Dear,
Highlighted concern is been addressed but not rectified.

1) now problem which i am facing is like once or twice in a day and it can happen anytime /anywhere, mostly in bumper to bumper traffic. Now when i visit renault faridabad dealership they drove the car for 2 kms, but they didn't find any issue, but i am still facing the issue.

Now got to know from many other reviews that duster also faces...

This is in regards to the vehicle plate no: KL 14 T 6766, the complaint as described below,
The vehicle had brought by me in month of dec on 2016, now been 18 month past with mileage of 22000km, I had faced several complaint amongst major was engine stoppage while running.
Honestly it is a narrow escape several times from the happening of any fatal incident due to this and Renault has to taken care to solve this...

I had purchased renault kwid in oct'16.in the first monsoon itself, in aug 2017 i was shocked to see buckets of water inside my car. I faced the same problem twice in 2017 and i took it to service center. I brought new duster in the name of my wife rajeswari r from trident renault whitefield 5 days old..

The same had issues confirmed with two of my friends who already have duster 85 ps rxz.
1. Tight steering
2. Too much vibration in idling and 1st gear and reverse in steering wheel
3. Wheel imbalance
4. Pumpy ride

Yesterday i inquired about renault kwid car in some show rooms in mumbai. They all quoted me with handling charges. I asked them about the same, so they told me that renault has authorized them to charge such charges from customer. When i mailed the same to renault customer care ([protected]@renault.com), i received a call from them (+[protected] & they openly said that renault authorizes their dealers to charge handling charges...

My kwid car dl 1cr 9860 champer has broken from wood pice. That was very horrible thing for me in my life even company getting rs 4.17lacs for top model in delhi. Now i consumer will have to pay money from pocket. This car never be used in night. Fraud things with customers. Nobody check such thing during purchase this car.

I purchased kwid 1. O in nov 4th 2016.

During running it gives high engine temperature alarm. So stop the car and checked found its sump damaged so oil completely drained. So i called renault help line shift thecar to show room. Now show room person telling engine jam and need to replace whole engine.

Had given the car for servicing at jogeshwari highway renault centre mumbai . Found audio not working and dashboard damaged. Had given a complain the next day itself after noticing it, call the car again to resolve the same, but returned back saying it was already damaged at the time of giving for servicing.
The car was checked and was in good conditon at the time of giving for service
