the 3 items sales person id 60478520 changed me bill of 4 items and after come to home i checked the bill so she charged other bill to me.. It's to poor behaviour of trends staff... Not cross checking before hand overing to customer it's makes sense that your staff is irresponsible for their duties.. Take it seriously and resolve my...

The Trends showroom was displaying an offer of Rs 100 cashback but they haven't yet given the cashback although it has been a long time since i shop at their store....

I have visited reliance trends today and done purchasing. I have purchased men’s short size l. Size l is short and i return back to stores for larger size xl. Than they have made the slip and issue me mobile cn online top up. And told me to show this slip on billing counter. I have shown the slip. But the billing staff told that system error is their. It is not taking, wait for 5 min. I have waited for more than 1 hour...

No any rule and regulations in BARABANKI trends...

Purchased ifb 30frc2 on 15th august 2020 but not delivered since month. Worst store in saroor nagar, hyderabad.
Finally they agreed to return less value paid....

On 04.09.2020 i visited reliance trends at diamond plaza, kolkata and purchased where i had to pay twice the amount rs.1203/-

The second google pay upi transaction id :[protected] on 04.09.2020 at 7:41pm.

Both time the amount got deducted from my account (Axis bank) the same have been confirmed from your executive.br...

This is about the the attitude, the demeaning behaviour and what not, about the woman present at the billing area, who I think was telling what is allowed and what is not to the people who were billing. She left her limits, she did not think even once about the customer that we were and spoke to us in such a non forgivable and unacceptable manner.

Cashier never explaiined about no exhange but he zealed it in bill, same day within 2 hour i went for exhange. I have seen people came for exhange like me, if this nonexhange clearly explained why people come for exange, its tricky printed on bill but no word communication when going back he is lieing that i have told earlier . Keep clear board as NO EXHANGE .

TOTTALY UPSET BY WORST EXPLANATION, YOU SALED BUT LOST A REGULAR...

I bought a white t-shirt from trends, attingal trivandrum on 26th of this month
After using for one time i just washed it and color got spread on my tshirt.

After a long period (Due to covid-19) we visited manjeri trends showroom on 04/09/20.in that evening there have no crowd, but staff not allowed me with my wife to enter the showroom, so that wife entered and purchased whole family (4 persons). We realise the situation so that not accompanied children. We are the kannur reliance customer for last 10 years. But now we have very bad experience in malappuram trends....

Very pathetic service rude behaviour by the security standing the door selling mask I have my own mask with two filter cloth inside the mask I have removed it and showed it to him but he was not listening and forcing me to buy a mask for 10 rs is this what reliance trends maintained in hyderabad Malkajgiri very very very bad service I use to buy for 8 to 10k but that security fellow doesn't give resle t to ladies and there were no managers...

Am very dis satisfied with the Malkajgiri reliance trends pathetic service they made me ashamed of me front of every one I have removed my mask and showed him two filters covered insidey mask and forced me to buy a mask but I told there are two filter cloth covered inside the Mask but they didn't allow then security asked me to remove it again and show the mask then I showed it then he said go inside but buy the mask and go...

I have purchased dress materials an amount of rs. 9, 195.00 from reliance trends, jajpur road, odisha on 3.9.2020. But no message has been received about my purchase although the counter boy entered my mobile no. [protected]. Further my reliance bonus points have not been enhanced. Let me know the reason...

I bought clothes from reliance trends kannur on 31/08/2020 . At that time they are providing an offer which is pay half if you buy clothes worth 6000 or multiples of 6000. I bought clothes worth around 12110 and paid 6110. This offer applied to 98% items of that store. Trail room was not allowed because of covid situation. After reaching home I checked the fit of newly bought pant. Unfortunately it was unfit ( I bought 32 instead of 30 )....

Last month I purchased around rs 24000/- clothes in trend but after one wash 2 cloths color changed and looks like not able to wear anymore pls check pics attached for reference
