When i went to buy the cloth on 27/07/2020 one of the staffnamed... While entering to the mall said that.. This customer just come to not see not to buy what a usless fello is this... I feel very baad for this is regulary buy cloth feel very bad. And from now onward i will never buy anything from your mall and not suggest anyone to buy from your mall...

Hello, I want to request you to please train your staff for how to attend their customers or please gove them some training at your new branches of reliance trends. Today I visited your Hoshangabad outlet of Reliance Trends for the exchange of a dress at 1 pm but the girl at the cash counter asked me to come after 2 pm cause the manager was not at the outlet. Then I revisited the outlet at 5:30 pm the girl who was checking the temperature told me to visit the next day cause the timing for the exchange is 5 till 5 pm only.
But somehow they allowed me to go in but when I asked the person who was in charge for the return of goods was very Rude. He told me to get the bill for the return of goods but I told him I am not having the bill so he rudely replied that ITNA TO COMMEN SENSE HONA CHAHIYE KI KOI SAMAN RETURN KARNA HO TO BILL LANA PADEGA. So I told him its ok let me search the bill if I get it then we will come to return. But he followed us to the main door and asked the girl at the main door INHE ANDAR KAISE GHUSNE DIYA CHECK KARNA CHAHIYE NA KI BILL BHI HAI YA NAHI AISE KAISE ANDAR AANE DETE HO LOGON KO. This thing is seriously not acceptable. In this pandemic time when no one is even visiting your outlet if any customer is going for the shopping then if your staff will behave like this then no one is ever going to visit your stores.
Its a kind request to tell him to atleast have some guts to talk to a customer visiting your store.

Size ka problem h or no exchange bol the h store manager

I'm the regular customer of your reliance trends showroom. Two days ago (23.07.2020), i went for shopping at reliance trends, thanjavur, tamilnadu. After selecting the dresses, i was gone for the billing section.in cash counter one old man was standing for billing i was asked the man that, whether gpay payment available or not. Suddenly he said no with irritating face (Note: he is not wired batch or id card anything so i don't know the name. After that i was shouted that how you are telling it's not there, i already used gpay in same showroom i said. Then also he is insulting me like anything. After that he gave his own account number for transferring the amount. And i have transferred the amount to his own account number, after that he swiped his own card also he has reduced the amount using his own voucher (Note: i'm not given any vouchers). That too i came to know after seen the bill in my home. This is one concern. The another one is the management giving over burden duties to women that the manager was not allowing the ladies to eat. It's heart breaking to hear from ladies. He behaved very rudely in the name of covid, which was completely shocking and unacceptable. Actually i asked to one employee regarding this. They said that the manager was not allowing to eat till 4pm because of lockdown issue the shop has to close after 4pm so he is not allowing to eat they said tiredly. Please look into the matter urgently to avoid raising the issue to higher authorities. It's not good mannerism. This much things happened inside the shop but the manager was not yet came. After purchasing everything i was out of the shop.in front of the shop the manager was lethargically standing and smoking in front of the trends showroom but that fellow not allowing employees for lunch especially ladies. I would really appreciate reliance trends if this guy is called out and taught how to treat lady employees and how to behave in front of the showroom. I never ever had such an experience at any shopping place! Probably it was my last visit to this store.
I need an immediate response on this.

I made purchase of approximately Rs.2700 on 12th July 2020 n received a few vouchers. Of which 2 online ones to be redeemed between 16th july and 3rd August. They seem invalid. Code mentioned is APRIL1002, which doesn't reflect on any product. Why do u have to provide invalid vouchers n what am I supposed to do with them??? I'm now not sure if the others I have to redeem in September are valid at all!!!
I need a immediate response on this.

In the store of reliance trends which is located in hyderabad alkapuri branch. The management giving over burden duties to women at 7am to 9.30 pm, i asked them to why are you doing like this they told me that i[censored] want job u have to work n respectless behaviour

On 11072020, i have purchased a teashirt costing rs 626.50p at reliance trends, enikepadu, vijayawada at around 3.10 pm. The girl in the billiing counter swiped my credit card for that amount. Meanwhile her system has stopped working. It appears that she has logged once again but asked me to make a fresh payment not verifying whether the first payment was already received by reliance trends or not. She was so reckless and forced me to make another payment which i have done using my debit card this time. Thus for one billing from your side, i had to pay two times. Even after 6 days i was not refunded rs 626.50. Since i can't go personally to pursue refund, i request you to verify and return my money due. I bought a tshirt from the relience trends located charkhi dadri, haryana, india, dated june 3rd 2020 at inr399. At the time of billing i paid through upi two times and my money was deducted twice as well from my account. But the bill officials at trends denied to get any such money and he said that you pay me offline and the online money will
Reimburse in my account very soon. After two week i again went to store but there was no positive response from trends. Please give my money back of inr399+399. For your reference i am attaching the upi screenshot as well bill.

I have bought a night pant (teamspirit) in XL size worth Rs.500 in reliance trends showroom at Dindigul. I bought it only 3 weeks back, I had hardly used it for 4 times, but the quality is very poor, the pant got holes in two places, that too back side of the pant. Even though it was washed in hands and not in washing machine. I wanted to complaint about the poor quality for which I wanted a refund. I have attached the pictures of the pant. Necessary action need to be taken on this.

I had visited the reliance...in katwa, west bengal on 02.07.2020. This was my third time. My first and second - time experience was good. However, this time, the experience was quite ugly. One young guy was helping me to find out the things i was looking for. He was nice and polite. However, some of his colleagues were whispering in a very ugly tone. They were insinuating things that were extremely derogatory for any woman and uncalled for. I even cannot quote what they were saying. My mother was there. She was equally shocked. I wonder how a reputed company can hire such unprofessional people who don't know how to treat a customer. I am extremely disappointed.

I am writting this complain about my job related query. Actually hr reliance trends meerut recruits me for the post of department manager, my joining is from 12 march 2020. And after that lockdown occurs and now i am tried to contact with hr, he did not reponds related to this issue.

Please help me in this regard i dont have any job at this moment. My economic condition is very much affected through this.

I have bought two kurtas worth rs400 each (The actual costs is 499 each, got 100 rs of[censored]nder the offer scheme) from relevance trends on friday, 12 june 2020. To my dismay, both the kurtas were found to be defective, the first kurta was torn while second one was without sleeves which are otherwise attached along with the article, to be stitched later. We have submitted both the articles with the store. We have neither obtained the fresh articles nor got the money refund despite the repeated insistence

I'm a regular customer of reliance trends, panipat. I went to get a top exchanged due to the size issue. I was insulted by the security who slammed the door at my face saying come tomorrow before 6:00 pm. I could see people shopping inside, still choosing and deciding on clothes to pick and try, while i was told that customers are paying the bills only. I tried to convince him
That i only need to pick another size and not shop but he didn't let me step in, literally standing with his hands on the handle of the door. Then i requested to talk to manager.
Now the manager came and snubbed me real badly in front of all the employees, other customers, security and some outsiders. He did some gesture using his hands and telling "kal aana kal" in an extremely rude tone. No courtesy, no professionalism, he didn't even listen to what i'm saying and left. It felt like i'm begging and being ignored. The name of the manager was ajay chompali. I would really appreciate if this guy is called out and taught how to behave with customers. I never ever had such an experience at any shopping place!
On the top of that, nowhere the timings are displayed. I googled and it was same till 9:30 pm. Really disappointed! Dissatisfied! Probably it was my last visit to this store.

I bought a chinos from reliance trends store kankarbagh patna store. It has got holes in it within a month of buying it.
I bought it on 12feb 2020 and i was surprised to see that it got holes in it by march. Due to the pandemic and the lockdown i was unable to go to store.
What should i do now?

Today i went to the outlet in haripad, alappuzha, kerala there the outlet was closed at 7.15 pm and in the google it is showing that closes at 9.30 pm, there is nothing displayed about the closing time in the outlet and that service persons informed that the closing time is 6.30 pm, we went yesterday in another out let in kerala there the closing time is 8 pm, may i know the actual timing and is all outlets following same time schedule?...

Hi team,
We visited kanchipuram trend few hours back and faced an issue of not trying any dresses before buying. I don’t understand how the store persons allow us to touch the dress but not to wear it.
Understanding the fact that due to serious issue we are not allowed for trial but the manager’s response towards us (Two gals) was not appropriate.
He meant that after trying all the dresses will be thrown away in the dustbin if we try and keep it. That was very much humiliating. The manager name was gopur ramaiya from trends in kanchipuram.
Hope proper action will be taken regarding this issue.

Today I puchased 2 item at reliance trends shop at my hometown. For which I tried to pay from Gpay app after a request of payment from the shop. The money was debited from my account but due to server error purchase confirmation was failed. I paid the money in cash. But ₹1203 was already debited from my account, which they said would be credited back to my account within 5-7 working days. I complaint on helpline number for the refund and they assured me for that and told me to check SMS for complaint number. Till now, I haven't received any details. I told store manager to provide credit note but they refused. after a while they considered my complaint and provided me a vague handwritten letter of payment done. I payed again for the purchase.
