I have bought two kurtas worth rs400 each (The actual costs is 499 each, got 100 rs of[censored]nder the offer scheme) from relevance trends on friday, 12 june 2020. To my dismay, both the kurtas were found to be defective, the first kurta was torn while second one was without sleeves which are otherwise attached along with the article, to be stitched later. We have submitted both the articles with the store. We have neither obtained the fresh articles nor got the money refund despite the repeated insistence

I'm a regular customer of reliance trends, panipat. I went to get a top exchanged due to the size issue. I was insulted by the security who slammed the door at my face saying come tomorrow before 6:00 pm. I could see people shopping inside, still choosing and deciding on clothes to pick and try, while i was told that customers are paying the bills only. I tried to convince him
That i only need to pick another size and not shop but he didn't let me step in, literally standing with his hands on the handle of the door. Then i requested to talk to manager.
Now the manager came and snubbed me real badly in front of all the employees, other customers, security and some outsiders. He did some gesture using his hands and telling "kal aana kal" in an extremely rude tone. No courtesy, no professionalism, he didn't even listen to what i'm saying and left. It felt like i'm begging and being ignored. The name of the manager was ajay chompali. I would really appreciate if this guy is called out and taught how to behave with customers. I never ever had such an experience at any shopping place!
On the top of that, nowhere the timings are displayed. I googled and it was same till 9:30 pm. Really disappointed! Dissatisfied! Probably it was my last visit to this store.

I bought a chinos from reliance trends store kankarbagh patna store. It has got holes in it within a month of buying it.
I bought it on 12feb 2020 and i was surprised to see that it got holes in it by march. Due to the pandemic and the lockdown i was unable to go to store.
What should i do now?

Today i went to the outlet in haripad, alappuzha, kerala there the outlet was closed at 7.15 pm and in the google it is showing that closes at 9.30 pm, there is nothing displayed about the closing time in the outlet and that service persons informed that the closing time is 6.30 pm, we went yesterday in another out let in kerala there the closing time is 8 pm, may i know the actual timing and is all outlets following same time schedule?...

We visited kanchipuram trend few hours back and faced an issue of not trying any dresses before buying. I don’t understand how the store persons allow us to touch the dress but not to wear it.
Understanding the fact that due to serious issue we are not allowed for trial but the manager’s response towards us (Two gals) was not appropriate.
He meant that after trying all the dresses will be thrown away in the dustbin if we try and keep it. That was very much humiliating. The manager name was gopur ramaiya from trends in kanchipuram.
Hope proper action will be taken regarding this issue.

Today I puchased 2 item at reliance trends shop at my hometown. For which I tried to pay from Gpay app after a request of payment from the shop. The money was debited from my account but due to server error purchase confirmation was failed. I paid the money in cash. But ₹1203 was already debited from my account, which they said would be credited back to my account within 5-7 working days. I complaint on helpline number for the refund and they assured me for that and told me to check SMS for complaint number. Till now, I haven't received any details. I told store manager to provide credit note but they refused. after a while they considered my complaint and provided me a vague handwritten letter of payment done. I payed again for the purchase. Please consider my complaint and do something.i am attaching the screenshot o[censored]PI transaction id with this.

Today i plan to shop on your shopping cart but when i was trying to sign in then at the last step i am not getting the otp. Further i think that it's my no problems but when i wasagain trying with another number then same trouble i had faced

We visited the reliance trends, durgakund, varanasi today morning for shopping. However, the staff of the shop, especially the manager, behaved very rudely in the name of covid, which was completely shocking and unacceptable.
Please look into the matter urgently to avoid raising the issue to higher authorities.

I have purchased one saree in malur trends (Kolar dist) on 20.05.2020, after i purchased i seen a tag on saree of buy one and get one, immedietly i contacted store and asked for the offer but they didn't give and told to come next day or he told he will call soon but till today they did not respond and even they are not picking call..???
Please enquire this and do necessary action soon

I am one among them who are utilising many of your products.
I am happy with your service and care but today i experienced a worst service from your showroom.
For purchasing birthday clothes to my son's today 22.05.2020 i visited showroom in malkajgiri and i found that there is a shortage of stock due to lockdown. I understood the situation and with difficulty i found the two pairs of clothes. But while billing the things your people telling that some problem in online. After searching 20 min i found those clothes. Your people are telling that this closed we are not selling, you can choose some other clothes and i requested to arrange the billing but they are not providing the proper information and also not able to provide the other clothes also for purchase. All this happen and 45 min of my time has been dried out.
I am very unsatisfied with today's thing. Please lodge complaint.
This is the only reliance showroom near to me. I am likely to visit the place once in a month or twice. So i expect a good service from you.

Today at about 12 noon with my two sons visited madhavaram reliance trend shop and we all three were denied access stating that our body temperature exceed 100 degree f. We said we have arrived under scorching heat condition and the shop entrace without sunshade was too hot. Similarly at the same time two others were denied access. We waited for sometimes, the lady security guard checked and arrogantly said high temperature can't allow inside.
My son said your equipment require recalibration and it is faulty it shows the outside temperature not our body temperature. But she refused entry. Frustrated, we left the shop. One of the salesgirl told the arrogant security lady to ask the customers to sit inside front area of the shop under the fan for sometime and to recheck. But your lady security guard treated us like beggars to stand in heat under the sun and checked with faulty equipment.
We are responsible citizens, there is no necessity for me to enter your shop with fever. Once we returned home we all checked our body temperature with mercury thermometer and found we were having normal temperature between 96.5 and 97.
But your bossy lady security guard checks the customer under scorching heat condition with faulty equipment which shows the temperature of atmospheric heat not of the customer's body. My son an engineer explained to the guard but she was in no mood to listen.
Please pllace proper person at the entrance.

I bought the lg air conditioner at relaince treands (Address : kumaran nagar chennai 119, near sathayama university), showroom, already service is very delayed i know about the quarantine so that, now coming the installation people give the bad response and unprofessional person, outdoor to indoor unit distination is 2.5 meter at my home already units with have 3 meters copper pipe but that person told me want to extra 2 meters copper pipe but required length just 2.5 meters only and already have 3 meters for ac units, he try to fool me, showroom side told me free installation but now that person asking the totally 2000 with extra usage copper pipe, wires, something. Then no way to i accept this price because i know he try to fool me and he need money to work, i have no way so only accept, i told that person ok do the work but he told to going come back i cal that installation person he didn't response my call, what is this servuce, really i hate the service unprofessional installation person, unresponsive person and service showroom, very bad.

Hi recently brought kurtas from reliance trends retails shop and finding that size is not fit, they didn't allow me to try them on the store giving covid-19 reason and they didn't even inform us that there is no return or exchange available now but on the bill they put a seal for no return and no exchange which went unnoticed by us.

As per your diwali 2019, 10% cash back was given on usage of hdfc cards for purchase of items from reliance trends, footwear outlets. I had shopped from reliance outlets in thane (All details below) to avail this offer. As per the conditions, the cashback was supposed to be processed within the duration of 90 days, upon calling the outlet after 90 days of purchase, they asked us to wait for some more time as the company is in process of clearing out the dues. We obliged, however, till today, ie 13th april 2020, we have not got any cashback from reliance.

Kindly let us know why this has been delayed so much? And settle the transaction as soon as possible by paying back the cashback amount to my account.

Due to corona virus everyone is at home but still companies are calling their staff doing nothing. Reliance trends in reliance mall jalandhar. Only grocery shop shoud be open but other format also working. People are coming in this situation if some one might get infacted then who will be the responsible.
Govt should take the strict action

Pls go and check reliance trends and footwear people are their and working
