I left my Reynault duster for service. The vehicle did not any other complaint other than a dead battery. So I thought I f changing battery as well as servicing my car. I left the car at mount road service, Chennai. After half an hour I get a call from so called service advisor and he gives me a bill of whopping 58k. I asked him why. I have purchased a new Renault Triber RXL AMT model in October 2020. Just after 6-7 months, the battery became defective. I have called Renault road assistant and service centre many times but no use. They are not able to resolve this, whenever they fix this, the problem occurs again after 1 month. Whenever I try to start my Car, the indicator says it has a battery down the issue. Please help...

Car was purchase on April 2018, at approx. Km 9000 In Jan 2020 when I left car idle due to my vacation I found that steering was jam...after 3 visits in next 2 months to service station Narol, Ahmedabad... finally they accepted that steering tightness problem was there and replaced steering rack since it was under warranty.
Now (27 Dec 2021) in similar fashion I left vehicle idle for 7 days and found that steering get tight...next...

I was once proud of my Duster 2013 model RXZ DIESEL 110PS, but now it's not upto my expectation and I feel terrible about it. My car has run just for 60k kms and the clutch pedal has become so hard that it's nearly impossible to drive the vehicle even on highways.

On 6th-Jan-2020 I had bought a Renault Triber RXZ from Autogenuine Project sales and service Pvt Ltd, Patna (Bihar) and only after few months on 16th-Aug-2020 around 2 PM when I was going to Patna for medical emergency I stopped my car on roadside in Madhepura (Bihar) for some work and after that I was not able to start the car, I tried many times but the car was not starting. I have had a horrendous experience since the day I have unfortunately booked a vehicle with Renault. I dread and curse my decision to even consider Renault over a certainly more prominent and established player.You are the nth person with whom I am interacting now without any resolution yet.

I bought Renault Duster in 2013 . From the starting only it's clutch is hard . I complained also in some services but they generally told me that duster has normally hard clutch then other cars . It's been almost 80k kilometers driven till now . I am 31 year old and after driving somuch of this car now started facing problem in my left knee . If this car can cause you this much of suffer in just 80k kilometers, think what would happen if...

Hello,
Renault Duster (AP09CQ3369)has meet with a fire accident on 27th January, 2021 in Hyderabad near to Gandhi Hospital. The incident has been reported to the fire station, PPS Renault Service Center- Amberpet and National Insurance Company on the same date and submitted the vehicle to the services center on the same day.
We have submitted all the required documents to the insurer, we have not yet received technical reason...

I own Renault Duster purchased in 2016. In just 34K kms, I get electronic/electrical red warning light and it suggests issue with fuel injector. While looking for the steering stiffness issues of Renault duster over the net, I realized lot more Duster owners are facing the same. On 08th july 2017 the front windshield of my kwid was changed since it was damaged due to a tree branch fall on the garage and it also hit the windshield.

On nov 2019 the same vehicle was sent for repairing since there was water leakage through adjacent area of front windshield and body (Joint area of windshield where paste are applied to attach). What i understood that the glass was not attached properly when it was changed....

Hi there,

Recently i lost my centre locking key of kwid, i used manual key to unlock the door but when i tried to lock the door with manual key, it locks only the driver gate, rest 3 gates remains unlocked.

This is a biggest loophole in security feature of this company that doors are not locked by manual key.

I purchased duster amt rxz diesel from crystal automobile, ghaziabad on[protected].
Before purchase the sales person assured me that this vechile is euro 4.
Further on the tax invoice it is clearly mentioned that this vechile is euro 4 compliant, so i am assured that i purchased correct vechile.

I bought scala nojk2bc4462 in 2013 from jammu. The car has given me consistent problem with regard to brakes in terms of brake noise (As it is prevalent in trucks when they brake) from front tyres and inefficient brakes. The same was addressed no of times over the years but it surfaces again.
Secondly since last one year there has been a problem with the ac. It stops functioning over long distance and then cooling almost diminishes....
