Dear Renault team,
Having shifted from the trustworthy Maruti Suzuki brand to the Renault brand, I have bought a Kiger car (top model manual) in March 2021.
During the initial months, the vehicle was amazing and the Air Conditioned was perfect even in hot summers in Delhi .
I sent my vehicle for first service to Renault Okhla service center No B25, Phase 1, Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi, Delhi 110020, when it reached back to my place I tried a test run next day and saw the Airconditioned was completely not working, then I called the service center and sent vehicle back, well it retuned and somehow the AC was working but was not effective, reason I got was somehow the cooling gas was leaked.
After that I continuously faced the cooling problems, the problem is that when I switch on the AC and drive after few moments (especially when I brake or slowdown) the AC is cut off and this happens continuously on every drive and the whole AC does not cools.
During my second service I went myself to same service center and asked to check and they assured there is no issue, but after few days of second service the problem was still there and it is not possible to drive in hot summers especially in Delhi, I have merely drove the vehicle for ~6K km and now the third service is due, I am really worried to plan for any long drive and it is very disappointing now and my trust on Renault as a brand is seriously affected.
Please support or I have to take a next step towards consumer court.
