We purchase before 15/7 and have 5 coupons of 500 each is valid upto 03/8 and officer confirmed he will extend validity of coupons after reopen.. Your shop open on 01/8. I had purchased dresses from reliance trends for rs.6904. That amount had been deducted from my debit card when they swiped from my account. But that amount is not credited to reliance trends account. So please take necessary action. To get back my amount and to get the product....

Citing covid restrictions very conveniently the security staffs at madhavaram and perambur trends stores prevent customers and chase away in an impolite manner. The customers are not dependent of your stores rather you are depend on us. We are not beggars we are your masters. All lazy and foolish staffs in the name of social distancing not allow customers into the stores. Even pre covid botb these stores would be dull without much customer...

Today 2/8/2020 i visit reliance trends, unity one mall, cbd sahadra, delhi - 110092. When i reached at that time was around 6:15 pm. When i tried to enter your staff didn't allow me and also other people. He said store is closed. When i asked him to call the senior, he said i'm the senior. He talked so rudely. I'm the regular customer of your reliance trends showroom. Two days ago (23.07.2020), i went for shopping at reliance trends, thanjavur, tamilnadu. After selecting the dresses, i was gone for the billing section.in cash counter one old man was standing for billing i was asked the man that, whether gpay payment available or not. Suddenly he said no with irritating face (Note: he is not wired batch or id card anything so i don't know the name....

I made purchase of approximately Rs.2700 on 12th July 2020 n received a few vouchers. Of which 2 online ones to be redeemed between 16th july and 3rd August. They seem invalid. Code mentioned is APRIL1002, which doesn't reflect on any product. Why do u have to provide invalid vouchers n what am I supposed to do with them??? I'm now not sure if the others I have to redeem in September are valid at all!!!

I have bought a night pant (teamspirit) in XL size worth Rs.500 in reliance trends showroom at Dindigul. I bought it only 3 weeks back, I had hardly used it for 4 times, but the quality is very poor, the pant got holes in two places, that too back side of the pant. Even though it was washed in hands and not in washing machine. I wanted to complaint about the poor quality for which I wanted a refund. I have attached the pictures of the pant....
