    I got my vehicle(Renault triber RXT MT) (MH01EF3389)delivered on 26th Feb 2023. We took it out for 600km stretch, it broke down at 861km, just after 7 days of purchase. Apparently, the problems seems to be with faulty fuel pump.

    Very dissatisfied with this ### up purchase. I hope these sort of problems won't repeat. if they do, all he'll will break loose.

    Every social media platform will have negative reviews posted through the influencers. I'll ensure that other CUSTOMER don't face the problems I had to go through.

      We have send our new Renault kwid amt to Vasai Renault car service station on 5th September 2022 for minor damage.but till date vehicle not received nor getting response from Renault customer service.

      After repeated reminders also Renault team not responding it's a really shameful to Renault team.

        I own a Renault Duster AMT 110 PS 2016 model. At the start of this month I faced issue while driving the car, several times it got shut off and somehow I managed to reach Renault Service centre - Chennai OMR.

        The service person analysed the issue for 3 days (Feb 4 - Feb 8) and found that there is an issue with the high pressure diesel pump. Then I asked them to get a quote for calibrating the old one and again it took another 3 days of time and they said that the issue is with the fuel sensor and they quoted around 40k from the Authorised dealer-TVS and the new one costs 61k so I decided to go with the new pump so that I can drive for another 4-5 years without issues.

        The actual thing starts from here, initial one week starting from Feb 10th they checked with the other dealers and also with the @renaultindia but they were unable to arrange it. On Feb 16th they got a reply from Renault stating that they would require another 21 days to arrange the Diesel pump as it is not available in India.

        Being a reliable company and almost 3+Lakhs of duster are running in India and @renaultindia is not having one diesel pump in stock and asking customer to hold for another 21 days.This is not at all acceptable as the customer need to wait for more than a month to fix a diesel pump issue.This is totally unfair and We are just losing the trust on @renaultindia.Do you think customer can wait for more than one month to get this issue fixed and also you should know how terrible it will be being without a car for a month.

        Just wanted to highlight the previous issues.
        I have been using Duster since Aug 2016 and I have faced many quality issues and performance issues. I have replaced the below parts in this period of 6 years.
        1.AC unit
        2.AC Compressor
        3.Right side headlight set
        4.Fly wheel along with clutch plate (For shuttering issue)
        5.Steering wheel for faulty switch issue.

        Really I lost trust in Renault. I would not definitely recommend @renaultindia to anyone.Not only the features of the car matters but also service/part supply is very important while buying a car.

          I own the same Duster AMT model 2019 and facing juddering problem as Ropak Shah and ditto word to word complaint and experience from P.S. Motors-Pune. Previously owned Duster manual transmission but have wowed never to by Renault vehicles or recommend anyone after their irresponsible response.

              I have purchased my can on Dec 30 2022.
              Within one month facing lot of problems in my car, one mazor problem is its ABS functionality not working, when ever i apply break ots producing some noice in front right wheel.

              Hope this will be resolved soon.

              I was not expecting these kind of experiance and issues feom a brand new car.

                My car Renault kwid Amt suddenly stop on road on 24th January then I called to nearest service center. Renault service center at sector 61 approaches me and then they tow my car to their service center and after inspection and little operation they said my car is ok and released me. But on 27th my car again got same problem and then I visited their service center and they are saying that my car clutch motor is damaged. And asking me to change it of worth Rs. 21000. Since my car is only 5years old. Then I have paid Rs. 22000 for this too much costly part. even my car was got serviced at same service center 2 months ago then they have not told me anything about this. They are just cheating with innocent customers by misguiding them

                Clutch motor is changed now, but they have charged Rs. 22000 for the same which is too much costly. Renault is not providing good services instead of other cost we need to bear this clutch motor replacement cost Rs. 21000 also. Not happy with Renault services

                  As I was looking for Fog lamp housing (fog lamp cover) for my Renault Cimber Car,
                  They said it is not available and you need to purchase front bumper itself for 8k-9k.
                  This is totally unfair with my need. I just wanted a fog lamp housing which usually cost around 800/- and for that I can't afford to purchase a whole bumper.

                      My father had previously made a booking for a car RENAULT TRIBER RXL (Details attached) and now following up for refunding back the amount on account of cancellation of the booking, which had been booked for gifting the car to my sister on her marriage.( Marriage date -09-FEB-2023).

                      We had cancelled the booking as Inlaws of my sister had refused to accept the Car on account of marriage.

                      Since the amount involved is huge and had to deposit the amount back to sister's account before marriage. Kindly expedite and refund the full amount immediately.

                      The dealer is refusing to pay the full amount and deducting 10, 000/- . Kindly let us know on what basis you are charging Rs 10, 000/- . We request you to refund the full amount as soon as possible, else I have to take up the matter to consumer forum/ legally.

                      You can calculate the interest involved on Rs. 4 lakhs and lying in your account and earning interest.

                          Renault bharuch has not towing crane facility for Renault customer.

                          My kwid car GJ05 JP 5989 not started since last Sunday and i informed at company service centre bharuch Gujarat but Renault service centre staff told me you towing your car from your home to Renault service. Why service centre has not provided towing crane facility for Renault customer?
                          Second thing two time mechanical staff checked but they didn't get problem.

                            We had given Renault Duster PB02DS 5899 for repair to Renault Service station, Aurangabad, Maharashtra on 7th December, 2022 but not received yet. According to service station officials car has been repaired since last 12-14 days but due to some issue with insurance claim we are not getting any firm reply about the issue/ when will we receive our car back.

                              Dear Sir
                              Myself Ram Prakash Upadhyay owner of Renualt Triber -RXL -Voncile Number-TN-24-AU-1931 -Date of Purchase -July-2022 -registered at Krishnagiri RTO.

                              My Car has issues with starting problems, already stated to Gudvanchery Service centre on dated 05-Dec-2022 .On 7 Dec-2022, my car serviced and delivered to home afternoon and charged approx. 6600 for service .

                              On next day -when start to drive my car, same issues again happen and car has starting problem, when i informed to service centre with proof of video, they denied to accept and telling that car has fully serviced, there is no complaint. I had shared video to them but after following approx. 24 Days approx. -issues yet not resolved .

                              Two times road assistance visited to my house and told to me -car not serviced properly. Please contact service centre.

                              I am enclosing all video and bill copy as proof.

                              Please requested to either change my vehicle or give proper solution. With current condition of my car, not able to drive on road .

                                  Hi I am having 2019 renault duster driven only 33000 but I have a issue in power steering where my steering is very hard and I cannot use in the traffic and also I cannot change the lane in traffic it is like I am driving non power steering vehicles it always feel like driving a truck with full load.

                                    My Kwid RXT Automatic 2018 May is facing starting problem. Yesterday 27.Nov.2022 it failed to start on a busy road. Previously it stopped in a highway a year back and due to unavailability of a Renault Service Center, nearest credible workshop had to repair it. Currently it is standing idle in my Home Garage. I must bring this to your notice to get actioned.
                                    I have heard form the other owners and also mechanics this is a frequent problem in this car. You'd do know more details likely.
                                    My car is lightly used intended for small trips only. It is driven only 12000 KMs in 4 years and timely services - so I expect it not to breakdown frequently.
                                    Can you rectify this and provide expert advice?

                                      Issue with my Renault Captur pulling to the left side

                                      I purchased a Renault Captur in Aug' 2018. Right from day one the car has been pulling to the left. It becomes immensely tiring at times on a long drive holding the steering in the opposite direction. I have reported this issue multiple time to the service center at Renault Hosur (Prabha Cars PVT LTD), they have tried all possible options to fix the issue but the issue did not get resolved. As on date the problem still persists in my vehicle...

                                      The complaints team at renault India don't take customer queries seriously. They think this customer has free time always. They dont want to accept that their vehicle is faulty. I had to choose this platform this time.
                                      I purchased kwid climber mt in June 2019. In 1 months time it started giving multiple issues. They had to change lower arms. Then in 3 months on just 3k kms they had to change clutch, then they changed brakes and then again they had to change shocks and in few months they had to work on AC issues. They kept the vehicle under observation but after few days it was same issue again. Noise in the clutch, noise in shocks and under body. They again had to change rear shocks and there was noise in the interiors also. I wasted whole my wknds and holidays each time at service centers to which I never got compensated. They always replaced the parts and said anything happens they are there. But if the vehicle is new why we have to replace clutch, brakes, shocks, lower arms, ac issues, wiper mechanism in just few months time after purchase? If this was the case I would have bought second hand vehicle. I have got all records to how many time I visited the service center for several issues in the vehicle. The latest issue was. I gave my vehicle for bumper replacement as there was minor accident. Vehicle was in the service center for atleast 1wk. When i took the vehicle from service centre i realised that my Ptrol worth 1500 was stollen and cabin light was missing. I was like i gave the vehicle for bumper replacement and you guys were working in cabin? To which they only paid for petrol. Still in shock that this can happen in authosrised service centre that too with me to which i nermver asked for any compensation to these people ( I had never mentioned about this thing thinking about dealer and company repo but the way they treated me this time i had to mention this). And yes when it was delivered in 2 to 3 days time there was new noise issue from clutch and brakes which was very loud this time. To my frustration I complained to renault customer care. Which took 1 wk to get the vehicle to dealership for check up. Complaint management team didn't keep proper follow up amd didn't call as per promised call back. I have all the call recordings. Somehow we managed to get in touch with head of the region called Kunal. I said it's high time now and I need proper resolution. I cannot afford to waste more time and wknds at service centers. He said this time they will send head technician to check the vehicle. I also asked for proof if vehicle is new or not. To which i just got 1 receipt from dealer. Which doesnot prove that. Also had asked why there was gap between vehicle delivery and manufactuing. To which they said 3 to 4 months is not an issue. So after discussion with Kunal they took the vehicle again (THIS SHOULD BE ATLEAST 20TH VISIT TO SERVICE CENTRE) Almost after 1 wk they said there is issues with clutch and some wheel and they have to replace. What is more frustrating is they asked for 50% amount from me this time. I was like this issue and noise was not there first of all when I gave for bumper replacement (are there not any chanches that you guys changed those parts and then shiwed that needs replacement if you guys can steal petrol and cabin light you can do this things also) and instead of you compensating me for all the stress and time wasted in last 3yrs you all are asking 50% from me? What about when I mentioned about this issues in the first place when vehicle was new. What about the wknds and time wasted at your service center which I was supposed to be spending with my family? What about mental stress caused? Each time you take the vehicle to replace the parts and you send it back. If the quality of your parts is so weak then you should work on it rather than asking customers for payment. Moreover Kunal their head wanted to teach me how to drive vehicle. I have been driving the vehicle since last 10 years. Work on your vehicle parts and do some r&d on it rather then teaching the customer how to drive the vehicle. I am still waiting for the answers to my questions
                                      IF VEHICLE SOLD WAS NEW WHY WE HAD TO REPLACE ALL THE PARTS SINCE PURCHASED.
                                      WHY I WAS ASKED TO PAY.
                                      WHAT ABOUT THE COMPENSATION TO STRESS CAUSED TO ME AND MY FAMILY WITH KIDS
                                      ALSO COMPLAINTS TEAM HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME AGAIN TO CHECK ON THE RESOLUTION OR WHAT HAPPENED TO THE LAST VISIT TO SERVICE CENTRE
                                      This clearly shows they dont want to accept their fault
                                      I have all records and call recordings and receipts for visit
                                      Still there is issues in gear shifting and bumper is not replaced properly wherein there is Gap in headlight and this is going to be another visit for me and they will be asking for money for the fault of company.
                                      RENAULT GO GET SOMEONE TO LOOK INTO THIS

                                      I forwarded my contact on email last night. Received a call from customer service team and I said check the email and ask complaints team to call. The agent wanted to know the reason so while giving the details he disconnected the call...this is what your after sales customer service team if you want I can send the call recording
                                      Still waiting for call from complaints team to know what decision have been taken to give resolution. Again will be visiting service center to replace rear shock which was replaced just 2wks ago and started leakage issues. This is just one of the repeated issues. You guys think I just keep on complaining. If I didn't have to visit your service center for 20 times to work on your new vehicle I wouldn't have complained. If same issues are repeated and you have to replace parts on new vehicle the there is something wrong with the vehicle and I need a proper final resolution as on how and what we are going to do to stop this. Attached is just the image for your reference in case you think I just keep complaining for no reason. I don't think new vehicle needs replacing parts every now and then..If I don't get proper resolution I can find different way for you to look into this by running few campaigns now.
