Hi,

Last week I was purchased 3 pants from trends outlet in hunsur -571105

Yesterday 01.03.2020 observed some quality issue in 1 pant.

Today 02.03.2020 have visited trends shop and asked to replacement but as I observed ther was no importance for customers, quality, Quality policy and replacement policy.

I'm requesting you to please take up this issue as important and do the needful for customer satisfaction and keep connecting big customer network

Providing best service since long time, and still I hope trends will serve the best

I ordered a frock for rs.999
And rs.499 top
Your store people said for free delivery i need to add some
Ok for that purpose i added socks and duppatta
Just for the discount coupon i place the order for the frock
But except the frock all other things were delivered without discount for rs.596 the products were delivered
Order no fl[protected].
Both the purpose not solved
1. Discount coupon
2. Frock not delivered
Why do you give the online coupon if you are not in a position to deliver it properly on time
I need this problem to be solved with explanation
Otherwise give store coupons itself

We made a purchase of nearly rs 5000/ from reliance trends store in hanumangarh junction. The store charged us rs 7/ for carry bag. The item has been billed. It is such a illegal practice to charge for carry bag even after making such a big purchase. How justified is this? It has been stated as per ministry of environment that only for plastic bag a customer can be charged that too for environment reasons.

I had purchased one kurtis, leggings, palazzo and top. Unfortunately the size of the top which i bought was wrong. Since i bought as a set of top and palazzo... The staff refused to take back both the top and palazzo together. They just allowed me to return back just one product... The next day itself i returned the product... Dint took so many days and it was unused.

Today on 23/02/2020 i did shopping in your reliance trends branch which is in chandpur district bijnor, uttar pradesh -246725 and i shop for more than 5000 and in last 15 days i have done a shopping of almost more than 11000 which means i am a valuable customer of yours but i said to the staff that as per the supreme court judgement you can't charge for carry bag and not only this one of the employee named rajat kumar and his id is c#60442400...

I feel very much insulted this time and my father as well. I just want him to apologise to my father nothing more than this

I sandeep singh residence greater mohali but around rs 5200/- including
Rs 2000/- today from your reliance trends store bestech square mall industrial focal point sas nagar phase 11 mohali, i pay rs 3305/- and your store cash counter executive give me rs 2000 value of discount coupon but only for 2nd march validity. My complaint is that why you giving me 1 week redeem period validity of coupons at least you give me 1 month of redeeming validity time

Worst shopping experience ever in trends. Trends store in anakapalli issuing invalid discount coupons for customers. I got the discount coupons worth of 2000rs valid from 14th feb 2020 to 28th feb 2020 by shopping of 2500rs on 12th jan2020. On 15th feb 2020 i planned to use these coupons and had done my shopping. I went to bill counter to claim these discount coupons, there i was shocked to hear that these coupons were expired. It's purely wasting customers valuable time. It's a type of cheating the customers. This store not even maintaining grievance cell or grievance register atleast.

I did 2 purchase in reliance trends in kalyan nagar bangalore using hdfc card, since it was festival days we had offer on hdfc card with 10% cash back. But still i have note received. Find the details below.

Your employers not provided clear information regarding all vouchers & coupons. When they provided vouchers after shopping, they said that this coupons are applicable at all products, no specific terms & conditions apply. When we use this coupons against the products, this creates issue & not applied any discount. This is very irresponsible quality of your employees, they not provided full information regarding any discounts, actually they are not aware properly regarding your policy, they have not collect proper information & misguides the customer totally. I have continue shopping last 5 years but this time, we are totally disappoint & next turn, i am not come at your store,.
I suggest you that please provide full & proper information to the employers.

This happened in bangalore commercial street branch. I had left my cards at home tat day so thought of paying cash. Employee named akash jana asked me for card n i said i ll pay through cash n gave 2notes of 2000. Bill was around 2300. The above mentioned fellow shouted with arrogance "get lost i[censored] don't have card or change" n threw away my things. He had change in the drawer but still didn't revert the change. He made me n my family wait for more than 45mins. We kept waiting along with our 2young children n aged mother. Later i went n asked for change, he opened drawer n gave it.

I bought two garments from reliance trent's at hosur mookandapalli branch.. Ur shop take cost of carry bag.. But as per rule carry bag was free.. Please take action for this.. And refund my money.. I argued the seller but she don't know rules and take amount of carry bag. All customers give money to plain carry bag. If you don't take action means i surely file consumer complaint

I went to reliance trends on 14DEC 2019 and bought goods worth Rs 2K at the time of billing cashier said that if you purchase Rs.3k and paying through PAYTM then you will get 500 cashback after 1st Jan 2020, So that only I again collects goods worth of Rs.1200 and my total billing was Rs.3200 & I paid through PAYTM only as per such cashback offer. I asked 2 times to the cashier that is it confirm that cashback will come Rs.500 then he confirmed me don’t worry just wait till Jan 1st week it will definitely come. I waited till 12th JAN 2020 then I went to the store and asked to the customer service executive and cashier also regarding the same problem. But unfortunately such cashier deny that I didn’t said like that then I said that please check you CCTV record for 14 DEC 2019 then everything will be clear that what you had explained to me on that day. Such immature cashier suddenly reacts and saying that tell me what you had eat on your home on 14 Dec 2019. Lastly the store manager came and said that we couldn’t do anything on this issue. A total weirdo.

On November 27 I have purchased dresses n payed through Google pay . But transaction was cancelled. Because of server problem. And still money is not refunded. Even it's creating problem to shop through Google pay in reliance trends shop .It's one and half month is over still money is not refunded. And nobody is responding to refund money,
Frm trends or from bank .

Last year in october i visited reliance trends three times. There was a offer going on hdfc card for 10% cashback and till now i haven't received a single cashback. I asked the staff also about it and they said that it will take around 2-3 months but still no cashback.

Do you wish to give the cashback or it was just for attracting customers.

I visited on 7th, 26th and 28th october 2019.

I visited reliance trends tirupattur tamil nadu branch on 13th jan 2020. Out of the four counters only one counter was manned by the staff. When my turn came the staff started billing for some other customer who was not in the line. I still waited but again he started entertaining other female customer who just came to exchange and started billing. I left the counter annoyed. Please teach your staff to deal with the customers.

I am a very regular customer of trend and might have had a purchase of about 20000/- recently in last 2 -3 month. I was committed that my return amount would be utilized during the sale period and so i must not exchange now and must pay by cash, however when i visited today the supervisor refused of making such commitment. Even two days back the staff told they have received new communication and i told manager that your staff was telling they have received new communication and thus they cant adhere to old commitment they gave on this when i took the manager to the person sangeet he also refused. The store manager mr. Ankush tyagi attitude at reliance trend dwarka sector 13 is questionable and he also said that i am not speaking to him in proper language, what wrong thing i have told him can somebody tell me??? Also how can he repetitively mean that aisa hamne nahi bola, are you guys saying customer is dumb and lying??? I need my all return purchases cash to be given back and an apology from both mr. Ankush and sangeet for wrong commitments and making it that we lied.

Today I went to reliance trends the security guard miss behaved and using bad words and scolded me... Without my mistake..so please take very serious action on the security punish him.. his name is Prakash..he is very reckless.. so please don't encourage this type of person.. otherwise I will complaint on him to the police station...old gajuwaka trends, visakhapatnam...

My mom has brought two tops for me but unfortunately they were loose to me i want to exchange those tops but they said that exchange was not accepted please suggest them to accept my exchange request it's to urgent... I will go the store near to my location please say them to exchange tops it's of worth 3000rs may be at the time of 4:30 along with my invoice note make sure that you will exchange my products by tomorrow

Yesterday i bought some apparels @ your Reliance trends showroom in Forum Neighbourhood Mall Whitefield. Before selecting a product i checked with store team is there a exchange for product since its a gift which am buying for my Daughter, we found the size is very small i checked with store team they denied to give exchange because it was brought on Employee sale, Before me Selecting the product i have asked the Employee even they said yes we can exchange, now its other way round, I Approached the store manager but he Refused, i have left the product at the same store because no point taking the product... its really worst experience...
