Yesterday i bought some apparels @ your Reliance trends showroom in Forum Neighbourhood Mall Whitefield. Before selecting a product i checked with store team is there a exchange for product since its a gift which am buying for my Daughter, we found the size is very small i checked with store team they denied to give exchange because it was brought on Employee sale, Before me Selecting the product i have asked the Employee even they said yes we can exchange, now its other way round, I Approached the store manager but he Refused, i have left the product at the same store because no point taking the product... its really worst experience...

Behaviour of staff with the customers is not at all good very arrogant and not at all responsible to the customers. Billing counter staff is too hectic and doesn’t respect the customers. No seating arrangement in the trail room. Managers are very rude to the customers. No proper arrangement of clothes. No varities available. What the hell with the store i knew it is big store but not at all responsible to the customers.

This is such a waste showroom all aavasa brands are of cheap quality and high fares.. Aavasa brand women ware gets holes with in a short period of time.. Waste of money... I shopped around 5k in this mall but all the dresses of aavasa brands got holes with in 4-5 washes and colour is also fadding very soon. Waste of time and money... Very very very dissatisfied

This is about the double payment complaint. I made a purchase of 4296 rupees on 3rd of December 2019. I first make the payment through the google pay which was get in pending status and the staff there insist me on doing the cash payment after that. However that pending payment got cleared and was deducted from my account. Regarding that only I call at the store regarding the refund of the double payment. First they told me they didn't even received the payment and ask me to go bank. After a week when i got it confirmed that the payment has been completed from the bank side as well the staff at the store ask me to wait and keep me hanging on that for almost 3 weeks and keep saying that we will get in contact with you however I never received any call from them.

After that on 24th of December when i almost lose my patience I took the complaint to the twitter handle of the Reliance Trends and then someone ask me for the details for contact and tell me that they will resolve it asap. But even after the almost one month is over they are doing nothing regarding my problem. After that call I didn't heard from those people.

I provide them all the prove still they ask me to hang on we will contact you soon which actually means never.

These people only care for there customer when they were buying something from the store.

I am sure I am never going to buy anything from reliance trends from now on and also will not recommend anyone to buy anything from them. worst service worst support ever.

I have purchased cloth cost of rs.2103/[protected]@reliance trend. Tiruvallur branch on 22.12.2019. Amount of rs.2103/swiped by atm debit card. But message shown as reversal sale. But message received to my mobile number amount of the above rupees debited from my account. Then gain my atm card swiped and
Amount of rs.2103/- paid from my
Debit. But amount of rs2103/_not credited in to my account till 31.12.2019.

We had purchased dresses at reliance trends gulbarga on[protected]. I am having message of debited transaction which was made while shopping. The message as following
'thank you for using kagb debit card ending x3878 for rs.2100.02 at reliance gulbarga ka in on[protected]:12:28 avail. Bal: rs.30863.85 - kagb if you have not done the transaction, block the card by sending sms : hotlist last 4 digit of card no. To [protected]'. We had went to exchange the same dresses today that is on[protected] but they have not allowed for exchange. So help us accordingly.

Kal ham aapke showroom mein kuch shopping karne gaye the aur hamare sbi rewardz points redeem karne se mana kar diya aur misbehave bhi kiya
Reliance jaisi company ki aisi service ham expect nahin karte

I have purchased two kurtas from trends in omr marina mall, chennai. Alternation needs to be done since the time was around 8 they told it can't be done today and you can do it in any of the stores provided the bill..
Then i went to trends in neelamgarai for alterations. They replied it can't be done here since we are outsourcing so pls go to another store.
Today i went to the trends in rto, thiruvanmaiyur.
They replied height of the kurta can't be done.. They told have told me in the first shop only. Why the hell are you making me to go to these many stores..

So i exchanged the kurta.. For billing nearly it took 15 mins.. I have never experienced like this in any of your stores..

I had bought a top (Brand:ashima) from reliance trends, (Thrissur west fort outlet). After the first wash, it shrunk in size, making it unfit to wear. I approached the trends personnel and addressed the issue but they did not initiate a replacement or return of the defective product. This is ridiculous. I have been a loyal customer of trends. I haven't had an issue with your products before. I am utterly disappointed by seeing the way you treat your customers. You have lost a loyal customer by your pathetic service.

Bought a lee cooper t shirt from trends (Mall of travancore trivandrum). Color of t shirt washed out in the first wash and t shirt become faded... I dont that i can give complaints on it as its trends bills are like atm receipt quality paper and poor ink which may get faded after one day...
I need to get it resolve this issue as soon as possible

I had purchased kids wear from relience trends, palakkad, kerala store on 22/12/2019. Issues i felt from my experience on the purchase.

1. The security or welcome staff doesn't have any response while entering to the premise.

2. No persons for attending customers while choosing a product - customer wandering through the whole floor to choose products. Only one or two staffs there for the entire floor

3. Varieties are not many. Same product was displayed in more quantity. Similar stores have different varieties of products. Here one size is available 10-15 numbers but the variety is only 2-3

4. Billing staff was not properly trained and not pleasant. Staff was not a pleasant face of attitude.

5. Proper indications are not there about the products with offers and products without any offer

6. Even a carry bag is not provided for purchase it is charged separately. Even in small shops they are providing eco friendly paper bags for purchases. Since such a big firm not providing a carry bag for purchases is a shame

7. Items in the women section is full of north indian pattern. Local products are not in the selection

8. Overall i am not satisfied with the purchase. Similar type of firms are far better in handling a customer while purchasing a product

I would like to brief the bitter experience i had at your manipal store today. After billing i tendered my debut card. I received the message from my bank about the debit. However the billing person told me to again swipe the card since they have not received credit advise
I requested them to cancel the purchase but your staff told bluntly to my surprise it is not possible at all.

I fail to understand the logic for not being able to cancel the bill.

I was forced to pay by cash. At this point also your staff did not accept notes i tended which i withdrew from atm saying they are mutilated notes.
Finally i had to tender other notes
When your staff offered coupons i just refused them, having received poor service.
I expect you will look into the matter
Please note to refund the amount debited to my account once you sight the credit

I had a really bad experience today. The store wasted a lot of my time and effort.

Peter england which had an offer according to which rs 750/- was to be reduced on any purchase of above rs 2999/-. I chose 2 shirts for rs1999/- (Total: rs 3998/-). When i had gone for billing reliance trends denied me the offer.

They had a sign validating the offer which was then denied to me. They soon removed the sign when i went to take a picture of the same sign. Later i found out numerous other customers had a similar experience.

This is false marketing and very poor customer service from reliance trends this is not what we expect from such a popular brand. Today you lost a loyal customer.

Me and my wife went to reliance trends kopargaon maharastra, my wife lost her gold bracelet over there, the all staff of kopargaon reliance store were helped us they are very polite and supportive specially mr. Sunil they helped us to provide cctv footage which was very helpful for me to find the bracelet.

I have purchased from reliance trends keston road branch worth rupees 1097 however the sales person wrongly entered an amount 1907 from my debit card and my money was deducted. He then did a void sale and informed me that the amount will be credited. Again i have paid the actual amount using the same card. Till now the amount 1907 was not credited back.

Me and my friend went to minaxi mall, bannerghata trends last evening on the 13th of december. While we were going though the garments, i noticed that 3 of the male staff members were "leering and staring" at my friends legs and short dress. The looks in their eyes were very very unpleasant and dirty. They were even smiling and talking to themselves.

Should i take this further as a "sexual abuse case" or should i expect an apology and a quick response to remove these men from the store? I can identify them and i have also noted their names.

If i don't see a quick action, i will take it further. Considering the country is struggling to provide basic protection for woman, big giants and companies like reliance are harbouring such ### mentality people, how do you expect your brand and your company to flourish in such a state if you don't give this basic training to your staff?

I have entered to reliance trends - vishal de mall madurai around 9:20pm to shop apparels for my wife birthday which is next day (14-dec). We have selected around 4-5 apparels and pending to trail before billing. Your billing person told us to make it quick since billing closes at 9:30pm. We also urging to trail these items which we have sortlisted.
At that time, sales persons and billing persons were indirectly forcing us to get out of the shop from their behaviors.
We deeply depressed and came out of the shop without getting anything for my wife birthday.

I have purchased jacket few days ago but when i went to wash it i saw there was damaged inside which was stitching by shewing machine very locally inside from one hand so please find the images below and replace the material this is such very cheaper thing which i saw after purchasing from the brand,

Because i did not expect these type of thing by well known brand which is called trends

Today at 9.10 pm when i just reached ur store they saw me and just said to me that store is closed and even some customers are inside your shopping complex. Day before yesterday i was shopping there near about 2000 and before also shopping near about 4000. Yesterday shopping coupon will be expired today. The counters at the trends outlet sanjay place agra is simply just not enough everytime i am here with my family i cant decide what is more difficult to choose what to buy or to actually buy the stuff... Spent much more time at the counter than while shopping... At this rate i would never prefer to buy at trends again... I cannot keep wasting my time like this everytime i come
