    My car was with your lokhanwala branch. Today, they delivered with the additional issue like big scratchesonthebumper you change during this visit. When i asked your driver, he said they were small line was there, and he tried rubbing this and the paint is removed, iam surprised that the paint will remove in one day after the work is done, can you please look into it and resolve this issue you may be thinking that why I have sent my car again at service centre
    you know you highly skilled staffs, last time they fitted the camera in opposite direction because of which I met with small accident while taking reverse, tell me who is responsible for this i will be keeping all these records and will knock on the door of your grievance team for further action

    lot of issues faced with renault
    Fast tag was removed because of which I have to pay penalty at toll
    Camera installed in opposite direction, due to which accident happened and was alive threat
    Water taken cap misplaced
    Every time new scratches, etc

      I bought Renault Kwid automatic in 2018.And since 2019 I have been experiencing problem in auto gear shift. Whenever I used to take to service center they used to say it's a system error so we updated the software.It used to be okay for couple of days and the problem come up again.They continued this until 2023 and now my vehicle has come to complete stop.Now they are asking to replace the CLUTCH MOTOR which costs Rs.24, 000/-, as now the car is out of warranty period.When I did a search most same model kaid has faced this same problem.The gear shifting problem which I complained to them in 2019/20/21 when car was under warranty was clearly the case of faulty CLUTCH MOTOR, which then they could have replaced for free. Now I can't spent Rs.24, 000/- which caused because of Renaults fault.

        I have renault kwid, my rear window power switch stopped working, when contacted with showroom service centre and costumer care, all replied that company has only set of 2 for ₹7000. The thing is I only need one that why should I buy a set of 2?? They’re violating act of right to choose. Please take appropriate action as soon as possible.

            We got this kwid climber 2023 model and its been only 3 months of buying this car, rain water is coming throught bonet and car is filled with water and when we sent it to company they didnt gave the car with proper service and mating is badly swollen and and the car is already manufacturing defective they didnt even gave the proper car and it's been 4-5 days and im mentally disturbed because of this car and company is not even giving proper responce

              I bought Renault Kiger RXT in January and in just 3 months car is having so much engine issue noises and brake sound nd gear changing issue. Mileage is also very less and not upto what company is claiming. They said I will get 14-15 in city and i am getting 7-8 in city horrible car so many issues and i just wasted my money on this. renault is not even giving solution to problems and no good service also. I will definitely go to consumer court for this!!!

                Pathetic place to go to. Mgr is not interested in fixing the problem but finding an excuse for the delay. I informed the problem while booking an appointment 2 days ago, reminder 1 day prior to appointment & stated the issue multiple times while getting the job card prepared to all possible service advisor still they didn’t pay attention. Wasted whole day for the work which could easily be completed in 2-3 hours maximum. On top it instead of realising the mistake Mgr insisted me to take car perfume as the gift. Even after all the delays the bill preparation & gate pass again was delayed to the extent that I lost my patience, ended up taking the car out w/o waiting for my bill copy instead teared the original bill itself. No value for time of the customer, sweet talks or so called GIFTs 🎁 won’t help if the quality of the service can’t be fixed. Never ever going to recommend this place to anyone. It seems all the prior reviews are FAKE based on real time EXPERIENCE.

                  I have a Renault Duster model 2016 which is not under warranty. Yesterday two warning lights came on together and remained on. These were the red colour sine wave and the orange colour ESC.

                  These two warning lights had come on earlier also and both the times a fuel injector had to be changed. Each fuel injector change costs around Rs 27000 to 30000. That time also I had raised the issue of poor design or a fauly component as the life of a fuel injector is around 100000 kms.

                  There is something wrong with the design or the product I.e. the fuel injector as when I went online I found a large number of owners with the same complaint.

                  There is a need to collate the number of Dusters that have encountered this defect in India and hold the company responsible. How can someone pay Rs 30000 every two years for a change if fuel injector. Please assist.

                      Our Renault KWID stopped with error code in dashboard and wasn't starting. Got towed by on road assistance team and was taken to the nearest service center in Thanjavur on April 22nd 2023.
                      We were told that vehicle will be ready within a week, but no proper updates and we are having to call each time and they keep saying today/tomorrow without any proper reason given.
                      Please get the issue resolved on priority to avoid spoiling your reputation.

                        Own a Renault Triber RXZ Manual Transmission, purchased in March 2020. as of today done about 24 K Kms. I am prompt in servicing my vehicle. For the past 3 months I have been facing jerking issues in my vehicle if the fuel level in the tank is less than or equal to 2 points. In the jerking phase, the vehicle fails to respond to gear change / accelerator push and vehicle moves few inches with jerky movements. Recently on a long distance trip, vehicle stopped in the highways and had a near hit experience since the vehicle started jerking and fuel level was 3 points (Including Red). Showed the vehicle to Renault Hosur Service Centre. Mr. Shreeni concluded that malfunction of fuel motor pump precipitated the issue. Managed the situation by filling the tank fully and after reaching chennai fixed an appointment with OMR Chennai Khivraj Renault Service Center. They were unable to identify the jerking issue. I kindly request Renault India to arrange for an Service Expert to sort out the issue. thanks.

                          I bought used car 2017 model which crossed more then 55000 milege in last October and after that i run hardly for[protected] kms and i kept the car in parking for 2 weeks due to my travel was out of city and when I returned i found car is not starting and i had to towed it to Renault service station and then they told issue with clutch motor and asking for 21000 inr, kindly let me know how the clutch motor get issue when the car was parked it was ok and after 2 weeks it got issue ? And do you think any client would be able to afford this type of expenses and what would be there impression on renualt car now ?                               Flywheel Clutch plate shudder issue in Duster AMT

                              Hello Sir/Madam,

                              I have a Duster AMT 2017 model,

                              The vehicle started having Vibration in clutch plate and flywheel at around 32000km after around 3+ years of purchase. I was offered a free replacement of clutch plate and flywheel under extended warranty scheme for free of cost by PPS Motors Wagholi, Pune.

                              Now in 2023 my vehicle has done around 65000 km and the same problem has reoccurred. PPS...

                              Dear Renault team,

                              Having shifted from the trustworthy Maruti Suzuki brand to the Renault brand, I have bought a Kiger car (top model manual) in March 2021.
                              During the initial months, the vehicle was amazing and the Air Conditioned was perfect even in hot summers in Delhi .
                              I sent my vehicle for first service to Renault Okhla service center No B25, Phase 1, Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi, Delhi 110020, when it reached back to my place I tried a test run next day and saw the Airconditioned was completely not working, then I called the service center and sent vehicle back, well it retuned and somehow the AC was working but was not effective, reason I got was somehow the cooling gas was leaked.
                              After that I continuously faced the cooling problems, the problem is that when I switch on the AC and drive after few moments (especially when I brake or slowdown) the AC is cut off and this happens continuously on every drive and the whole AC does not cools.
                              During my second service I went myself to same service center and asked to check and they assured there is no issue, but after few days of second service the problem was still there and it is not possible to drive in hot summers especially in Delhi, I have merely drove the vehicle for ~6K km and now the third service is due, I am really worried to plan for any long drive and it is very disappointing now and my trust on Renault as a brand is seriously affected.
                              Please support or I have to take a next step towards consumer court.
