The complaints team at renault India don't take customer queries seriously. They think this customer has free time always. They dont want to accept that their vehicle is faulty. I had to choose this platform this time.
I purchased kwid climber mt in June 2019. In 1 months time it started giving multiple issues. They had to change lower arms. Then in 3 months on just 3k kms they had to change clutch, then they changed brakes and then again they had to change shocks and in few months they had to work on AC issues. They kept the vehicle under observation but after few days it was same issue again. Noise in the clutch, noise in shocks and under body. They again had to change rear shocks and there was noise in the interiors also. I wasted whole my wknds and holidays each time at service centers to which I never got compensated. They always replaced the parts and said anything happens they are there. But if the vehicle is new why we have to replace clutch, brakes, shocks, lower arms, ac issues, wiper mechanism in just few months time after purchase? If this was the case I would have bought second hand vehicle. I have got all records to how many time I visited the service center for several issues in the vehicle. The latest issue was. I gave my vehicle for bumper replacement as there was minor accident. Vehicle was in the service center for atleast 1wk. When i took the vehicle from service centre i realised that my Ptrol worth 1500 was stollen and cabin light was missing. I was like i gave the vehicle for bumper replacement and you guys were working in cabin? To which they only paid for petrol. Still in shock that this can happen in authosrised service centre that too with me to which i nermver asked for any compensation to these people ( I had never mentioned about this thing thinking about dealer and company repo but the way they treated me this time i had to mention this). And yes when it was delivered in 2 to 3 days time there was new noise issue from clutch and brakes which was very loud this time. To my frustration I complained to renault customer care. Which took 1 wk to get the vehicle to dealership for check up. Complaint management team didn't keep proper follow up amd didn't call as per promised call back. I have all the call recordings. Somehow we managed to get in touch with head of the region called Kunal. I said it's high time now and I need proper resolution. I cannot afford to waste more time and wknds at service centers. He said this time they will send head technician to check the vehicle. I also asked for proof if vehicle is new or not. To which i just got 1 receipt from dealer. Which doesnot prove that. Also had asked why there was gap between vehicle delivery and manufactuing. To which they said 3 to 4 months is not an issue. So after discussion with Kunal they took the vehicle again (THIS SHOULD BE ATLEAST 20TH VISIT TO SERVICE CENTRE) Almost after 1 wk they said there is issues with clutch and some wheel and they have to replace. What is more frustrating is they asked for 50% amount from me this time. I was like this issue and noise was not there first of all when I gave for bumper replacement (are there not any chanches that you guys changed those parts and then shiwed that needs replacement if you guys can steal petrol and cabin light you can do this things also) and instead of you compensating me for all the stress and time wasted in last 3yrs you all are asking 50% from me? What about when I mentioned about this issues in the first place when vehicle was new. What about the wknds and time wasted at your service center which I was supposed to be spending with my family? What about mental stress caused? Each time you take the vehicle to replace the parts and you send it back. If the quality of your parts is so weak then you should work on it rather than asking customers for payment. Moreover Kunal their head wanted to teach me how to drive vehicle. I have been driving the vehicle since last 10 years. Work on your vehicle parts and do some r&d on it rather then teaching the customer how to drive the vehicle. I am still waiting for the answers to my questions
IF VEHICLE SOLD WAS NEW WHY WE HAD TO REPLACE ALL THE PARTS SINCE PURCHASED.
WHY I WAS ASKED TO PAY.
WHAT ABOUT THE COMPENSATION TO STRESS CAUSED TO ME AND MY FAMILY WITH KIDS
ALSO COMPLAINTS TEAM HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME AGAIN TO CHECK ON THE RESOLUTION OR WHAT HAPPENED TO THE LAST VISIT TO SERVICE CENTRE
This clearly shows they dont want to accept their fault
I have all records and call recordings and receipts for visit
Still there is issues in gear shifting and bumper is not replaced properly wherein there is Gap in headlight and this is going to be another visit for me and they will be asking for money for the fault of company.

Are you guys getting it. I don't want service center people calling me and following same cycle. Do even take complaints seriously. Did you go through the complaints...is it not serious concern? Still Waitin call from complaints team

Still waiting for call from complaints management team. This is your after sales service. Same repeated issue with rear shock now. What about my complaint. I had asked to call after diwali still waiting

I forwarded my contact on email last night. Received a call from customer service team and I said check the email and ask complaints team to call. The agent wanted to know the reason so while giving the details he disconnected the call...this is what your after sales customer service team if you want I can send the call recording
Still waiting for call from complaints team to know what decision have been taken to give resolution. Again will be visiting service center to replace rear shock which was replaced just 2wks ago and started leakage issues. This is just one of the repeated issues. You guys think I just keep on complaining. If I didn't have to visit your service center for 20 times to work on your new vehicle I wouldn't have complained. If same issues are repeated and you have to replace parts on new vehicle the there is something wrong with the vehicle and I need a proper final resolution as on how and what we are going to do to stop this. Attached is just the image for your reference in case you think I just keep complaining for no reason. I don't think new vehicle needs replacing parts every now and then..If I don't get proper resolution I can find different way for you to look into this by running few campaigns now.

      I m purchasing car 22.12.2021 but delivered on 25.12.2021 as per commit dual airbag providing but when delivered single airbag provide and 9 month old car as per gazette issued after April 2021 all vehicle delivered with dual airbags.         I bought Renault Triber RXZ on May 3rd from Renault Kumbakonam and it ran around 1500kms as of Sept 12. We travelled to a village and thought of coming back after 2 hrs. After 2 hrs, we were trying to start the vehicle by Brake + Start button but was not able to start the vehicle on Sept 12th midnight and it displayed a message like 'Turn + Start' in dashboard. I never received that kinda message till date. We parked the vehicle nearby home since we didn't recieve any RSA support or technician support at that late night. Then next day recovery vehicle came and dropped into Renault Mayiladuthurai service centre. After that, technician analysed the issue but couldn't find root cause. So they connected with other team members and found that the issue and ordered the replacement parts. On Sept 26, they said they received the ordered parts and you can take your vehicle the next day. On Sept 27, that again called and said the ordered parts were wrong and irreverent to my vehicle. It's been 15 days since I dropped my vehicle to service centre. But didn't get any proper resolution as of now.

          About 2 months back I had purchased a vehicle, number is in the subject line. I had booked a service today at the address mentioned below.

          Renault Ranchi Service
          Ratu Road, Sukhdeo Nagar, Khadgara, Jai Prakesh Marg, Ranchi, Jharkhand 834001

          The driver came to pick my vehicle and left at the desired time. I moved out of the house for some work only to notice that he had parked the vehicle near to my house and there was another individual sitting next to him. The other individual sitting next to him is not a very good name in the locality and was seen transferring money to him. I did not find comfortable sending he vehicle with the driver hence I asked him to park it back in my house.

          After such an incident, I am not sure if Renault would be able to provide better after sales service, hence would like to return my car back.. let me know the process

            Being a loyal customer for nearly 9 years, I would like to share my recent experience with your Coimbatore dealership for my Renault Pulse general service.

            Presently, Vehicle is with the Dealer Now.

            MODEL: Renault Pulse RxL Diesel 2013
            REG. No.: TN 33 BD 4953
            DEALER : Anamallais Motors Pvt Ltd, Peelamedu, Coimbatore
            OWNER : Sindhuja

            19th AUG:
            After an appointment, vehicle was handed over at Anamalais Renault, Peelamedu, Coimbatore for General Service at 1, 40, 000 kms. After that, there was no service update even after 3 days, I called for a status update.

            22nd AUG
            9.17 am (Call Recorded)
            SERVICE ADVISOR - Mr. Jerald in a alarming voice asked me to come to service center ASAP since a patch up work was done around 'Oil Sump' drain nut and sump is in a weaker condition and he said Oil service CANNOT be done.

            Then, Pointing at me he said, oil leakage was stopped around the drain nut using 'Mseal and Araldite'. To my surprise, he said I have done that somewhere outside...!!!

            But, I doubt, During the last service they might have used this paste to seal the leakage.

            Then he suggested me to Completely Replace the Part (Oil Sump.) Which costs around Rs 25, 000/- ...!!!

            I asked why the patchwork done by the Service Station was not communicated to me during the previous service??

            But, the Service Advisor put blame on me that I would have serviced at a local mechanic place and I have done that patchwork.

            I asked him to CHECK THE HISTORY OF SERVICE RECORDS, not even once, I have serviced my vehicle outside. FOR THE PAST 9 YEARS, MORE THAN 15 TIMES I PERIODICALLY SERVICE ONLY AT THIS SERVICE CENTRE.

            Once I strongly defend he escaped and cut the call.

            SERVICE MANAGER - Mr. Dhinesh called back immediately in the same alarming voice that a patchwork was done at the oil sump. He asked where the last service was done. I requested him to check service history that all the past General services was happened at Renault Authorised service center for the past 9yrs. Have done AC Gas Filling that too only once at my known place outside. He strongly refused that it's their company policy to not use any 'mseal or araldite' and no record or mention in the delivery recommendation of previous service at 1, 30, 000 kms.

            He replied, I will check and get back.

            After 30mins he called back and said that he had asked to remove the mseal patchwork around the drain nut and now he witnessed no Oil leakage. Now everything is fine, only the drain nut needs to be replaced.

            SERVICE ADVISOR - Mr. Jerald called back and asked to come in person to approve the other parts for replacement. I asked who were the persons in charge of the previous service. He replied none are here and changed jobs.

            SERVICE CENTER at 11 am
            Solution provided by Service Manager and Service Advisor is to RE-BORE the drain nut thread at a lathe workshop and everything will be fine.

            I was given a quote of 60, 000 + Tax + Labour including the replacement recommendation of Oil Sump which costs 25, 000.

            I told that I lost trust and I need the part to be replaced. Manager refused for a replacement and asked me to do anything I wished to do.

            I came out and registered a customer care phone complaint[protected]at Renault India and received an acknowledgement call at 1:34 pm.

            SERVICE Advisor - Our Service Manager holds more than 10 years experience, he knows very well whether the part needs to be replaced or not and he recommends doing a lathe work to rethread the nut and the issue will be solved.

            CUSTOMER CARE Manager - Triveni. She asked my side of the story and asked for 5 mins so that she would visit the car in person.

            CUSTOMER CARE Manager - She called again and said that she personally inspected the car at the garage. She didn't noted any cracks, leaks or holes. No damage or issues visible to her eyes and part is in 'SUPER' condition.

            I asked, Since the part is in good condition, why did your service manager gave me a quote for 25, 000 for oil sump replacement. Did they give you a Quote for the part replacement? Why did they give you a Quote?

            SERVICE MANAGER - I don't know why you need a replacement. I gave you 100% assurance. The Part will be ready if the thread is cleaned and a new nut. 100% it will get ready. The part doesn't have any damage. You yourself saw the part, tell me did you see any Crack?

            I questioned, without any issue, why did you give me a quote for replacement? His reply was, it was done by old people and none of them are here. The quotation was given by a mechanic and advisor. He said that he personally went to check the issue and found no need for replacement.

            I told that you have already done a cover up and cheated and my only solution is for a replacement.

            SERVICE Advisor - Accept the solution provided by the service Manager, we give full guarantee that there is no risk in future. No need for replacement. We have seen thoroughly, ZOOMED, 100% there will be no leak.

            ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER - Mr. Anbu Amal
            Employees miss informed you regarding the quotation of parts. Oil Sumps need no replacement.

            I replied, During my previous general service oil change a mechanic of yours broke the oil sump during removal of drain nut and did patchwork to stop the leakage. Either he didn't mention it to you or you tried to cover-up the issue.

            In future if any problem arises, we guarantee you 100% we will solve the issue. We can assure in company letterhead writings with Renault seal.

            I asked him for a replacement which takes some 2 weeks time, till then provide a spare vehicle.

            SERVICE MANAGER - Vehicle is ready, you can come tomorrow and inspect the vehicle. There is no approval for new part replacement. I can show you a comparison with other PULSE vehicles. We didn't do any welding or pasting.
            It is a common practice that to apply M Seal paste at the bottom of all the vehicles to arrest oil leakage.

            I called to get a status on my complaint. They replied no response from the service centre. Asked to wait for some more time. Since I have 2 kids and my wife is hospitalized, I requested for a Loaner vehicle.

            SERVICE MANAGER – He wished ‘Good Afternoon’ and said that he spoke to everyone including GM and they told to place an order and replace the Oil Sump. GM told to debit the amount from whoever involved during this scam activity and I have explained clearly whatever problem occurred last time. Also asked to check for possibility to check internally.

            They have approved new Oil Sump. I will order the Oil Sump now. Once The new Sump arrives, I will replace the new Sump.

            I told, till to get my vehicle ready, arrange me a loaner vehicle. He replied, I will convey to the concern person.

            He said that he will send an email stating that I will replace the part, and wants me to approve the email.

            I asked him to mention, when he will provide the Loaner Vehicle, Need the old part which will be removed from the vehicle.

            SERVICE MANAGER – We need to replace the Oil filter and Oil while during the replacement of Oil Sump.

            I told, My vehicle is there at your service centre for nearly 4 days, Since you have broken your trust and promise, any further issues occurring other than the one’s mentioned in the vehicle check advice sheet then you are responsible. I doubt you may replace the good parts from my vehicle to compensate for your loss for replacing new Oil Sump (25, 000).

            He replied, “We are professionals and won’t indulge in those kind of activity”.

            SERVICE MANAGER – We have placed an emergency order and the arrival of part is confirmed, it is arriving tomorrow (25th) evening. Friday morning we will assemble and you can get your vehicle delivery by evening.

            I asked if this part is genuine part of replaced from other vehicle? He replied, I will take photos and send while replacing.

            He told to believe him and his words. I have took all the risks of my life to speak to many authorities and replacing a part for you which you have asked.

            I told him to not say any sentiment stories and I know what he has spoken while leaving the vehicle and asked him to get the job done.

            He asked to do the General service 1, 40, 000kms. I asked him to send a detailed quote (Parts, Labour, Taxes) for the same.

            He told that, he will send an email saying that he is replacing the part and asked me to close the consent by replying back to that email.

            25th AUG
            09.48 am (Call Record)
            SERVICE MANAGER – Your loner car is ready, it is under Water wash, you can come you can take the vehicle. I said Okay.

            Since I had commitments, I was not able to pickup and asked him to drop at my home (12 kms from Service Center).

            SERVICE MANAGER – The driver has started with the loaner vehicle. I have shared your location.

            I will give him a Satisfactory Note, sign and return back to him.

            I asked what do you mean by ‘Satisfactory’ note? He replied, you have sent an email to Renault to replace the part. Now I have replaced the part. Still the complaint is open and we need to close.

            I asked, Did you complete the work? I haven’t seen your work yet. Are you sending my car? I still haven’t seen my car. How can I do a SATISFACTION signatory?

            He replied, that he asked a sign to close the complaint.

            I asked, What will you do this situation?

            He replied, Okay, I’m sending a loaner vehicle and call you while changing the part.

            SERVICE MANAGER – Parts have arrived and we are going to replace the part. I will send photos and videos.

            He sent few photos and a video.

            26th AUG

            SERVICE MANAGER – Your vehicle is ready, 140000 kms service is also complete. When are coming for picking up your vehicle? I said, I will call back to confirm the timing.

            Since I was out of town, I called him back and told that I will pick up the vehicle tomorrow.

            27th AUG - DEALER MISBEHAVED & SCAM

            SERVICE ADVISOR – Your vehicle is ready and within one-hour water wash will be complete.

            SERVICE CENTER at 11.30 am

            I was told that after putting the vehicle at the ramp, we will call you. After some 15 mins, I was called to the garage to see the vehicle. The service Manager, Advisor, and Mechanic were present. They showed the part installed. I asked for the old part.
            The Service Manager told that he can’t provide the old part. He needs the old part to send back to the factory. I told them that I will provide him with the part after a week’s time.

            I inspected the old part removed from the vehicle. The part doesn’t have any m-seal or pasting on it. I doubt the part was not removed from my vehicle. I have compared the photographs of the old and new parts provided to me. (Images Attached)

            I told, “ I want my original part back which was already installed on the vehicle.”

            He told that he needs to speak to GM. After some time he came back and told me the part is kept inside the vehicle.

            Service Advisor gave proforma invoice, checklists and other papers stacked on top of one another for my signature. I signed the General service bill of Rs. 8, 526 and a few other papers. Advisor just turned in the bottom part of the papers for the signature.
            I ASKED HIM TO STOP AND TOLD HIM THAT I WANT TO INSPECT THE DOCUMENTS. Then I found that WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, IN AN ATTEMPT TO CHEAT he got my signature on the Satisfactory Note as well. I immediately struck off the signature.

            I asked him will you get feedback without delivering the vehicle. How can a customer provide a satisfaction approval without doing a test drive of the vehicle? I told him that I need 3 to 4 days of time to run and test the vehicle.
            The Service Advisor asked to write the time duration details below and sign the satisfactory note. I wrote the details below and refused to sign the Satisfactory Note.

            I went to the finance department to make the payment for the General service and made the payment. I also signed the delivery note and gate pass.

            After making the payment I went out to pick my vehicle. The Service manager asked the security person to lock the gate and not to allow my vehicle outside. He told the loaner vehicle is dirty, it doesn’t look like how he has provided, seems he found some white dirt patches (it can be cleaned with a water wash) and wants to do a Teflon coating. He demands Rs. 6, 500 + GST for the same.

            THEY DIDN'T ALLOW ME TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE EVEN AFTER PAYING THE BILL.

                Hi Team,

                This is just to share you that My car no: UP14 CH 6405, has reached to your service station Sahibabad, 201006 on 17 August 2022. And Mr. Yogesh Tyagi ji had shared me the issues with a copy Job card. And among those I have asked him to fix the car service as well as oil leakage issues because those were major ones.

                It took 2 days to service it. After car service I have picked my car for a delivery, I have found new two issues in my car.

                - car pick-up issue.
                - and other one is fan loudness issue.

                Next day, I called to the service station executive and shared such incident that after my my car service these issues has come. She asked me to visit again so that problem will be fixed.

                I have shown them the proof of copies that these two issues were not in my car till my car reached to your workshop and till final approval. This only has come after the service.

                I shared them as a proof, a copy of job card and screenshots of whatsapp chat. Further, where they have not talked about these two issues and nothing mentioned over that job card.

                I have called customer care, but the problem is still persist. No solution yet. Request you to resolve the issue.

                If you require, I can share you the copy of job card, Whatsapp chat, and call records. Which are more then sufficient to proof it that problem has arisen after my car service.

                Please find a copy of job card, where that pick up turbo is not mentioned while giving it to me.

                    Renault Kwid damaged automatic clutch motor

                    My wife owns a Automatic Renault Kwid 1.0 RXT which has crossed 4 years on 15th July 2021. So as per them the extended warranty expired after 4 years. I still have a easy care program for service which I bought 2 years back.

                        I have a 5 year old Kwid automatic car which has been giving me a lot of problems recently. The Renault service center said I need to change the "clutch motor" component. This is a very expensive part (Rs. 20, 000) and they mentioned that 3 in 10 cars face this issue. Why does the customer have to bear exorbitant costs when the manufacturer should be looking into such issues and resolving them, or atleast bearing the cost from their end?
                        Renault is known to overcharge their customers for every little thing.
                        Extremely unsatisfied with the company, the vehicle and the service.

                          Renault service providers of "Priority Autoventures Private Limited" from south goa(official service centre of Renault) are cheating the customers, I had given my car for repair after the car had met with an accident, The car handed over to the service centre was with approx qty of 15ltrs of petrol and the pictures of the same are there with me and i have showed the same to personal named denzil who came to deliver the car.Firstly the car was delivered after 16 days as parts were not available in goa. Secondly the time when the car was handed over to me the car had no petrol with reserve light blinking, I spoke to the personal who came to deliver the car on 16th July 2022 to which he agreed and said he will again take the car to the showroom and recheck if there is petrol guage issue or petrol was removed i agreed and called up VILOB with whom i was in contact with for the delivery of the car, I called up VILOB at the same time and asked about petrol being removed as the reserve light was blinking to which without listening to me he said "humare yaaha petrol kaise nikalenge and mujhe kya pata ye kaise hua". The another personal with denzil who had come to deliver the car told me that because the battery was removed for repairing of the car this might have happened.
                          Next day i filled the petrol of 200 and informed the same to MR. Denzil and took it for a round to check if there is any other issue, Stopped at my office for an hour and when i was about leave at 11:00 pm my car was not starting and battery drained. I called up denzil to inform him about the same at very same time that how can the battery go down in one day, to which he said I might have left open something due to which battery got drained, I explained to him that nothing was left open to which he said he will jump start the car take it to workshop and recheck the battery issue and also the petrol indicator issue. Next day one person came for jump start, I started the car and again filled 200 petrol (approximately i filled 4ltrs of petrol) so that i should not get stuck gain if petrol is low as on the indicator it was still showing reserve petrol indication.I delivered the car at the showroom and asked them to check if there is any battery issue also as the battery should not go down to which they agreed and said will recheck, Also when i was there at the service centre and when the company technician connected the laptop to the fuel guage it was showing on 6.2ltrs of petrol out of which 4ltrs were filled by me and i had driven just 25kms (to drop the vehilce to garage and take a round after 1st delivery to check if everything was proper after 1st delivery) . I was delivered the car on the very same day and they said every thing is rectified and there was a technical issue and software had to be updated due to which this issue of petrol indicator was showing. Next day (19/07/2022)i drove the car for approx 80kms .Today again when was removing my car for office the battery is down and i had to miss an very important meeting, They pay no heed to what customer is saying and charge money for the same. @Renault dont expect this type of services from you where you dont recheck the capability of the service provider and make them your official service partners.

                            Decided on a renault kiger 2022. Car was ready. Fetched car. Day 2: Driving on a quiet road, and a loud shhhh noise from the engine. Reversed out of parking and a loud klonk happened on the wheel. Renault said bring it back. They said it was the setting for the renault 2 that wasnt done. Day3. Renault collected car. We decided on getting a brand new car again which they agreed to. Waited. Car came. Fetched car. Car was in showroom still and my husband noticed a dent on the side. We were prepared to accept this as long as they would fix it. Drove out of showroom. The revs on the kiger in neutral was hunting. The revs were going up very high while car was in neutral. Returned car. Renault didnt contact us from the friday til the monday. My husband went in and they said they were going to fix the car. What they would do is take part of another new car and fix it to my car. Really...that happens????...Nothing would match to my car...how would i know if thats ok to do...What warranty would i have with that. Im sorry i cannot accept another part from another new car to be fitted into mine. So my husband and i discussed this and decided that paying R300 000 for a car and settling fro something like this isnt an option, so he spoke to the dealer principle and the dealer principle has responded that they wlll wrap this all up by saying that they do not want to go through with this deal anymore. Firstly none of this has been our fault. Secondly i am set on this car. I love it. Reason we gave them a second chance to fix this wrong. BUT now get told that its now our problem going forward. What do i do from here. Angry...disappointed.

                              Hi, Navjot tomer here. I was planning to buy a new car and so I took the test ride of Kiger RXZ Turbo MT model from Ambay Motors Private LTD. Bareilly ( Renault Dealer ).
                              I told them to let me know the shortest time you can arrange that car, but they said you have to book to know the exact time.
                              After my loan application approved I told them that I am ready to book the car, sales representative there Mr. Nand Kishore said that pay him online 5000 INR you get the receipt Next day. I made a payment of 10000 instead on 11th of June 2022 6:27 PM
                              Next day after reminder he sent me the booking receipt at 5:43 Pm through WhatsApp.
                              On the same day I took the test drive of another car ( from Suzuki, he told me that it will take another 1-2 days to guess approximate days of arrangement) and the sales guy said that he can arrange that car in 7 days. Instead that guy searched the nearby cities and in late night travelled to other city and told me in late night that you can get the car very next day. So I took the delivery of that car on 13th June 2022
                              So now the issue is when told renault guy to cancel my booking. He said that it can't be done as this is company norm. I said them to deduct the necessary charge refund the remaining amount so those people get furious and told me that it can't be refunded.
                              Please look into this and resolve it.

                                I regret to own the Renault vehicle Kwid, big mistake in my life i ever did. i never ever ask to buy any of Renault vehicle to my all family and friends ever because of your employees harrassment. I got cheated by your employees of Thane Ghodbunder road showroom is big fraud showroom all are involved named Thane Showroom Poonam Gupta (Sales representative), Ranjit (Used car representative ), Nikhil Patil( Team leader), Rahul Madan.( Head - Used car), Jyoti Dalvi CRE, Take Strict action against them and Refund Our Booking Amout back as soon as possible.

                                I had booked the Triber RXT- AMT under exchange of my Kwid(Model Oct 2020 ) on 11-may-22. Transferred Ten thousand rupees via UPI payment QR Code screenshot shared by Poonam Gupta & i expected the receipts for the same but Poonam Gupta sales representative lack of knowledge failed to give the payment receipt, after so many calls (4 days) she sent me the receipt through email not a hard copy.

                                We cracked the deal but Poonam initially told me you would get the new triber by mid June as waiting is there. i agreed but she forced me to give my old car kwid 2020 model on next day immediately. i refused & said i can not give now, once i get my new triber that time i will give to you my old car kwid.

                                But Poonam Gupta forced, if you would not hand over your old kwid then this deal can not be done. so i said transfer the amount of the kwid which was fixed at time of deal. She said will do full payment of your old car direct to the bank not to you, as my car is on finance. She said without knowledge we have online payment facility then i said instead of direct payment to the bank give to me, it would be better for me & i will make payment same day will give you my old car.

                                she said you make remaining payment we only going to pay 3 lacs to the bank & 20 thousand will keep on hold would be adjusted in new car. then i said what is this, why you are keeping it on hold i had given you car without single penny. but she forced me to hand over the old car & i asked where you are going to keep the car ?? she said we are only selling through Renault only so we will keep in our showroom for display its secure process there are we have customer waiting for your car then only we can make the payment to you. Then because of Renault trust we handed over the car on trust on Ranjit behalf of Renault (Reference by Poonam Gupta) on 14-May-22, after that Ranjit this guy looking car old car deals she said.
                                So we handed over my old kwid & i expected prior that payment but Ranjit said once deal finalized then we will transfer the payment & kept me on waiting, to make payment to my respective bank . After few days he said you will get mail from bank then only we can be proceed, till we can not transfer or make the payment until you receive foreclosure mail.

                                I asked through mail to my respective bank they said i can make direct payment at the branch no need any foreclosure letter.
                                Then Ranjit & Poonam Gupta passed all wrong information & did just time pass for last 12 days then i realised there something is wrong, fishy going on then i tried to called Poonam gupta she did not answer my call even to my messages for three days then she messaged and informed me that she was travelling then again she got disappeared giving so many excuses. Then when we asked her to give us exact information regarding new & old car then suddenly she asked to take finance for new triber within two days on 28- May-22 until 30- May-22 loan should be disbursed, if failed then new rates would be apply then i pissed off. Poonam alredy had given lot of wrong information. I decided to cancel my new triber booking then i asked to return my kwid back i dont wanna go further deal then i came to know they handed over my old kwid to some local dealer then i got shocked. how could they do without my permission as they said would keep in only Renault showroom for sales. They lied, cheated to us everything. Then i said again & again i dont want to go for the deal just cancel the deal then Rahul Madan said they already sold the car to Juhu branch CEO again they lied then i got shocked again how possible to sold the car without closing the finance & NOC ????
                                I asked Rahul Madan bring my car right now then then he said give us one day will get back to you next day & again i came to know that local dealer posted my kwid some website to sell the car & all of them lied, cheated. when we again asked to return our kwid they come up with this
                                They had asked me to pay more 13500/ - For they spent (all fake) on my car its just new car i purchased on Oct-2020 Only 2800 km driven mint condition not a single scratch even. Who told to spent on my car??? Without NOC ?? Still my finance pending ???? How would they sell ???
                                When i asked them to show receipt then Rahul Madan said they did job from some local shops and sent me through e copy fake receipt(attached) if you done some job it should be done through only authorised service centre by Renault they failed to provide genuine service repair receipt.
                                Is This Renault culture making scam and money??????????
                                This is the way to make money how just explain me?????
                                Is this your employees harrassing like this. Car is ours but they treating like theirs car without paying single penny.

                                What's is this ??? They are threatened us will not give car can't imagine also is this Renault ??????

                                I want strict action on all said name above those who are involved in this SCAM & FRAUD.

                                While handing over the car they sent driver with old car & he threatened us & asked to sign copy written by hand by (Rahul Madan) he said will not pay any refund amount or will not give the car keys, RC book, Documents & will take car back if you refuse to sign. So we signed the copy under the pressure.
                                We tried to contact Rahul Madan same time he said will not handover the car you can go wherever you want. That time we decided to take car and then as we trust Renault india would give us our hard earned money.
                                But this is not good are your employees are treating like this to Renault customers & making money from innocent customers like me Is this Renault culture ???????????

                                i want my Booking amout 10000/- back as soon as possible.
                                Kindly take strict action among all who are involved & give us the justice.

                                If Renault would give us justice for whatever we have suffered harrassment, no mental peace since last 18 days then we consider the Renault is something & we trust Renault again.

                                Delivery note signed provided only the condition, car would be keep in thane showroom to display and they have customer also once got payment same time they will transfer.but they refused to pay and asked to give foreclosure letter and till then assured car would be display in the Renault showroom will sell only once loan closed and NOC received.

                                They handed over car to some local dealer outside Renault showroom who is going to bear void of warranty we always do service in authorise Renault service centre strictly.
                                But Renault employees are giving to local shop. Now who is going to bear if they had replaced any part of my car???

                                On 29 th May : After threatened discussion with Ms. Samidha and Mr. Rahul Madan ( Head - Used car) he returned the old Renault Kwid provided Mr.Rahul ( Head - Used car) forced to pay the refurbishment cost( For nothing they spend & provided duplicate bill anyone can make fake bill ) of old Renault Kwid which is not done in the Renault service centre and he made some local shop bill by hand very easily and sent e- copy that is not valid and trustworthy & they did not pay even single penny & asking for 13500/- Mr Rahul Madan Head Used car said Adjust in the Booking amount of triber that is again irrelevant .so he made some hand written letter not genuine wrote by himself and send through the driver while delivery of kwid said to driver if Samidha failed to sign then Mr Rahul Madan Head used car do not handover the car atall if Ms. Samidha refused to sign.
                                So at this stage Ms. Samidha signed forcefully and taken the delivery of the kwid instead of further arguments.

                                Very bad and poor service.
                                First they will misguide you.
                                Not transparent dealing..
                                They will take money from you and not give receipt.
                                After demanding booking amount will give useless answer.

                                  Hello Team,

                                  I purchased a Triber RXZ from Trident auto white field bangalore (VIN- MEERBC003N3128029) on 6-May-2022 and in a few days have come across several issues are:

                                  Broken Wiper blade
                                  Wheel alignment
                                  Steering wheel hard and pulling aside
                                  Left side doors noise
                                  Noise while braking
                                  Bonnet

                                  Reported to a service station on 31-May-22. There the response was so bad where service advisor was Not even trying to understand the issues nor fixed all the issues when the vehicle was delivered post service.

                                  Issues :
                                  Broken Wiper blade - fixed
                                  Wheel alignment- not fixed
                                  Steering wheel hard and pulling aside- not fixed
                                  Left side doors noise- not fixed
                                  Noise while braking- not fixed
                                  Bonnet not fixed

                                  Received a call from the service station on 4-Jun-22 for feedback I did mention the same and she said will get back immediately, but no one called me, hence I had to write an email to Renault ([protected]@renault.com) later service head called me and said to bring the vehicle to get the issues fixed. 8 June 2022 handed over the vehicle and delivered it back to me post 2 days however issues were not completely fixed again (noise in left door & brake persists).

                                  Later 21 June 22 vehicle was handed over to fix the issues (noise in door & brake), vehicle was handed over after 3 days (24 June 22). But the problems were not fixed still the noise in door persist.

                                  Thereby it is to understand that the post vehicle delivery I had to visit thrice to the service station to fix the issues in the so-called BRAND NEW CAR. not sure what kind of quality RENAULT build and say as new car. It's absolutely I have been cheated by RENAULT by delivering me a defective CAR.

                                  I request RENAULT to either replace the vehicle or refund my money by taking the car back.

                                    I am writing to complaint about the inadequate and unsatisfactory service I received from your service center, vapi from last 2 years.
                                    I dropped my car kwid DD03K2102 at service center, vapi for inspection and maintenance. Upon receiving the car, I noticed that your team failed to rectify one of the car problems I have earlier reported - water leakage from the bottom of the left side of the driver seat. Not only that, there was a weird sound coming every time I stepped on the brake. For this leakage issue i have reach out to service center for 4 times and each time they charged for same things which was not fixed.
                                    Previously i dropped my car for leakage issue and they gave me reason for that is the blockage. And when they call me to pickup my car they told the issue is resolved and they charged some amount (not remind exactly). And after some time my front glass was broken due to some reason and i have dropped my car for replacement of glass in insurance at renault service center, vapi. They changed glass and charged some amount and told me due to only some % and some parts are coved in insurance you must need to pay this amount. I paid and that time my glass was fixed by renault service center, vapi.
                                    And on 2nd july 2022 i dropped my car for leakage issue, and they told me that ‘ok, we will find it and will resolved by Monday’. And today again they told me over the call - due to unproper fixation of glass this leakage is happen and you need to pay 1500+ rs for that as well.

                                    I wonder if this is standard practice at your shops or this is the usual feedback that you receive from your customers. I find what happened to be unacceptable at all scales and request from you to repair my vehicle properly, and this time without cost.
                                    I hope that will be able to find a satisfactory solution very fast instead of deceiving your customers.
