I have purchased renault kwid before 2 weeks. They have delivered car with red ribbon on car body as gift wrap. On same day there was rain and due to rain the red color of ribbon melt down on car body and i am not able to remove even after multiple wash. So first of all bad quality of car. Secondly i asked to sales person and showroom manager to clean the same. They said that we will pick car (Due to workshop is far away from home) and resolve the issue and drop car to home. Now i am struggling from last 1 week, no one come to pick car. Even i remind then personally 2 time and 2 time on call still no one care. Then i complaint on renault india website but still no one care. Worst after service. They don't care once they sold out car.

    My Kiwid Climber car (KL-13 AJ 7746) is having issues from the beginning and almost 6 to 7 times we visited the service centre. The mileage issue is not fixed yet now and service guy suspect in it manufacturing issue.

    Currently I have following issues and car is kept in service center.

    1. Mileage
    2. Brake Issue
    3. Gauge display inconsistency

    Car is having loan from Renault finance, if you guys have no plan to fix the issue I am not going to pay the loan.

    OR I have to post this in social media. Because we are middle class family and one car is a lifetime dream. You guys make that also hell is not good.

    Either you guys fix the issue or replace with no issue car or engine.

      I was overcharged for my vehicle at rajpal renault, they do not provide a proper quotation nor did i receive a proper invoice from them i. E the amount spent by me does not match their sales invoice, they gave all vague commitments, assured foc items which we may not purchase if charged were practically billed to me (The hidden charges).
      There was no ownership taken by dealership even when i exchanged my old vehicle at their showroom with their own employee, they stated that the car was purchased by their employee without their knowledge!!! As per me the old car was exchanged with the company not any individual, there are many more things to share but in nutshell i can just conclude that i had a very very bad experience with the rajpal renault indore dealership... Would not suggest any one to purchase any vehicle from indore dealer

        I purchased a renault kwid from "sky wheels pvt ltd" siliguri on 09/03/2017 it is giving troubles only after 0ne month service engineer do not bothered to pay any attention again when waning glowed to day i contact the help line the reply was take your car to kolkata or maldah from jalpaiguri!!! All the so called service center perosenolas number are no longer active. Is it not their their responsibilty to inform the customer about chanje of number is it possible to take a damege car to take kolkata or maldah from jalpaiguri?

          I own a renault duster hr26 ch5099. I had booked for 60000 km servicing at renault servicing center, mayapuri, new delhi, for 30 aug 18. The car had some issues pertaining to air conditioner controls and the audio system.
          The car was received promptly by the representative and he provided me the estimates. I was given the time of delivery for the same day at around 1630 hrs. However, by the time the vehicle was cleared from the servicing bay, it was already past noon and the work on air conditioner and sound system was yet to be started. I was told that the estimates for the air conditioner and music system repair could be provided only after the front console was removed, which can be done only the next day. Fair enough.in the mean time i requested the supervisor to change wheel arch cladding (Which had worn out) and fit a new armrest. I was directed to the renault showroom which was near the service center for purchase of the same. I visited the showroom, paid for the accessories and was assured that the task would be completed as soon as the washing was over the next day.
          The next morning i. E. 31 aug 18, supervisor from service center called up and gave me estimates wrtair conditioner repairing and assured a delivery by 1500 hrs. I reached the service center by 1400hrs and found that the work on air conditioner was still going on and no accessories had been fitted till then. I was told that the vehicle was being taken for washing and immediately after that the accessories would be fitted. This again did not happen and by around 1700 hrs the washing was yet to be done. I was told to come next day and take over the vehicle by 1200 hrs on 01 sep 18.
          The next morning when i called up the service center, i was told that fitment of wheel arch cladding cannot be done as the tape which held the previous cladding cannot be removed by servicing staff and any effort to do so might spoil the paint work. I asked the service center to drop fitment of wheel arch cladding and complete the remaining work. To this, i was told that the same could not be done as the billing for accessories had been affected in the system and cannot be reversed. I again reached the service center to find my car lying in open in a shabby condition and was told to take over the same as the service was complete. Also despite interaction with staff at all levels, i was told that the amount which i had paid for wheel arch cladding, approx. Rs 4800/-could not be refunded and was offered to take some other accessory of similar value. I was offered an old set of seat coverswith no choice left i had to accept the same.
          To cut the story short, i had to take over a shabby vehicle without cladding and a poor-quality seat cover as a replacement. I had to forgo office work for three days and wait at the service center for a job which was poorly executed and pay heavily for that.
          Following are the points which i want to bring to your notice:
          (A) it was evident that although the supervisors were involved, they had no technical knowledge and control over the technical staff. Or else how could they keep giving delivery time which could not be achieved.
          (B) the car was parked overnight in slush after washing and was offered with mud all over and bird droppings. Also, the mud flap and panels were poorly fitted without even cleaning (Photo attached). And the staff had gumption to tell us that they were meant to be so. Surely displays a callous attitude and no consideration for customers.
          (C) the accessory fitment staff was interested in only selling the product and was least interested in fitment. This was evident by their reluctance to fit the wheel arch cladding where they had to clean up the old tape from previous fitment (Photo attached). By the way, the same was accomplished in front of me at palika bhawan market in a matter of fifteen minutes. Similarly, the arm rest which was fitted kept coming off the rails when it was slid back. The person who had fitted it told me that this was a design feature and was meant to be like that (Fooling a customer brazenly). A little thought and reading through the manual, back at home, i found that he had not fitted the stoppers provided with the kit. This i did it on my own.
          (D) it is not understood as to how the billing was completed a day in advance ie 31 aug 18 when most of the work was not done. On top of that when the cladding could not be fitted, how come the staff was unable to refund the requisite amount instead of forcing a poor quality seat cover (By the way which we had to exchange for rs 1500/- at palika bhawan so as to fit a decent quality one) as an alternative.

          In the end i would like to reiterate that we have had a harrowing experience at your abovementioned service center despite paying a huge amount (Approx. Rs 50000/-). You are requested to look into the services being provided at your authorised servicecenters so as not to let your customers feel cheated and fooled.

            Date of Purchase March 25-2017
            Renault Noida Dealership delivered my defective product Renault Duster RXZ and since the day I bought multiple problems faced and every-time escalated to Company and dealership. It started with AC, Check engine error, Gear issue, Engine gauge pipe leakage and many more. Every-time I visited the service centre resolves the issue but every 15 days multiple issues coming again and again. I escalated the same to Renault complain department along with phone calls to complain and registering complain in Renault App as well.

            Attached Photos of all error in mail to company as well.

            No solution given and Just to update I have asked them to buy my vehicle through exchange and they valued the vehicle at 6 Lacs which is bought 15 months back at the cost of 14 Lacs.

            Also I bought Insurance through Renault Assure and attaching pics of that as my Vehicle hit from side during road accident, They denied to fulfill the first claim. I am attaching photo of same and also escalated this to Insurance department of Renault.

              Hi team,

              I made a booking for renault kwid climber at your showroom at mg road. They assured me that they will get the car finance and gave me a guarantee of 110 percent.

              Unfortunately they were not able to finamce it for me. I was also informed that the booking amount will be redunded back with no deduction which i also have a confirmation on a recorded line. Now they have stopped picking my phone and have been giving me excuses. Also they want me to write a letter to them saying i cancelled the booking from my end so that they can deduct some money from booking amount. I never cancelled the booking. I was them whi were not able to finance the car for me so why should i pay for it.

              Kindly suggest if this can be sorted or i'll have to find a legal way.

                Pathetic service...
                I had ordered renault kwid. I specifically said for what purpose i am buying this, i would like to give wedding gift to my sister. It was very clear conversation from my end that i want delivery on tuesday 4th sep. Finally on same date sales guy mr nadeem had called me and said sir we could not able deliver today bcz vehicle is stuck in mh 02 it will get clear today and will be delivered on 5th sep before 3pm. Same i had informed my family member they all are waiting for car delivery on 5th sep, i got call from mr nadeem saying it will not delivered today becuase of insurance amount is mismatch. All false commitments i was given. My family members all the way travelled from murud (Jangira) 7 hours distance from mumbai to collect specifically to collect the vehicle. All of them were disturb because of these guys false commitments. I will personally never ever recommend anyone to buy a renault car my friends and family members. Such a renewed co. Can cheat people and play with people emotional and sentiments.

                  My name is lakshmikanth reddy. I have been a customer of renault fluence for the past four years. I would like to take this opportunity to state that i have loved the car and so have my family and friends. It has always been worth every penny. But i just so wish i could say the same about the service i get for this amazing car of yours.

                  I could draft a novel to vent out my frustrations about the kind of service i have received.in interest of our time, i will try keep the story short & simple.

                  I have been trying to get my car rear glass fixed for the past four weeks at sri sri sri group, madhapur. I have been made to wait saying that they are waiting on spares. Four weeks is too long for anybody to just sit and wait and that too for a common part like rear glass. This is very callous attitude towards customers and something your service centers should be ashamed off. Please remember, these guys are the face of your product.
                  I am just not able to fathom how you can entertain such folks.

                  Is there something you can do to help the customers get the spares faster. Four weeks is unacceptable. Or is this more of the franchisee's issue than to do with renault, if franchise i request you to please address it.

                  I am not sending you this note with just one experience. Its after many frustrating visits/calls across multiple sri sri sri branches, i have taken my time out to request you folks to please respect customer needs and their time.
                  I did not want to go to social media and vent out, since people at the end of the day only remember the car model. But i want to repeat myself again, fluence has been a pleasure to ride.

                    I have been asked by trident renault bangalore insurance team to transfer the amount of my car insurance but seems to be they are not generating my policy immediately. Not sure why are they holding my amount when they don't raise the policy. Before the amount is sent they call us 100 times for the payment but no response after the amount is sent.

                      I bought renault duster on jan 2015 and after 20kms. I have been facing gear stuck issue from 1 st to 2. I have reported this and asc bangalore (Trident) has changed synchronizer and pedel.. After that also issue persists. I have went service centre several times for clutch bleeding and result was negative. At 57k my entire clutch assembly has chnaged under warrenty and after 500kms the issue came again.. Here i got to know that renault's clutch assembly, some parts having manufacturing issues and they replace the same under warrenty so that issue still comes after some kilometers. Renault should do some r&d on this matter and make their cars trouble free.. I had made an investigation and got around 35 dusters with same issue in kerala and karnataka. We all wanted to make a complaint at consumer complaint portal as there is no positive response from the manufacture. Surprisingly this issue is there in 2018 model duster also. Renault knows its a persisting issue and they are selling the defective cars now also.

                      My name is Mohamed Biju. I am from Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. I own duster RXL PH2 (2016 mdl). Registration number is KL 22 H 9961.

                      My issue is, the gear often get stuck in first gear. This annoying and create difficulties in city driving or when taking car from signal. Last time issue happened when I was driving with my family having small kids.
                      The painful part is I got this issue after driving just 15000km but still Renault could not resolve the issue!! I have done 40K service recently and they changed master cylinder also but within days I faced the issue again. Now Renault is saying issue may get resolve if entire clutch set is replaced, but I have to pay for it!!

                      I wonder we paid ~11 lakhs for the car and the reputed car manufacturer cannot even root cause the issue? I know this issue is there in many cars, if Renault cannot solve this issue, why are they still selling the cars?

                      This is Vinod and i am having the same gear stuck issue with my 85 ps Duster. The service centre in Bangalore changed clutch master cylinder and pedal during my last complaint and it worked perfectly fine for just 1000kms. But all of a sudden, the issue reappeared. I have again dropped the car in the authorised service centre and no concrete update till now and it has been 4 days. Why is Renault not able to figure out the exact issue and resolve it when so many Customers are facing the same issue?

                      Even I too have the same issue in Terrano, made to pay me for the clutch replacement, but the issue is not resolved.On complaining they took the vehicle kept for 10 days changed clutch pedal and some modified clutch plate for the issue.Vehicle ran for 2000 Kms and the problem started again.Both Duster and Terrano has this issues and it's better not to buy this product s again and don't allow any one in our family or friends to buy this vehicles.They are bunch of crooks and has zero regards for customer concerns

                        Iam not ready to pay amount of service charges and service. Iam already comlainted my complaint no[protected]. Iam suffered u people many times warangal service people. And iam loss bulk money why because 2yrs back my vehicle front bumper dammaged iam giving ur warngal sevice center those people intime notcompled repair ur people given after 2months 15 days vehicle deliverd me that tiome ur people dammaged front windscreen and bannet. That is ur mistake but iam suffered and pay my pocket 43000/rs that time. This time july 13th iam given vehicle ur people completed called 22nd of last month.in this between car taken that car amount 47000 change iam paid. That wise iam not ready to pay this time amount 7, 500/-pls solve the my problem arrange the my vehicle.

                          I bought renault kwid from agra on 13th may 2018. After first service the vehicle was delivered at my residence (Availed pick & drop facility on chargeable basis). The vehicle did not start after standing at the same place after a period of almost 1 month. New battery got fully discharged. On making complaint the vehicle was taken away for repair by the rsa team sent by the service centre, sikandara agra on 17th august. I have contacted at their service centre so many times & every time they said that battery of the vehicle will be changed. Since then, today on 2nd of september 2018 16 days have past & while making contact every time i am told that the battery will be changed today or tomorrow & so on. The vehicle is stranded at renault sikandara, agra showroom/service centre & still awaited to be delivered at my place. Total running of the vehicle since its purchase is 1230 km. Only. The vehicle no. Is up80ep5050.
                          I have to spend a lot of money on my travelling for official as well personal use.
                          Please look into the matter & take strong action against the service centre & also arrange the delivery of the vehicle at my place. I also think to claim the amount spent on my travelling during the period.

                            Hi,

                            I own renault fluence RJ 07CB 2203 whose all the services are done from the company owned service station on time and is always kept in a very good condition.

                            There was a mild rain in Jaipur on 28th August and I was travelling back to home from office.All the cars were passing and running smoothly as there was not much rain .Suddenly my car stopped in between the road and it didn't start after it .

                            I was shocked as i could see all the cars passing smoothly from that road .I with utter difficulty sent my car to service station where I was told that the engine has got hydro-locked automatically and your start-up ignition has got damaged which would cost around 12000 and rest there is no problem.

                            We were really surprised that how can a small rainfall damage the car to this extend but still agreed upon what he told and asked him to repair the car.

                            Suddenly, he comes up the next day i.e 31st August 2018 and tells us that the engine has got damaged even though there is a hydro-lock system.Also, the rain was bare minimum and this was really not expected from such a big renowned company.

                            The car went for servicing in the month of June and it was told that everything is perfect .
                            The warranty has expired but I believe I am still entitled to a free repair because the existence of such a serious defect in a car indicates it was not of acceptable quality in high end car like fluence with such mild rain.
                            I am a careful and conscientious owner, as the general condition of the car shows. I have not done anything to the car to cause this defect.
                            Please let me know as quickly as possible what arrangements you propose for rectifying the problem.

                              Sir, I am writing to inform you that my Reanault Duster car (Regd No-KL-59N-1234) involved in an accident on 25 May 2018. I was not injured, but my car suffered a lot of damage and I brought it to the Renault Service Center located in Kannur, kerala on 26nMay 2018. My car is only 2 years old, and is worth far more than that. I understand that your estimator valued the repair costs as Rs. 8 lakh. But the car is not yet delivered to me as it is 03 months since the car handed over to the service center. Now I came to know that my car is repaired but insurance company not accepting the claim. When I contacted the insurance company officials, they told me that the dealer showed extra 2 lakh amount than the assessed claim which is not agreeable. Now I and my family are facing difficulties due to this irresponsible act by the dealer. In view of this, I am requesting you to please intervene in to the matter and take an immediate action regarding this matter as I wish to keep a warm relation with the company. Otherwise I have to think about other means to solve my problem as a genuine customer.

                                    I got my kwid servicing yesterday. It was 3rd servicing. But today it is not running well. It is shievering. They didnot not fit the the drum or bearing properly. They may have broken somthing what i feel. Cluch is also not working. It was running properperly before servicing but it is now in worst condition.                                         I am the owner of renault kwid bearing number kl05ap6665. I had delivered my car for repairs to a service centre of renault kwid in nattakom, kottayam. One of your agents rakesh who assisted me was totally indifferent with the dealings of your customers. Today:24th august 2018 after three days of the delivery of my car i had contacted rakesh of nattakom service station for the improvement of the repairs but to my surprise he has not taken any action and has shouted at me that the estimate has not been taken till this date and he reported me that he will only take action on monday as we are having onam holidays from tomorrow till monday only. As you are now aware we are having onam holidays and the same was tarnished by the irresponsible behaviour of your staff. I was on the move for upgrading my vehicle for a renault lodgy but this type of attitude from your service agents to a customer made me rethink of changing to some other brands. Earlier also i had an experience from your service people which i had complained but there was no response from the staff of renault. This is for noting that this does not happen to other customers in the future. Sorry for disturbing you with my complaint and this letter is for the abnormal and irresponsible behaviour to be counted from your side for destroying the holidays once in a year with my grandchildren.
