Sir, i am using scala diesel since last 4 years. Now (Since last 2 years) the vehicle is giving me trouble on the clutch which is very hard.in city driving where we need to use clutch frequently it is terrible now my left leg started paining.in every service and normal checkups i escalated this issue with service team but they couldn't rectify this problem. They will just bleed the clutch or grease its pedal etc etc. No solid solution till now. Now i am going to give the vehicle for 60000 km service (To tvs renault service centre trivandrum). So kindly find a solution

    Vehicle was given at sambalpur showroom on 17th. June to repair rare gate and oil tank cover and date of delivery was 2nd. July but now dealer says that he can't assured date of delivery with plea that insurance surveyor has yet to give delivery order. Is it not problem for customers like me residing at a distance of 250 kms.
    Please look into it and assured early delivery of vehicle.

      I have booked Renault KWID red colour on sunday 3rd June, Salesman ANkur and his senior promised to deliver the car once the booking amt and loan amt credited to their a/c. but they have FAILED to deliver it and now they are asking me to take some other colour or model. I have never expected such a response from RENAULT. They are informing this only after the Loan amt disbursal to their account.

        I would like to inform you that i have purchased renaul kwid dl-8car 8546 recently and i have installed cng and now my vehicle service is due but when i visit to your okhla ph-i service center, your manager deny for service and he also told that if you have break problem its our company system fault, you need to press two or more time for stopping your kwid renault. Now, plz tell how it is possible to someone on the way to remember that he need to press two or more time break for stopping his vehicle there must be accident situation. Plz do the needful asap.

          Hi team,

          Very bad experience from authorised service dealers. I paid 29 thousand for service and after that my ac is not working at all.
          Now they are asking more money to fix the issue.
          During service from service station my cricket bat, ball and 2 dust clothes got stolen.
          During service advisors make fool to customer as adding internal cleaning and all without notifying you.

              Car no up14cj6430 had extended warrenty but still service center refused change in warrenty.
              Fan motor and fan shremmed.
              I working person can't fight and waste time and also they don't hv spare part in stock also. Which they will arrange.
              My whole day is wasted and getting cheated as well.

              See if you can do something about it. I dont hv confidence in renault anway.

              I have kwid car and completed my first service. After completing 2000 kms run. It's very hard to down gear from 2nd to 1st. I mentioned the same to service engineer and he is mentioned that this issue can't be fixed (he is confirmed the hardness). I want to know the solution since it's hard and difficult in traffic areas.

                In renault bareilly the service advisor are so rude with the customers and always do work slowly and ask the customer to leave the car at showroom for 2 days just for the a/c regulator which is freely rotating and air is on the windscreen.. At local service centre the machanic is promising to give the car in 3 hours, how is that possible although they dont have the technology which agency has... I am highly disappointed from renault service centre please take action regarding it..

                  It has been almost 7 days to me that i have dropped my car at renault workshop in jammu. My car had accidented on 26th may 2018 and i dropped car in renault workshop. They told me first give 50000 as advance then we will start work. I transferred 50000 in his j&k bank a. C on 28th and they confirmed me. They parked my car in front of his workshop across the road in open area. When i asked them don't park my car in open because front glass my car has broken and also it is time of storm. So they said we have no space. I asked him that you took 50000 as advanced from me and when you will start work. They said after 20 days. They also gave me estimate of 163000. I think it should not be much than 35000. Please look into the matter and there main moto is looting the people. My car registration no is jk02be1717

                    मेरा नाम दयाल बाजपेई है। मैंने एक KWID कार दिसंबर 2016 में खरीदी है। उसका ए.सी. शुरू से ही प्रोबलम करता है। और कार भी स्पीड नहीं लेती। जब ए.सी. चालू करते हैं तो एक्सीलेटर देने पर भी कार स्पीड नहीं पकडती । गेट बंद करने पर आवाज करते है। जब प्रोबलम के बारे में सर्विस संेटर पर बताया, तों उन्होने कारण बता दिए। पर मेरी कार आज भी बही सब दिक्कत कर रही है।

                      Dear customer service team,

                      The dealership : khivraj - vellore, tamil nadu, india,

                      I am contacting you in order to express my concerns against the complaint (Service complaint no[protected].

                      To explain in more detail, my car met with an accident in the month of 8th august, 2017 and it was given for service at renault vellore service centre (Khivraj dealer). They did the repairs of the damages occured due to the accident and was informed me that all repairs were done at the time of delivery of car. I verified whether damaged parts were repaired. I was able to verify the major damages occured from exterior of my car and was not aware that interior small issues (Not visible from outside) were unattended which i came to know about it later when i gave my car for 2nd free service in renault ambattur service centre, chennai (Kun dealer). They informed me through phone and also by mail (See the attachment) the issues in my car which was unattended during accidental repair. I have also attached the repair order sheet filled after accident in which you can see that the radiator support and condenser damage is unattended. Based on this i made complaint with renault through phone on 16-5-18.

                      To resolve this issue i would like you to bear the cost of the repair as it was your mistake of not repairing it completely though it is a small issue. I believed in renault service works and gave my car for repair but now i came to know about their poor service. Also when i complained it to the complaint department the response gave by mr. Lalit maheswari was so poor that he was lying some things when i spoke with him through phone dated 21-5-18, 23-5-18 & 25-5-18. On 28-5-18 again i contacted customer care and they connected it to complaint department where the response was worse and when i asked for his name, he disconnected the call. Also spoke with mr. Ankit on 28-5-18 who said that the service centre in which the accidental repairs were done doesn't exist without verifying it and later admitted of his mistake. The credibility i had with renault is completely shattered after this issue and customer response.

                      I consider this a very serious issue which has caused me an unnecessary amount of aggravation. I would like a response as soon as possible.

                        often right side door Glass not getting up fully during remote door lock.this issue is keep reporting to Renault Tuumkur
                        To Mr Manohar and its attended nearly 5 times. this problem exists from the beginning and its not resolved .request Renault get resolved or replace immediately .

                          I had bought kwid climber automatic from, renault, kozhikode, 0n #1st may 2017. I had my services done at reno, malappuram as it is closer to me.
                          Had booked my second free service on 31 may 2018, the car had done only 2600 kms so far, the dealership called me and informed it will cost me rs.3600/-which i think is looting the customer. Prior to this iwas using ford ecosport, it never cost me this much, and second free service was around rs 1700/-only, first of all reno had charged 2, 5 lakhs for just putting climber stencils on the car, now the service is costing sky wards. What justfication can you give?

                            I lalit ambwani having renault fluence (Mh-49 b-5067), last year august 2017 my car having problem of clutch that time your service engineer mr. Pankaj (M - [protected]) had told me you have to change whole clutch acsseries estmate cost has above 40, 000/- and i had change clutch. But that time also clutch has not working properly.

                            Now we have same problem of clutch and your service engineer mr. Pankaj told me you have change whole clutch and cost of this is above 40, 000/-.

                            So please look into the matter and make it this problem in warranty period.

                              Ofcourse this message might not even reach you... Even if it reaches u u wudn’t be able to empathize my state of misery i don't expect sympathy but u need to know how renault broke my dreams of a happy birthday

                              I bought this on april 21st 2018 exactly 1 month and tomorrow is my bday... I bought this car as my gift for myself after 30 yrs. But last week may 17th the vehicle was towed and today may 22nd the people again gonna tow it to the showroom. All the electrical and battery stuff at fault.

                              I don't know wat to say but i am really unhappy cos my family planned for a trip and my car is at garage.
                              We r middle class family we have small dream
                              My family will be coming to spend time with me from 23 to 28th
                              And i took leaves which r gonna be a waste cos my car is not there and can't take them out cos india it's raining like hell
                              Ofcourse u wudnt be bothered abt rain or bday or family
                              Cos u have big things like roi, sales, forecast etc
                              I really love my car it's just 1 month old with me... How can renault be so horrible that it's damn in one month
                              And show room says if i sent vehicle tmrw to their place don't expect it for one week
                              My family will leave by sunday
                              All will mock at me that i bought useless car which is in garage before 1 month
                              Thanks to renault
                              My bday dinner.. My family trip my moments all in ashes... Thanks to renault
                              One simple request don't make cars for middle class who values the car as their family member nd can't afford losing it... Make cars for rich who don't mind losing one

                              I need my car in the way it is or replace it. I cant be using a faulted car.

                                I purchased renault kwid climber from renault east delhi{avia auto}
                                Patpar gang delhi on 18.4.18. On close scrutiny of documents following
                                Deficiencies were observed-
                                Gst was charged on booking amount as well as total cost of car
                                Was charged for mud flaps and temple although they are included in basic co
                                Cost,.
                                Total amount was paid on 16.4 18 whereas road tax was deposited on 1.5.18
                                Original receipt for tax deposit has not been handed over to me.
                                Whereas i was charged for three key chains but only two keys were issued.
                                Not aware why three key chains were issed.
                                I have been charged for 2 seta of folde and paper freshner where as only one set each was provide.
                                The hatch back {diggy} cover is defective and when shown to dealer he affirmed that it is manufacturing defect and cannot be set right

                                  Hello team,

                                  I had initially done a booking of kwid in november 2017. Documents were forwarded to check for best loan offers but the sales never followed up for months to inform if there was any good offers.

                                  Finally, in may 2018 on the 6th, i decided to revoke my booking and met the sales person @ trident renault showroom, near silk board junction, bengaluru.

                                  I had issued a cancelled check and i was told by the sales person (Mr chandrashekhar) that the cancellation will be processed within a few days.

                                  There was no follow up again. After a gap of 7 days, when contacted the person, i was informed the delay happened due to karnataka elections (Its not a curfew) and it will be processed within the third week.

                                  Today, again i followed up and now it was pending due to some authorization. What kind of customer service is this??

                                  Review: not efficient follow up, customers are not updated in a timely manner. Customer service representatives at the showroom does not seem to be worried to make good rapport with the customers.

                                  Was involved in an accident yesterday in a sandero stepway 2016 model. The impact from behind pushed me into the vehicle in front of me. My head hit the steering wheel hard. Airbag did not deploy.

                                    Hi, i have booked renault kwid rxt amt silver color on 21-apr-2018 from anamallais motors private limited, coimbatore. The car was supposed to be delivered on 09-may-2018. We did not get correct updates on the status of the car. On 11-may-2018, the salesperson called me and said that the car is being transported from the factory to coimbatore and would reach by 14-may-2018. We did not get any further updates later. On 16-may-2018, we visited the showroom to know the status of the vehicle. The same salesperson was there and he told us that the vehicle is in pdi. When we spoke with the manager, he said that the vehicle is still in the factory. We got different information from the people. We could not believe them and we cancelled the booking. It is a big disappointment for us and also waste of time, and money for us. It is one of the worst customer service that we received.

                                      I have purchased one "Renault Lodgy Stepway" vehicle with lot of confidence on the Renault brand and their services, on[protected]. The Registration number of my vehicle is TS 09 EL 9640.
                                      I have got my vehicle serviced earlier at the Madhapur and LB Nagar service centres in Hyderabad. I had no problems with their service.

                                      Recently I have received many messages and personal calls from one service centre in Amberpet, Hyderabad, stating that they have opened new branch and requested both by sms and personal calls that they have latest equipment and experienced technicians and they may be given a chance to service my vehicle.
                                      Their complete address is

                                      Recently the AC in my vehicle suddenly stopped working. It was working fine when I parked it on the night, but when started the vehicle the next day, the problem arose. Around this time I received calls from the center as stated above. Believing their promises and of course the Renault brand name, I have given my vehicle to them for repairing the air conditioner in my vehicle on 09.05.2018.
                                      At first they said the problem would be looked into and I would be intimated on identification of the problem. When no call is received, I made the call and the concerned informed that the problem is not yet identified, and would intimate me soon. The next day they said that the problem is not in the bonnet, and the dash board has to be opened for identifying the problem, and it would take one more day. The next day also the same reply. On Friday, i.e. 11.5.18, the Mr Vijay Kumar, the advisor informed that the problem is not in the dash board also and needs further investigation in the roof, and the vehicle will be returned by evening. No intimation from them for the next three days. However on my enquiry he informed that the problem has been solved, but under inspection.
                                      Unable to bear anymore, I personally went to the service center on Monday, i.e. 14.05.2018. He said the vehicle is ready and took me for a test drive. During the drive I observed that the problem is not solved completely and the cooling is not proper. On going back to the service station, the technician said that there is some jam in the condenser, and the same has been cleared and ready. One more gentlemen who said he is final inspector took me for a test drive. During this drive also the AC was not working well, and the technician promised to complete the same and return the following day.
                                      It is very ironic that after giving my vehicle I had to follow up with them for so many days leaving my job and other works. In fact I was going to Delhi that day at 2 PM and it was already 1 PM. I told my schedule very clearly to him and he promised to deliver the vehicle after repair at my residence. I told him that my wife will inspect the vehicle, and if it is found ok, she will immediately make the payment.

                                      I had to follow up with Mr Vijay even from Delhi many times, and finally at about 4 PM yesterday, i.e. 15.05.18 the vehicle was taken to my residence. When my wife inspected the vehicle, not only the AC was not working properly, but the AC vents in the 2nd and 3rd rows are giving lot of noise. When she complained about it to the technician, he said recklessly that since new coil is used, it is natural. When my wife told him that the new vehicle also came with new coil only but it did not make such loud noise at that time, he did not have proper answer, and asked for the payment. She told him that it is not proper to demand money without first rectifying the problem, the driver took back the vehicle.
                                      In this connection I wish to inform that the said center is not having any skilled technicians nor responsible managers for carrying out the works associated with the servicing of vehicles. They lack both the skill for identification of the problem and also the technical expertise to rectify the problem.
                                      I had to tell Mr Vijay Kumar by calling from Delhi that I am not at all happy with their service as also response, and that I am going to lodge complaint against them. He very coolly advised me to do so. After about half-an-hour, one gentleman called me and introduced himself as customer relations manager, and said he would personally look into the problem and rectify it by today, and requested me to be patient till that time.
                                      I waited upto this time, but no call is received from him nor any other member, nor my vehicle is returned.
                                      With lot of respect to the Renault brand, I would like to inform that I have lost my confidence in the capability of the above service centre. I also doubt whether the above service centre is recognized by you or not. Frankly speaking, I am now concerned about the safety and security of the vehicle.
                                      Hence I request you to please treat this as my complaint and advise all the concerned for proper repair of my vehicle and safe return. I trust that the higher authorities will understand my concern and take proper steps at the earliest, as otherwise, I will be constrained to explore all legal and other recourse for the redressal of my genuine complaint.
