My complaint was regarding clothes exchange buyed offline nowadays arranged in our socied rumah bali b3 godhbunder road thane 400615 ..and wanted to say that i need to exchange medium clothes 3 piece to large ...but Your person any manager pankaj [protected] phone number had talk with me its rihana singhal from rumah bali thane...he spoke to me so badly n rudely in abusing way that he started to tell me..IS THIS A TIME TO CAL A MANAGER ..I AM A MANAGER DONT CAL ME AT THIS TIME...

M i got shocked by this behaviour of yur person...rather that talking and understanding problems he is talking to a women so badlyy in the society..which is a bad thing to do...for any women...
I respect myself so kindly deal with this manager pankaj or else i.l file complaintt against him..take actions against himm

Hi, i am a native of alappuzha district of kerala, yesterday 27.08.2020 i had a bad experience from your door security.

We have two trends outlet near us one at haripad and other at ambalappuha. Haripad showroom was very crowded so we went to ambalappuzha, due to this pandemic situation only limited number of person is allowed inside the showroom so we have to wait outside for our turn, there were many people like us, when our turn came we entered, seeing my valved mask security shouted get out of the showroom now. I feel very ashamed all people were looking at me, what i have done is wrong but he behaved very rudely, he should tell me politely to change the mask.
My request is to please warn him to not to do it to another person
I am not saying that he should be down to earth but first he should learn to respect customers. Also no branded clothes are there please increase the standard of that outlet.

I have purchased clothes for 6000₹.in it i purchased a chudidhar set without dhuppatta, in that top is correct size, bottom size is not comfortable. I want to exchange the size. But the management is saying there was no exchange on the clothes which you have in offer.26/8/20, store manager argued and shouted .

I am visiting at Reliance trand on Saturday and purchase some cloth after that day I visited again today but the staff of their ratnesh dubey making issue with my mask and force me to purchase mask last day when I visit that time he had no issue with mask but today he created an issue in front of my when I asked for mail id he told first purchase than you get mail ID on Bill very bed experience

Hello sir, i am chander bhushan from punjab distt. Kapuryhala. I have issue ragarding my payment which did not revised back.
Sir, i did purchased on 12 june 2020 of rupees 1958/- at the reliance trendz distt. Kapurthala, state punjab. At the time of billing, i swipped my debit card, due to payment pending, the biller said sir u gave me cash, the deducted money from your account would revised back in ur account. I was still waiting, after 15 days i visit reliance trendz again about for info my payment. They check own acvount and statement and found that the money are excess in their accout. They mailed to high authority about it. But did not solve my issue yet.. Today approx 2 and half month done but my payment did not revised yet. I called many time to reliance trends and visited many times. Always giving me some excuse but not solution, please solve it as soon as.

I purchase 10 itmes from trends.in 2 items there is a size issue. When i go for exchange they take 529 rupees extra from me.

Bill no:[protected], product return from reliance store karur but that product no return option told from reliance manager. Purchase for huge value so please consider and solve the issues. Waiting for your valuable reply.

Hi I bought a kurti worth 1500 INR and found that after single wash it has stained all over and it is now no more wearable. I raised this through phone but the store person said they cannot do anything since it is past one month from purchase. After purchase I had not used this product until recently since it was lockdown in Trivandrum. This product was a new collection and it is very dissapointing that Trends offers poor cloth quality at very high price.. I would require immediate attention over this..

I purchases two kurtis on 13th august in which one size was mistakenly came large and i went on 15th august exchange blue kurti size and there with my mother i purchased 3 more kurtis in which one was for my sister but its size was not correct so my mother went to shop with bill unused undamage peach kurti which was to be exchanged, they refused said one item can be exchanged once and made her embarrass by saying try room is for use to check size. I ask if person is not there how can she check size and its not under policy that we cant exchange the kurti was bought on 15th so it can be exchanged as it was not the same kurti exchanged before or purchased in change of blue kurti.. I ask trends why harrassment why embarrassment.

Here in trends a lot of members in showroom purchasing but one counter no social distances maintained by showroom members worst service

While purchasing it was told that exchange for size can be done. After one hour when visited, they told system is not updated for exchange and you will called for exchange. When called for for exchange they charged mrp rate though the original purchase was on 50% discount. It is forgery as the same was not disclosed on the day of selling.

I belong from panipat and bought clothes from reliance trends on 11 august 2020 in panipat gohana chowk and staff misguided us about clothes and size and exchange policy later when we reach related to exchange of product manager misbehaved with us used abusive language and threatened us to not buy buy product from thier shop being a girl it was a shamefull activity done by the manager and i want strict action and apology from manager otherwise i ll have to go to police regarding this misbehave and cheap thing done by reliance trend staff

Hello my name is sanjay. K from kannur dist kerala. On 8th august 2020 i purchased a three t shirt and two fly machine jeans from trends with an offer going on that day. Total amount of rs 649/- i made the purchase and i gave 3496/- through my debit card.
In this covid situation they started queue system with token facility. Three times i went there far from 12 kilometer for make a purchase.
Three day i got chance to get purchase and i waited 1hr 30 mnts for enter inside the store and they give only 20 minutes for make the selection. So i suddenly start selecting and in between i asked salesman can i get a trail. He said no sir it's time for corona not providing trail. So i purchase two jeans and three t shirts. That time sales man said to me you get an offer of 50 percentage of amount you buy. So i accept the offer and purchased. When i reached home i try to check the fittings of my jeans and i found its over sized. Next day i went the store and ask for exchange. The security didn't allow me to get inside and they called the manager named nikhil. He said don't give exchange and tell me to get out. The security personnel behaved so rude to me. I asked again can i met your manager they said sorry you can't. Then i ask can i get his phone number they said no again. I didn't use that materials. Now tell me what can i do. Iam not a rich man to buy again. Iam your regular customer from the begining. Also my family. I need to exchange 38 size to 34 size. I will attach all my details below. Please help it's a request. You how important a single pils. You can santizer the material how you are doing daily in your store.

Trends shop in satara city in (Mh) is closed for 15 days in lockdown from 17/7 — 31/7. We purchase before 15/7 and have 5 coupons of 500 each is valid upto 03/8 and officer confirmed he will extend validity of coupons after reopen.. Your shop open on 01/8. Your rude officer denied to give extended 15 days upto 18/8. I must have extended period to purchase and avail coupon benefits. Coupon nos — 112499/112594/112500/112277/112276.

I had purchased dresses from reliance trends for rs.6904. That amount had been deducted from my debit card when they swiped from my account. But that amount is not credited to reliance trends account. So please take necessary action. To get back my amount and to get the product.

Citing covid restrictions very conveniently the security staffs at madhavaram and perambur trends stores prevent customers and chase away in an impolite manner. The customers are not dependent of your stores rather you are depend on us. We are not beggars we are your masters. All lazy and foolish staffs in the name of social distancing not allow customers into the stores. Even pre covid botb these stores would be dull without much customer activities. Most of them were onlookers and not buyers. Now, the staffs find some excuse and chase away the customers saying ரொம்ப நேரம் வெயிட் பண்ணனும், போறதுனா போயிடுங்க, உள்ள இப்பத்தான் போயிருக்காங்க வர ரொம்ப நேரம் ஆகிடும், இப்போ க்ளோஸ் பண்ணிடுவோம், வெயிட் பண்ணாலும் சீக்கிரமே மூடிடுவோம். போங்கடா ஏன்டா வந்து உயிர வாங்கறீங்கன்னு சூசகமா விரட்டுறாங்க!
